Description

侧方倾斜进料的立式分级磨粉机 技术领域
本发明涉及磨粉机技术领域,特别是涉及侧方倾斜进料的立式分级磨粉机。
背景技术
立式辊磨机集粉磨、烘干、分级(选粉)和输送功能于一体,具有效率高、能耗小、磨蚀低、运转率高、结构紧凑、占用场地和空间小、噪声低、产品细度易于调节等显著优点,越来越广泛地用于水泥(生料、煤、熟料)、冶金矿渣、材料、化工等行业物料的粉磨和超细粉磨。
传统的立式辊磨机磨辊均是一样尺寸的大辊,每个磨辊都承担着细碎、压实和粉磨的功能,由于磨辊辊径较大,球形的磨辊碾压在松散的块状物料时,上层较大的物料块会出现离开粉磨区域的现象,磨辊只对低层较小的物料进行细碎、压实和粉磨,因此粉磨效率低。
传统的凹槽形磨盘只能采用堆焊的方式进行耐磨处理,不仅制造复杂,生产周期长,对磨盘材料的要求也高,传统的磨盘由于表面要堆焊耐磨层,磨盘必须用铸钢,铸造工艺复杂且难度大(铸造时钢水流动性差,大型铸钢件生产难度大)。而凹槽的磨盘加工复杂。
目前国内立式辊磨机的粉磨机构主要是球形磨辊和凹槽形磨盘,其外形复杂,制造难度大造价高,磨损后修复较为困难且费用高,粉磨效率低。同时,由于粉磨机构磨损后修复较困难,修复时间长,导致立式辊磨机的运转率低。这些缺点影响了整个水泥生产线的运转率,使水泥生产线的开工率和效益受到影响。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了从磨体侧方进料,并且分级碾磨粉料的分级磨粉机。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:侧方倾斜进料的立式分级磨粉机,包括从上至下依次设置的二次风机、分级机、磨体、磨盘、减速机和电机,其中磨体内位于磨盘的上方设有筛粉罩体,筛粉罩体靠近顶部位置附近设有若干筛粉网孔;磨盘沿其周向远近不同位置处设有粗磨料辊和细磨料辊,其中粗磨料辊靠近磨盘的 边缘位置设置,并且顶部方向上还设有倾斜进料装置,倾斜进料装置的进料口正对粗磨料辊的上方位置设置;
细磨料辊靠近磨盘的中心位置设置;
正对筛粉罩体的网孔位置处设有一次旋风风机。
进一步地,磨盘对应粗磨料辊和细磨料辊的位置处分别设有一个磨料凹槽,并且每一个磨料凹槽的深度不大于15cm。
进一步地,磨体上位于筛粉罩体上方还连接有导风板,导风板下端延伸至筛粉罩体的最低位置的网孔处,导风板上端固定在磨体上。
进一步地,筛粉罩体与倾斜进料装置的进料口和磨体之间通过进料挡板密闭,并且进料挡板的底部悬空于粗磨料辊的顶部位置。
进一步地,进料挡板为N字形结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的立式分级磨粉机,在其磨体的磨盘周向上设置了分级的粗磨料辊和细磨料辊,使得物料进入磨盘后依次进行分级磨料,保证物料能够依次磨细,一方面提高磨压效率,另一方面提高了粉料的细度。
而且进料装置设置在磨体的侧方,同时倾斜进料装置的进料口直接正对粗磨料辊的上方,保证了物料能够得到很好的分级,分级效果显著。
此外,本发明的立式分级磨粉机,还在磨体内位于磨盘的上方设有筛粉罩体,筛粉罩体靠近顶部位置附近设有若干筛粉网孔,使得磨出的粉料能够得到进一步分级以及筛选,保证筛分出的粉料能够达到其使用需求。
