Description

熱可塑性樹脂組成物及び成形体
 本発明は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物及び該熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる成形体に関する。
 自動車や機械、電気製品など種々の分野で使用される熱可塑性エラストマーには、機械的特性や加工性を向上させるため、一般にプロセスオイルが配合されている。このプロセスオイルは、天然ゴム、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム(EPDM)、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー、およびスチレン系エラストマー等の合成ゴム基材に配合されている。
 上記熱可塑性エラストマーを用いた熱可塑性樹脂組成物では、ブリードアウトが発生しやすい。また、該熱可塑性エラストマーの粘度は比較的高いため、成形性の改善が求められている。
 これに対し、特許文献1では、熱可塑性樹脂組成物中にシリコーンオイル及び/又はシリコーンポリマーとシリコーンパウダーとを混在させることにより、ブリードアウトの抑制を図っている。また、特許文献2及び3では、熱可塑性エラストマー中にポリオレフィンを添加することにより、柔軟性や加工性の改善を図っている。

 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物では、ブリードアウトの抑制が十分なものではなかった。また、特許文献2及び3に記載の熱可塑性エラストマーでは、粘度を十分に低減するに至っておらず、柔軟性及び加工性の改善は十分なものではなかった。
 本発明は、このような実情に鑑みてなされたものであり、種々の物性を損なうことなく、組成物中に含まれるオイル添加量を低減することが可能な熱可塑性樹脂組成物、及び該熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる成形体を提供することを目的とする。
 本発明者らは、上記の課題を解決するべく鋭意検討した結果、下記の発明により当該課題を解決できることを見出した。
 すなわち、本願開示は、以下に関する。
[1]熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、及び示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブから得られる融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が0J/g以上80J/g以下であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、
 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)を15質量%以上99.5質量%以下含み、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を0.5質量%以上50質量%以下含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[2]更に、示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークトップとして定義される融点(Tm-D)が120℃を超え180℃以下であるポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)を含有する、上記[1]に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[3]更に、オイル(D)を含有する、上記[1]又は[2]に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[4]熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブから得られる融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が0J/g以上80J/g以下であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークトップとして定義される融点(Tm-D)が120℃を超え180℃以下であるポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及びオイル(D)を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、
 前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及び前記オイル(D)の合計100質量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)を15質量%以上99.5質量%以下、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を0.5質量%以上50質量%以下、前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)を0質量%以上30質量%以下及び前記オイル(D)を0質量%以上70質量%以下含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[5]更に、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及び前記オイル(D)の合計100質量部に対して、添加剤を0.05質量部以上500質量部以下含有する、上記[4]に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[6]前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の前記融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が20J/g以上80J/g以下である、上記[1]~[5]のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[7]前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)が、下記(1)を満たす、上記[1]~[6]のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
(1)示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークトップとして定義される融点(Tm-D)が、観測されないか又は0℃以上120℃以下である。
[8]前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の極限粘度[η]が、0.01dL/g以上1.80dL/g以下である、上記[1]~[7]のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[9]前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)のメソトリアッド分率[mm]が20モル%以上95モル%以下である、上記[1]~[8]のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[10]前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)のメソペンタッド分率[mmmm]が10モル%以上90モル%以下である、上記[1]~[9]のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[11]前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)が、エチレン及び炭素数4~30のα-オレフィンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1つの構成単位を0モル%を超え20モル%以下含む、上記[1]~[10]のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[12]前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)が、スチレン、ジエン、ケイ素、フッ素、エチレンおよびイソプレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、上記[1]~[11]のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
