一种板料厚度检测装置,包括气缸(1)、吊架(2)、上夹板(3)和下夹板(4),吊架(2)安装在气缸(1)的活塞杆前端,上夹板(3)上端通过转动销(5)与吊架(2)下端的铰接座(6)转动连接,上夹板(3)的侧面后端设有凹槽(7),下夹板(4)的后端位于上夹板(3)的凹槽(7)内并通过销轴(8)与上夹板(3)转动连接,上夹板(3)和下夹板(4)的前端两侧分别设有测量轮(9),下夹板(4)后端外侧设有安装在上夹板(3)上的支架(10),支架(10)上安装有角度值检测的光栅编码器(11)。该检测装置结构简单,操作方便,整个厚度检测装置能够根据板料进行摆动,而且上下夹板(3,4)均有压缩弹簧(13, 16),能够适应多种板料厚度检测状况,适应性强,检测数据准确。

Description

一种板料厚度检测装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种板料厚度检测装置。
背景技术
检测装置是指为了测量需要而组合的计量器具和辅助设备的总体,是一种用于测量的辅助设备或工具,包括长度测量装置、速度测量装置以及时间测量装置等等。其中厚度测量装置是指专门测量产品或板料的厚度大小。板料在加工前,在抓取板料过程中对板料厚度进行检测,传统的检测装置为固定式结构,由于板料存在不平并且板料抓取过程中有一定的偏差,而且固定式结构的厚度检测装置对挠性板材适应性差,厚度检测存在偏差。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,操作方便,能够浮动检测板料厚度,适应性强的一种板料厚度检测装置。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括气缸、吊架、上夹板和下夹板,所述吊架安装在气缸的活塞杆前端,所述上夹板上端通过转动销与吊架下端的铰接座转动连接,所述上夹板的侧面后端设有凹槽,所述下夹板的后端位于上夹板的凹槽内并通过销轴与上夹板转动连接,所述上夹板和下夹板的前端两侧分别设有测量轮,所述下夹板后端外侧设有安装在上夹板上的支架,所述支架上安装有角度值检测的光栅编码器。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述上夹板的前端设有向下的导向斜面,所述下夹板的前端设有向上的导向斜面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述吊架为L型吊架,所述L型吊架的两侧板之间设有加强板。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述上夹板上端面设有沉孔I,所述沉孔I位于测量轮与转动销之间,所述沉孔I内设有压缩弹簧I,所述压缩弹簧I上端套在位于吊架下端的固定柱I上,所述吊架的后端下端面设有螺栓,所述螺栓的下端位于上夹板后端的上方。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述下夹板的后端上端面设有沉孔II,所述沉孔II内设有压缩弹簧II,所述上夹板的凹槽后端设有固定柱II,所述压缩弹簧II的上端套在固定柱II上。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单,操作方便,整个厚度检测装置能够根据板料进行摆动,而且上下夹板均有压缩弹簧,能够适应多种板料厚度检测状况,适应性强,检测数据准确。

一种板料厚度检测装置,包括气缸1、吊架2、上夹板3和下夹板4,所述吊架2安装在气缸1的活塞杆前端,所述上夹板3上端通过转动销5与吊架2下端的铰接座6转动连接,所述上夹板3的侧面后端设有凹槽7,所述下夹板4的后端位于上夹板3的 凹槽7内并通过销轴8与上夹板3转动连接,所述上夹板3和下夹板4的前端两侧分别设有测量轮9,所述下夹板4后端外侧设有安装在上夹板3上的支架10,所述支架10上安装有角度值检测的光栅编码器11。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述上夹板3的前端设有向下的导向斜面,所述下夹板4的前端设有向上的导向斜面。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述吊架2为L型吊架,所述L型吊架的两侧板之间设有加强板12。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述上夹板3上端面设有沉孔I,所述沉孔I位于测量轮9与转动销5之间,所述沉孔I内设有压缩弹簧I13,所述压缩弹簧I13上端套在位于吊架2下端的固定柱I14上,所述吊架2的后端下端面设有螺栓15,所述螺栓15的下端位于上夹板3后端的上方。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述下夹板4的后端上端面设有沉孔II,所述沉孔II内设有压缩弹簧II16,所述上夹板3的凹槽7后端设有固定柱II17,所述压缩弹簧II16的上端套在固定柱II17上。
工作前,气缸的活塞杆处于伸缩状态,待检测板料的板头位于上夹板和下夹板的前方,且高度位置大致处于两者的中间位置,气缸接受到工作信号后,气缸的活塞杆回缩,待检测板料的板头在导向斜面的作用下进入到检测区域,在气缸拉力的作用下,上下夹板上的测量辊之间向上或向下张开一定角度,此角度由光栅编码器测得,数控系统接收到角度位置脉冲值后,将脉冲数字量换算为测量轮处的距离值,从而计算得出板厚数值。

  1. 一种板料厚度检测装置,其特征在于,包括气缸、吊架、上夹板和下夹板,所述吊架安装在气缸的活塞杆前端,所述上夹板上端通过转动销与吊架下端的铰接座转动连接,所述上夹板的侧面后端设有凹槽,所述下夹板的后端位于上夹板的凹槽内并通过销轴与上夹板转动连接,所述上夹板和下夹板的前端两侧分别设有测量轮,所述下夹板后端外侧设有安装在上夹板上的支架,所述支架上安装有角度值检测的光栅编码器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种板料厚度检测装置,其特征在于,所述上夹板的前端设有向下的导向斜面,所述下夹板的前端设有向上的导向斜面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种板料厚度检测装置,其特征在于,所述吊架为L型吊架,所述L型吊架的两侧板之间设有加强板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种板料厚度检测装置,其特征在于,所述上夹板上端面设有沉孔I,所述沉孔I位于测量轮与转动销之间,所述沉孔I内设有压缩弹簧I,所述压缩弹簧I上端套在位于吊架下端的固定柱I上,所述吊架的后端下端面设有螺栓,所述螺栓的下端位于上夹板后端的上方。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种板料厚度检测装置,其特征在于,所述下夹板的后端上端面设有沉孔II,所述沉孔II内设有压缩弹簧II,所述上夹板的凹槽后端设有固定柱II,所述压缩弹簧II的上端套在固定柱II上。
