干簧管与微动开关呈对角设于控制盘座上,在洗衣机门盖上正对干簧管设有与干簧管相 配的磁铁。
进一步地,当微动开关和干簧管均正常工作,门盖关闭时,控制臂控制微动开关的触点闭合形成通路,干簧管靠近磁铁簧片磁化形成通路;门盖打开时,控制臂控制微动开关的触点打开形成开路,干簧管远离磁铁簧片弹开形成开路。
进一步地,至少两种检测机构串联形成门盖开合检测电路,门盖开合检测电路与程控器相连,程控器依门盖开合检测电路的通路/开路状态判断门盖关闭/打开;
和/或至少两种检测机构组成与门数字电路,与门数字电路的输出端与程控器相连,程控器依与门数字电路的输出信号为高电平/低电平判断门盖关闭/打开。
进一步地,当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为通路状态时:门盖关闭时,门盖开合检测电路为通路,程控器判断门盖关闭;门盖打开时,门盖开合检测电路为开路,程控器判断门盖打开;
当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为开路状态时:门盖关闭时,门盖开合检测电路为为开路,程控器判断门盖打开;门盖打开时,门盖开合检测电路为开路,程控器判断门盖打开;
和/或
当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为通路状态时:门盖关闭时,与门数字电路输出高电平,程控器判断门盖关闭;门盖打开时,与门数字电路输出低电平,程控器判断门盖打开;
当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为开路状态时:门盖关闭时,与门数字电路输出低电平,程控器判断门盖打开;门盖打开时,与门数字电路输出低电平,程控器判断门盖打开。
进一步地,洗衣机还包括盖锁,设于干簧管附近,所述盖锁依门盖的开合状态执行上锁/解锁;和/或所述盖锁经手动控制执行上锁/解锁。
本发明的另一方面公开了一种门盖开合检测方法,应用于如上所述的门盖开合检测装置,在洗衣机工作过程中,程控器随时或周期性地对门盖的开合状态进行判断,若洗衣机门盖闭合则控制洗衣机继续执行当前程序,若洗衣机门盖打开则发出报警提示并暂停当前程序。
进一步地,所述门盖开合检测方法还包括:洗衣机工作过程中,在洗衣机门盖闭合时,控制盖锁上锁,并在预设时间段后,对盖锁进行解锁。
进一步地,包括以下步骤:
S1、洗衣机开机工作,至少两个检测机构分别对门盖开合状态进行检测,执行S2;
S2、程控器随时或周期性地对门盖的开合状态进行判断,并执行S3;
S3、若判断门盖为打开状态,发出报警提示并暂停当前程序;否则对盖锁上锁,并继续执行当前程序。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明的门盖开合检测装置设有双重的门盖开合检测机构,包括接触式和感应式两种原理的检测机构,设置多种检测原理的检测机构对门盖开合进行检测,避免了因为洗衣机自身故障或环境影响所造成的检测失效现象;微动开关和干簧管呈对角最大距离地设于控制盘座和/或门盖上,可以全方位地对洗衣机的门盖开合进行检测,避免了因洗衣机或门盖等装置倾斜造成的门盖检测结果不精准有效的情况,保证洗衣机的门盖在完全闭合的状态下才进行工作,提升了用户使用安全;微动开关和干簧管在电路中呈串联关系或“与”关系设置,只有在两者均显示为通路情况下才判断洗衣机上盖为关闭状态,一方面避免了任一检测机构失灵造成的检测失效状况,即时对洗衣机的门盖开合进行检测,提升了洗衣机的使用效率,另一方面保证了洗衣机的使用安全,只要有任一检测机构判断洗衣机上盖打开,即进行报警提醒,用户可以进行门盖关闭动作或检修,保障了洗衣机的使用安全,提升了用户体验。
本发明的门盖检测方法在洗衣机开机工作的过程中,随时或周期性地对门盖开合状态进行检测判断,并依据门盖的开合状况执行接下来的步骤,每当门盖开启及进行报警并停止当前程序运行,保障使用安全,设有盖锁更是进一步提升了洗衣机的使用安全,避免在洗衣机执行较激烈的程序时,用户误打开洗衣机造成损伤提升了洗衣机的安全系数。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

实施例一
如图1所示,为本实施例所述的一种具有双重门盖开合检测机构的洗衣机控制盘座结构示意图。如图2所示,为本实施例所述的一种具有双重门盖开合检测机构的洗衣机上盖打开结构示意图。控制盘座3与洗衣机上盖7经转轴6转动相连,当上盖7进行开合动作时,一方面会在与控制盘座3转接的部分产生作用力,另一方面会改变上盖7与控制盘座3的相对距离。故基于以上原理,在洗衣机上盖7与控制盘座3的连接处设置触动开关检测上盖7是 否闭合,或在洗衣机上盖7与控制盘座3的开合配合处设置检测两者相对距离的机构,均可有效实现对门盖开合的检测。
