背景技术
小额贷款是个人和中小企业为核心的综合消费贷款,贷款金额一般在30万以下。传统的方式中,申请人向银行递交小额贷款申请之后,银行会对申请人提交的申请材料进行审核,并且对其贷款额度进行测算。由于小额贷款的申请额度较低,通常银行只是根据申请人的房贷情况来测算贷款额度,测算维度较为单一。如果申请人还存在其他贷款,如车贷、保单贷款等,而这些贷款被忽略,未被用于贷款额度测算的话,那么测算出的贷款额度则不够准确。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种贷款额度测算方法、装置、服务器和存储介质。
一种贷款额度测算方法,包括:
接收客户终端发送的贷款请求,所述贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度;
根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,所述贷款记录包括多项贷 款业务;
根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度;
判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于所述申请额度;及
若是,则生成按照所述申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将所述提示信息发送至客户终端。
一种贷款额度测算装置,所述装置包括:
接收模块,用于接收客户终端发送的贷款请求,所述贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度;
获取模块,用于根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,所述贷款记录包括多项贷款业务;
测算模块,用于根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度;
判断模块,用于判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于所述申请额度;及
提示模块,用于若所述综合额度大于或等于所述申请额度,则生成按照所述申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将所述提示信息发送至客户终端。
一种服务器,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被所述处理器执行时时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
接收客户终端发送的贷款请求,所述贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度;
根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,所述贷款记录包括多项贷款业务;
根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度;
判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于所述申请额度;及
若是,则生成按照所述申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将所述提示信息发送至客户终端。
一个或多个存储有计算机可执行指令的非易失性可读存储介质,所述计 算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例中所提供的贷款额度测算方法可以应用于如图1所示的应用场景中。其中,客户终端102通过网络与服务器104连接。申请人通过客户终端102向服务器104发送小额贷款的贷款请求,贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度。服务器104接收客户终端102发送的贷款请求。服务器104根据申请人标识在数据库中检索对应的贷款记录,获取申请人的贷款记录。贷款记录中可以包括多项贷款业务。服务器104根据多项贷款业务测算申请人对应的综合额度。服务器104计算得到申请人本次小额贷款的综合额度之后,将综合额度与申请额度进行比对,如果综合额度大于或等于申请额度,则可以按照申请额度向申请人发放贷款,服务器104生成按照申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息。服务器104可以将提示信息发送至客户终端102。由于综合额度是根据多项贷款业务综合测算得来的,测算维度较为全面,从而能够有效提高了小额贷款额度测算的准确性。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种贷款额度测算方法,应该理解的是,虽然图2的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,其可以以其他的顺序执行。而且,图2中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,其执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其他步骤或者其他步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。以该方法应用于图1中的服务器为例进行说明,具体包括:
步骤202,接收贷款请求,贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度。
步骤204,根据申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,贷款记录包括多项贷款业务。
步骤206,根据多项贷款业务计算申请人对应的综合额度。
申请人向银行申请小额贷款时,可以通过客户终端向银行的服务器提交贷款请求。也可以前往银行柜面提交贷款请求。银行柜面工作人员接受申请 人提交的申请信息,通过柜面的受理终端录入小额贷款所需的申请信息。受理终端利用申请信息生成贷款请求,并向银行的服务器发送贷款请求。服务器接收客户终端或受理终端发送的贷款请求。贷款请求中携带了申请信息。申请信息包括申请人信息和申请额度。申请人信息包括申请人标识。服务器根据申请人标识在数据库中检索对应的贷款记录,获取申请人的贷款记录。贷款记录中可以包括多项贷款业务。贷款业务包括:房贷、车贷和保单贷款等。每项贷款业务都可以视为一个测算维度。服务器根据贷款记录来获取多项贷款业务,即表示服务器可以从多个测算维度对小额贷款的贷款额度进行综合测算。
