如图1和图2所示,这里需要说明的是,实施例1中所述方位词左、右均是以图1所示的视图为基准定义的,应当理解,所述方位词的使用不应限制本申请所请求的保护范围。本实施例的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:包括:第一主墙板1100,所述第一主墙板1100具有长方形的主体,所述第一主墙板1100的主体的右侧上部向右凸出形成球形凸起1020,右侧下部向右延伸形成有延伸部1030,所述第一主墙板1100的主体的左侧上部向左延伸形成有延伸部1030,左侧下部向左凸出形成球形凸起1020,两延伸部1030的前端面上向后凹陷形成的球形凹腔1010,所述球形凸起1020与球形凹腔1010相配适,此处需要说明的是相配适是指对于两第一主墙板1100而言一个第一主墙板1100的球形凸起1020可插入另一第一主墙板1100的球形凹腔1010中且不易松脱出来,所述球形凸起1020的轴线方向与球形凹腔1010的轴线方向相垂直。
如图3所示,其中优选球形凹腔1010具有一狭窄部1011,所述球形凸起1020具有外径大于狭窄部1011内径的头部1021,经过外力强制冲击后球形凸起1020的头部1021可变形嵌入球形凹腔1010中,并由狭窄部1011限位防止头部1021 脱出。
优选球形凹腔1010和球形凸起1020都是单层无缝的吹塑一次成型,如此可获得较好的扩张和收缩变形空间。

如图2所示,相邻第一主墙板1100的球形凸起1020的轴线是相互垂直的,故每块第一主墙板1100都受两个相互垂直方向的约束故第一主墙板1100之间可以构成自锁的结构,更加稳固。
该拼装房柜系统还可以包括上盖,所述上盖为整体板1300,其中一块第一主墙板1100可为带轴墙板1188,整体板1300的一侧与带轴墙板1188的轴转动连接使得整体板1300可打开或关闭四方形拼装房柜系统的顶面,该带有上盖的拼装房柜系统可作为一地柜使用,可内部置物,上盖放下后可以充当长凳。

作为一种实施例方式:使用时如图7所示,若要拼成一个四方形的柜体结构,先以如何组成该四方形结构的两个相邻垂直面为例进行说明:
先利用半主墙板1150右侧的球形凸起1020与第一主墙板1100的左侧的延伸部1030连接,然后将第二主墙板1200放置于半主墙板1150上,使其右侧的延伸部1030与第一主墙板1100的左侧的球形凸起1020相连接,在第一主墙板1100的上方再放置一层第一主墙板1100使其左侧延伸部1030与第二主墙板1200的右侧球形凸起1020相连接,在第二主墙板1200的上方再放置一层第二主墙板1200使其右侧延伸部1030与上层第一主墙板1100的左侧球形凸起1020相连接,以此类推可不断升高,第一主墙板1100和第二主墙板1200交替拼接升高,另两个面与此两面相同,即相对的面结构相同。
为了使上下墙板之间连接的更加稳固,优选的,所述第一主墙板1100和第二主墙板1200的顶部向上凸出形成销柱1060,所述第一主墙板1100和第二主墙板1200的底部向上凹陷形成与销柱1060相配适的孔,所述半主墙板1150的顶部向上凸出形成销柱1060、底部向上凹陷形成与销柱1060相配适的孔。如此位于下方的墙板的销柱会插入位于上方的墙板的孔中。增加拼接结构的稳定性。
实施例3
如图8所示,在实施例2所述组件的基础上,为了可以组成更大的多样化的房柜系统,拼装房柜系统用组件还可以包括辅助墙板1190、半辅助墙板1195和可将各种墙板进行水平对接的水平连接件1680,所述辅助墙板1190的结构与第一主墙板1100的结构相同且辅助墙板1190的主体长度为第一主墙板1100的主体长度的一半或者辅助墙板1190的结构与第二主墙板1200的结构相同且辅助墙板1190的主体长度为第一主墙板1100的主体长度的一半,所述辅助墙板1190的高度与第一主墙板1100及第二主墙板1200的高度相同,所述半辅助墙板1195的高度为辅助墙板1190的一半且长度与辅助墙板1190的长度相同,所述半辅助墙板1195的结构与辅助墙板1190的上半部分结构相同。水平连接件1680可将各种墙板(辅助墙板1190、半辅助墙板1195、第一主墙板1100、第二主墙板1200及半主墙板1150)进行水平拼接。