[13]前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)がスチレンを含む、上記[1]~[12]のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。

 本発明によれば、種々の物性を損なうことなく、組成物中に含まれるオイル添加量を低減することが可能な熱可塑性樹脂組成物、及び該熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる成形体を提供することができる。特に、本発明によれば、粘度が低く、成形性に優れるとともに、熱可塑性樹脂組成物におけるブリードアウトを抑制することができる熱可塑性樹脂組成物、及び該熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる成形体を提供することができる。
 本実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、及び示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブから得られる融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が0J/g以上80J/g以下であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)を15質量%以上99.5質量%以下含み、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を0.5質量%以上50質量%以下含むことを特徴とする。
 また、他の実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、及び示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブから得られる融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が20J/g以上80J/g以下であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)を50質量%以上99.5質量%以下含み、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を0.5質量%以上50質量%以下含むことを特徴とする。
 また、更に他の実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及びオイル(D)を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及び前記オイル(D)の合計100質量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)を15質量%以上99.5質量%以下、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を0.5質量%以上50質量%以下、前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)を0質量%以上30質量%以下及び前記オイル(D)を0質量%以上70質量%以下含むことを特徴とする。

 本実施形態で用いる熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)は、特に限定されないが、公知の各種オレフィン系ゴムを用いることができる。ここで、スチレン、ジエン、ケイ素、フッ素、エチレンおよびイソプレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むことが、弾性回復性の観点から好ましく、中でも、スチレンあるいはジエンを含むことが耐熱性、成形性及び弾性回復性のバランスが良く、より好ましい。
 熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)としては、例えば、スチレンと共役ジエンとの共重合体、及びその水添物、エチレン-α-オレフィン系共重合体ゴム、ブタジエンラバー及びニトリルラバー等が挙げられる。また、エチレン、炭素数3~20のα-オレフィン及び非共役ポリエンからなるエチレン-α-オレフィン-非共役ポリエン共重合体ゴムを挙げることもでき、その具体例としては、エチレン-プロピレン-非共役ジエン系共重合体ゴムが挙げられる。熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)としては、スチレンと共役ジエンとの共重合体、エチレン-プロピレン-非共役ジエン系共重合体ゴムが好ましい。
 エチレン-α-オレフィン-非共役ポリエン共重合体ゴムは、エチレンと炭素原子数が3~20のα-オレフィンと非共役ポリエンとからなる無定形ランダムな弾性共重合体が好ましく、ペルオキシドと混合し、加熱下で混練することによって、架橋して流動性が低下するか、あるいは流動しなくなるオレフィン系共重合体ゴムをいう。このようなオレフィン系共重合体ゴムとしては、具体的には、エチレン-α-オレフィン-非共役ジエン共重合体ゴム[エチレン/α-オレフィン(モル比)=約90/10~50/50]が挙げられ、エチレン-α-オレフィン-非共役ジエン共重合体ゴム[エチレン/α-オレフィン(モル比)=90/10~51/49]が好ましい。
 上記非共役ジエンとしては、具体的には、ジシクロペンタジエン、1,4-ヘキサジエン、シクロオクタジエン、メチレンノルボルネン、エチリデンノルボルネン等の非共役ジエン等が挙げられる。これらのうちでは、エチレン-プロピレン-非共役ジエン共重合体ゴム、エチレン・1-ブテン・非共役ジエン共重合体ゴムが好ましく、特にエチレン-プロピレン-非共役ジエン共重合体ゴム、中でもエチレン-プロピレン-エチリデンノルボルネン共重合体ゴムが特に好ましい。
 また、非共役ジエン以外の非共役ポリエンとしては、具体的には、6,10-ジメチル-1,5,9-ウンデカトリエン、5,9-ジメチル-1,4,8-デカトリエン、6,9-ジメチル-1,5,8-デカトリエン、6,8,9-トリメチル-1,5,8-デカトリエン、6-エチル-10-メチル-1,5,9-ウンデカトリエン、4-エチリデン-1,6-オクタジエン、7-メチル-4-エチリデン-1,6-オクタジエン、7-メチル-4-エチリデン-1,6-ノナジエン、7-エチル-4-エチリデン-1,6-ノナジエン、6,7-ジメチル-4-エチリデン-1,6-オクタジエン、6,7-ジメチル-4-エチリデン-1,6-ノナジエン、4-エチリデン-1,6-デカジエン、7-メチル-4-エチリデン-1,6-デカジエン、7-メチル-6-プロピル-4-エチリデン-1,6-オクタジエン、4-エチリデン-1,7-ノナジエン、8-メチル-4-エチリデン-1,7-ノナジエン、4-エチリデン-1,7-ウンデカジエン等の非共役トリエン等が挙げられる。
 エチレン-α-オレフィン-非共役ポリエン共重合体ゴムのムーニー粘度[ML(1+4)、100℃]は、10~250が好ましく、特に50~200の範囲内にあることが好ましい。また、エチレン-α-オレフィン-非共役ポリエン共重合体ゴムのヨウ素価は、25以下であることが好ましい。ヨウ素価がこのような範囲にあると、部分的にバランスよく架橋された熱可塑性エラストマー組成物が得られる。
 熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)の具体例としては、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム(EPDM)、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム(NBR)、アクリロニトリル-クロロプレンゴム(ACR)、スチレン-ブタジエン共重合樹脂(SBC)、スチレン-エチレン-ブチレン-スチレン共重合体(SEBS)、スチレン-ブタジエン-ブチレン-スチレン共重合体(SBBS)、スチレン-エチレン-プロピレン-スチレン共重合体(SEPS)、スチレン-エチレン-エチレン-プロピレン-スチレン共重合体(SEEPS)、スチレン-エチレン-プロピレン-スチレン共重合体(SEPS)、スチレン-イソプレン-スチレン共重合体(SIS)、スチレン-エチレン-プロピレン共重合体(SEP)等が挙げられる。また、これらが含酸素不飽和エチレン性モノマーで変性されたものを用いてもよい。
 その他にも、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)の具体例として、天然ゴム、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、エチレン-プロピレンゴム(EPR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム(NBR)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、スチレン-イソプレン-ブタジエンゴム(SIBR)、エチレン-アクリルゴム(EA)、ポリノルボルネンゴム、クロロスルホン化ポリエチレン(CSM)、ウレタンゴム、エピクロロヒドリンゴム、プロピレンオキシドゴム、アクリルゴム、塩素化ポリエチレン、シリコーンゴム、フッ素ゴム等が挙げられる。
 また、本発明における熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)には、前記EPDMやSEBSに流動相となる熱可塑性樹脂や軟化剤を含んだエラストマー組成物も含まれる。
 本発明の熱可塑性組成物中に前記エラストマー組成物が含まれる場合、当該エラストマー組成物中のEPDM自体やSEBS自体等ではなく、当該エラストマー組成物全体を指して熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)と呼ぶ。
 流動相となる熱可塑性樹脂の具体例としては、ポリプロピレンが挙げられる。流動相となる軟化剤の具体例としては、オイルが挙げられる。エラストマー組成物の具体例としては、動的架橋型熱可塑性エラストマー、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー及びオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー等が挙げられる。
 動的熱可塑性エラストマーは、ポリプロピレン、EPDMや天然ゴム及びオイルで構成されることが多く、過酸化物や硫黄等を添加して混練することによってEPDMや天然ゴムが架橋されてできる熱可塑性エラストマーであり、TPV(Thermoplastic Vulcanizates)とも略すことがある。
 スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーは、ポリプロピレン、スチレンブロックコポリマー及びオイルで構成されることが多い。スチレンブロックコポリマー自体が熱可塑性を有する場合、それ単体で熱可塑性エラストマーと称することもあるが、スチレンブロックコポリマーの分子量が高く、熱可塑性を示さない場合、ポリプロピレン及びオイルを含む組成物とすることで熱可塑性を付与することが一般的である。TPS(Thermoplastic Styrenic Elastomer)やTPSコンパウンドと略すことがある。
 オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーは、ポリプロピレン、エチレン-プロピレンゴム等のオレフィン系ゴム及びオイルで構成されることが多い。各原料を押出機等で混練する以外に、重合時にリアクター内で各成分を重合しながら混合することもある。コンパウンディングTPO(Thermoplastic Olefin)やリアクターTPOと略すことがある。
 これらのエラストマー組成物に対して、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を添加することで、流動性が向上すると共に、圧縮永久歪み、引裂強度及び反発弾性などの物性をも改良することが可能である。その理由は定かではないが、次のように推察される。
 つまり、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)はポリプロピレンとの相溶性が高く、ポリプロピレンへの選択相溶性を示すため、エラストマー組成物中のポリプロピレンの流動性を向上させ、かつ、結晶化度を下げて軟質化する働きをすると考えられる。これにより、エラストマー組成物全体の流動性が向上するほか、エラストマー組成物のポリプロピレンのオイル保持率が上がり、軟化剤としてオイルを添加することによる脆化を抑制するため、圧縮永久歪み、引裂強度、反発弾性等の物性が向上すると考えられる。
 また、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)は軟化剤としての役割も果たすため、エラストマー組成物の硬度を一定とした場合は、オイルの添加量を低減することができる。これにより、揮発性有機化合物(VOC:Volatile Organic Compounds)の含有量を低減することが可能となり、また、オイルによるゴム成分の膨潤が抑制され、ゴムの架橋密度が向上するため、やはり圧縮永久歪み、引裂強度、反発弾性等の物性等が向上することとなり、かつ、オイルブリード量も抑制される。
 このように、ゴム成分の膨潤が抑制されることでポリプロピレンに対する体積分率が低下するため、エラストマー組成物の流動性を一定とした場合は、当該エラストマー組成物中のポリプロピレン含有率も下げることとなり、圧縮永久歪み等が向上することとなる。また、オイルブリードが抑制されることで、表面外観が一定に保たれ、ブリードアウトしたオイルに付着物が付着せず、表面汚染も抑制される。さらに、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂を他材料と接着する際、接着面へのオイルのブリードが抑制されるため、界面接着強度が向上し、接着強度が経時と共に低下することも抑制される。
 さらに、ポリプロピレンに対して前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を添加することで、結晶性が下がり、透明性が向上するほか、硬度を一定とする場合は、軟化剤であるオイルの添加量を低減することができるため白濁が抑制され、その意味でも透明性は向上する。
 その他、ポリプロピレンに対して前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を添加することで、結晶化速度も下がるので、成型時に樹脂表面の流動性が急激に下がることを防ぎ、結果として、金型またはロールの転写性が向上し、ひいては、成形体の表面外観が向上する。なお、単にポリプロピレンのMFRを引き上げるのではなく、その代わりに前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を添加することで、脆性破壊しない物性を維持したまま流動性を向上させることができるので、引張破断強度、引裂強度及び圧縮永久歪み等を改善した熱可塑性樹脂組成物を得ることができる。
