Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zum Identifizieren und Quantifizieren eines Materials bzw. Materialgemisches beansprucht, wobei das Material bzw. das Materialgemisch eine oder mehrere Komponente(n) X enthält, die mittels spektroskopischer Verfahren und/oder mit einer Hyperspektralkamera identifizierbar ist. Das Verfahren umfasst die Schritte A. Erzeugen eines oder mehrerer Signale durch Anregung mit einer Strahlungsquelle im Bereich von 280 - 1100 nm und dessen Aufnahme durch ein geeignetes Spektrometersystem, eine Hyperspektralkamera oder eine Photodiode, B. Auswerten der/der erhaltenen Signale(s) und/oder Hyperspektralbildes(er) und Zuordnen des/der Signale(s) und/oder Hyperspektralbildes(er) zu einer Komponente X und nachfolgend zuordnen der identifizierten Komponente X zu einem Material oder Materialgemisch, C. Quantitative Bestimmung des Materials bzw. Materialgemisches.
Description
'Verfahren zur Quantifizierung eines Materials bzw. Materialgemisches' Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Identifizieren und Quantifizieren eines Materials bzw. eines Materialgemisches, wobei das Material bzw. das Materialgemisch ein oder mehrere bei Tageslicht unsichtbare Leuchtstoffe/Markierungsstoffe enthält.
Die Überwachung und der Erhalt der Qualität von Markenprodukten stellt für die Hersteller von hochwertigen Markenprodukten im Hinblick auf den Erhalt der Qualität der Ausgangsmaterialien angesichts der immer stärker werdenden Globalisierung ein großes Problem dar. Die Globalisierung der Wirtschaftswelt hat dazu geführt, dass Rohstoffe, Zwischenprodukte und die Endprodukte an unterschiedlichen Orten gewonnen und verarbeitet werden und auch über weite Strecken transportiert werden. Bei der Verarbeitung und Veredelung von Rohmaterialen, was häufig auch in großer Entfernung zum Sitz der Auftraggeber erfolgt, gibt es immer wieder Versuche, die Ausgangsmaterialien mit minderwertigen Rohstoffen zu verschneiden und zu strecken, um so den Einsatz an hochwertigen Ausgangsmaterialien einzusparen. Insbesondere bei der Herstellung von Textilien wurde beobachtet, dass hochwertige Baumwollfasern mit geringerwertigen Fasern verschnitten und anschließend verwebt oder verstrickt werden. Insbesondere, wenn nicht allzu große Mengen an geringerwertigen Fasern verwendet werden, wird die geringere Qualität des Endproduktes nicht bereits im Herstellungsverfahren, sondern erst von den Endabnehmern bemerkt. Das Problem, dass hochwertige Ausgangsmaterialien mit geringerwertigen Materialien verschnitten oder verlängert werden, tritt nicht nur bei der Baumwolle auf, sondern auch bei vielen anderen hochwertigen und hochpreisigen Fasern, wie Kaschmir, Merinowolle und auch Seide, aber auch bei anderen natürlichen und synthetischen Fasern, die zur Herstellung von hochpreisigen Markenprodukten eingesetzt werden. Auch andere Materialien, die beispielsweise in Form von Schüttgütern angeboten werden, werden durch Zugabe von geringerwertigen Produkten gestreckt. Als Beispiele können hier Naturprodukte wie Früchte Nüsse, Getreide, Saatgut, Farben und Lacke, Tinte und andere Druckprodukte sowie Kunststoffe und Chemikalien genannt werden.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung lag demgemäß die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit welchem es möglich ist, die eingesetzten Ausgangsmaterialien zu markieren, mittels geeigneter Messtechnik wiederzuerkennen, d. h. zu identifizieren, sowie festzustellen, ob die Zusammensetzung des Materials oder Materialgemisches der gewünschten und durch den Produzenten vorgegebenen Zusammensetzung (Quantifizierung) entspricht.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist demgemäß ein Verfahren zum Identifizieren und Quantifizieren eines Materials bzw. Materialgemisches, wobei das Material bzw. das Materialgemisch eine oder mehrere Komponente(n) X enthält, die mittels spektroskopischer Verfahren und/oder mit einer Hyperspektralkamera identifizierbar ist,
welches Verfahren die Schritte umfasst
A. Erzeugen eines oder mehrerer Signale durch Anregung mit einer Strahlungsquelle im Bereich von 280 - 1100 nm und dessen Aufnahme durch ein geeignetes Spektrometersystem, eine Hyperspektralkamera oder eine Photodiode,
B. Auswerten der/der erhaltenen Signale(s) und/oder Hyperspektralbildes(er) und Zuordnen des/der Signale(s) und/oder Hyperspektralbildes(er) zu einer Komponente X und nachfolgend zuordnen der identifizierten Komponente X zu einem Material oder Materialgemisch,