贷款业务具有多项测算项目。测算项目包括:封顶额度、最高倍数额度、收入认定额度、资产比例额度和负债额度等。
在其中一个实施例中,根据多项贷款业务计算申请人对应的综合额度的步骤包括:获取贷款业务对应的多个测算项目;利用测算模型或测算系数分别计算多个贷款业务中每个测算项目的额度;在多个贷款业务中提取同一测算项目中的最低的额度作为测算项目的测算额度,得到多个测算项目对应的测算额度;提取多个测算项目对应的测算额度的最小值作为贷款请求对应的综合额度。
不同的贷款业务可以有相同的测算项目,也可以有部分不同的测算项目。例如,车贷和保单贷款的测算项目可以全部相同,房贷除了可以包含车贷所有的测算项目之外,还可以包含其他测算项目。如下表1所示,为多项贷款业务对应的测算项目,其中,●表示贷款业务包含该项测算项目;-表示贷款业务不包含该项测算项目。服务器获取每一项贷款业务对应的测算项目,每个测算项目都具有对应的测算模型或测算系数,不同的测试项目可以有不同的测算模型或测算系数。例如,测试系数可以包括第一测算系数、第二测算系数。
服务器根据测算模型或测算系数分别计算每个测算项目的额度。以此能够准确计算出多项贷款业务对应的每个测算项目的额度。

服务器可以对每项贷款业务都设定小额贷款对应的额度区间,服务器可以根据额度区间来获取封顶额度。封顶额度具有对应的测算模型。将不同的业务贷款业务输入该测算模型,可以得到对应的封顶额度。封顶额度也就是可以发放的小额贷款的最高额度。例如小额贷款对应的额度区间为3~50万,那么封顶额度即为50万。
服务器对每项贷款业务都分别设定小额贷款对应的最高倍数额度。最高倍数是月还款或年还款额度的最高倍数。最高倍数也可以称为对应的测算系数,如第一测算系数。不同的贷款业务的最高倍数可以相同,也可以不同。例如,房贷对应的小额贷款的最高倍数为30,车贷房贷对应的小额贷款的最高倍数也可以为30。其中,同一贷款业务如果申请人剩余的还款时间不同,最高倍数也可以不同。例如,房贷对应的小额贷款的最高倍数,如果剩余还款时间大于12个月,则最高倍数为45,如果剩余还款时间大于6个月且小于12个月,则最高倍数可以是30。服务器根据贷款业务获取对应的最高倍数,根据贷款业务获取对应的月还款额度或年还款额度,根据最高倍数和还款额度或年还款额度计算贷款业务对应的最高倍数额度。
收入认定可以用来表示申请人的还款能力。服务器可以为每项贷款业务的收入认定设置相应的系数,也可以称为第二测算系数。不同的贷款业务可以设置不同的收入认定系数。例如,房贷对应的小额贷款的收入认定系数可以是3,车贷对应的小额贷款的收入认定系数可以是6等。服务器可以根据贷款业务的月还款额度或年还款额度以及对应的收入认定系数来计算收入认 定额度。
资产比例额度可以用来评估申请人抵押房产的价值。该项可以适用于房贷。资产比例额度可以按照房贷对应的房产购买价的第一预设比例来计算,也可以按照房贷总额与第二预设比例来计算。其中,第一预设比例可以称为第三测算系数,第二预设比例可以称为第四测算系数。例如,资产比例额度=房产购买价*25%;或者资产比例额度=房贷总额/70%。如果服务器分别按照第一预设比例和第二预设比例来计算资产比例额度,则将二者中较低的额度作为房贷对应的资产比例额度。
负债收入比即负债额度与收入额度的比值,可以反映申请人在一定时期内的财务状况,将负债收入比控制在一定的比例内,可以确保申请人在短期内的偿债能力。负债收入比也可以称为第五测算系数。服务器可以根据负债收入比与收入认定额度进行计算,得到负债额度。对于不同的贷款业务而言,如果收入认定额度不同,则不同的贷款业务对应的小额贷款的负债额度也是不同的。
对于多个贷款业务中具有相同的测算项目的,服务器在多项贷款业务中提取同一测算项目的最低额度,将其作为该测算项目的测算额度。以此服务器可以得到多个测算项目对应的测算额度。服务器提取多个测算项目对应的测算额度的最小值,将其作为申请人本次小额贷款的综合额度。
步骤208,判断综合额度是否大于或等于申请额度;若是,则进入步骤210,否则,生成申请额度超过限额的提示信息。
步骤210,生成按照申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将提示信息发送至客户终端。
服务器计算得到申请人本次小额贷款的综合额度之后,将综合额度与申请额度进行比对,如果综合额度大于或等于申请额度,则可以按照申请额度向申请人发放贷款,服务器生成按照申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息。服务器可以将提示信息发送至客户终端。如果综合额度小于申请额度,服务器可以拒绝本次贷款请求,生成申请额度超过限额的提示信息。服务器将申 请额度超过限额的提示信息发送至客户终端,以使得申请人了解贷款状况。申请人可以根据该提示信息中携带的综合额度来调整申请额度,再次申请小额贷款。
本实施例中,在接收到申请人的贷款请求之后,根据申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,根据贷款记录中的多项贷款业务来计算贷款请求对应的综合额度。如果测算出的综合额度大于或等于申请额度,则可以按照申请额度向申请人发放贷款。由于综合额度是根据多项贷款业务综合测算得来的,测算维度较为全面,从而能够有效提高小额贷款额度测算的准确性。
在一个实施例中,测算项目包括收入认定和负债,分别计算多个贷款业务每个测算项目的额度的步骤包括:获取多个贷款业务对应的月还款额度或年还款额度;根据月还款额度或年还款额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的收入认定的度;获取申请人标识对应的无抵押和/或无质押贷款的负债认定额度;根据收入认定额度与负债认定额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的负债额度。