 ここで、TPVの製造に当たっては、流動相の粘度が下がると混練時のせん断力が低下してTPV中のゴム成分が十分に分散されず、引張物性等の大変形時における破断強度や破断伸びが低下するなどの問題を生じることがある。このような場合、流動相の粘度を維持するためにMFRの低いポリプロピレンと前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)とを組み合わせて用いることが有効である。こうすることで、MFRの低いポリプロピレンによって引張破断強度や引張破断伸び等の力学物性が向上しつつ、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)によって弾性率が低下し、軟化剤であるオイル添加量を低減することが可能となる。オイル添加量を低減することによる利点は上述した通りである。
 前記エラストマー組成物に前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を添加する場合、前記TPV、TPS及びTPO等を製造する際に前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を添加して製造してもよく、市販のTPV、TPS及びTPO等に対して前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を添加して混練してもよい。市販のTPV、TPS及びTPOとしては、ExxonMobil社製「Santoprene」、Hexpol社製「Dryflex」、Kraiburg社製「Thermolast」、「Hipex」、Allod社製「Allruna」、三井化学社製「ミラストマー」、三菱ケミカル社製「トックスプレーン」、「サーモラン」、「ラバロン」、住友化学社製「エスポレックス」、及びリケンテクノス社製「レオストマー」、「アクティマー」、「トリニティ」等が挙げられる。また、混練方法に制約は無い。
 なお、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)がエラストマー組成物である場合、前記エラストマー組成物中のEPDM、天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム及びブラジエンゴム等が架橋していてもよい。例えば、EPDM、天然ゴム、イソプレンゴム及びブラジエンゴム等は過酸化物や硫黄等によって主鎖や側鎖の二重結合が結合して架橋することが知られているが、これらが前記エラストマー組成物中に含まれていても、当該エラストマー組成物全体として熱可塑性を有していればよい。
 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物中における熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)の含有量は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、15質量%以上99.5質量%以下である。15質量%未満では、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の引張弾性率を低下させるおそれがあり、99.5質量%を超えると熱可塑性樹脂組成物の流動性を低下させるおそれがある。このような観点から、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)の含有量は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、好ましくは20質量%以上、より好ましくは25質量%以上、更に好ましくは30質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.0質量%以下、より好ましくは98.0質量%以下、更に好ましくは95.0質量%以下である。また、同様の観点から、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及びオイル(D)の合計100質量%に対して、15質量%以上99.5質量%以下であり、好ましくは20質量%以上、より好ましくは25質量%以上、更に好ましくは30質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.0質量%以下、より好ましくは98.0質量%以下、更に好ましくは95.0質量%以下である。
 また、熱可塑性樹脂組成物が、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)及びポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の2成分からなる場合、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)の含有量は、好ましくは50質量%以上、より好ましくは70.0質量%以上、更に好ましくは75.0質量%以上、より更に好ましくは85.0質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは99.0質量%以下、より好ましくは98.0質量%以下、更に好ましくは95.0質量%以下である。
<ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)>
 本実施形態で用いるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)は、示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブから得られる融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が0J/g以上80J/g以下である。融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が0J/g未満であると、熱可塑性樹脂組成物においてブリードアウトの発生を抑制することができず、80J/gを超えると、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の柔軟性を低下させるおそれがある。このような観点から、融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)は、好ましくは20J/g以上、より好ましくは25J/g以上、更に好ましくは27J/g以上、より更に好ましくは30J/g以上であり、そして、好ましくは50J/g以下、より好ましくは45J/g以下、更に好ましくは40J/g以下である。
 上記融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)は、熱量変化の無い低温側の点と熱量変化の無い高温側の点とを結んだ線をベースラインとして、DSC測定により得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークを含むライン部分と当該ベースラインとで囲まれる面積を求めることで算出される。
 なお、融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)は、モノマー濃度や反応圧力を適宜調整することで制御することができる。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)は、下記(1)を満たすことが好ましい。
(1)示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークトップとして定義される融点(Tm-D)が、観測されないか又は0℃以上120℃以下である。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の融点(Tm-D)は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の柔軟性を高め、ブリードアウトの発生を抑制する観点から、観測されないか又は0℃以上120℃以下であることが好ましい。融点が観測される場合には、同様の観点から、より好ましくは30℃以上、更に好ましくは35℃以上、より更に好ましくは40℃以上であり、そして、より好ましくは90℃以下、更に好ましくは80℃以下、より更に好ましくは70℃以下、より更に好ましくは60℃以下である。
