本发明涉及电缆的安装领域,尤其是一种连体式对钩线夹。
背景技术
架设电缆线时,一般通过街码拉直固定电缆线,如图1所示,传统街码由能够安装在墙面或电线杆上的街码支架1和用于支撑电缆的绝缘子12组成,电缆过街码时,一般紧贴绝缘子12,再用扎线缠绕的方式将电缆与绝缘子12捆绑固定,这种方式效率低下,且捆绑方式及捆绑松紧度都没有统一标准,随意性大,容易导致固线不牢,长时间使用会松动甚至出现松脱,扎线通常采用铝线等金属线,直接缠绕在电缆外皮上,会造成电缆外皮损伤,容易造成电缆过热甚至漏电短路等危险,且绝缘电缆会与金属线直接接触而有漏电隐患。
虽有技术针对传统的电缆固定方式进行了改进,利用各种固线机构将电缆固定,但基本都需要把整个传统街码进行更换,当前大部分低压电缆的架设都采用上面所述的传统街码,更换所有传统街码会造成极大浪费,成本高昂,所以势必难以推广,实用性不高,而且大部分固线机构存在结构比较复杂,安装拆卸不便,制造维修成本高,布置电缆不灵活等缺陷,特别是当电缆需要在街码上弯折转向时,电缆固定不牢靠,给电缆线的铺设及维护带来极大不便。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种连体式对钩线夹,该连体式对钩线夹能够将电 缆固定在传统街码上,从而替代用扎线缠绕捆绑电缆的方式,操作简便,不易损伤电缆外皮,且保留了传统街码中的街码支架和绝缘子,适用范围广,且夹持电缆稳固不易脱落,电缆布置灵活,电缆在街码中直线通过或是弯折转向都能够牢固固定在街码上。
本发明通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种连体式对钩线夹,包括一个夹板、一个连板和至少两个J型夹,所述J型夹的侧杆为锁紧杆,所述夹板上设有与锁紧杆对应的锁紧孔且至少两个锁紧孔在夹板上呈对角设置,J型夹的锁紧杆分别垂直穿过夹板上的锁紧孔并通过锁紧机构与夹板活动连接,所述连板的背面搭接在各个J型夹的弯钩内侧,连板正面与夹板正面相对。
优选,所述连板的背面设置有对应所述J型夹的限位槽,所述J型夹的弯钩内侧嵌入所述限位槽中。
优选,所述限位槽中设有固定孔,所述J型夹的弯钩内侧设有对应所述固定孔的固定销,固定销插入固定孔中并与之过盈配合。

本发明一种连体式对钩线夹的有益效果是:①J型夹结构简单,安装方便灵活,便于在保留传统街码金具街码支架和绝缘子的基础上,将电缆固定在绝缘子上,从而替代用扎线缠绕捆绑电缆的方式,不易损伤电缆外皮,固定 电缆稳固不易脱落;②采用一连板将各个J型夹连在一起,既保留了J型夹安装方便灵活的优点,又具有夹持电缆稳固的优点,电缆在街码中无论是直线通过或是弯折转向都能够牢固固定在街码上,而且,连板或夹板都能够配合绝缘子夹持电缆,电缆布置灵活;③通过J型夹锁紧杆上的止逆环齿和夹板锁紧孔内锁紧块上的锁紧齿,配合锁紧弹簧,形成止逆自锁机构,J型夹在夹板中只能前进不能后退,操作时,直接将J型夹插入夹板后就自动锁紧,不易松脱,需要打开时,只需要回压锁紧弹簧使锁紧块收回,即可自由将J型夹从夹板中取出,操作极为便捷,使用方便,特别适合高空架线施工。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的效果作进一步说明,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处说描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
需要说明的是,文中所使用的术语“正面”、“背面”、“前”、“后”以及类似表述只是用来解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:
如图1-7所示,一种连体式对钩线夹,包括一个夹板22、一个连板23和两个J型夹21,J型夹21的侧杆为锁紧杆212,夹板22上设有与锁紧杆212对应的锁紧孔222且两个锁紧孔222在夹板22上呈对角设置,J型夹21的锁紧杆212分别垂直穿过夹板22上的锁紧孔222并通过锁紧机构与夹板22活动连接,连板23的背面搭接在两个J型夹21的弯钩211内侧,连板23正面与夹板22正面相对。锁紧机构采用螺纹连接机构,锁紧杆212上设有外螺纹和相应的螺帽,通过转动螺帽能够调节锁紧杆212相对锁紧孔222移动。