本实施例中,服务器可以获取多项贷款业务对应的月还款额度或年还款额度以及收入认定系数,分别计算每项贷款业务对应的收入认定额度。其中,收入认定系数可以是服务器根据不同的贷款业务来预先设定的。月还款额度或年还款额度可以是申请人申请发起本次小额贷款的当月的每项贷款业务的月还款额度或当年的年还款额度。收入认定额度=月还款额度或年还款额度*收入认定系数。
负债收入比即负债额度与收入额度的比值,可以反映申请人在一定时期内的财务状况。将负债收入比控制在一定的比例内,可以确保申请人在短期内的偿债能力,从而能够有效降低贷款风险。服务器可以根据负债认定额度、负债收入比与收入认定额度进行计算,得到负债额度。
负债认定包括申请人本人的无抵押和/或无质押贷款的负债,包括贷记卡、信用贷款和保证贷款等。负债认定额度可以根据月还款额来计算。服务器可以根据申请人标识获取对应的征信报告,在征信报告中提取负债的月还 款额,或者根据信用报告中的贷款金额、贷款期限和基准利率按月等额本息的方式来推算月还款额。服务器分别计算出无抵押贷款月还款额、无质押贷款月还款额以及信用卡使用额度等多项负债认定额度。服务器利用多项负债认定额度、负债收入比以及收入认定额度与计算贷款业务对应的负债额度。例如,负债额度=(收入认定*75%-(无抵押贷款月还款额+无质押贷款月还款额+信用卡6个月平均使用额度))*10。由于对不同的贷款业务而言,收入认定额度是不同的,因此不同的贷款业务对应的负债额度可以是不同的。服务器可以分别计算每项贷款业务对应的负债额度,提取最小的负债收额度,将其作为本次小额贷款对应的负债额度。由于负债额度是根据负债收入比、多项无抵押和/或无质押贷款的负债认定额度以及收入认定额度测算出来的,由于负债收入比控制在能够确保申请人具有短期偿债能力的比例范围内,因此测算出的负债额度能够也在申请人偿债能力范围内,能够有效降低贷款风险。
在一个实施例中,在判断综合额度是否大于或等于申请额度的步骤之后,还包括:若综合额度小于申请额度,则进一步判断综合额度是否大于或等于第二预设值;若综合额度大于或等于第二预设值,则生成按照综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息将按照综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端;若综合额度小于第二预设值,则生成拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端。
服务器根据上述实施例中提供的方式测算出本次贷款请求对应的综合额度之后,服务器进一步判断综合额度是否大于或等于第二预设值。第二预设值可以是小额贷款额度区间的最低值。如果综合额度大于或等于第二预设值,可以按照综合额度向申请人发放贷款,服务器生成按照综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息。例如,额度区间为3~50万,则服务器可以将综合额度可以与3万进行比较,如果大于3万,则服务器可以根据综合额度来生成向申请人发放贷款的提示信息。服务器可以将该提示信息发送至客户终端,以使得申请人知晓贷款发放额度。从而在有效降低贷款风险的同时能够为客户提 供小额贷款服务。
在一个实施例中,申请人信息包括申请人基本信息,申请基本信息包括申请人标识,在接收贷款请求的步骤之后,还包括:根据申请人标识获取申请人征信信息;根据申请人基本信息和申请人征信信息计算申请人对应的申请得分;判断申请得分是否大于或等于第一预设值;若是,则执行根据申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录的步骤;若否,则生成拒绝贷款请求的提示信息,将拒绝贷款请求的提示信息发送至客户终端。
本实施例中,服务器在接收到申请人的贷款请求之后,在对贷款额度进行测算之前,还会对申请人进行评分,以此评估申请人的还贷能力。如果申请人的评分小于第一预设值,则表示申请人的还贷能力差,贷款风险较大。如果申请人的评分大于或等于第一预设值,则表示申请人的还贷能力好,贷款风险较小。
具体的,服务器根据申请人标识获取申请人在预设时间内的征信报告。征信报告中包括多项征信信息。服务器获取评分规则,评分规则中包括多个评分项、评分条件和评分标准,如下表二所示。服务器根据申请人的征信信息与评分项计算得到每个评分项对应的得分,将所有评分项的得分进行累计,得到申请人本次小额贷款的申请得分。服务器将申请人的申请得分与第一预设值进行比较,若大于或等于第一预设值,则进一步对贷款额度进行测算。否则,服务器生成拒绝贷款请求的提示信息。

服务器通过对申请人进行评分,以便在测算贷款额度之前能够了解申请人的还贷能力。如果申请人的还贷能力较差,则拒绝其贷款请求,不再进行额度测算,有效降低了贷款风险。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,提供了一种服务器300,包括通过系统总线连接的处理器301、内存储器302、非易失性存储介质303和网络接口304。其中,服务器300的处理器301用于提供计算和控制能力。服务器300的非易失性存储介质303中存储有操作系统3031和计算机可读指令3032。服务器300的内存储器302为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。该计算机可读指令3032被处理器执行时,可使得处理器301执行一种贷款额度测算方法。服务器300的网络接口304用于据以与外部的终端通过网络连接通信,比如接收客户终端上传的贷款请求,向客户终端发送提示消息等。服务器300可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的服务器的限定,具体的服务器可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,提供了一种贷款额度测算装置,该贷款 额度测算装置的内部结构可对应于如图3所示的结构,下述每个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件或其组合来实现。贷款额度测算装置包括:接收模块402、获取模块404、测算模块406、判断模块408和提示模块410,其中:
接收模块402,用于接收客户终端发送的贷款请求,贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度。
获取模块404,用于根据申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,贷款记录包括多项贷款业务。