 なお、融点は、モノマー濃度や反応圧力を適宜調整することで制御可能である。
 また、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の極限粘度[η]は、好ましくは0.01dL/g以上、より好ましくは0.10dL/g以上、更に好ましくは0.30dL/g以上、より更に好ましくは0.40dL/g以上であり、そして、好ましくは2.50dL/g以下、より好ましくは2.00dL/g以下、更に好ましくは1.80dL/g以下、より更に好ましくは1.70dL/g以下、より更に好ましくは1.00dL/g以下である。極限粘度[η]を0.01dL/g以上とすることで、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)とポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)との混合性をより高めることができる。また、2.50dL/g以下とすることで、粘度をより低下させることができる。
 なお、上記極限粘度[η]は、135℃のテトラリン中、ウベローデ型粘度計で還元粘度(ηSP/c)を測定し、下記式(ハギンスの式)を用いて算出される。

 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)は、上述の融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が上記範囲を満たせば、特に限定されないが、例えば、プロピレン系樹脂又はエチレン系樹脂が好ましい。プロピレン系樹脂としては、プロピレン単独重合体、プロピレン-エチレンブロック共重合体、プロピレン-ブテンブロック共重合体、プロピレン-α-オレフィンブロック共重合体、プロピレン-エチレンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-ブテンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-エチレン-ブテン三元ランダム共重合体、プロピレン-α-オレフィンランダム共重合体、又はプロピレン-α-オレフィングラフト共重合体等から選択されるプロピレン系重合体であることが好ましく、プロピレン単独重合体、プロピレン-エチレンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-ブテンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-α-オレフィンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-エチレン-ブテン三元ランダム共重合体から選択されるプロピレン系重合体であることがより好ましい。エチレンユニットを含まないことで過酸化物、光及び熱などにより発生するラジカルによって架橋しないため、プロピレン単独重合体であることがさらに好ましい。また、エチレン系樹脂としては、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)等が好ましい。さらに、エチレンを主成分とする共重合体としては、例えば、エチレンとエチレン以外のα-オレフィンとのランダム共重合体、及びエチレンとエチレン以外のα-オレフィンとのブロック共重合体が好ましい。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)がプロピレン単独重合体である場合のメソトリアッド分率[mm]は、好ましくは20モル%以上、より好ましくは30モル%以上、更に好ましくは40モル%以上、より更に好ましくは50モル%以上、より更に好ましくは60モル%以上であり、そして、好ましくは95モル%以下、より好ましくは80モル%以下、更に好ましくは75モル%以下、より更に好ましくは71モル%以下である。
 メソトリアッド分率[mm]は、アイソタクティック性を表す立体規則性指標であり、メソトリアッド分率[mm]が上記範囲内であれば、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の柔軟性をより高め、ブリードアウトの発生をより抑制することができる。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)がプロピレン単独重合体である場合のメソペンタッド分率[mmmm]は、好ましくは10モル%以上、より好ましくは16モル%以上、更に好ましくは25モル%以上、より更に好ましくは35モル%以上であり、そして、好ましくは90モル%以下、より好ましくは70モル%以下、更に好ましくは64モル%以下、より更に好ましくは60モル%以下、より更に好ましくは51モル%以下である。
 ここで、メソペンタッド分率[mmmm]は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂の立体規則性を表す指標であり、メソペンタッド分率[mmmm]が大きくなると、立体規則性が高くなる。
 本実施形態においては、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)のメソペンタッド分率[mmmm]を上記範囲内とすることで、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の柔軟性をより高め、ブリードアウトの発生をより抑制することができる。
 ここで、メソトリアッド分率[mm]、メソペンタッド分率[mmmm]、及び後述するラセミペンタッド分率[rrrr]は、エイ・ザンベリ(A.Zambelli)等により「Macromolecules,6,925(1973)」で提案された方法に準拠し、13C-NMRスペクトルのメチル基のシグナルにより測定されるポリプロピレン分子鎖中のトリアッド単位でのメソ分率、並びにペンタッド単位でのメソ分率及びラセミ分率である。また、後述する[rr]及び[mr]も上記方法により算出される。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は、好ましくは3.0以下、より好ましくは2.8以下、更に好ましくは2.6以下、より更に好ましくは2.5以下であり、そして、好ましくは1.5以上、より好ましくは1.6以上、更に好ましくは1.7以上、より更に好ましくは1.8以上である。分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を上記範囲内とすることで、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の流動性をより高め、熱可塑性樹脂組成物のべたつきをより抑制することができる。
 なお、本実施形態において、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は、ゲルパーミエイションクロマトグラフィ(GPC)法により測定したポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量Mw及び数平均分子量Mnより算出した値である。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)がプロピレン単独重合体である場合、さらに下記(2)及び(3)の少なくとも1つを満たすことが好ましい。

 [rrrr]/(100-[mmmm])の値は、メソペンタッド分率[mmmm]及びラセミペンタッド分率[rrrr]から求められ、ポリプロピレンの規則性分布の均一さを示す指標である。[rrrr]/(100-[mmmm])の値が小さければ高立体規則性ポリプロピレンとアタクチックポリプロピレンの混合物の割合が低くなり、熱可塑性樹脂組成物のべたつきが抑制される。なお、上記における[rrrr]及び[mmmm]の単位は、モル%である。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)における[rrrr]/(100-[mmmm])の値は、べたつきを抑制する観点から、好ましくは0.1以下である。また、上限値としては、より好ましくは0.075以下、さらに好ましくは0.05以下であり、下限値としては、より好ましくは0.025以上、さらに好ましくは0.035以上である。
