Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de comptabilité (1) comprenant : une unité d'entrée de bon (11) permettant d'extraire, à partir de données d'image de bon, un élément de journal comprenant un montant ainsi qu'un client et/ou un résumé ; et une unité de détermination de journal (12) permettant de générer des données de journal dans lesquelles un intitulé de compte par rapport à l'élément de journal est sélectionné. L'unité de détermination de journal (12) comprend : une AI de journalisation (121) permettant de générer des données de journal d'après le résultat d'apprentissage de correspondance entre l'élément de journal et l'intitulé de compte au moyen d'un apprentissage automatique ; et un système auxiliaire d'AI de journalisation (122) permettant de générer des données de journal d'après une règle définie. Dans un cas où plusieurs intitulés de comptes sont autorisés en termes de comptabilité, la précision de la journalisation, qui présente une faible fiabilité en utilisant l'AI de journalisation (121), est augmentée par le système auxiliaire d'AI de journalisation (122).
