Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition nutritionnelle hautement calorique qui contient : un nutriment qui comprend une protéine, un lipide et un glucide ; et un monoglycéride d'acide organique et un ester de polyglycérol. La composition nutritionnelle hautement calorique contient 0,5 à 1,5 g/100 mL du monoglycéride d'acide organique et 0,3 à 0,8 g/100 mL de l'ester de polyglycérol. La capacité calorifique de la composition nutritionnelle hautement calorique est de 2,5 à 4,5 kcal/g.