C. Quantitative Bestimmung des Materials bzw. Materialgemisches.
Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren ist es möglich, Materialien und Materialgemische, die als Roh- oder Halbfertigprodukte eingesetzt werden, in den Endprodukten zu identifizieren und auch dessen mengenmäßigen Anteil in einem Produkte zu bestimmen. Wurde beispielswiese festgestellt, dass das zu identifizierende Material- bzw. Materialgemisch in einem Produkte enthalten ist, kann darüber hinaus festgestellt werden, ob dieses zu identifizierende Roh- oder Halbfertigprodukt auch in der gewünschten Menge enthalten ist bzw. in der Menge, die angegeben wurde oder, ob dem Produkt andere Komponenten zugemischt wurden.
Auf diese Weise kann überprüft werden, ob, insbesondere bei Verwendung von teuren Materialien und Materialgemischen, diese Materialien auch tatsächlich in der gewünschten Qualität eingesetzt werden bzw. wurden. In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung können aufgrund der quantitativen Bestimmung der Komponente X Rückschlüsse auf die Qualität des Materials oder Materialgemisches gezogen werden.
Erfindungsgemäß sollen die Komponenten X mittels spektroskopischer Verfahren und/oder per Hyperspektral kamera und/oder einer Photodiode identifizierbar sein. Als spektroskopische Verfahren kommen die Emissionsspektroskopie, Absorptionsspektroskopie, Reflexionsspektroskopie aber auch die Aufnahme und Auswertung mittels der hyperspektralen Bildgebung in Betracht. Ein im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung bevorzugt eingesetztes Verfahren ist die Emissionsspektroskopie.
In einem Verfahrensschritt A wird unter definierten Anregungsbedingungen ein oder mehrere Signal(e) der Komponente X durch Anregung mit einer Strahlungsquelle im Bereich von 280 - 1 100 nm erzeugt. Die Detektion der Signale erfolgt mittels eines geeigneten Spektrometersystems, einer Hyperspektralkamera oder einer Photodiode. Es können sowohl einzelne Signale, insbesondere markante Signale (markante Peaks) oder auch vollständige Spektren der Komponente X detektiert bzw. ein bzw. mehrere hyperspektrale Bild(er) aufgenommen werden. In einer möglichen Ausgestaltung werden das Signal oder das Spektrum oder hyperspektrale Bild erhalten in Abhängigkeit von Anregungspulsen, als Funktion von der Zeit, von der Temperatur und/oder der Änderung des Umgebungsdrucks. Sofern nachfolgend der Begriff Signal verwendet wird, ist darunter ein einzelnes Signal oder Peak eines Emissionsspektrums, aber auch ein vollständiges Spektrum oder ein mittels einer Hyperspektal kamera aufgenommenes Bild oder ein von einer Photodiode aufgenommenes Signal zu verstehen.
Die erhaltenen Signale oder Spektren bzw. die aufgenommenen Bilder werden im nächsten Verfahrensschritt B ausgewertet. Die Auswertung erfolgt, in dem die erhaltenen Signale bzw. Spektren oder hyperspektralen Bilder mit dem für die Komponente(n) X unter denselben Anregungsbedingungen erhaltenen vorgegebenen Signale, Spektren oder hyperspektralen Bilder abgeglichen werden.
