以洗衣机为例,现有洗衣机一般都是在壳体或者整机底部安装有螺栓底脚,螺栓底脚包括螺杆、螺母垫片和橡胶垫,螺母垫片可以在螺杆上下旋动,螺杆也可以在壳体底板的螺孔中上下旋动,通过螺栓底脚的螺杆旋入底板的螺纹孔的长度来实现洗衣机的高度调整,大部分洗衣机的底脚逆时针旋转为调高,顺时针旋转为降低高度,在调整该螺栓底脚的高度后,将防止松动的螺母垫片拧紧以保持稳固。
上述洗衣机的底脚,虽然实现了洗衣机的调平,但需要用户进行手动调节,若洗衣机自重较大或者设置空间狭小,用户操作即为不便。另外,洗衣机在长期的工作过程中的震动也对调平底脚产生作用,易导致其支撑失效,造成洗衣机放置的不平。
例如,现有8KG滚筒洗衣机一般80Kg左右,较为沉重,消费者调节极为不便,即便完成调节也不能保证洗衣机调整为最佳状态,洗衣机在洗涤尤其是由0r/min加速到1400r/min左右进行甩干脱水时,洗衣机一旦不水平或者虚腿问题存在,将导致极大振动,极大的影响了消费者的使用舒适性。
另外,洗衣机不平导致的震动可能会使底脚螺丝松动,使底脚托架垂直移动,这种不稳定性可能会改变洗衣机的水平状态,导致产生更强烈的震动。这种恶性循环使得洗衣机用的时间长了,噪音会变得越来越大,对洗衣机本身也造成一定的损伤,缩短了使用寿命。
因此,现有洗衣机的调平存在需要手工调节,费时费力且精度较差的问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的第一发明目的是提供一种家用电器用底脚,具体地,采用如下的技术方案:
一种家用电器用底脚,包括:
液压板;
护套,与所述液压板固定连接;
调整脚,设置在护套内且可相对其轴向移动;
所述的液压板、护套和调整脚之间形成容纳腔室;
液压介质,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚在护套内轴向移动进行调平。
进一步地,所述液压板上设有用于与家用电器的底板固定连接的第一安装结构;所述的液压板上设有用于与护套固定连接的第二安装结构。
进一步地,所述的第一安装结构为设置在液压板上的第一安装孔,所述的液压板通过第一连接件穿过第一安装孔固定连接在家用电器的底板上。
进一步地,所述的第二安装结构为第二安装孔,所述的液压板通过第二连接件穿过第二安装孔与护套固定连接。
进一步地,所述护套的上端向外翻边形成安装平面,安装平面与液压板的底面贴合并固定连接;所述的安装平面上开设对应第二安装孔的第四安装孔。
进一步地,所述的液压板为方形平板结构;所述护套的主体为圆筒状结构,圆筒状结构的上部开口向外翻边形成与液压板相匹配的方形安装平面;
所述液压板的四个角上分别设置至少一个第二安装结构;每个安装结构的至少一侧设置一个第一安装结构;
优选地,所述液压板的四个角上分别设置一个第二安装孔,每个第一安装孔的两侧分别设置第一安装孔。
进一步地,还包括内部具有空腔的柔性容纳体,所述的液压介质容置在柔性容纳体内;所述液压板上设有用于密封安装柔性容纳体的第三安装结构。
进一步地,所述液压板内部设有液体流道,所述柔性容纳体具有开口部,所述柔性容纳体的开口部通过压环固定安装在液压板的底面上与液体流道连通;
所述的第三安装结构为第三安装孔,所述的压环通过第三连接件装配在第三安装孔上。
进一步地,所述的第三安装孔设置在液压板的中部,所述的第三安装孔至少包括四个,分别对应液压板的四个角设置。
本发明的第二发明目的是提供一种具有如上述任意一项所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器,至少两个家用电器用底脚通过连通件连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通。
本发明的家用电器用底脚根据液压原理,由于不平产生的不同压力,液压介质的流动性使得底脚自动进行适应性的调整,直到家用电器用底脚达到平衡,液压介质停止流通,实现自动调平。
本发明的家用电器采用了上述家用电器用底脚实现了自动调平,安装简单方便,降低了家用电器的 整机震动及噪音。

实施例一
如图1-图8所示,本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,包括:
液压板101;
护套103,与所述液压板101固定连接;
调整脚104,设置在护套103内且可相对其轴向移动;
所述的液压板101、护套103和调整脚104之间形成容纳腔室;
液压介质102,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向移动进行调平。

本实施例将调整脚104可轴向移动的套设在护套103内,再通过第二安装结构将液压板101与护套103固定连接,以实现家用电器用底脚的独立组装。将组装完成后的家用电器用底脚再通过第一安装结构整体安装在家用电器的底板上,实现家用电器用底脚安装在家用电器上。