操作时,将本发明一种连体式对钩线夹安装在传统街码上,夹板22和连板23分别设置在绝缘子12的两侧,绝缘子12的一侧与夹板22正面或连板23正面抵接,绝缘子12的另一侧与两个J型夹21的锁紧杆212配合连板23正面或夹板22正面形成供电缆穿过的过线通道3。电缆穿过过线通道3,然后将两个J型夹21锁紧,使连板23或夹板22配合绝缘子12夹紧电缆,从而替代用扎线缠绕捆绑电缆的方式,不易损伤电缆外皮,固定电缆稳固不易 脱落;采用连板23将各个J型夹21连在一起,既保留了J型夹21安装方便灵活的优点,又具有夹持电缆稳固的优点,电缆在街码中无论是直线通过或是弯折转向都能够牢固固定在街码上,而且,连板23或夹板22都能够配合绝缘子12夹持电缆,电缆布置灵活。
作为优选的实施方式,如图5所示,连板23的背面设置有对应J型夹21的限位槽231,J型夹21的弯钩211内侧嵌入限位槽231中,能够防止J型夹21从连板23上滑脱。
作为优选的实施方式,如图5所示,限位槽231中设有固定孔2311,J型夹21的弯钩211内侧设有对应固定孔2311的固定销2111,固定销2111插入固定孔2311中并与之过盈配合,J型夹21与连板23能够通过过盈配合固定在一起,防止连板23脱落,便于在街码支架1上有限的空间内进行装卸。
作为优选的实施方式,如图3、5、6所示,连板23正面和夹板22正面都为凹弧形结构,该凹弧形结构能够更加牢固地将电缆固定在连板23或夹板22正面靠中心的位置,电缆固定牢固。
作为优选的实施方式,如图3所示,连体式对钩线夹还包括承压块25,承压块25的一侧设有插销251,连板23正面和夹板22正面设有插孔252,插销251插入插孔252中并与之过盈配合,便于承压块25的固定,防止承压块25滑脱或滑落,承压块25的一侧与连板23正面或夹板22正面抵接,另一侧与绝缘子12抵接,连板23或夹板22中的一个用来配合绝缘子12夹持电缆时,另一个与绝缘子12之间设置承压块25,能够增加受压面积,从而增加连板23或夹板22的承压力,防止连板23或夹板22受压变形损坏。
作为优选的实施方式,如图3、6所示,连板23正面和夹板22正面还设 有至少防滑凸起或防滑条纹26,增加电缆与连板23或夹板22的摩擦力,从而增加电缆固定的牢固性。
作为优选的实施方式,如图2-6所示,连体式对钩线夹的材质包括由金属材料制成的内架体和由塑料或橡胶材料制成的外架体。金属内架体能够增加坚固性,塑料或橡胶的外层更加便于加工塑形,增加与电缆之间的接触面积,和扎线捆绑的方式相比,统一绝缘配置,电缆不接触金属支架,安全有保障,而且大大减少了对电缆外皮的磨损和刮伤。
作为优选的实施方式,如图2、3所示,夹板22的背面还设有用于防护锁紧杆212的防护盖27。
作为优选的实施方式,如图2、3所示,防护盖27侧边设有多个两个挂扣271,夹板22侧边设有对应挂扣271的挂钩272,通过挂钩272与挂扣271的配合实现防护盖27与夹板22的可拆卸连接。
实施例2:
在实施例1技术方案的基础上,连体式对钩线夹的锁紧机构采用止逆自锁机构。
如图8所示,止逆自锁机构的结构为:锁紧杆212上设有连续排列的若干个斜向锁紧杆212根部的止逆环齿2121,锁紧孔222侧边设有开口,开口内设有活动的锁紧块223,锁紧块223前端设有若干个斜向锁紧孔222出口且能与止逆环齿2121相配合的锁紧齿2231,锁紧块223背面抵接锁紧弹簧224,当锁紧杆212从锁紧孔222进口插入时,锁紧弹簧224推动锁紧块223使锁紧块223的锁紧齿2231抵接在锁紧杆212的止逆环齿2121上从而限制锁紧杆212使其只能前进而不能逆向运动,其中连板在图中未画出。通过J型夹 21锁紧杆212上的止逆环齿2121和夹板22锁紧孔222内锁紧块223上的锁紧齿2231,配合锁紧弹簧224,形成止逆自锁机构,J型夹21在夹板22中只能前进不能后退,操作时,直接将J型夹21插入夹板22后就自动锁紧,不易松脱,需要打开时,只需要回压锁紧弹簧224使锁紧块223收回,即可自由将J型夹21从夹板22中取出,操作极为便捷,使用方便,特别适合高空架线施工。
作为优选的实施方式,如图8所示,锁紧块223的前端设有与锁紧杆212相配合的弧形槽,锁紧齿2231为设置在弧形槽上的弧形齿,弧形槽和弧形齿结构能够增加锁紧块223对锁紧杆212的锁紧力。
作为优选的实施方式,如图8所示,夹板22背面对应每个锁紧孔222分别设有一个锁紧槽225,锁紧槽225口设有盖板226,对应的锁紧块223和锁紧弹簧224放置在锁紧槽225中,锁紧弹簧224的一端抵接锁紧块223,另一端抵接锁紧槽225侧壁,锁紧块223在盖板226和锁紧槽225底部的导向下活动,便于锁紧块223在锁紧槽225中活动平稳,防止锁紧块223滑脱。
