此外,本行业内通常采用气压泵来作为进站机构和出站机构的驱动装置,然而气动伸缩方式经常性出现气压不稳定现象,不能使进站机构和出站机构运动到合适位置,而造成用于夹持布料的衣架经常性进错站或不进站现象发生,影响该制衣吊挂系统的正常工作。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,旨在实现环轨 上衣架能够方便地被送至工作站,以完成衣架自由进出站的问题。

另外,本实施例这种制衣吊挂系统用连接组件采用连杆机构1和驱动马达3配合来实现运动形式的转换,相较于传统采用气压泵形式而言,不会气压不稳定现象发生,因此具有更好的工作稳定性。当然,在其它实施例中,还可以选择凸轮连杆机构或曲柄滑块机构来代替连杆机构1来实现运动形式的转换功能。
进一步的,考虑到滑动杆组件1的使用环境最好与外界隔绝,以避免灰尘等杂物进入和使用安全性(防止人肢体触碰到运动的连杆机构1),本实施例的制衣吊挂系统还可以配置一防尘罩6,防尘罩6是盖覆于滑动杆组件1之外。
进一步的,为了便于对连杆机构1进行更精确的控制以使引连接头11可以更加精准的选择性地搭接在制衣吊挂系统的环轨4上(如什么时候搭接,搭接的时间长短,什么时候脱离搭接),本实施例这种制衣吊挂系统用连接组件还配置有位置检测单元7,其用以检测滑动杆组件1沿滑动杆组件1的轴向方向往复滑动时,是否滑动至预定位置。具体地,该位置检测单元7可为微动开关,控制器分别电性连接驱动马达3和微动开关,微动开关将所检测到的滑动杆组件1的位置信息发送给控制器,如可通过从动连杆触碰到微动开关以实现位置信息的获取。控制器根据滑动杆组件1的位置信息控制驱动马达3的运行状态,以控制引连接头11是否搭接在制衣吊挂系统的环轨4上,如什么时候搭接,搭接的时间长短,什么时候脱离搭接等相关操作。
本发明还提出一种制衣吊挂系统,该制衣吊挂系统上述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,该制衣吊挂系统用连接组件的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本制衣吊挂系统采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,其特征在于,包括:
    连杆机构;
    滑动杆组件,连接所述连杆机构的一端;以及
    驱动马达,连接所述连杆机构的另一端;
    所述驱动马达经所述连杆机构以驱动所述滑动杆组件沿所述滑动杆组件的轴向方向往复滑动;
    其中,所述滑动杆组件的一端用以搭接制衣吊挂系统的环轨,所述滑动杆组件的另一端用以延伸导引至工作站。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,其特征在于,所述滑动杆组件包括导引连接头、滑动杆和导向套管,所述导引连接头固接于所述滑动杆的一端,所述导引连接头用于搭接在制衣吊挂系统的环轨上,所述滑动杆的另一端滑动套接于所述导向套管的一端的内部中,所述导向套管的另一端用以延伸导引至所述工作站,所述导向套管的底部开设有沿所述导向套管轴向延伸的贯穿孔,所述连杆机构的一端穿过所述贯穿孔连接于所述滑动杆。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,其特征在于,述导引连接头底部具有与所述制衣吊挂系统的环轨的轨道外形适配的贴合面,通过所述贴合面与所述制衣吊挂系统的环轨的轨道外形贴合,以使所述导引连接头搭接制衣吊挂系统的环轨上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,其特征在于,所述导引连接头呈圆弧形,所述导引连接头的顶部具有沿所述导引连接头的延伸方向延伸的导向凸棱,所述导向凸棱用于卡持于夹持布料的衣架的滚轮中,以对所述夹持布料的衣架进行导向。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,其特征在于,
    所述连杆机构包括主动连杆和从动连杆,所述主动连杆的一端连接所述驱动马达,所述主动连杆的另一端铰接于所述从动连杆的一端,所述从动连杆的另一端穿过所述贯穿孔铰接于所述滑动杆。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,其特征在于,所述驱动马达具有一轴伸端,所述主动连杆的一端固定连接于所述轴伸端。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,其特征在于,还包括防尘罩,盖覆于所述滑动杆组件之外。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,其特征在于,还包括位置检测单元,用以检测所述滑动杆组件沿所述滑动杆组件的轴向方向往复滑动时,是否滑动至预定位置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件,其特征在于,还包括一控制器,所述控制器电性连接所述驱动马达,所述位置检测单元为微动开关,所述微动开关电性连接所述控制器,所述微动开关用于将所检测到的所述滑动杆组件的位置信息发送给所述控制器,所述控制器用于根据所述滑动杆组件的位置信息控制所述驱动马达的运行状态。
  10. 一种制衣吊挂系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的制衣吊挂系统用连接组件。