本实施例通过第二安装结构实现家用电器底脚的组装,而通过第一安装结构实现家用电器用底脚安装在家用电器上,通过不同的安装结构实现相应的安装,确保家用电器用底脚的整体稳定性,以及安装在家用电器上的稳定性。
本实施例的家用电器底脚直接将液压板101固定在家用电器的底部,而将护套103与液压板101固定连接,这样,液压板101由家用电器的底部与护套103包夹,使得液压板101与护套103的固定连接的强度是非必要的,二者的连接主要目的使之成为一体的底脚,连接处的强度与家用电器的重力大小、调整脚104的支撑力大小无关。因此,本发明的家用电器用底脚可以实现液压板101与护套103的快速可靠固定连接,且降低二者连接强度的要求,进一步的降低连接所需的必要空间及高度。
综上所述,本实施例的家用电器用底脚结构更加简单,安装也更为简便,具有更好的稳定性。
另外,本实施例的家用电器用底脚的结构设计还可以降低其整体高度,对于家用电器具有更好的减震效果,例如洗衣机,本发明的家用电器用底脚对于洗衣机的脱水震动具有更好的减震效果。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的第一安装结构为设置在液压板上的第一安装孔1013,所述的液压板101通过第一连接件穿过第一安装孔1013固定连接在家用电器的底板上。
具体地,本实施例所述的第一安装孔1013为螺孔,所述的第一连接件为螺钉,所述家用电器的底板上设置用于螺钉穿过的安装孔,所述的螺钉穿过底板上的安装孔安装在液压板101上的螺孔上,实现固定安装。
具体地,本实施例所述的第二安装结构为第二安装孔1012,所述的液压板通过第二连接件穿过第二安装孔与护套固定连接。
进一步地,本实施例所述护套103的上端向外翻边形成安装平面1032,安装平面1032与液压板101的底面贴合并固定连接;所述的安装平面1032上开设对应第二安装孔1012的第四安装孔。
本实施例将护套103的安装平面1032与液压板101相贴合,这样可以使得更多的压力传递到安装平面1032上被分散,避免液压板101受压力过大,因为液压板101内部具有用于液压介质流通的液体流道,液压板101的稳定是整个家用电器用底脚稳定调平的关键。本实施例的安装平面1032由护套103的上端向外翻边形成,这样增大了护套103与液压板101的安装接触面,更有利于液压板101向护套103的安装平面1032传力的稳定性和分散性。
另外,护套103的安装平面1032与液压板101相贴合固定连接,避免了在护套103或者液压板101上设计安装结构,降低家用电器用底脚的整体结构。
进一步地,本实施例所述的安装平面1032的外廓与液压板101的外廓相匹配,所述安装平面1032与液压板101的底面贴合并固定连接。这样,液压板101受到的压力可更好的对应传递给护套103的安装平面1032上,避免液压板101局部不受安装平面1032造成而发生应力集中,更利于液压介质在液压板内的稳定流通。
优选地,本实施例所述液压板101的外廓与安装平面1032的外廓相似或者相同。这样,将两者相对应即可,安装更为简单方便。
具体地,本实施例所述的护套103包括内部中空的套筒部,调整脚104的一端套设在套筒部内且可相对轴向移动;所述套筒部的上端向外翻边形成安装平面1032,安装平面1032与液压板101的底面贴合并固定连接。本实施例的安装平面1032由套筒部的上端外翻形成,对调整脚104在护套103内的轴向移动,且只增大安装平面处的面积,而非是护套103的整体放大,节省了材料,降低了成本。
具体地,本实施例所述的液压板101为方形平板结构,所述的套筒部为圆筒状结构,圆筒状结构的上端向外翻边形成与液压板相匹配的方形安装平面1032,所述方形平板结构与方形安装平面相贴合并固定连接。

本实施例根据家用电器用底脚的结构以及安装特点,第一安装孔1013多余第二安装孔1012设置以确保安装在家用电器上的稳固。第一安装孔1013分布于第二安装孔1012的两侧设置,这样,家用电器的整个重量可以更加均匀的分布在液压板101上,避免液压板局部应力集中造成损坏。
作为本实施例的一种安装方式,本实施例所述的护套103与液压板101之间还可以通过卡接、或者粘接、或者热熔、或者焊接方式固定连接,然后在固定安装在家用电器的底部。
本实施例的液压板101采用塑料一体注塑或者金属压铸制成,所述的护套103采用塑料一体注塑或者金属材料压铸制成。
根据本实施例家用电器用底脚的受力特点,优选地,所述的液压板101采用塑料一体注塑制成,所述的护套103采用金属压铸制成。由于护套103受力较大,因此采用金属压铸以保证强度,这样,本实施例的家用电器用底脚制造成本更低,且能保证其整体强度。
