一、扬声器模组外壳上的孔结构越多,外壳加工难度越大,成本越高;
二、两个孔结构都需要粘贴附件,组装工序需要的工位和作业人员多,成本高;

如图1、图2和图3共同所示,一种扬声器模组,包括外壳,外壳由结合在一起的上壳10和下壳20构成,上壳10与下壳20围成的空间内收容有扬声器单体30。扬声器单体30将整个模组内腔分隔为前声腔60和后声腔62两个腔体,扬声器单体30与上壳10共同围成前声腔60,扬声器单体30、上壳10和下壳20共同围成后声腔62。
如图1、图2和图3共同所示,上壳10上设有一通孔140,用于灌装吸音颗粒(图中未示出),通孔140兼做后声腔62与外界之间的用于气压均衡的泄漏孔。
后声腔62内通过透声隔离件70分隔有用于填充吸音颗粒的填充腔620,在组装扬声器模组时,吸音颗粒由通孔140处灌装到填充腔620,填充腔620的位置与通孔140对应,吸音颗粒用于降低扬声器模组的F0,提高低频性能,透声隔离件70可防止吸音颗粒进入到后声腔62的其它区域,有利于保护扬声器单体30,本实施方式中透声隔离件70优选为网布。
如图1、图2和图3共同所示,本实施方式中上壳10由第一上壳12和第二上壳14结合而成,扬声器单体30固定在第一上壳12与下壳20之间,扬声器单体30与第一上壳12共同围成前声腔60。填充腔620位于扬声器单体30的一侧,第一上壳12的内侧设有向后声腔62内延伸的固定边框120,透声隔离件70的边缘固定在固定边框120上,透声隔离件70水平设置,将后声腔62分隔为上、下两个腔体,位于上侧的腔体即为填充腔620。第一上壳12对应填充腔620上方的区域为敞口结构,第二上壳14覆盖在敞口结构处,填充腔620由第一上壳12、第二上壳14和透声隔离件70共同围成,通孔140位于第二上壳14上。
如图1、图3和图4共同所示,位于通孔140周边的第二上壳14上设有凹陷的定位槽142,此定位槽142在第二上壳14的内侧形成一凸台结构。通孔140位于定位槽142的中心位置,阻尼50粘接固定在定位槽142内,在本实施例中,通孔140的孔径为1mm~5mm。本实施方式中优选在阻尼50的侧壁与定位槽 142的侧壁之间填充有密封胶80,即阻尼50的周围涂有密封胶80,可增强阻尼50与第二上壳14之间的粘接力。
如图4所示,位于通孔140外端的上壳10上粘接固定有透声的阻尼50,阻尼50包括叠加在一起的具有微孔的阻尼膜52和透声片54,阻尼膜52通过胶层56粘接结合在第二上壳14上,透声片54为环形结构,通过胶层56粘接结合在阻尼膜52远离第二上壳14一侧的边缘位置,透声片54的中心孔与通孔140相对应,后声腔62通过透声片54的中心孔、阻尼膜52和通孔140与外界相通,透声片54与阻尼膜52之间也通过胶层56粘接为一体。本实施方式中优选胶层为双面胶,使用双面胶粘接方便,易操作,本实施例中,胶层的厚度0.01mm~0.3mm,孔径为1mm~6mm。
如图2和图4共同所示,本实施方式优选透声片54的外周形状和尺寸与阻尼膜52的外周形状和尺寸相一致,本实施方式中阻尼膜52为圆形结构,透声片54为圆环形结构,但实际应用中并不限于圆形结构,方形、椭圆形等只要能覆盖住通孔140即可。
本实施方式中优选阻尼膜52的材质为网布、透声膜或无纺布中的一种,本实施例中,网布厚度为0.03mm~0.15mm,开孔率1%~20%,透声膜的材质优选为EFEP(氟树脂)、EPTFE(膨体聚四氟乙烯)或TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)中的一种,但并不限定为上述的几种,阻尼膜52可以为一层结构,也可以为多层的复合结构:由上述涉及的多种材质中的两种或多种组成的多层膜。透声片54的材质选择具有一定刚性的材料,本实施方式中优选透声片54的材质为金属片或硬质塑料片,其中硬质塑料片优选为PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)片、PC(聚碳酸酯)片、PP(聚丙烯)片或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)片中的一种,但并不限定为上述的几种,只要具有一定刚性,能起到定形作用的材料均可,透声片54也可以为一层片或多层片的任意复合,在本实施例中,透声片54的厚度为0.03mm~1mm,中心孔的孔径为1mm~5mm,且本实施方式优选透声片54的孔径小于通孔140的孔径。
如图1、图2和图3共同所示,扬声器模组还包括FPCB(柔性印刷线路板) 40,FPCB 40用于电连接扬声器单体30与外部电路,FPCB 40位于模组内腔的一端设有两个电连接部,分别与扬声器单体30的两个焊盘电连接,FPCB 40的另一端穿出模组内腔与外部电路电连接。
实施例二:
如图5所示,本实施方式与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:
环形的透声片54通过胶层粘接结合在第二上壳14上,阻尼膜52通过胶层粘接结合在透声片54远离第二上壳14的一侧。
实施例三:
如图6所述,本实施方式与实施例一或实施例二基本相同,其不同之处在于:
定位槽142的底部沿周向设有多个热熔柱144,阻尼50上对应热熔柱144的位置分别设有与热熔柱144相适配的热熔孔141,在粘接阻尼50时,热熔柱144从热熔孔141内穿过,然后通过热熔工艺将热熔柱144露出阻尼50的端部热熔成小帽结构,将阻尼50固定在第二上壳14上,可更进一步的防止阻尼50从第二上壳14上脱落。
本实用新型将现有技术中的吸音颗粒灌装孔与泄漏孔合二为一,在组装时仅需要粘贴一个阻尼,而不再需要粘贴密封片,从而降低了外壳的加工难度,减少了扬声器模组的组装工序和作业人员,降低了生产成本;同时还降低了漏气及阻尼脱落的风险,提高了扬声器模组的可靠性和使用寿命。
本说明书仅是以上述结构的扬声器模组为例对本实用新型的技术方案进行举例说明,实际应用中本实用新型的技术方案并不仅限于上述结构的扬声器模组中,其可应用于任何一种需要填充吸音颗粒的扬声器模组中,本领域的技术人员根据上述实施例的阐述,不需要付出任何创造性的劳动就可以将本实用新型的技术方案应用到其它结构的扬声器模组中,故无论扬声器模组的其它结构是否与上述实施例的相同,只要是将原有的灌装孔与泄漏孔合二为一用以降低加工难度和生产成本的产品均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。
本实用新型不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述 构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,包括外壳及收容在所述外壳内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将整个模组内腔分隔为前声腔和后声腔两个腔体,其特征在于,所述外壳上设有用于灌装吸音颗粒的通孔,所述通孔兼做所述后声腔与外界之间的用于气压均衡的泄漏孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述后声腔通过透声隔离件分隔有用于填充吸音颗粒的填充腔,所述填充腔的位置与所述通孔对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述外壳上固定有用于覆盖所述通孔的阻尼,所述阻尼包括叠加设置的具有微孔的阻尼膜和透声片,所述后声腔通过所述透声片的中心孔、所述阻尼膜和所述通孔与外界相通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,位于所述通孔周边的所述外壳上设有凹陷的定位槽,所述阻尼固定在所述定位槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述阻尼的侧部与所述定位槽的侧壁之间填充有密封胶。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述定位槽的底部设有热熔柱,所述阻尼上设有供所述热熔柱穿过的热熔孔。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述外壳包括结合在一起的上壳和下壳,所述上壳的内侧设有向模组内腔延伸的固定边框,所述透声隔离件水平固定在所述固定边框上并将所述后声腔分隔为上下两个腔体,位于上侧的所述腔体为所述填充腔;所述通孔设置在所述上壳上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述上壳包括结合为一体的第一上壳和第二上壳,所述固定边框设置在所述第一上壳上,所述第二上壳覆盖在所述填充腔的上方与所述第一上壳和所述透声隔离件共同围成所述填充腔;所述通孔设置在所述第二上壳上。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述透声片的外周形状和尺寸与所述阻尼膜的外周形状和尺寸相一致,所述通孔的孔径为1mm~5mm,所述透声片的厚度为0.03mm~1mm,所述透声片的中心孔的孔径为1mm~5mm。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述阻尼通过第一胶层粘接固定在所述外壳上,所述透声片与所述阻尼膜之间通过第二胶层粘接为一体。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第一胶层和第二胶层厚度为0.01mm~0.3mm,孔径为1mm~6mm。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述透声片的材质为金属片或硬质塑料片,所述硬质塑料片为PET片、PC片、PP片或ABS片中的一种。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述阻尼膜的材质为网布、透声膜或无纺布中的一种,所述透声膜的材质为EFEP、EPTFE或TPU中的一种。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述网布的厚度为0.03mm~0.15mm,开孔率为1%~20%。