Im letzten Verfahrensschritt C erfolgt die quantitative Bestimmung der Komponente X nach aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Verfahren. Üblicherweise ändert sich die Intensität eines Signals in Abhängigkeit von der Konzentration, wobei die Änderung der Intensität des gemessenen Signals bzw. der Signale oder aufgenommenen Bilder bei unterschiedlichen Konzentrationen auch vom Verhalten der jeweiligen Komponente X abhängt. Die Komponente X soll über die angewendeten Verfahren also nicht nur identifizierbar sondern auch quantifizierbar sein. Auch für die quantitative Bestimmung der Komponente X können die Signale erhalten werden in Abhängigkeit von Anregungspulsen, als Funktion von der Zeit, von der Temperatur und/oder der Änderung des Umgebungsdrucks. Die Änderung der Intensität des Signals kann linear oder auch nicht linear sein. Sofern die Änderung der
Intensität des Signals, Spektrums oder Bildes in Abhängigkeit von der Konzentration, d.h. von der in der untersuchten Probe enthaltenen Menge, der Komponente X nicht aus der Literatur bekannt ist, hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, Modellmessungen durchzuführen. In diesen Modellmessungen werden die Veränderungen in den Signalen und/oder Bildern unter bekannten Bedingungen und bei bekannter Menge der enthaltenen Komponente X gemessen und graphisch dargestellt, entweder in Tabellenform oder als Diagramm (auch mittels geeigneter Software) oder auch in ein mathematisches Modell überführt. Diese Modellmessungen können bei der Auswertung als Grundlage zur Bestimmung der Konzentration der Komponente X im untersuchten Produkt dienen. Die Bestimmung der vorhandenen Menge der Komponente X kann manuell mittels erstellter Tabellen oder Diagramme oder auch durch mathematische Operationen in Bezug auf einen ermittelten Referenzwert / -Verhältnis / -Signal / -spektrum für das untersuchte Material oder Materialgemisch oder auch Endprodukt zum als Bezugsgröße definiertem Produkt erfolgen. Aus der qualitativen und quantitativen Bestimmung der Komponente X kann ermittelt werden, ob und zu welchem Anteil das untersuchte Material oder Materialgemisch angeliefert oder in einem Produkt verarbeitet wurde. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, im laufenden Produktionsprozess oder im Endprodukt zu überprüfen, ob die vorgegebenen Materialien und Materialgemische tatsächlich und auch in der gewünschten Menge eingesetzt wurden. Die Komponenten X können aus beliebigen optisch und spektroskopisch identifizierbaren Substanzen ausgewählt werden. Diese Substanzen können dem Material oder Materialgemisch entweder direkt zugefügt werden bzw. in diesem Material oder Materialgemisch enthalten sein oder die Komponente X kann in einem separaten Trägermaterial eingearbeitet sein, das dem Material oder Materialgemisch zugesetzt wird bzw. in dieses Material eingearbeitet wird. Die Komponente X sollte sowohl innerhalb des Materials oder Materialgemisches oder wenn es in einen Trägerstoff eingearbeitet wird, chemisch und physikalisch stabil sein und auch die Materialeigenschaften nicht oder kaum nachteilig beeinflussen. Gut geeignete Substanzen, die als Komponente X eingesetzt werden können umfassen organische Komplexverbindungen, organische Leuchtstoffe und/oder anorganische Leuchtstoffe. Diese Leuchtstoffe, auch als Lumineszenzmittel oder lumineszierende Substanzen bekannt, werden bereits vielfach bei der Identifizierung von Gegenständen, beispielsweise bei Geldnoten und anderen Wertdokumenten eingesetzt. Organische Komplexverbindungen und/oder Leuchtstoffe können ausgewählt sein aus organisch konjungierten Systemen wie Fluoresceinderivaten, Coumarinderivaten, Oxazinderivaten, Rhodaminderivaten, Lumogenen, Pyrromethen-Farbstoffderivaten oder anderen. Für die Verwendung von Komplexverbindungen kommen Komplexe der Seltenen Erden mit Eu3+, Tb3+, Sm2+, Sm3+, Nd3+, Ce3+, Pr3+, Pr4+, Dy3+, Ho3+, Er3+, Tm3+ Yb2+ oder Yb3+,