家用电器的部分重力通过底板施加在液压板101上F1,液压板101的平面可以将所受力传递给护套103的安装平面1032,液压板101内部通过液压传递给调整脚104,调整脚104同样受到支撑面的支撑力F2,F1=F2,调整脚104的力传递给液压板101的平面,液压板101再传给家用电器的底板。这样的设计使得液压板101虽然承受内部液体流道的压力、洗衣机的部分重力以及调整脚104的支撑力,但都传递给了护套103的安装平面1032、调整脚104及家用电器的底板。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,本实施例的家用电器用底脚还包括内部具有空腔的柔性容纳体108,所述的液压介质容置在柔性容纳体108内;所述液压板101上设有用于密封安装柔性容纳体108的第三安装结构。
具体地,所述液压板101内部设有液体流道,所述柔性容纳体108具有开口部,所述柔性容纳体108的开口部通过压环106固定安装在液压板101的底面上与液体流道连通;所述的第三安装结构为第三安装孔1016,所述的压环106通过第三连接件装配在第三安装孔1016上。
进一步地,本实施例所述的第三安装孔1016设置在液压板的中部,所述的第三安装孔1016至少包括四个,分别对应液压板101的四个角设置。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,本实施例所述柔性容纳体108的开口部通过压环106固定安装在液压板101的底面上,压环106与液压板101共同挤压开口部形变进行密封。本实施例通过压环106挤压开口部形变进行密封,更加简单方便,且密封效果好。
进一步地,所述柔性容纳体108包括细径部,细径部的端部外翻形成的开口部,所述的压环106套 设在细径部上,压环106与液压板101共同挤压开口部形变进行密封。本实施例在进行柔性容纳体108的密封安装时可先将细径部卡套在压环106,只需要固定安装压环106,在紧固的过程中,压环106挤压开口部即可实现密封安装。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述液压板101的底面设置液压板凹槽,所述柔性容纳体108的开口部通过压环106挤压形变填充进液压板凹槽内进行密封。这种方式,在紧固压环106将柔性容纳体108的开口部挤压形变填充进液压板凹槽内即可实现密封,结构简单,密封可靠有效。
优选地,所述液压板凹槽与压环106围合的容积小于柔性容纳体108的开口部的体积。这样,可使得柔性容纳体108的开口部与液压板凹槽紧密接触,确保密封性。
本实施例的压环106通过固定装置固定在液压板101上,具体可通过螺栓/螺钉进行固定连接。所述的压环106开设压环安装孔,所述螺栓/螺钉穿过压环安装孔紧固在液压板101的第三安装孔1016上。
本实施例的柔性容纳体108包括容纳本体1081,容纳本体1081为软性囊状结构,具有的可伸缩的波纹结构,波纹结构设置于调整脚104内,随着液压介质的流动伸缩带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向移动进行调平。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚还包括用于保护柔性容纳体108的保护件107,所述压环106嵌入保护环107内,这样具有如下的技术效果:
1、本实施例的压环106和保护环107之间采用嵌入式安装,可以起到限位作用,避免设置复杂的限位结构,简单稳定。
2、本实施例的家用电器用底脚在极大的冲击压力下(如安装使用了该家用电器用底脚的家用电器或物品在跌落或者抬起突然放置时),保护环107与柔性容纳体108施压贴合面无任何间隙,避免柔性容纳体108因此膨胀破裂等问题,提高了可靠性。
3、本实施例的压环106和保护环107之间采用嵌入式安装,降低了压环106和保护环107的安装高度,从而降低了家用电器用底脚的整体高度,安装在家用电器上对其整体重心影响较小,更利于家用电器的支撑稳定性,而对于家用电器工作过程中的震动(如洗衣机的脱水震动)具有更好的减震效果。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述保护环107的一端设置保护曲面1072,保护曲面1072配合柔性容纳体108的外部表面以防止柔性容纳体108受压破损。
本实施例的保护环107的另一端设置嵌入槽1071,所述的压环106嵌入保护环107的嵌入槽1071内。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述保护环107的嵌入槽1071的内壁上设置限位凸部,所述固定件上设置与限位凸部相配合的限位凹部。本实施例的限位结构根据压环106和保护环107的嵌入式安装进行设计,在嵌入安装的同时即实现了限位运动,结构简单,稳定可靠。
本实施例的嵌入槽1071的深度大于压环106的厚度,这样压环106可完全嵌入到嵌入槽1071内,最大限度的降低安装高度,以降低家用电器用底脚的整体高度。同时,在家用电器用底脚在不平状态时,柔性容纳体108受压力不同,液压介质流动,柔性容纳体108伸缩带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向运动进行调平,柔性容纳体108伸缩必然作用与保护环107上,保护环107在嵌入槽1071与压环106的嵌入限定下轴向移动。