(3)[mm]×[rr]/[mr]2
 トリアッド分率[mm]、[rr]及び[mr]から算出される[mm]×[rr]/[mr]2の値は、重合体のランダム性の指標を表し、1に近いほどランダム性が高くなり、熱可塑性エラストマーの非晶領域との親和性が高くなり、混合性が向上し、組成物の流動性が向上しやすくなる。ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)は、上式の値が好ましくは1.3以下、より好ましくは1.2以下である。下限値は、好ましくは0.7以上、より好ましくは0.8以上である。なお、上記における[mm]及び[rr]、[mr]の単位は、モル%である。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)が共重合体である場合は、エチレン及び炭素数4~30のα-オレフィンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1つの構成単位を、0モル%を超えて20モル%以下含むことが、架橋によるブツ発生を抑制し、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の柔軟性を高める観点から好ましい。このような観点から、より好ましくは0.5モル%以上、更に好ましくは1.0モル%以上であり、そして、より好ましくは18.5モル%以下、更に好ましくは15.0モル%以下、より更に好ましくは10.0モル%以下である。
 また、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)は、炭素数が2のオレフィンを含有する共重合体の場合には、炭素数が2のオレフィン(すなわち、エチレンモノマー)の構成単位が、好ましくは0モル%を超え20モル%以下、より好ましくは0モル%を超え18モル%以下、更に好ましくは0モル%を超え16モル%以下、より更に好ましくは0モル%を超え14モル%以下である。また、炭素数が4以上のαオレフィンを含有する共重合体の場合には、炭素数が4以上のα-オレフィン含有量が、好ましくは0モル%を超え30モル%以下、より好ましくは0モル%を超え25モル%以下、更に好ましくは0モル%を超え20モル%以下である。
 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物中におけるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の含有量は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、0.5質量%以上50.0質量%以下である。0.5質量%未満では、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の流動性を低下させるおそれや、硬度が高くなり過ぎるおそれがあり、50質量%を超えると熱可塑性樹脂組成物の弾性回復性を低下させるおそれがある。このような観点から、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の含有量は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、好ましくは1.0質量%以上、より好ましくは2.0質量%以上、更に好ましくは5.0質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは30.0質量%以下、より好ましくは25.0質量%以下、更に好ましくは22.0質量%以下である。また、同様の観点から、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及びオイル(D)の合計100質量%に対して、0.5質量%以上50.0質量%以下であり、好ましくは1.0質量%以上、より好ましくは2.0質量%以上、更に好ましくは5.0質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは30.0質量%以下、より好ましくは25.0質量%以下、更に好ましくは22.0質量%以下である。上記範囲内であれば、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物の混練温度を下げることが可能となり、混練時における熱劣化が抑制される。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)は、例えば、WO2003/087172に記載されているようなメタロセン系触媒を使用して製造することができる。特に、配位子が架橋基を介して架橋構造を形成している遷移金属化合物を用いたものが好ましく、なかでも、2個の架橋基を介して架橋構造を形成している遷移金属化合物と助触媒を組み合わせて得られるメタロセン系触媒が好ましい。
 具体的に例示すれば、

を含有する重合用触媒が挙げられる。
 上記(i)成分の遷移金属化合物としては、配位子が(1,2’)(2,1’)二重架橋型の遷移金属化合物が好ましく、例えば(1,2’-ジメチルシリレン)(2,1’-ジメチルシリレン)-ビス(3-トリメチルシリルメチルインデニル)ジルコニウムジクロライドが挙げられる。

 上記(ii-2)成分のアルミノキサンとしては、公知の鎖状アルミノキサンや環状アルミノキサンが挙げられる。
 また、トリメチルアルミニウム、トリエチルアルミニウム、トリイソプロピルアルミニウム、トリイソブチルアルミニウム、ジメチルアルミニウムクロリド、ジエチルアルミニウムクロリド、メチルアルミニウムジクロリド、エチルアルミニウムジクロリド、ジメチルアルミニウムフルオリド、ジイソブチルアルミニウムヒドリド、ジエチルアルミニウムヒドリド、エチルアルミニウムセスキクロリド等の有機アルミニウム化合物を併用して、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を製造してもよい。
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)に該当する市販のプロピレン系樹脂としては、出光興産社製「エルモーデュ」、住友化学社製「タフセレン」、三井化学社製「タフマーXM」、「タフマーPN」、三菱化学社製「ウィンテック」、ExxonMobil社製「Vistamaxx」、Dow社製「Versify」、Clariant社製「Licocene」、REXtac社製「REXtac」、Evonik社製「Vestoplast」、Eastman社製「Eastoflex」、「Aerafine」等が挙げられる。
 また、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)に該当する市販のポリエチレン系樹脂としては、(株)プライムポリマー製の各種ポリエチレン樹脂「ハイゼックス」、「ネオゼックス」、「ウルトゼックス」、「モアテック」、「エボリュー」の各シリーズ(例えば、高密度ポリエチレン樹脂「ハイゼックス2200J」)、及び東ソー(株)製の低密度ポリエチレン(例えば、「ペトロセン190」)、Dow社製「Engage」、「Affinity」等が挙げられる。
<ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)>
 本実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、更に、示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークトップとして定義される融点(Tm-D)が120℃を超え180℃以下であるポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)を含有することが、強度の観点から好ましい。ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)の融点(Tm-D)は、好ましくは130℃以上、より好ましくは140℃以上であり、そして、好ましくは170℃以下、より好ましくは165℃以下である。
 ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)としては、プロピレン単独重合体、プロピレン-エチレンブロック共重合体、プロピレン-ブテンブロック共重合体、プロピレン-α-オレフィンブロック共重合体、プロピレン-エチレンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-ブテンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-α-オレフィンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-α-オレフィングラフト共重合体等から選択されるプロピレン系重合体(C’)であることが好ましい。
 さらに、得られる成形体の剛性の観点から、プロピレン系重合体(C’)は、重合体中に含まれるエチレン構成単位の含有量が1モル%以下であることが好ましく、エチレン構成単位を含まないプロピレン単独重合体であることがより好ましい。
 なお、上記の重合体は、石油又は石炭由来のモノマーを用いた重合体でもよいし、バイオマス由来のモノマーを用いた重合体でもよい。
 本実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物がポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)を含有する場合、その含有量は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、好ましくは5質量%以上、より好ましくは8質量%以上、更に好ましくは11質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは30質量%以下、より好ましくは20質量%以下である。5質量%以上であれば組成物の強度向上が期待でき、30質量%以下であれば柔軟性を損なわない。また、同様の観点から、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及びオイル(D)の合計100質量%に対して、好ましくは5質量%以上、より好ましくは8質量%以上、更に好ましくは11質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは30質量%以下、より好ましくは20質量%以下である。
<オイル(D)>
 本実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、更に、オイル(D)を含有することが成形性の観点から好ましい。オイル(D)としては、特に限定されず、パラフィン系プロセスオイル、ナフテン系プロセスオイル、イソパラフィン系オイル等の鉱物油、芳香族系の鉱物油系炭化水素、ポリブテン、ポリブタジエン、ポリ(α-オレフィン)等の低分子量物等の合成樹脂系炭化水素、アルキルベンゼンやひまし油、あまに油、ナタネ油、ヤシ油等の脂肪油系軟化剤、ジブチルフタレート、ジオクチルフタレート、ジオクチルアジペート、ジオクチルセバケート等のエステル系可塑剤などが例示できる。中でも、鉱物油系炭化水素、パラフィン系プロセスオイル、ナフテン系プロセスオイルが好ましく用いられる。特にパラフィン系炭化水素の炭素数が全炭素数の50%を占めるパラフィン系オイルが好ましい。
 また、鉱物油系炭化水素の重量平均分子量は50~2,000、特に100~1,500のものが好ましく、40℃の動粘度は3~800cSt、特に5~600cStであるのが好ましく、更に流動点は-40~0℃、特に-30~0℃であるのが好ましく、引火点(COC法)は200~400℃、特に250~350℃であることが好ましい。
 なお、動粘度は、ISO3104に準拠して測定した値であり、流動点はJIS K2269に準拠して測定した値であり、引火点はJIS K2265に準拠して測定した値である。
 オイル(D)の市販品としては、出光興産(株)製の「ダイアナプロセスオイルPW-32」、「ダイアナプロセスオイルPW-90」、「ダイアナプロセスオイルPW-150」、「ダイアナプロセスオイルPW-380」、「ダイアナプロセスオイルPS-32」、「ダイアナプロセスオイルPS-90」、「ダイアナプロセスオイルPS-430」;シェブロンUSA社製の「Kaydolオイル」、「ParaLuxオイル」、「Synfluid」、ExxonMobil社製の「AP/E Core」、「SpectraSyn」、三井化学(株)製の「ルーカント」、「タフセレン」及びイネオス社製の「Durasyn」、「Indopol」、JXTGエネルギー(株)製の「テトラックス」等が挙げられる(いずれも商品名)。
 本実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物がオイル(D)を含有する場合、その含有量は、熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、好ましくは10質量%以上、より好ましくは20質量%以上、更に好ましくは25質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは70質量%以下、より好ましくは60質量%以下、更に好ましくは50質量%以下である。10質量%以上であれば成形性の改善や、適切な硬度となることが期待でき、70質量%以下であればオイルのブリードアウトの軽減が期待できる。また、同様の観点から、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及びオイル(D)の合計100質量%に対して、好ましくは10質量%以上、より好ましくは20質量%以上、更に好ましくは25質量%以上であり、そして、好ましくは70質量%以下、より好ましくは60質量%以下、更に好ましくは50質量%以下である。
 なお、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物中に前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)が含まれていれば、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の硬度が低く抑えられるため、適切な硬度とするためのオイル(D)含有量を低減することが可能である。
 熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及びオイル(D)を合計で、熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、好ましくは70質量%以上、より好ましくは80質量%以上、更に好ましくは90質量%以上含む。熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲内で、その他の熱可塑性樹脂や添加剤を含んでもよい。
<その他の熱可塑性樹脂>
 本実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物においては、目的に応じて、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)及び/又は前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)の一部又は全部を前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)及び前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)以外の、その他の熱可塑性樹脂に置き換えることも出来る。その他の熱可塑性樹脂の具体例としては、特に限定されず、ポリメチルアクリレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、エチレン-エチルアクリレート共重合体等のアクリル系樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、ナイロン6、ナイロン66、ナイロン12等のポリアミド系樹脂、ポリイミド系樹脂、アセテート系樹脂、ポリエーテルサルホン酸樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート等の飽和エステル系樹脂、ポリカーボネート、熱可塑性ウレタン樹脂、熱可塑性エラストマー、塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン等のフッ化ビニル系樹脂、シリコーン樹脂を例示できる。