具体地,上盖7通过上盖控制臂2与控制盘座3转动相连,上盖控制臂2旁设有微动开关1,当上盖7进行开合动作时,上盖控制臂2控制微动开关1的触点接触或脱离实现开合,微动开关1开合进而作用于门盖开合检测电路上,实现对洗衣机上盖7是否打开的判断。在控制盘座3上,与微动开关1安装位置呈对角的方向,安装有干簧管5,干簧管5通过感应磁场的变化判断控制盘座3与上盖7之间的相对距离。对应设置于控制盘座3上的干簧管5,在上盖7上设置有磁铁8,当上盖7进行开合动作时,干簧管5与磁铁8的相对位置也随之改变,干簧管5所感应磁场的变化作用于门盖开合检测电路上,实现对洗衣机上盖7是否打开的判断。
此处,微动开关1与干簧管5为具有不同检测原理的门盖开合检测机构,不同的检测原理保证了两者不用因洗衣机的同一故障而同时出现检测失效的状况。如:若洗衣机上盖7在长期使用过程中松脱,会导致采用机械式接触原理的检测机构失效,而采用感应式检测原理的检测机构则还可继续使用进行判断。如:设于上盖7上的磁铁8因环境干扰失去磁性时,会导致采用感应式接触原理的检测机构失效,而采用接触式检测原理的检测机构则还可继续使用进行判断。
且微动开关1与干簧管5对角设置,两者之间的距离最大化,其好处在于:可以实现对上盖7开合状态的全方位检测,使得对上盖7开合的检测结果更精准有效。
进一步地,微动开关1在使用过程中,其触点要进行多次接触和分离,使用时间过久后可能会出现接触不良的现象,从而无法有效实现对上盖7开合的检测。而干簧管5主要是基于感应磁场的变化进行上盖7的开合检测,在使用过久也会出现检测不灵敏的情况,设置双重的检测机构对洗衣机的上盖7开合进行检测,可以有效保证在任一检测机构失效的情况下检测结果的准确性。
如图3所示,为本发明实施例中一种具有双重门盖开合检测机构的洗衣机上盖闭合结构示意图。当上盖7闭合后,微动开关1和干簧管5均处于内部,其位置具体为:微动开关1设于图中所示上盖7左上角区域,干簧管5设于图中所示上盖7右下角区域,两检测机构呈对角设计。
进一步地,在控制盘座3上还设有盖锁4,盖锁4设于干簧管5附近,用于对洗衣机的上盖7进行锁定,当上盖7闭合并需进行一持续时间段的工作时,盖锁4对上盖7进行锁定 以保证安全。优选地,盖锁4接收来自门盖开合检测电路的信号,当门盖开合检测电路检测到洗衣机上盖7为闭合状态时,盖锁4接收信号对上盖7进行锁定。此处,盖锁4可自动锁定,也可手动控制进行锁定和解锁,使用者可根据自身需求对盖锁4进行控制。
如图4所示为本发明实施例中一种微动开关结构主视图,如图5所示为本发明实施例中一种微动开关结构俯视图。微动开关1主要通过触点二12与触点一11接触与否,对上盖2的开合进行判断。其中,触点二12不动固定在洗衣机上,触点一11与上盖控制臂2相连,当上盖控制臂2控制微动开关1,也即控制触点一11与触点二12接触时,上盖7未打开,洗衣机的电脑程控器检测识别上盖7为关闭状态;当上盖控制臂2控制触点一11未与触点二12接触时,上盖7打开,洗衣机的电脑程控器检测识别上盖7为打开状态。
对于干簧管5来说,当上盖7上的磁铁8距离干簧管5最近时,干簧管5感受到的磁场强度最强,洗衣机的电脑程控器检测识别上盖7为关闭状态,当上盖7上的磁铁8距离发生变化,干簧管5感受到的磁场强度逐渐变小时,洗衣机的电脑程控器检测识别上盖7为打开状态。
故微动开关1与干簧管5实现了对洗衣机门盖开合的双重检测,当其中任一检测失灵时,仍有另一检测在起作用,能够有效避免安全事故的发生。此处微动开关1与干簧管5的设置只是优选项,微动开关1与干簧管5设于控制盘座3和/或上盖7上,具体视洗衣机的具体结构而定,以最有效实现上盖7开合检测为主。
实施例二
图中未示出,本实施例为上述实施例一的进一步限定,所述洗衣机内设有门盖开合检测电路或与门数字电路及电脑程控器。具体地,检测机构微动开关1与干簧管5对门盖开合进行检测后,均会输出检测结果信号。检测结果信号最终传输至电脑程控器中,供其分析判断门盖的开合情况。此处,微动开关1与干簧管5连接在门盖开合检测电路里,并与电脑程控器相连;或微动开关1与干簧管5组成与门数字电路,并最终与电脑程控器相连。
进一步地,微动开关1及干簧管5的门盖开合检测结果均作用于门盖开合检测电路,且两者是串联关系。门盖开合检测电路最终与电脑程控器相连,电脑程控器依据门盖开合检测电路的通断路情况得出门盖的开合判断结果。