如图8所示,下面列举一种具体的使用实施例3所述拼装房柜系统用组件的拼装房柜系统,该拼装房柜系统由总成板组成,所述总成板由4块半辅助墙板1195、1块辅助墙板1190、1块第二主墙板1200、2块第一主墙板1100、1半主墙板1150及18个水平连接件1680组成。
当然可理解的是总成板还可以采用其它拼接的形式,进而形成不同大小的满足实际需要的总成板,所述总成板完成后相当于第一主墙板,只是尺寸比第一主墙板大,自由的延伸部及球形凸起1020比第一主墙板多,如图8所示,但形式与第一主墙板类同,在此基础上,可利用总成板完成如实施例1、实施例2等所述的拼接方式,进而完成拼装房柜系统。

该拼装房柜系统用组件还可以包括开门孔墙板1180,所述开门孔墙板1180的结构与第一主墙板1100或第二主墙板1200相同,所述开门孔墙板1180上具有门孔1181。如此可利用开门孔墙板1180代替某一或某些第一主墙板1100、第二主墙板1200。门孔1181上可以配套安装带有密封圈和透明片材的窗户,也可以配套安装可开关门,用于房屋内物品的取放。
如图21所示,为了封闭拼装房柜系统的顶部,拼装房柜系统用组件还包括屋顶。
优选的,所述屋顶的底面四角处形成有球形凹腔1010,门梁1625的第二延伸部顶面上向上凸出形成有球形凸起1020,位于拼装房柜系统最上方的半主墙板1150及位于拼装房柜系统最上方的第一主墙板1100的延伸部顶面上均向上凸出形成有球形凸起1020,所述屋顶与一块半主墙板1150、左右两块第一主墙板1100及一门梁1625通过球形凹腔1010与球形凸起1020的配合连接于一起,再进一步,所述半主墙板1150、第一主墙板1100及门梁1625的顶面上具有销柱,所述屋顶的底面上具有与销柱相配适的孔。
如图19和图21所示,优选的,所述屋顶包括两个主屋顶1500,两主屋顶1500可相互拼装,两主屋顶1500之间可拼装有采光防雨通风天窗1550。如图19所示,主屋顶1500可采用如下方案实现拼装:主屋顶为L型,左侧的主屋顶的其第一右侧竖向面a上凸出形成有球形凸起1020,左侧的主屋顶的其第二右侧竖 向面b上凹陷形成有与球形凸起1020相配适的球形凹腔1010,右侧的主屋顶与左侧的主屋顶结构完全相同,故左侧的主屋顶和右侧的主屋顶(翻转180度)可以拼装扣合于一起。当然可以理解的是不仅限于此一种实施方案,例如也可以是球形凸起1020在第二右侧竖向面b上而球形凹腔1010在第一右侧竖向面a上形成,因为形式为多种不再一一赘述。
如图20和图27所示,进一步,所述屋顶还可以包括至少一块辅助屋顶1580,所述辅助屋顶1580拼装于两主屋顶1500之间,所述采光防雨通风天窗1550拼装于主屋顶1500和辅助屋顶1580之间及相邻辅助屋顶1580之间。所述主屋顶1500和辅助屋顶1580上具有防雨条1511。通过辅助屋顶1580可以延长屋顶,辅助屋顶1580与主屋顶1500可采用如下方案实现拼装:主屋顶1500为L型,辅助屋顶1580为Z字形其侧面的凸起部扣接于主屋顶1500的凹陷部中,主屋顶1500的凸起部扣接于辅助屋顶1580侧面的凹陷部中。
为了封闭拼装房柜系统的顶部,拼装房柜系统用组件也可以包括上盖,所述上盖为以下两种形式中的一种:
如图5所示,形式1)所述上盖为一个整体板1300;
如图12和图26所示,形式2)所述上盖由第一折叠板1310和第二折叠板1350组成,所述第一折叠板1310与第二折叠板1350相铰接。
如图26和图27所示,拼装房柜系统用组件还包括门板1400、门槛1610、门梁1625、第一角门框1630、第二角门框1640,在实施例3的基础上可以拼接组合成大的房屋结构。
如图22所示,当需要拼接成房屋使用时,优选的以所述第一主墙板1100和第二主墙板1200均底部厚、顶部薄为宜。如此上下拼接的第一主墙板1100之间 会形成一凸沿(上层的第一主墙板1100的底部外端超过下层的第一主墙板1100的顶部外端),以图22为参照则为上层的第一主墙板1100的底部左端超过下层的第一主墙板1100的顶部左端,上下拼接的第二主墙板1200之间也会形成一凸沿,可减少雨水流入上下拼接的第一主墙板1100之间的接缝中,上下拼接的第二主墙板1200同理,此防水结构为一字形结构。