本实施例结构设计保护环107的外圆周完全包裹了所述压环106,只存在保护环107压入调整脚104,极大提高了可靠性和贴合的稳定性。因此,本实施例的保护环107压入调整脚104后,会一直稳定在调整脚104中轴向移动,移动顺滑可靠,二者实现整个家用电器用底脚更稳定,保护环107与压环106二者还可以上下存在一定的活动量。
本实施例家用电器用底脚的护套103和/或调整脚104设置用于限制调整脚104相对护套103周向转动的导向限位机构,所述液压板101上对应导向限位机构设置避让口1011。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚利用液压原理对家用电器进行自动调平简单可靠,由于调整脚104可相对其轴向移动设置在护套103内,而对家用电器的调节仅限于上下方向,因此为了保证调平的稳定性,需要限定调整脚104相对护套103的转动。因此,本实施例的导向限位机构用于限定调整脚104相对于护套103沿着需要的方向运动。
由于家用电器(例如洗衣机)工作时一般会产生震动,为了保证家用电器的运行稳定性,本实施例的家用电器用底脚应尽量降低其整体高度以降低家用电器的重心。因此,本实施例在液压板101上对应导向限位机构设置避让口1011,在满足导向限位机构设置的同时,不影响调整脚104的轴向移动,可降低家用电器用底脚的整体高度,提高其减震稳定性。具体地,所述的导向限位机构包括设置在护套内壁上的导向限位凹槽/导向限位凸部和对应设置在调整脚外壁上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽;所述的导向限位凸部可相对滑动的设置在导向限位凹槽内以限制调整脚相对护套周向转动。本实施例通过导向限位凹槽与导向限位凸部的配合即可限定调整脚104的轴向移动,结构简单可靠。
本实施例所述避让口1011对应调整脚104上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽设置,调整脚104朝向液压板101运动,调整脚104上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽的一端进入避让口1011。本实施例针对的调整脚104的轴向移动,不管导向限位机构是何种机构,只需要避让部对应调整脚104上的导向限位凸部/导向限位凹槽设置即可,因此在不改变调节高度的前提下,降低家用电器用底脚的整体高度且保证导向限位的稳定性。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述护套103的内壁沿其轴向方向设置导向限位凹槽1031,所述调整脚104的外壁上设置导向限位凸部,所述的导向限位凸部可相对滑动的设置在导向限位凹槽1031内以限制调整脚104相对护套103周向转动。
本实施例所述的避让口1011设置在液压板101上对应导向限位凸部,所述调整脚104护套103内上下轴向移动,导向限位凸部的一端进/出避让口1011。
因此,本实施例的家用电器用底脚由于导向限位凸部的一端进/出避让口1011,这样在同样的整体高度下,可具有更大的调节高度;在同样的调节高度时,本实施例的家用电器用底脚可具有更小的整体高度。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的导向限位凸部包括第一导向限位块1041和第二导向限位块1042,第一导向限位块1041固定在调整脚104的外壁上,第二导向限位块1042固定在第一导向限位块1041上且朝向液压板101延伸一定高度。本实施例的第一导向限位块1041主要起到在导向限位凹槽1031内导向限位的作用,而第二导向限位块1042相当于延长了第一导向限位块1041,具有更好的导向限位稳定性。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的导向限位机构包括多个,分别沿着护套103和/或调整脚104的周向分布,所述液压板101上对应导向限位机构设置多个避让口1011。这样设置多个导向限位机构,进一步的增加了限位的稳定性,具有更好的导向限位效果。
本实施例为了实现调整脚104在护套103中的上下运动,防止圆周旋转,护套103圆周上设置了一定数量的导向限位凹槽1031,数量为N,N≥1。本发明图例中优选的是4个。
调整脚104圆周上也设置了对应的导向限位凸部,数量为N,N≥1。本发明图例中优选的是4个。导向限位凸部可以在导向限位槽中运动,并由导向限位凹槽1031的底部的止挡端部1032进行限位,防止调整脚104由护套103中脱落出来。
为尽可能的降低家用电器用底脚高度,实现更好的稳定性,在不降低调节高度H0的情况下,原理上可以尽可能的减少护套200、调整脚300的高度,尤其是减少二者重合部,即图例中H1。在H1很小时,护套200对调整脚300的限位作用会下降,导致调整脚300的侧偏等问题。