测算模块406,用于根据多项贷款业务计算贷款请求对应的综合额度。
判断模块408,用于判断综合额度是否大于或等于申请额度。
提示模块410,用于若综合额度大于或等于申请额度,则生成按照申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将提示信息发送至客户终端。
在一个实施例中,申请人信息包括申请人基本信息,申请基本信息包括申请人标识,获取模块404还用于根据申请人标识获取申请人征信信息;测算模块406还用于根据申请人基本信息和申请人征信信息计算申请人对应的申请得分;判断模块408还用于判断申请得分是否大于或等于第一预设值;若申请得分大于或等于第一预设值,获取模块404用于根据申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录;若申请得分小于第一预设值,提示模块410还用于生成拒绝贷款请求的提示信息,将拒绝贷款请求的提示信息发送至客户终端。
在一个实施例中,贷款业务具有对应的测算项目;测算模块406还用于获取贷款业务对应的多个测算项目;利用测算模型或测算系数分别计算多个贷款业务中每个测算项目的额度;在多个贷款业务中提取同一测算项目中的最低的额度作为测算项目的测算额度,得到多个测算项目对应的测算额度;提取多个测算项目对应的测算额度的最小值作为贷款请求对应的综合额度。
在一个实施例中,测算项目包括收入认定和负债,测算模块406还用于获取多个贷款业务对应的月还款额度或年还款额度;根据月还款额度或年还款额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的收入认定额度;获取申请人标识对应的无抵押和/或无质押贷款的负债认定额度;根据收入认定额度与负债认定额度 分别计算多个贷款业务对应的负债额度。
在一个实施例中,判断模块408还用于若综合额度小于申请额度,则进一步判断综合额度是否大于或等于第二预设值;若综合额度大于或等于第二预设值,则提示模块410还用于生成按照综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将按照综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端;若综合额度小于第二预设值,则提示模块410还用于生成拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端。
上述贷款额度测算装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。例如,在硬件实现上,上述接收模块402用于通过网络接口接收客户终端发送的贷款请求。其中,网络接口可以是以太网卡或无线网卡等。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于基站的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于基站的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。其中,处理器可以为中央处理单元(CPU)或微处理器等。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,的程序可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种贷款额度测算方法,包括:
    接收客户终端发送的贷款请求,所述贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度;
    根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,所述贷款记录包括多项贷款业务;
    根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度;
    判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于所述申请额度;及
    若是,则生成按照所述申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将所述提示信息发送至客户终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述申请人信息包括申请人基本信息,所述申请基本信息包括申请人标识,在所述接收贷款请求的步骤之后,还包括:
    根据所述申请人标识获取申请人征信信息;
    根据所述申请人基本信息和所述申请人征信信息计算所述申请人对应的申请得分;
    判断所述申请得分是否大于或等于第一预设值;
    若是,则执行所述根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录的步骤;及
    若否,则生成拒绝所述贷款请求的提示信息,将拒绝所述贷款请求的提示信息发送至客户终端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述贷款业务具有对应的测算项目;所述根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度的步骤包括:
    获取贷款业务对应的多个测算项目;
    利用测算模型或测算系数分别计算多个贷款业务中每个测算项目的额度;
    在多个贷款业务中提取同一测算项目中的最低的额度作为所述测算项目的测算额度,得到多个测算项目对应的测算额度;及
    提取多个测算项目对应的测算额度的最小值作为所述贷款请求对应的综合额度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述测算项目包括收入认定和负债,所述分别计算多个贷款业务每个测算项目的额度的步骤包括:
    获取多个贷款业务对应的月还款额度或年还款额度;
    根据所述月还款额度或年还款额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的收入认定额度;
    获取所述申请人标识对应的无抵押和/或无质押贷款的负债认定额度;及
