现有技术对传统的电缆端头固定方式进行了改进,利用线夹固定电缆端头,但这些线夹普遍采用螺栓配合螺母的方式来连接,高空作业时,单人操作比较费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种能够快速将弯折的电缆端头锁紧固定,且夹持电缆稳固不易松脱,操作便捷的自锁型紧固线夹。
本发明通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种自锁型紧固线夹,包括一U型公夹和一母夹,U型公夹和母夹相互独立,U型公夹的弯折处为第一夹线部,母夹的正面设有对应的第二夹线部,第一夹线部和第二夹线部能够配合夹持电缆,U型公夹的两侧杆为锁紧杆,所述母夹上第二夹线部的两侧分别设有对应锁紧杆的贯穿锁紧孔,锁紧杆上设有连续排列的若干个斜向锁紧杆根部的止逆环齿,锁紧孔侧边设有活动的锁紧块,锁紧块的一端设有至少一个斜向锁紧孔出口且能与止逆环齿相配合的锁紧齿,另一端抵接锁紧弹簧,当锁紧杆从锁紧孔进口插入时,锁紧弹簧推动锁紧块使锁紧块的锁紧齿抵接在锁紧杆的止逆环齿上从而限制锁紧杆使其只能前进而不能逆向运动。

作为优选的实施方式,所述防护盖228与所述母夹22可拆卸连接的方式为:所述防护盖228与所述母夹22通过卡扣连接,所述卡扣包括设在所述防护盖228内表面两侧的卡钩,以及对应设在所述母夹22外表面两侧的卡槽,通过卡钩和卡槽的配合实现防护盖228与母夹22的可拆卸连接。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种自锁型紧固线夹,其特征在于,包括一U型公夹和一母夹,U型公夹和母夹相互独立,U型公夹的弯折处为第一夹线部,母夹的正面设有对应的第二夹线部,第一夹线部和第二夹线部能够配合夹持电缆,U型公夹的两侧杆为锁紧杆,所述母夹上第二夹线部的两侧分别设有对应锁紧杆的贯穿锁紧孔,锁紧杆上设有连续排列的若干个斜向锁紧杆根部的止逆环齿,锁紧孔侧边设有活动的锁紧块,锁紧块的一端设有至少一个斜向锁紧孔出口且能与止逆环齿相配合的锁紧齿,另一端抵接锁紧弹簧,当锁紧杆从锁紧孔进口插入时,锁紧弹簧推动锁紧块使锁紧块的锁紧齿抵接在锁紧杆的止逆环齿上从而限制锁紧杆使其只能前进而不能逆向运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁型紧固线夹,其特征在于,所述锁紧块的一端设有与所述锁紧杆相配合的弧形槽,所述锁紧齿为设置在弧形槽上的弧形齿。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁型紧固线夹,其特征在于,所述母夹的两个锁紧孔中的两个锁紧块相对设置在所述锁紧弹簧的两端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自锁型紧固线夹,其特征在于,所述母夹的背面设有锁紧槽,锁紧槽口设有盖板,两个所述锁紧块和锁紧弹簧放置在锁紧槽中,锁紧块在盖板和锁紧槽底部的导向下活动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自锁型紧固线夹,其特征在于,两个所述锁紧块通过两根所述锁紧弹簧相连,两根锁紧弹簧之间对应两个锁紧块各设置一个用来连接所述盖板和锁紧槽底部的销柱,两个锁紧块上各设置一个对应销柱的凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的自锁型紧固线夹,其特征在于,所述第 二夹线部为凹弧形绝缘结构或者凹折弯面绝缘结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的自锁型紧固线夹,其特征在于,所述U型公夹的结构包括由金属材料制成的公夹内架体和包覆在所述第一夹线部周围的由塑料或橡胶材料制成的公夹外架体,所述母夹的结构包括由金属材料制成的母夹内架体和由塑料或橡胶材料制成的母夹外架体。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的自锁型紧固线夹,其特征在于,所述母夹上还设有用于防护所述U型公夹锁紧杆的防护盖,所述防护盖与所述母夹进行可拆卸连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自锁型紧固线夹,其特征在于,所述防护盖与所述母夹可拆卸连接的方式为:所述防护盖与所述母夹通过卡扣连接,所述卡扣包括设在所述防护盖内表面两侧的卡钩,以及对应设在所述母夹外表面两侧的卡槽,通过卡钩和卡槽的配合实现防护盖与母夹的可拆卸连接。