实施例二
如图1-图8、图20及图21所示,本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,包括:
液压板101;
护套103,与所述液压板101固定连接;
调整脚104,设置在护套103内且可相对其轴向移动;
所述的液压板101、护套103和调整脚104之间形成容纳腔室;
液压介质102,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚在护套内轴向移动进行调平;
所述家用电器用底脚的整体高度h、横向长度D分别由所安装的家用电器的规格参数确定。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚根据液压原理,由于不平产生的不同压力,液压介质的流动性使得调整脚自动进行适应性的调整,直到家用电器用底脚达到平衡,液压介质停止流通,实现自动调平。
根据大量的实践结果可知,本实施例的家用电器用底脚对家用电器的调平效果很大程度上取决于整体高度h、横向长度D两个参数,整体高度h越低可有效降低家用电器的整体重心调平效果更好,横向长度D越大可增大对家用电器的支撑稳定性,调平效果也更好,横向长度D越大也同时可增大所述的液压板101、护套103和调整脚104之间形成容纳腔室的空间,以容纳更多的液压介质,调平效果也更好。但是,家用电器用底脚的整体高度h、横向长度D也并非越大越好,还取决于制造、安装、成本等因素。因此,本实施例家用电器用底脚的整体高度h、横向长度D分别由所安装的家用电器的规格参数确定,由家用电器的规格参数确定最佳的整体高度h、横向长度D。
进一步研究表明,本实施例家用电器用底脚的调节效果取决于整体高度h、横向长度D的比h/D,具体地,所述家用电器用底脚的整体高度h、横向长度D以及家用电器的重量m之间存在:h/D反比于m。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述家用电器用底脚的整体高度h、横向长度D满足:0<h/D≤10;
优选地为0.1≤h/D≤1;
更为优选地为0.4≤h/D≤0.8。
本实施例限定的家用电器用底脚的h/D的范围可以满足96%的家用电器的调平需求,具有较好的调平效果,且便于制造、安装,且成本较低。因此,按照本实施例的h/D的范围生产的家用电器用底脚可作为标准件,应用于各个家用电器上,更有利于市场推广。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,本实施例所述家用电器用底脚的整体高度h为调整脚由护套内完全伸出时调整脚与护套的高度之和;
优选地,所述家用电器用底脚的整体高度h满足:5mm≤h≤100mm;
进一步优选地,所述家用电器用底脚的整体高度h为25±15mm。
本实施例限定的家用电器用底脚的整体高度h的范围可以满足96%的家用电器的调平需求,具有较好的调平效果,且便于制造、安装,且成本较低。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述护套103的主体为圆筒状结构,所述调整脚104套设在圆筒状结构内部且能轴向移动,所述家用电器用底脚的横向长度D为护套的直径;
优选地,所述家用电器用底脚的横向长度D满足:5mm≤D≤590mm;
进一步优选地,所述家用电器用底脚的横向长度D为50±30mm。
本实施例限定的家用电器用底脚的横向长度D的范围可以满足96%的家用电器的调平需求,具有较 好的调平效果,且便于制造、安装,且成本较低。
进一步地,本实施例所述调整脚104为筒状结构,所述调整脚104的直径为d,满足:5mm≤d≤590mm;
优选地,所述调整脚104的直径为d为50±30mm。
本实施例的调整脚104的直径d的取值范围可以提供更好的支撑稳定性。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,至少两个家用电器用底脚通过液压管连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通;所述液压管的直径为d1,满足:0.5mm≤d1≤h;
优选地,所述液压管的直径d1为10±9mm。
本实施例的液压管的直径d1可降低液压介质的流速,以具有更好的调节稳定性能。另外,针对于家用电器骤然受压的情况也能更好的缓冲,避免造成家用电器用底脚的损坏,延长其使用寿命。
本实施例所述两个家用电器用底脚通过液压管连通构造为家用电器用底脚组,所述家用电器用底脚组的整体长度不小于家用电器宽度。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的家用电器为洗衣机,所述家用电器用底脚的整体高度h、横向长度D以及洗衣机的容量V之间存在:h/D反比于V。针对洗衣机来说,影响其支撑平稳性的主要是质量,而质量主要取决于洗衣机的容量V。