如图22所示,优选的,所述第一主墙板1100和第二主墙板1200的底面向下凸出形成有沿墙板长度方向延伸的一长条形台阶1111,所述台阶1111的厚度小于第一主墙板1100和第二主墙板1200的底面的厚度,所述第一主墙板1100和第二主墙板1200的顶面向下凹陷形成有沿墙板长度方向延伸的凹槽,所述台阶1111的厚度大于凹槽的厚度。如此可进一步防止雨水流入上下拼接的第一主墙板1100之间的接缝中,上下拼接的第二主墙板1200同理,因为此防水结构为L字形的镜像结构。
如图22所示,拼装房柜系统用组件还可以包括挂钩1061,所述挂钩1061上具有可套于销柱1060上的穿孔。挂钩1061被夹于墙板之间,可用于房屋内外挂载置物架或其他物品的作用。
如图23至图25所示,为了利用拼装房柜系统用组件组成房屋使用,拼装房柜系统用组件还可以包括屋脊,所述屋脊由主梁、弹性体1950及配合安装于主梁两侧的整体板1300组成,所述主梁由若干主梁构件1900自左至右依次拼合而成,所述主梁构件1900的左拼接部1903和右拼接部1904相配适,所述左拼接部1903和右拼接部1904上具有相配适的球形凸起1020与球形凹腔1010,所述主梁构件1900的上端面上设置有交错分布且两两相向的第一钩状结构1901和第二钩状结构1902,所述弹性体1950为T字型,所述整体板1300的内端位于相向 的第一钩状结构1901和第二钩状结构1902之间且位于弹性体1950的臂1951和主梁构件1900的顶面之间。
如图25所示,进一步,所述弹性体1950的臂1951为自中心至两侧向下延展的弧形防雨臂。可起到防雨的作用,使雨及时沿臂1951向两侧流动。
如图23所示,再进一步,所述左拼接部1903和右拼接部1904上的球形凸起1020及球形凹腔1010的轴线与主梁构件1900的顶面相平行。如此主梁可承受的压力可更大。
优选的,第一主墙板1100、第二主墙板1200、半主墙板1150、辅助墙板1190、半辅助墙板1195、门板1400、门槛1610、门梁1625、第一角门框1630和第二角门框1640上均设置有相配适的塑料穿心膨胀铆钉子结构1050和塑料穿心膨胀铆钉母结构1051,通过塑料穿心膨胀铆钉子结构1050与塑料穿心膨胀铆钉母结构1051的配合并铆接塑料穿心膨胀铆钉可使各组件连接的更加牢固。
另外需要说明的是各组件的球形凸起1020和球形凹腔1010均以为同一规格为宜,即所有的球形凸起1020和球形凹腔1010无论是在哪个组件上,均是相同的为佳。所有延伸部也以为同一规格为宜,无论是哪个组件的延伸部。所有第二延伸部也以为同一规格为宜,无论是属于哪个组件的第二延伸部。所述规格是同时包含形状和尺寸这两个要素。
在实施例4的基础上,该拼装房柜系统可作为拼装式整体卫生间使用,如图28和图29所示,可在其中放置洗手台1720、外侧地面水箱1700、内侧地面水箱1705、有橡胶套保护的塑料伸缩脚踏泵1710、能储水和具有冲水结构的坐便池1730及辅助水箱1740。
如图30所示,可在内侧地面水箱1705上安装支架1707,支架1707支撑坐 便池1730和辅助水箱1740,三轮卧式可移动污水箱1750可通过开门孔的墙板1180上的门孔1181取出或推入,门孔1181处可安装可开关门1185。U型金属弯钩1703一侧在内侧地面水箱1705中,一侧在第一主墙板1100中,可进一步加强整体刚性。三轮卧式可移动污水箱1750上设置密封阀门1752。三轮卧式可移动污水箱1750的底部设置前方单独万向轮1753和两个后轮1754。如图34至图36所示,三轮卧式可移动污水箱1750可具有一个前置万向轮1753、两个后置固定轮1754、前置把手1755和后置暗把手1756,三轮卧式可移动污水箱1750顶部有密封阀1752、排气阀1751、液位显示1757和两个安装式把手1758,三轮卧式可移动污水箱1750底部有排放螺纹口1759。
如图31所示,本发明的洗手台1720通过支撑柱1721安装在外侧地面水箱1700上是洗手间标配,如果安装在可便携移动的携带式水箱上,再安装上脚踏泵1710,即可成为便携式洗手台。洗手台1720上可配备出水龙头1726、排放口1723、洗手剂平台1722,外侧地面水箱1700底部配备有两个轮子1702。