aber auch Komplexverbindungen mit Ru3+, Cr3+, Mn2+, Mn3+, Mn4+, Fe3+. Fe4+, Fe5+, Co3+, Co4+ Ni2+ , EU2+, Tb4+, Ce4+, oder Cu+ komplexiert mit organisch konjungierten Liganden wie Acetylaceton (ACAC), Dibenzoylmethan (DBM), 4,4,4-Trifluoro-1-(2-naphtyl)-1 ,3-butandion (TFNB), Thenoyltrifluoroaceton (TTFA), Bipyridinderivate, Phenanthrolinderivate oder anderen organischen, komplexierenden Liganden in Frage. Anorganische Leuchtstoffe können ausgewählte Festkörperverbindungen sein, die ein oder mehrere lumineszierende Ionen aus der Gruppe ln+, Sn2+, Pb2+, Sb3+, Bi3+, Ce3+, Pr3+, Nd3+, Sm2+, Sm3+, Eu2+, Eu3+, Gd3+, Tb3+, Dy3+, Ho3+, Er3+, Tm2+, Tm3+, Yb2+, Yb3+, Ti3+, Ti4+, V2+, V3+, V4+, Cr3+, Mn2+, Mn3+, Mn4+, Fe3+, Fe4+, Fe5+, Co3+, Co4+, Ni2+, Cu+, Ru2+, Ru3+, Pd2+, Ag+, lr3+, Pt2+ , Zr4+, Hf4+ und Au+ enthalten. Bevorzugt sind anorganische Lumineszenzpigmente binäre, ternäre oder quaternäre Halogenide, Oxide, Oxyhalogenide, Sulfide, Oxysulfide, Sulfate, Oxysulfate, Selenide, Nitride, Oxynitride, Nitrate, Oxynitrate, Phosphide, Phosphate, Carbonate, Silikate, Oxysilikate, Vanadate, Molybdate, Wolframate, Germanate oder Oxygermanate der Elemente Li, Na, K, Rb, Mg, Ca, Sr, Sc, Ba, Y, La, Ti, Zr, Hf, Nb, Ta, Zn, Gd, Lu, AI, Ga und In. Neben der Identifizierung der Kennzeichnung erfolgt die quantitative Bestimmung im Produkt. Hierzu muss sichergestellt werden, dass die Einarbeitung der Kennzeichnung in das gewünschte Produkt möglichst homogen erfolgt und sich nicht über die Zeit verändert, so dass der Bezug zur bestimmten und gemittelten Referenz auch weiterhin gegeben ist.
Die qualitative und auch quantitative Bestimmung der Komponente X kann, wie oben beschrieben, unter Zuhilfenahme unterschiedlicher Sensortypen durch Referenzieren zum vorgegebenen Produkt erfolgen. Die verfahrensgemäßen Sensortypen umfassen insbesondere die folgende Aufzählung:
Photodioden: Bestimmung der (wellenlängenabhängigen) Intensität der Emission als Antwort auf die Anregung durch Strahlung der Wellenlänge 280-1 100 nm durch die Bestimmung der Stromstärke und anschließendem messtechnischem Abgleich der Probe mit Muster und Ausweis der Quantität der Markierung in der Probe.
Hyperspektralkamera: Bestimmung der spektralen Emissionsintensität einzelner Bildpunkte, Intensität des optischen Signals (als Antwort auf die Anregung durch Licht) Strahlung der Wellenlänge 280-1100 nm und messtechnischem Abgleich der Probe mit Muster und Ausweis der Quantität der Markierung in der Probe.
Fluoreszenzspektroskopie: Bestimmung der wellenlängenabhängigen Intensität der Strahlungsemission als Antwort auf die Anregung durch Strahlung der Wellenlänge 280- 1 100 nm und messtechnischer Abgleich der Probe mit Muster und Ausweis der Quantität der Markierung in der Probe.
Die für die Bestimmung der Quantität des gekennzeichneten Materials erforderlichen Messungen können für die jeweiligen Sensorarten sowohl manuell als auch automatisiert, also„offline" oder„online" erfolgen. Weiterhin können die für die Bestimmung der Quantität des gekennzeichneten Materials erforderlichen Messungen sowohl an einem als auch an beliebig vielen Messorten erfolgen und dabei eine Anzahl von 1 bis unendlich an Proben oder Messwerten zum Sammeln von Emissionsdaten aufgenommen werden. Die anschließende Konzentrationsbestimmung (Quantifizierung) kann, wie oben beschrieben, manuell oder auch mittels mathematischer Verfahren sowie dem Abgleich mit einem für die jeweilige Komponente X entwickelten Datenmodell erfolgen.
Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren ist es möglich, Materialien und Materialgemische zu identifizieren und auch festzustellen, ob die gewünschte Quantität der markierten Materialien/Produkte vorliegt. Beispiele für geeignete Materialgemische, die identifiziert werden können, sind Fasern, wie pflanzliche Fasern, tierische Fasern, synthetische Fasern oder mineralische Fasern. Bei den Fasern kann es sich um Zwischenprodukte, z. B. Fäden oder Filamente handeln sowie um Produkte aus diesen Fäden und Filamenten. Beispiele für Fasern sind pflanzliche Fasern, wie Fasern aus Baumwolle, Kapok, Flachs, Hanf, Jute, Rami, Sisal, Kokos etc., sowie tierische Fasern, d. h. Fasern auf Eiweißbasis, wie Schafwolle, Ziegenhaar (Mohair), Kaschmir oder Tibetwolle, Alpaka-, Lama-, Vikunjawolle, Kamelhaar, Angora, Rosshaar und alle beliebigen weiteren Tierhaare. Weitere Beispiele sind Seide, wie Maulbeerseide oder auch Wldseiden (Tussahseide). Auch technische Fasern wie mineralische Fasern und auch synthetische Fasern, d. h. aus Polymeren wie Polyesterfasern, Polyamidfasern oder Aramidfasern, Polyvinylchlorid, Polyolefin, Polyvinylidenchlorid, Polyvinylacetat oder Multipolymerisate wie Modacryl, Polyurethane und Elastane. Beispiele für Fasern auf anorganischer Basis sind Glasfasern, Metallfasern und mineralische Fasern.
Auch beliebige weitere Materialien und Materialgemische, die in Form von Flüssigkeiten oder Schüttgütern vorliegen, können mit einer Komponente X versetzt werden, um diese Materialien zu identifizieren und die Qualität des Materials durch die Quantifizierung des gekennzeichneten Materials zu verifizieren. Bei diesen weiteren Materialien kann es sich um Chemikalien, Kunststoffe und Kunststoffprodukte, Mineralien, Flüssigkeiten, Pflanzen, Früchte, Saatgut und tierische Produkte sowie daraus gewonnene Stoffe und Erzeugnisse handeln. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind das Material oder Materialgemisch Fasermaterialien, insbesondere aus Naturfasern, wie Baumwolle. Die Baumwollfasern
können einen definierten Anteil an Zuschlagsstoffen enthalten, beispielsweise Kunststoffoder Zellulose, in welchen ein oder mehrere Komponente(n) X eingearbeitet sind.
Das Einarbeiten oder Aufbringen der Komponente X in oder auf das Material oder Materialgemisch kann auf jede geeignete Weise erfolgend, wie beispielsweise Integration in Fasern, Einmischen von markierten Fasern in unmarkierte Fasern, Beschichten von Fasern, Integration von Markierungsstoffen in Filamenten (Fäden), Beschichten von Filamenten, Beschichten von Textilerzeugnissen („woven" und„non-woven"), Beschichten, insbesondere Bemalen bzw. Färben, Lackieren, Rotationsbeschichtung, Spritzlackieren, thermisches Spritzen, Plastifizieren, Tauchlackierung (anodisch oder kathodisch), Schmelztauchen, Emaillieren, Schlitzdüsenbeschichtung, Rakelbeschichtung, Tauchbeschichtung, Sprühbeschichtung, Walzenbeschichtung, Mehrfachbeschichtung durch Kaskaden- oder Vorhanggießen, Sol-Gel, thermisches Spritzen, Pulverbeschichten, Auftrommeln, Wrbelsintern, Bedrucken von Materialien, Gegenständen und Produkten (Integration über Druckfarben, -tinten, -lacke, Primer oder alle anderen Druckmittel) über alle Druckverfahren.