本实施例限定的家用电器用底脚的参数范围可以满足家用电器的调平需求,具有较好的调平效果,且便于制造、安装,且成本较低。因此,按照本实施例的家用电器用底脚可作为标准件,应用于各个家用电器上,更有利于市场推广。
实施例三
如图9-图13所示,本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,包括:
液压板101;
护套103,与所述液压板101固定连接;
调整脚104,设置在护套103内且可相对其轴向移动;
所述的液压板101、护套103和调整脚104之间形成容纳腔室;
液压介质,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向移动进行调平;
所述的液压板101内设置用于减缓液压介质流速的节流结构500。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚根据液压原理,由于不平产生的不同压力,液压介质的流动性使得调整脚自动进行适应性的调整,直到家用电器用底脚达到平衡,液压介质停止流通,实现自动调平。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚在液压板内设置节流结构500,避免液压介质的快速流动,使得调节过 程更为平稳。另外,针对家用电器用底脚受压变化较大的情况,节流结构500可以进行很好的缓冲,避免液压介质突然快速流动造成的家用电器用底脚的损坏。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的节流结构500为设置在液压板内的节流流道,节流流道增加液压介质流动阻尼力以减缓液压介质流速。
如图12所示,具体地,本实施例所述液压板101上设置用于液压介质流出的液压嘴1014;所述的节流流道包括第一节流流道501和第二节流流道502,第一节流流道501的一端连通容纳腔室,另一端连通第二节流流道502,第二节流流道502连通液压嘴1014。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的第一节流流道501的直径大于第二节流流道502的直径。
如图13所示,作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述第一节流流道501与第二节流流道502的连通处设置节流孔503,所述节流孔的直径均小于第一节流流道、第二节流流道。
由于在液压板101本身的厚度较小,再在液压板101内部设置节流流道生产工艺困难,尤其是长度较长,直径较小的节流流道。这样会造成生产困难,工艺复杂,成本高,生产效率低的问题。本方式采用节流孔方式实现节流,这样对于节流流道直径限制较小,可将节流流道的直径设置的相对较大,生产容易,节流效果弱化,但是在节流孔处节流效果比较明显。
因此,本实施例的家用电器用底脚通过节流孔的形式实现节流,不但生产工艺简单且节流效果好,液压底脚更加稳定可靠。
具体地,本实施例所述第一节流流道501上与第二节流流道502相连通的一端直径缩小,形成节流孔503;
或者,所述第二节流流道502上与第一节流流道501相连通的一端直径缩小,形成节流孔503。
为了实现节流效果,本实施例所述的节流流道的最小直径d满足:d≤6mm;优选地,d≤2mm;进一步优选地,d≤1mm。
具体地,所述的第二节流流道502的直径为最小直径d,或者,所述的节流孔的孔径为最小直径d。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的液压板101内设置用于液压介质流通的液体流道,所述的节流结构500设置在液体流道内增加液压介质流动阻尼力以减缓液压介质流速。此时,节流结构可以为挡环或者挡块等固定在液体流道内减小其内径的结构。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚,还包括内部具有空腔的柔性容纳体,所述的液压介质容置在柔性容纳体内;所述柔性容纳体具有开口部,所述柔性容纳体的开口部固定安装在液压板上与节流流道或者液体流道相连通。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚的节流结构还能起到稳压的作用,比方洗衣机在洗涤或者脱水时,晃动或者对底脚负荷变动时候,液压介质经过节流结构之后的,降低了液压和流速,在洗衣机工作程序过程 中液压波动对相对很小,不会造成调整脚因液压波动而动作幅度过大,进而实现有效自动调节洗衣机平稳,而且进一步降低了洗衣机的振动及噪音。
实施例四
如图14-图19所示,本实施例的一种家用电器用底脚,包括:
液压板101;
护套103,与所述液压板101固定连接;
调整脚104,设置在护套103内且可相对其轴向移动;
所述的液压板101、护套103和调整脚104之间形成容纳腔室;