如图32所示,本发明的整体卫生间还可以配上翻盖可以及时通风,上翻盖为整体板1300转动连接于整体卫生间顶部,整体卫生间内部放置水箱1700、洗手台1720、支撑柱1721以及脚踏泵1710,其余空间可放置其他便携式坐便器999。
如图33所示,可以设置一个外侧地面水箱1700配合洗手台相关部件作为标准模块,供集成安装的需要,其中外侧地面水箱1700除储水之外还可直接作为防水地板使用。
如图37和图38所示,该整体卫生间还可以扩展为扩展型带更衣室浴室的房式卫生间,在房式整体卫生间的基础上通过延伸件1680拓展房屋长度,利用挂钩安装淋浴帘进行分区。各区内可安装简易淋浴设施、置物架以及椅凳。
上面以举例方式对本发明进行了说明,但本发明不限于上述具体实施例,凡基于本发明所做的任何改动或变型均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:包括:第一主墙板(1100),所述第一主墙板(1100)具有长方形的主体,所述第一主墙板(1100)的主体的右侧上部向右凸出形成球形凸起(1020),右侧下部向右延伸形成有延伸部(1030),所述第一主墙板(1100)的主体的左侧上部向左延伸形成有延伸部(1030),左侧下部向左凸出形成球形凸起(1020),两延伸部(1030)的前端面上向后凹陷形成的球形凹腔(1010),所述球形凸起(1020)与球形凹腔(1010)相配适,所述球形凸起(1020)的轴线方向与球形凹腔(1010)的轴线方向相垂直。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:还包括第二主墙板(1200)和半主墙板(1150),所述第二主墙板(1200)具有长方形的主体,所述第二主墙板(1200)的主体的右侧下部向右凸出形成球形凸起(1020),右侧上部向右延伸形成有延伸部(1030),所述第二主墙板(1200)的主体的左侧下部向左延伸形成有延伸部(1030),左侧上部向左凸出形成球形凸起(1020),两延伸部(1030)的前端面上向后凹陷形成的球形凹腔(1010),所述球形凸起(1020)与球形凹腔(1010)相配适,所述球形凸起(1020)的轴线方向与球形凹腔(1010)的轴线方向相垂直,所述半主墙板(1150)的长度与第二主墙板(1200)的长度相等,所述第一主墙板(1100)的高度与第二主墙板(1200)的高度相同,所述半主墙板(1150)的高度为第一主墙板(1100)高度的一半,所述半主墙板(1150)的右侧凸出形成有轴线与半主墙板(1150)前端面相平行的球形凸起(1020)、左侧凸出形成有带有球形凹腔(1010)的延伸部(1030)且球形凹腔(1010)的轴线与半主墙板(1150)前端面相垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:所述第一主墙板(1100)和第二主墙板(1200)的顶部向上凸出形成销柱(1060),所述 第一主墙板(1100)和第二主墙板(1200)的底部向上凹陷形成与销柱(1060)相配适的孔,所述半主墙板(1150)的顶部向上凸出形成销柱(1060)、底部向上凹陷形成与销柱(1060)相配适的孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:还包括辅助墙板(1190)、半辅助墙板(1195)和可将墙板进行水平对接的水平连接件(1680),所述辅助墙板(1190)的结构与第一主墙板(1100)的结构相同且辅助墙板(1190)的主体长度为第一主墙板(1100)的主体长度的一半或者辅助墙板(1190)的结构与第二主墙板(1200)的结构相同且辅助墙板(1190)的主体长度为第一主墙板(1100)的主体长度的一半,所述辅助墙板(1190)的高度与第一主墙板(1100)及第二主墙板(1200)的高度相同,所述半辅助墙板(1195)的高度为辅助墙板(1190)的一半且长度与辅助墙板(1190)的长度相同,所述半辅助墙板(1195)的结构与辅助墙板(1190)的上半部分结构相同。