    根据所述收入认定额度与负债认定额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的负债额度。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于所述申请额度的步骤之后,还包括:
    若所述综合额度小于所述申请额度,则进一步判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于第二预设值;
    若所述综合额度大于或等于所述第二预设值,则生成按照所述综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将按照所述综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端;及
    若所述综合额度小于所述第二预设值,则生成拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端。
  6. 一种贷款额度测算装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收客户终端发送的贷款请求,所述贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度;
    获取模块,用于根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,所述贷款记录包括多项贷款业务;
    测算模块,用于根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度;
    判断模块,用于判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于所述申请额度;及
    提示模块,用于若所述综合额度大于或等于所述申请额度,则生成按照所述申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将所述提示信息发送至客户终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述申请人信息包括申请人基本信息,所述申请基本信息包括申请人标识,所述获取模块还用于根据所述申请人标识获取申请人征信信息;所述测算模块还用于根据所述申请人基本信息和所述申请人征信信息计算所述申请人对应的申请得分;所述判断模块还用于判断所述申请得分是否大于或等于第一预设值;若所述申请得分大于或等于所述第一预设值,所述获取模块用于根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录;及若所述申请得分小于第一预设值,所述提示模块还用于生成拒绝所述贷款请求的提示信息,将拒绝所述贷款请求的提示信息发送至客户终端。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述贷款业务具有对应的测算项目;所述测算模块还用于获取贷款业务对应的多个测算项目;利用测算模型或测算系数分别计算多个贷款业务中每个测算项目的额度;在多个贷款业务中提取同一测算项目中的最低的额度作为所述测算项目的测算额度,得到多个测算项目对应的测算额度;及提取多个测算项目对应的测算额度的最小值作为所述贷款请求对应的综合额度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述测算项目包括收入认定和负债,所述测算模块还用于获取多个贷款业务对应的月还款额度或年还款额度;根据所述月还款额度或年还款额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的收入认定额度;获取所述申请人标识对应的无抵押和/或无质押贷款的负债认定额度;及根据所述收入认定额度与负债认定额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的负债额度。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块还用于若所述综合额度小于所述申请额度,则进一步判断所述综合额度是否 大于或等于第二预设值;若所述综合额度大于或等于所述第二预设值,则所述提示模块还用于生成按照所述综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将按照所述综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端;及若所述综合额度小于所述第二预设值,则所述提示模块还用于生成拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端。
  11. 一种服务器,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收客户终端发送的贷款请求,所述贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度;
    根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,所述贷款记录包括多项贷款业务;
    根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度;
    判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于所述申请额度;及
    若是,则生成按照所述申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将所述提示信息发送至客户终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述申请人信息包括申请人基本信息,所述申请基本信息包括申请人标识,在所述接收贷款请求的步骤之后,还使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    根据所述申请人标识获取申请人征信信息;
    根据所述申请人基本信息和所述申请人征信信息计算所述申请人对应的申请得分;
    判断所述申请得分是否大于或等于第一预设值;