进一步地,此处的微动开关1及干簧管5在电路内为串联关系,即为“和”关系,也即:需要两者均为通路状态下,该门盖开合检测电路才为通路,方可判断上盖7为闭合状态。其 中任一检测机构判断当前洗衣机上盖7为打开时,都需进行报警。串联判断电路设计的好处在于:提升了用户的使用安全,避免因检测机构判断失误,造成用户在上盖7打开情况下进行洗衣机运行操作,相当于上了双重保险。
实施例三
图中未示出,本实施例为上述实施例一的进一步限定,所述程控器为一控制机构,它设于门盖开合检测电路上,接收门盖开合检测电路的通断信号,得出上盖7的开合状态,并依据不同状态进行相关操作,程控器依门盖开合检测电路的通路/开路状态判断上盖7关闭/打开,当门盖开合检测电路为通路状态时,程控器判断洗衣机上盖7闭合,发送通路信号至洗衣机的控制器,控制洗衣机继续进行相关洗涤等操作,和/或控制盖锁4自动上锁;当门盖开合检测电路为开路状态时,程控器判断上盖7打开,发出报警信号提醒用户关闭上盖7或进行检修;
或者,程控器连接在与门数字电路上,读取其所输出的电平值对上盖7的开合状态进行判断,程控器依与门数字电路的输出信号为高电平/低电平判断门盖关闭/打开,当门盖开合检测输出为高电平时,程控器判断洗衣机上盖7闭合,发送通路信号至洗衣机的控制器,控制洗衣机继续进行相关洗涤等操作,和/或控制盖锁4自动上锁;当输出为低电平时,程控器判断上盖7打开,发出报警信号提醒用户关闭上盖7或进行检修。
检修的目标包括:可能出现的洗衣机上盖7在转轴处松脱,或此前洗衣机的使用场所出现磁场干扰现象。
实施例四
如图6所示,为本实施例所述的一种门盖开合检测方法的流程示意图。
具体地,本实施例所述的门盖开合检测方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、洗衣机开机工作,至少两个检测机构分别对门盖开合状态进行检测,执行S2;
S2、程控器随时或周期性地对门盖的开合状态进行判断,并执行S3;
S3、若判断门盖为打开状态,发出报警提示并暂停当前程序;否则对盖锁上锁,并继续执行当前程序。
在洗衣机工作过程中,程控器随时或周期性地对洗衣机门盖开合状态进行判断。进一步地,洗衣机上所设盖锁配合使用,在检测到洗衣机门盖闭合后执行上锁,并在洗衣机执行完预设时间段后方才解锁盖锁。此处的预设时间段为用户预设时间,或当前程序的执行时间。 当然,用户也可以依据自身需求对盖锁进行人为控制,为了保证安全,此处的盖锁为童锁,或配合设有童锁机构,避免了儿童误操作洗衣机的危害。
此处的周期性具体时间及预设时间段均包含在洗衣机常用程序设置里,主要依据当前所执行的洗衣机动作和/或洗衣机内衣物属性等进行调整。
检测机构为微动开关和干簧管,本实施例的门盖开合检测方法具有防止洗衣机门盖检测失灵的有益效果,也即:当微动开关和干簧管其中任一失效出现故障时,也可实现对洗衣机门盖开合的判断,并进行故障报警。
具体地,如图7所示为本发明实施例中一种微动开关及干簧管的逻辑控制示意图。
门盖开合检测电路中:
当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为通路状态时:门盖关闭时,门盖开合检测电路为通路,程控器判断门盖关闭;门盖打开时,门盖开合检测电路为开路,程控器判断门盖打开;
当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为开路状态时:门盖关闭时,门盖开合检测电路为为开路,程控器判断门盖打开;门盖打开时,门盖开合检测电路为开路,程控器判断门盖打开;
与门数字电路中:
当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为通路状态时:门盖关闭时,与门数字电路输出高电平,程控器判断门盖关闭;门盖打开时,与门数字电路输出低电平,程控器判断门盖打开;
当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为开路状态时:门盖关闭时,与门数字电路输出低电平,程控器判断门盖打开;门盖打开时,与门数字电路输出低电平,程控器判断门盖打开。
此处,该门盖开合检测方法有效地实现了对使用者的保护,提升了用户体验。当然,有时出现误判状况,当洗衣机发出报警提示后,用户发现洗衣机门盖为关闭时,为门盖开合检测机构出现故障,需对其进行维修。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门盖开合检测装置,用于洗衣机,洗衣机包括门盖和控制盘座,其特征在于,包括:
    至少两种检测机构,分别对门盖的开合进行检测,并输出检测结果信号;
    程控器,与检测机构的信号输出端连接,并结合至少两种检测机构的门盖开合检测结果,得出门盖开合状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种门盖开合检测装置,其特征在于:
    检测机构包括机械式检测机构和感应式检测机构,所述机械式检测机构为微动开关,所述感应式检测机构为干簧管;
    微动开关和干簧管均检测到门盖闭合时,程控器判断洗衣机门盖闭合。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种门盖开合检测装置,其特征在于:
    洗衣机上设有经转轴转动相连的门盖和控制盘座,门盖上一体设置有控制臂,微动开关靠近控制臂设于控制盘座上;
    干簧管与微动开关呈对角设于控制盘座上,在洗衣机门盖上正对干簧管设有与干簧管相配的磁铁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种门盖开合检测装置,其特征在于:
    当微动开关和干簧管均正常工作,门盖关闭时,控制臂控制微动开关的触点闭合形成通路,干簧管靠近磁铁簧片磁化形成通路;门盖打开时,控制臂控制微动开关的触点打开形成开路,干簧管远离磁铁簧片弹开形成开路。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种门盖开合检测装置,其特征在于:
    至少两种检测机构串联形成门盖开合检测电路,门盖开合检测电路与程控器相连,程控器依门盖开合检测电路的通路/开路状态判断门盖关闭/打开;
    和/或至少两种检测机构组成与门数字电路,与门数字电路的输出端与程控器相连,程控器依与门数字电路的输出信号为高电平/低电平判断门盖关闭/打开。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种门盖开合检测装置,其特征在于:
    当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为通路状态时:门盖关闭时,门盖开合检测电路为通路,程控器判断门盖关闭;门盖打开时,门盖开合检测电路为开路,程控器判断门盖打开;
    当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为开路状态时:门盖关闭时,门盖开合检测电路为为开路,程控器判断门盖打开;门盖打开时,门盖开合检测电路为开路,程控器判断门盖打开;
    和/或
    当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为通路状态时:门盖关闭时,与门数字电路输出高电平,程控器判断门盖关闭;门盖打开时,与门数字电路输出低电平,程控器判断门盖打开;
    当微动开关和干簧管任一失效,且失效状态为开路状态时:门盖关闭时,与门数字电路输出低电平,程控器判断门盖打开;门盖打开时,与门数字电路输出低电平,程控器判断门盖打开。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种门盖开合检测装置,其特征在于:
    洗衣机还包括盖锁,设于干簧管附近,所述盖锁依门盖的开合状态执行上锁/解锁;
    和/或所述盖锁经手动控制执行上锁/解锁。
  8. 一种门盖开合检测方法,应用于如权利要求1-7任一所述的门盖开合检测装置,其特征在于:
    在洗衣机工作过程中,程控器随时或周期性地对门盖的开合状态进行判断,若洗衣机门盖闭合则控制洗衣机继续执行当前程序,若洗衣机门盖打开则发出报警提示并暂停当前程序。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种门盖开合检测方法,其特征在于:
    所述门盖开合检测方法还包括:洗衣机工作过程中,在洗衣机门盖闭合时,控制盖锁上锁,并在预设时间段后,对盖锁进行解锁。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的一种门盖开合检测方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1、洗衣机开机工作,至少两个检测机构分别对门盖开合状态进行检测,执行S2;
    S2、程控器随时或周期性地对门盖的开合状态进行判断,并执行S3;
    S3、若判断门盖为打开状态,发出报警提示并暂停当前程序;否则对盖锁上锁,并继续执行当前程序。