液压介质,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向移动进行调平;
连通装置,连通至少两个家用电器用底脚实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通;
所述的连通装置内设置用于减缓液压介质流速的节流结构300。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚根据液压原理,由于不平产生的不同压力,液压介质的流动性使得调整脚自动进行适应性的调整,直到家用电器用底脚达到平衡,液压介质停止流通,实现自动调平。
本实施例的家用电器用底脚之间通过连通装置连通,这样液压介质就可在家用电器底脚间流通实现自动调平。本实施例在连通装置内设置节流结构300,避免液压介质在家用电器底脚间快速流动,使得调节过程更为平稳。另外,针对家用电器用底脚受压变化较大的情况,节流结构300可以进行很好的缓冲,避免液压介质突然快速流动造成的家用电器用底脚的损坏。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述的连通装置包括液压管200和连通件400,至少两个家用电器用底脚分别通过液压管200连接至同一连通件400实现连通;所述的节流结构300设置在连通件400内。液压管200若太细,则与其连接的液压嘴直径也会很小,液压嘴的直径太小强度不太容易满足要求,因此,本实施例将节流结构300设置在连通件400内更易生产制造,降低成本。
具体地,本实施例所述的连通件400内设置节流流道,节流流道的两端分别连通液压管200,所述节流流道增加液压介质流动阻尼力以减缓液压介质流速。
本实施例所述节流流道的直径小于所述与其连通的液压管200的直径;或者,所述节流流道包括一直径缩小部以形成节流孔303。
具体地,如图17所示,本实施例的连通件400内设置第三节流流道301,第三节流流道301的两端分别贯通用于连接液压管200的两个液压嘴,所述第三节流流道301的内径远小于液压管200的内径,以实现节流的效果。
或者,如图18、图19所示,本实施例的连通件400内设置第四节流流道302,第四节流流道302 的两端分别贯通用于用于连接液压管200的两个液压嘴,第四节流流道302的内径略小于液压管200的内径,第四节流流道302具有一直径缩小部以形成节流孔303。
由于在连通件400内设置节流流道生产工艺困难,尤其是长度较长,直径较小的节流流道。这样会造成生产困难,工艺复杂,成本高,生产效率低的问题。本方式采用节流孔方式实现节流,这样对于节流流道直径限制较小,可将节流流道的直径设置的相对较大,生产容易,节流效果弱化,但是在节流孔处节流效果比较明显。
进一步地,所述的连通件400上设置用于灌注液压介质的灌注口404,灌注口404上密封安装密封装置;所述的节流流道贯通所述的灌注口。
如图18所示,本实施例所述的节流流道与灌注口404相连通位置处直径缩小形成节流孔303。
或者,如图19所示,位于所述灌注口404一侧的节流流道的中部直径缩小形成节流孔303。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述的灌注口404为螺孔,所述的密封装置包括螺栓403和密封圈402,所述的螺栓403安装在螺孔404内,密封圈402设置在螺栓403与螺孔之间进行密封连接。
本实施例的灌注口采用沉孔结构,沉孔结构的开口端设置凹槽401,所述的密封圈402设置在凹槽401内。
优选地,本实施例所述的节流流道的最小直径d满足:d≤6mm;优选地,d≤2mm;进一步优选地,d≤1mm。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述液压板上设置用于液压介质流出的液压嘴;两个家用电器用底脚通过液压管连通;所述液压管的直径小于液压嘴的直径,增加液压介质流动阻尼力以减缓液压介质流速。本实施例也可桶缩小液压管的直径来实现节流的目的。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,所述连通装置400内设置用于液压介质流通的液体流道,所述的节流结构设置在液体流道内增加液压介质流动阻尼力以减缓液压介质流速。此时,节流结构可以为挡环或者挡块等固定在液体流道内减小其内径的结构。
实施例五
本实施例的家用电器用底脚,包括:液压板101,内部设有节流流道;护套103,与液压板101固定连接;调整脚104,设置在护套103内且可相对其轴向移动;所述的液压板101、护套103和调整脚104之间形成容纳腔室;柔性容纳体108,内部容纳液压介质,设置于所述容纳腔室内;在压力作用下,所述柔性容纳体108伸缩带动调整脚104在护套103内轴向移动进行调平;还包括橡胶垫片105,固定在调整脚104的底部,橡胶垫片105底部具有设计的纹路,提高对地面的摩擦力,增强稳定性。
实施例六