    若是,则执行所述根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录的步骤;及
    若否,则生成拒绝所述贷款请求的提示信息,将拒绝所述贷款请求的提示信息发送至客户终端。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述贷款业务具有对应的测算项目;所述根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度的步骤包括:
    获取贷款业务对应的多个测算项目;
    利用测算模型或测算系数分别计算多个贷款业务中每个测算项目的额度;
    在多个贷款业务中提取同一测算项目中的最低的额度作为所述测算项目的测算额度,得到多个测算项目对应的测算额度;及
    提取多个测算项目对应的测算额度的最小值作为所述贷款请求对应的综合额度。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述测算项目包括收入认定和负债,所述分别计算多个贷款业务每个测算项目的额度的步骤包括:
    获取多个贷款业务对应的月还款额度或年还款额度;
    根据所述月还款额度或年还款额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的收入认定额度;
    获取所述申请人标识对应的无抵押和/或无质押贷款的负债认定额度;及
    根据所述收入认定额度与负债认定额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的负债额度。
  15. 根据权利要求11-14所述的服务器,其特征在于,在所述判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于所述申请额度的步骤之后,还使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    若所述综合额度小于所述申请额度,则进一步判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于第二预设值;
    若所述综合额度大于或等于所述第二预设值,则生成按照所述综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将按照所述综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端;及
    若所述综合额度小于所述第二预设值,则生成拒绝向申请人发放贷款的 提示信息,将拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可执行指令的非易失性可读存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收客户终端发送的贷款请求,所述贷款请求中携带了申请人信息和申请额度;
    根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录,所述贷款记录包括多项贷款业务;
    根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度;
    判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于所述申请额度;及
    若是,则生成按照所述申请额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将所述提示信息发送至客户终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    根据所述申请人标识获取申请人征信信息;
    根据所述申请人基本信息和所述申请人征信信息计算所述申请人对应的申请得分;
    判断所述申请得分是否大于或等于第一预设值;
    若是,则执行所述根据所述申请人信息获取申请人的贷款记录的步骤;及
    若否,则生成拒绝所述贷款请求的提示信息,将拒绝所述贷款请求的提示信息发送至客户终端。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述贷款业务具有对应的测算项目;所述根据多项贷款业务计算所述贷款请求对应的综合额度的步骤包括:
    获取贷款业务对应的多个测算项目;
    利用测算模型或测算系数分别计算多个贷款业务中每个测算项目的额度;
    在多个贷款业务中提取同一测算项目中的最低的额度作为所述测算项目的测算额度,得到多个测算项目对应的测算额度;及
    提取多个测算项目对应的测算额度的最小值作为所述贷款请求对应的综合额度。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述测算项目包括收入认定和负债,所述分别计算多个贷款业务每个测算项目的额度的步骤包括:
    获取多个贷款业务对应的月还款额度或年还款额度;
    根据所述月还款额度或年还款额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的收入认定额度;
    获取所述申请人标识对应的无抵押和/或无质押贷款的负债认定额度;及
    根据所述收入认定额度与负债认定额度分别计算多个贷款业务对应的负债额度。
  20. 根据权利要求16-19所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可执行指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    若所述综合额度小于所述申请额度,则进一步判断所述综合额度是否大于或等于第二预设值;
    若所述综合额度大于或等于所述第二预设值,则生成按照所述综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将按照所述综合额度向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端;及
    若所述综合额度小于所述第二预设值,则生成拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息,将拒绝向申请人发放贷款的提示信息发送至客户终端。