作为优选的实施方式,如图8所示,每个锁紧槽225中设有两个锁紧弹簧224,两个锁紧弹簧224分别设在对应锁紧块223背面的两侧,两个锁紧弹簧224布置合理,使锁紧块223受到的弹簧推力更加平衡,且推力更大。
作为优选的实施方式,如图8所示,两个锁紧弹簧224之间设置一个用来连接盖板226和锁紧槽225底部的销柱227,对应锁紧块223上设置一个对应销柱227的凹槽,从而增加锁紧块223在锁紧槽225有限空间内的活动空间。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,包括一个夹板、一个连板和至少两个J型夹,所述J型夹的侧杆为锁紧杆,所述夹板上设有与锁紧杆对应的锁紧孔且至少两个锁紧孔在夹板上呈对角设置,J型夹的锁紧杆分别垂直穿过夹板上的锁紧孔并通过锁紧机构与夹板活动连接,所述连板的背面搭接在各个J型夹的弯钩内侧,连板正面与夹板正面相对。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述连板的背面设置有对应所述J型夹的限位槽,所述J型夹的弯钩内侧嵌入所述限位槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述限位槽中设有固定孔,所述J型夹的弯钩内侧设有对应所述固定孔的固定销,固定销插入固定孔中并与之过盈配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述连板正面和/或所述夹板正面为凹弧形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述连体式对钩线夹还包括承压块,所述承压块的一侧设有插销,所述连板正面和/或所述夹板正面设有插孔,插销插入插孔中并与之过盈配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述连板正面和/或所述夹板正面还设有至少防滑凸起或防滑条纹。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构为螺纹连接机构,所述螺纹连接机构为:所述锁紧杆上设有外螺纹和相应的螺帽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构 为止逆自锁机构,所述止逆自锁机构的结构为:所述锁紧杆上设有连续排列的若干个斜向锁紧杆根部的止逆环齿,锁紧孔侧边设有开口,开口内设有活动的锁紧块,锁紧块上靠近锁紧杆的一侧设有至少一个斜向锁紧孔出口的锁紧齿,锁紧块上背离锁紧杆的一侧抵接锁紧弹簧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述锁紧块上靠近锁紧杆的一侧设有与所述锁紧杆相配合的弧形槽,所述锁紧齿为设置在弧形槽上的弧形齿。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述夹板背面对应每个所述锁紧孔分别设有一个锁紧槽,锁紧槽口设有盖板,对应的所述锁紧块和锁紧弹簧放置在锁紧槽中,锁紧弹簧的一端抵接锁紧块,另一端抵接锁紧槽侧壁,锁紧块在盖板和锁紧槽底部的导向下活动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,每个所述锁紧槽中设有两个所述锁紧弹簧,两个锁紧弹簧分别设在对应锁紧块背面的两侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,两个所述锁紧弹簧之间设置一个用来连接所述盖板和锁紧槽底部的销柱,对应所述锁紧块上设置一个对应销柱的凹槽。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述连体式对钩线夹的材质包括由金属材料制成的内架体和由塑料或橡胶材料制成的外架体。
  14. 根据权利要求1-12任一所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述夹板的背面还设有用于防护所述锁紧杆的防护盖。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的连体式对钩线夹,其特征在于,所述防护盖侧边设有至少两个挂扣,所述夹板侧边设有对应挂扣的挂钩,通过挂钩与挂扣的配合实现防护盖与夹板的可拆卸连接。