本实施例同时提供了一种具有如上述任一实施例所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器,包括壳体,壳体 的底部安装多个所述的家用电器用底脚,家用电器用底脚100内部填充的液压介质可在家用电器用底脚之间流通进行调平。
优选地,至少两个家用电器用底脚100通过连通装置连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通。
本发明实施例以洗衣机为例,阐述了本发明家用电器用底脚实现洗衣机自动调平的原理和方法,当洗衣机安装后,由于地面不平,导致不同的家用电器用底脚的水平高度不同,位于地面凹坑处的家用电器用底脚位置低。由此可以知道的是,位置高处家用电器用底脚首先承受洗衣机的重量,并且承受的重力大,位置低家用电器用底脚由于虚腿或者承受的重力小。
位置高处家用电器用底脚的调整脚在大的压力下将上移,整个底脚的高度变小使充满液压介质的柔性容纳体的中空腔室的容积压缩减小,迫使液压介质进入节流孔或者阀孔通过高压管进入位置低处家用电器用底脚内,使位置低处家用电器用底脚的柔性容纳体内的液压介质越来越多,使得柔性容纳体膨胀推动调整脚伸长。
当位置高处底脚和位置低处底脚的液压相同,液压介质不再由高压管流动,调整脚与洗衣机底板的相对位置不再变化,完成洗衣机的自动调整。
在洗衣机洗涤或者甩干的过程中,由于液压介质还可以缓慢流动自调平,洗衣机的震动噪音大大降低。
本实施例的液压介质可以选取采用液压油,流动性好,成分稳定。
另外,本发明上述各实施例的家用电器用底脚还可应用于除洗衣机外的如电冰箱、冷柜、空调室内机等家用电器。
需要说明的是:本发明的上述各实施例可单独实施,也可将多个实施例相结合实施。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,包括:
    液压板;
    护套,与所述液压板固定连接;
    调整脚,设置在护套内且可相对其轴向移动;
    所述的液压板、护套和调整脚之间形成容纳腔室;
    液压介质,设置于所述容纳腔室内,随着压力的改变,所述液压介质压缩/膨胀带动调整脚在护套内轴向移动进行调平。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述液压板上设有用于与家用电器的底板固定连接的第一安装结构;所述的液压板上设有用于与护套固定连接的第二安装结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的第一安装结构为设置在液压板上的第一安装孔,所述的液压板通过第一连接件穿过第一安装孔固定连接在家用电器的底板上。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的第二安装结构为第二安装孔,所述的液压板通过第二连接件穿过第二安装孔与护套固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述护套的上端向外翻边形成安装平面,安装平面与液压板的底面贴合并固定连接;所述的安装平面上开设对应第二安装孔的第四安装孔。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任意一项所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的液压板为方形平板结构;所述护套的主体为圆筒状结构,圆筒状结构的上部开口向外翻边形成与液压板相匹配的方形安装平面;
    所述液压板的四个角上分别设置至少一个第二安装结构;每个安装结构的至少一侧设置一个第一安装结构;
    优选地,所述液压板的四个角上分别设置一个第二安装孔,每个第一安装孔的两侧分别设置第一安装孔。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任意一项所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,还包括内部具有空腔的柔性容纳体,所述的液压介质容置在柔性容纳体内;所述液压板上设有用于密封安装柔性容纳体的第三安装结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述液压板内部设有液体流道,所述柔性容纳体具有开口部,所述柔性容纳体的开口部通过压环固定安装在液压板的底面上与液体流道连通;
    所述的第三安装结构为第三安装孔,所述的压环通过第三连接件装配在第三安装孔上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种家用电器用底脚,其特征在于,所述的第三安装孔设置在液压板的中部,所述的第三安装孔至少包括四个,分别对应液压板的四个角设置。
  10. 一种具有如权利要求1-9任一项所述家用电器用底脚的家用电器,其特征在于,至少两个家用电器用底脚通过连通件连通实现液压介质在家用电器用底脚间的流通。