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:所述水平连接件(1680)由第一止挡部(1684)、第二止挡部(1681)和第三止挡部(1682)一体构成,所述第三止挡部(1682)位于第一止挡部(1684)和第二止挡部(1681)之间,所述第一止挡部(1684)上凸出形成有与球形凹腔(1010)相配适的球形凸起(1020),所述第三止挡部(1682)上凹陷形成有与球形凸起(1020)相配适的球形凹腔(1010),所述水平连接件(1680)上的球形凸起(1020)的轴线方向与水平连接件(1680)上的球形凹腔(1010)的轴线方向相垂直,所述球形凸起(1020)和球形凹腔(1010)位于第三止挡部(1682)的不同侧。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:还包括屋顶,所述屋顶包括两个主屋顶(1500)和采光防雨通风天窗(1550),两主屋顶 (1500)可相互拼装,所述采光防雨通风天窗(1550)位于两主屋顶(1500)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:所述屋顶还包括至少一块辅助屋顶(1580),所述辅助屋顶(1580)拼装于两主屋顶(1500)之间,所述采光防雨通风天窗(1550)拼装于主屋顶(1500)和辅助屋顶(1580)之间及相邻辅助屋顶(1580)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:还包括门板(1400)、门槛(1610)、门梁(1625)、第一角门框(1630)、第二角门框(1640),所述门板(1400)具有可与墙板相铰接的转动部,所述门槛(1610)凹字型,所述门槛(1610)的右侧面上向右凸出形成有球形凸起(1020),所述门槛(1610)左侧凸出形成有后端面具有球形凹腔(1010)的第二延伸部,所述门槛(1610)上的球形凸起(1020)的轴线与门槛(1610)上的球形凹腔(1010)的轴线相垂直,所述门梁(1625)为T字型,所述门梁(1625)的左侧面上向左凸出形成有球形凸起(1020),所述门梁(1625)的右侧凸出形成有后端面具有球形凹腔(1010)的第二延伸部,所述门梁(1625)上的球形凸起(1020)的轴线与门梁(1625)上的球形凹腔(1010)的轴线相垂直,所述第一角门框(1630)的右侧底半部上一体形成有后端面带有球形凹腔(1010)的第二延伸部,所述第一角门框(1630)的右侧顶半部上向右凸出形成有球形凸起(1020),所述第一角门框(1630)上的球形凸起(1020)的轴线与第一角门框(1630)上的球形凹腔(1010)的轴线相垂直;所述第二角门框(1640)的右侧顶半部上一体形成有后端面带有球形凹腔(1010)的第二延伸部,所述第二角门框(1640)的右侧底半部上向右凸出形成有球形凸起(1020),所述第二角门框(1640)上的球形凸起(1020)的轴线与第二 角门框(1640)上的球形凹腔(1010)的轴线相垂直。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:还包括屋脊,所述屋脊由主梁、弹性体(1950)及配合安装于主梁两侧的整体板(1300)组成,所述主梁由若干主梁构件(1900)自左至右依次拼合而成,所述主梁构件(1900)的左拼接部(1903)和右拼接部(1904)相配适,所述左拼接部(1903)和右拼接部(1904)上具有相配适的球形凸起(1020)与球形凹腔(1010),所述主梁构件(1900)的上端面上设置有交错分布且两两相向的第一钩状结构(1901)和第二钩状结构(1902),所述弹性体(1950)为T字型,所述整体板(1300)的内端位于相向的第一钩状结构(1901)和第二钩状结构(1902)之间且位于弹性体(1950)的臂(1951)和主梁构件(1900)的顶面之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拼装房柜系统用组件,其特征在于:所述球形凹腔(1010)和球形凸起(1020)都是单层无缝的吹塑一次成型,所述球形凹腔(1010)内表面形成有间断的凹凸结构(1016)。