综上所述,本发明的立式分级磨粉机,不仅分级压粉,还分级出粉料,得到的物料粉均匀,结构整体简单,容易操作,具有较好的使用性能。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示,侧方倾斜进料的立式分级磨粉机,包括从上至下依次设置的二次风机1、分级机12、磨体2、磨盘3、减速机4和电机5,其中磨体2内位于磨盘3的上方设有筛粉罩体6,筛粉罩体6靠近顶部位置附近设有若干筛粉网孔61;磨盘3沿其周向远近不同位置处设有粗磨料辊7和细磨料辊8,其中粗磨料辊7靠近磨盘3的边缘位置设置,并且顶部方向上还设有倾斜进料装置8,倾斜进料装置8的进料口81正对粗磨料辊7的上方位置设置;细磨料辊8靠近磨盘3的中心位置设置;正对筛粉罩体6的网孔位置处设有一次旋风风机9。
在上述实施例中,磨盘3对应粗磨料辊7和细磨料辊8的位置处分别设有一个磨料凹槽31,并且每一个磨料凹槽31的深度不大于15cm,从而保证磨料凹槽31对粗磨料辊7和细磨料辊8限位的同时,还能保证磨盘上磨好的粗粉料能够完全地进入细粉料去研磨。
在上述实施例中,磨体1上位于筛粉罩体6上方还连接有导风板10,导风板10下端延伸至筛粉罩体6的最低位置的网孔处,导风板10上端固定在磨体1上,进而保证通过一次旋风风机吹出的细粉料能够快速并且完全地通过二次风机,最终从出料口出去,进入到下一道工序。
在上述实施例中,为了保证物料能够完全并且及时地进入到粗磨料辊磨料,筛粉罩体6与倾斜进料装置8的进料口81和磨体1之间通过进料挡板11密闭,并且进料挡板11的底部悬空于粗磨料辊7的顶部位置。
在上述实施例中,进料挡板11为N字形结构,具有较好的隔挡效果。
本发明的立式分级磨粉机,不仅分级压粉,还分级出粉料,得到的物料粉均匀,结构整体简单,容易操作,还具有较好的使用性能。
本发明的实施例公布的是较佳的实施例,但并不局限于此,本领域的普通技术人员,极易根据上述实施例,领会本发明的精神,并做出不同的引申和变化,但只要不脱离本发明的精神,都在本发明的保护范围内。

  1. 侧方倾斜进料的立式分级磨粉机,其特征在于:包括从上至下依次设置的二次风机(1)、分级机(12)、磨体(2)、磨盘(3)、减速机(4)和电机(5),其中磨体(2)内位于磨盘(3)的上方设有筛粉罩体(6),筛粉罩体(6)靠近顶部位置附近设有若干筛粉网孔(61);磨盘(3)沿其周向远近不同位置处设有粗磨料辊(7)和细磨料辊(8),其中粗磨料辊(7)靠近磨盘(3)的边缘位置设置,并且顶部方向上还设有倾斜进料装置(8),倾斜进料装置(8)的进料口(81)正对粗磨料辊(7)的上方位置设置;
    细磨料辊(8)靠近磨盘(3)的中心位置设置;
    正对筛粉罩体(6)的网孔位置处设有一次旋风风机(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的侧方倾斜进料的立式分级磨粉机,其特征在于:磨盘(3)对应粗磨料辊(7)和细磨料辊(8)的位置处分别设有一个磨料凹槽(31),并且每一个磨料凹槽(31)的深度不大于15cm。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的侧方倾斜进料的立式分级磨粉机,其特征在于:磨体(1)上位于筛粉罩体(6)上方还连接有导风板(10),导风板(10)下端延伸至筛粉罩体(6)的最低位置的网孔处,导风板(10)上端固定在磨体(1)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的侧方倾斜进料的立式分级磨粉机,其特征在于:筛粉罩体(6)与倾斜进料装置(8)的进料口(81)和磨体(1)之间通过进料挡板(11)密闭,并且进料挡板(11)的底部悬空于粗磨料辊(7)的顶部位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的侧方倾斜进料的立式分级磨粉机,其特征在于:进料挡板(11)为N字形结构。
