Abstract

Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour gérer des informations relatives à la pression sanguine par réalisation en continu d'examens d'informations relatives à la pression sanguine pendant une période de temps prolongée, déterminer automatiquement de l'état de santé d'un patient examiné, et informer le patient examiné de l'état de santé ou d'informations similaires en fonction du résultat de la détermination. Le dispositif d'un mode de réalisation de la présente invention constitue un dispositif de gestion d'informations relatives à la pression sanguine qui est capable de notifier à un patient examiné une alerte en fonction de son état de santé, le dispositif étant pourvu de : une unité de notification d'alerte (1sp, 11,16) qui est capable de fournir une notification d'alerte ; une unité d'examen d'informations sur la pression sanguine (15) qui est capable d'examiner en continu la pression sanguine du patient examiné ; une unité de détermination (131) qui détermine l'état de santé du patient examiné conformément à des critères de détermination prédéterminés, sur la base d'un résultat d'examen fourni par l'unité d'examen d'informations sur la pression sanguine (15) ; et une unité de traitement de notification (132) qui déclenche l'émission d'une notification d'alerte par l'unité de notification d'alerte (1sp, 11, 16) en fonction d'un résultat de détermination fourni par l'unité de détermination (131).