In einer möglichen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung werden textile Fasern markiert und daraus gewonnene textile Materialien identifiziert und deren Qualität hinsichtlich des Anteils an markierten Fasern quantitativ verifiziert. Naturfasern werden zunächst versponnen und anschließend in an sich bekannten Verarbeitungsverfahren zu Geweben und Gewirken weiterverarbeitet, in der Regel verwebt oder verstrickt. Den Naturfasern werden häufig weitere Fasern hinzugefügt, um die Qualität und die Eigenschaften des fertigen Produktes entsprechend einzustellen. Zu den weiteren Fasern, die den Naturfasern hinzugesetzt werden können, zählen beispielsweise Kunstfasern. In einer möglichen Ausgestaltung der vorliegenden Erfindung werden Kunstfasern (z. B. Zellulosefasern) eingesetzt, die eine Komponente X enthalten. Die Naturfaser wird gemeinsam mit der Kunstfaser versponnen oder die Kunstfaser wird vor der Weiterverarbeitung der Naturfaser zugesetzt bzw. beim Web- oder Strickverfahren mit eingearbeitet. Das erhaltene Produkt, die versponnene Faser oder das textile Material in Form des Gewebes oder Gewirkes wird anschließend zu dem textilen Produkt weiterverarbeitet. Um sicherzustellen, dass es sich bei dem Material auch tatsächlich um das gewünschte Material handelt, oder dass das fertige textile Produkt auch aus dem gewünschten bzw. angegebenen Material hergestellt wurde, kann durch Erzeugen eines Signals in Form eines Spektrums und/oder eines hyperspektralen Bildes von der Komponente X zunächst einmal die Komponente X selbst bestimmt werden, indem das erhaltene Spektrum und/oder Bild ausgewertet wird und einem Spektrum oder Bild zu einer Komponente X zugeordnet wird. Aus den ermittelten Intensitäten aus dem Spektrum ist es schließlich möglich, die verwendete Menge an Komponente X (Quantifizierung) zu
ermitteln. Aus der Feststellung, welche Komponente X eingesetzt wurde und in welcher Menge, kann abgeglichen werden, ob das vermessene Material das gewünschte Material ist, das in dem textilen Stück auch tatsächlich hätte verarbeitet werden sollen oder ob es sich (teilweise) um ein anderes Material, gegebenenfalls mit verminderter Quantität, handelt. Wird beispielsweise die verwendete Faser mit einer anderen Faser verstreckt, so ist die Komponente X in Bezug auf die Gesamtmenge in einer geringeren Menge (Quantität) vorhanden. Aus dieser Differenz kann geschlossen werden, dass das textile Material mit anderen Fasern verstreckt wurde und somit die Qualität verändert wurde.
Claims
Patentansprüche
Verfahren zum Identifizieren und Quantifizieren eines Materials bzw. Materialgemisches, wobei das Material bzw. das Materialgemisch eine oder mehrere Komponente(n) X enthält, die mittels spektroskopischer Verfahren und/oder mit einer Hyperspektralkamera identifizierbar ist,
welches Verfahren die Schritte umfasst
A. Erzeugen eines oder mehrerer Signale durch Anregung mit einer Strahlungsquelle im Bereich von 280 - 1 100 nm und dessen Aufnahme durch ein geeignetes Spektrometersystem, eine Hyperspektralkamera oder eine Photodiode,
B. Auswerten der/der erhaltenen Signale(s) und/oder Hyperspektralbildes(er) und Zuordnen des/der Signale(s) und/oder Hyperspektralbildes(er) zu einer Komponente X und nachfolgend zuordnen der identifizierten Komponente X zu einem Material oder Materialgemisch,
C. Quantitative Bestimmung des Materials bzw. Materialgemisches.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente X ausgewählt ist aus organischen und/oder anorganischen Komplex- und/oder Leuchtstoffen.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente X ausgewählt ist aus organischen Leuchtstoffen bestehend aus organisch konjungierten Systemen wie Fluoresceinderivaten, Coumarinderivaten, Oxazinderivaten, Rhodaminderivaten, Lumogenen, Pyrromethen-Farbstoffderivaten oder anderen.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente X ausgewählt ist aus metallorganischen Komplexverbindungen mit einer bevorzugten Zusammensetzung von Komplexen der Seltenen Erden mit Eu3+, Tb3+, Sm2+, Sm3+, Nd3+, Ce3+, Pr3+, Pr4+, Dy3+, Ho3+, Er3+, Tm3+ Yb2+ oder Yb3+ aber auch Komplexverbindungen mit Ru3+, Cr3+, Mn2+, Mn3+, Mn4+, Fe3+. Fe4+, Fe5+, Co3+, Co4+ Ni2+, , EU2+, Tb4+, Ce4+, oder Cu+ komplexiert mit organischen, konjungierten Liganden wie Acetylaceton (ACAC), Dibenzoylmethan (DBM), 4,4,4-Trifluoro-1-(2-naphtyl)-1 ,3- butandion (TFNB), Thenoyltrifluoroaceton (TTFA), Bipyridinderivate, Phenanthrolinderivate oder anderen organischen, komplexierenden Liganden.
Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponente X ausgewählt ist aus anorganischen Leuchtstoffen auf Basis von
Festkörperverbindungen, die ein oder mehrere lumineszierende Ionen aus der Gruppe ln+, Sn2+, Pb2+, Sb3+, Bi3+, Ce3+, Pr3+, Nd3+, Sm2+, Sm3+, Eu2+, Eu3+, Gd3+, Tb3+, Dy3+, Ho3+, Er3+, Tm2+, Tm3+, Yb2+, Yb3+, Ti3+, Ti4+, V2+, V3+, V4+, Cr3+, Mn2+, Mn3+, Mn4+, Fe3+, Fe4+, Fe5+, Co3+, Co4+, Ni2+, Cu+, Ru2+, Ru3+, Pd2+, Ag+, lr3+, Pt2+, Zr4+, Hf4 oder Au+ enthalten. Bevorzugt sind anorganische Lumineszenzpigmente, binäre, ternäre oder quaternäre Halogenide, Oxide, Oxyhalogenide, Sulfide, Oxysulfide, Sulfate, Oxysulfate, Selenide, Nitride, Oxynitride, Nitrate, Oxynitrate, Phosphide, Phosphate, Carbonate, Silikate, Oxysilikate, Vanadate, Molybdate, Wolframate, Germanate oder Oxygermanate der Elemente Li, Na, K, Rb, Mg, Ca, Sr, Sc, Ba, Y, La, Ti, Zr, Hf, Nb, Ta, Zn, Gd, Lu, AI, Ga und In.
Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnung durch eines der nachfolgenden Verfahren in oder auf das zu kennzeichnende Material aufgebracht wird: Integration in Fasern, Einmischen von markierten Fasern in unmarkierte Fasern, Beschichten von Fasern, Integration von Markierungsstoffen in Filamenten (Fäden), Beschichten von Filamenten, Beschichten von Textilerzeugnissen („woven" und „non-woven"), Beschichten, insbesondere Bemalen bzw. Färben, Lackieren, Rotationsbeschichtung, Spritzlackieren, thermisches Spritzen, Plastifizieren, Tauchlackierung (anodisch oder kathodisch), Schmelztauchen, Emaillieren, Schlitzdüsenbeschichtung, Rakelbeschichtung, Tauchbeschichtung, Sprühbeschichtung, Walzenbeschichtung, Mehrfachbeschichtung durch Kaskadenoder Vorhanggießen, Sol-Gel, thermisches Spritzen, Pulverbeschichten, Auftrommeln, Wirbelsintern, Bedrucken von Materialien, Gegenständen und Produkten (Integration über Druckfarben, -tinten, -lacke, Primer oder alle anderen Druckmittel) über alle Druckverfahren.
Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Signal oder das hyperspektrale Bild erhalten wird in Abhängigkeit von Anregungspulsen, als Funktion von der Zeit, von der Temperatur und/oder der Änderung des Umgebungsdrucks.
Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die quantitative Bestimmung der Komponente X erfolgt durch Photodioden in Abhängigkeit von Anregungspulsen, als Funktion von der Zeit, von der Temperatur und/oder der Änderung des Umgebungsdrucks. Signale erhalten wird.
). Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die für die Bestimmung der Quantität des gekennzeichneten Materials erforderlichen Messungen sowohl manuell als auch automatisiert, also„offline" oder„online" erfolgen können.
10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material bzw. Materialgemisch ausgewählt ist aus pflanzlichen Fasern, tierischen Fasern, mineralischen Fasern, synthetischen Fasern, Chemikalien, Kunststoffen und Kunststoffprodukten, Mineralien, Flüssigkeiten, Klebern, Farben, Tinten, Lacken, Baustoffen, Naturprodukten wie Pflanzen, Früchten, Saatgut oder tierischen Produkten, sowie daraus gewonnenen oder hergestellten Materialien, Stoffen, Produkten und Erzeugnissen.
1 1. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faser eine Baumwollfaser ist, die einen definierten Anteil an Zuschlagsstoffen enthält, wobei die Zuschlagsstoffe Kunststoff- oder Zellulosefasern sind, in welchen ein oder mehrere Komponente(n) X eingearbeitet sind.