<添加剤>
 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、本実施形態の目的を損なわない範囲で、必要に応じてさらに任意の添加剤を含有してもよい。添加剤としては、例えば、ラジカル発生剤;ポリオレフィン;スリップ剤;アンチブロッキング剤;熱安定剤;フェノール系酸化防止剤、ホスファイト系酸化防止剤、チオエーテル系酸化防止剤などの酸化防止剤;光安定剤;紫外線吸収剤;結晶核剤;ブロッキング防止剤;シール性改良剤;ステアリン酸、シリコーンオイル等の離型剤;ポリエチレンワックス等の滑剤;着色剤;セラミック、カーボンブラック、アンバー、シェンナ、カオリン、ニッケルチタンイエロー、コバルトブルー、プラマスターグレー、キノフタロン、ジケトピロロピロール、キナクリドン、ジオキサジン、フタロシアニンブルー、フタロシアニングリーンなどの顔料;タルク、シリカ、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、水酸化アルミニウム、硫酸バリウム、ガラス繊維、ガラス粉、ガラスバルーンなどの無機中空フィラー;セラミックス粉、マイカ、アルミナ、タルク、炭酸カルシウム、ウォラストナイト、クレーなどの無機充填剤;コルク粉末、木粉、グラファイトなどの有機充填剤;発泡剤;水和化合物、赤燐、ポリりん酸アンモニウム、アンチモン、シリコーンなどの難燃剤;老化防止剤;帯電防止剤;抗菌剤;ロジン誘導体などの粘着付与剤(タッキファイヤー);「レオストマー(登録商標)B」(商品名、リケンテクノス(株)製)などの接着性エラストマー;クマロン樹脂、クマロン-インデン樹脂、フェノールテルペン樹脂等が挙げられる。
 酸化防止剤としては、トリスノニルフェニルホスファイト、ジステアリルペンタエリスリトールジホスファイト、「アデカスタブ 1178」((株)ADEKA製、「アデカスタブ」は登録商標)、「スミライザー TNP」(住友化学(株)製、「スミライザー」は登録商標)、「イルガフォス 168」(BASF社製、「イルガフォス」は登録商標)、「Sandostab P-EPQ」(サンド社製、「Sandostab」は登録商標)等のリン系酸化防止剤、2,6-ジ-t-ブチル-4-メチルフェノール、n-オクタデシル-3-(3’,5’-ジ-t-ブチル-4’-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート、「イルガノックス 1010」(BASF社製、「イルガノックス」は登録商標)等のフェノール系酸化防止剤、ジラウリル-3,3’-チオジプロピオネート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス(3-ラウリルチオプロピオネート)、「スミライザー TPL」(住友化学(株)製)、「DSTP「ヨシトミ」」(三菱化学(株)製、「ヨシトミ」は登録商標)、「アンチオックス L」(日油(株)製、「アンチオックス」は登録商標)等のイオウ系酸化防止剤等を例示できる。
 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物に添加剤を含有させる場合、その含有量は添加剤の種類に応じて適宜決定することができる。例えば、(A)~(D)成分の合計量100質量部に対して、好ましくは500質量部以下、より好ましくは200質量部以下、更に好ましくは100質量部以下、更に好ましくは20質量部以下、更に好ましくは10質量部以下、更に好ましくは5質量部以下とすることができ、また、好ましくは0.05質量部以上、より好ましくは0.1質量部以上、更に好ましくは0.2質量部以上、更に好ましくは0.5質量部以上とすることができる。
 さらに、本実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物においては、架橋剤や架橋助剤などを添加して部分架橋させることも可能である。
 架橋剤としては、有機パーオキサイド、イオウ、イオウ化合物、フェノール樹脂等のフェノール系加硫剤等が挙げられる。これらの中では、有機パーオキサイドが好ましい。有機パーオキサイドの具体例としては、2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ(t-ブチルパーオキシ)-ヘキサン、2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ(t-ブチルパーオキシ)-3-ヘキシン;2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ(ベンゾイルパーオキシ)-ヘキサン;t-ブチルパーオキシベンゾエート;ジクミルパーオキサイド;t-ブチルクミルパーオキサイド;ジイソプロピルベンゼンハイドロパーオキサイド;1,3-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン;ベンゾイルパーオキサイド;1,1-ジ(t-ブチルパーオキシ)-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキサン、ジ-t-ブチルパーオキサイド、n-ブチル-4,4-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)バレレート、p-クロロベンゾイルパーオキサイド、2,4-ジクロロベンゾイルパーオキサイド、t-ブチルパーオキシイソプロピルカーボネート、ジアセチルパーオキサイド、ラウロイルパーオキサイドなどが挙げられる。これらの中では、臭気性、スコーチ安定性の点で、2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ-(t-ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサン、2,5-ジメチル-2,5-ジ-(t-ブチルパーオキシ)-3-ヘキシン、1,3-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン、1,1-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)-3,3,5-トリメチルシクロヘキサン、n-ブチル-4,4-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシ)バレレートが好ましく、中でも、1,3-ビス(t-ブチルパーオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼンが最も好ましい。
 また、架橋助剤としては、例えば、N-メチル-N,4-ジニトロソアニリン、ニトロソベンゼン、ジフェニルグアニジン、ジビニルベンゼン、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、エチレンジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、アリル(メタ)アクリレート、ジアリルフタレート、トリアリルシアヌレート、キノンジオキシム、p,p’-ジベンゾイルキノンジオキシム、ビスマレイミド、フェニレンビスマレイミド、トリメチロールプロパン-N,N’-m-フェニレンジマレイミド、ポリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ビニルブチラート、ビニルステアレート、不飽和シラン化合物、硫黄などが挙げられる。このような架橋助剤を用いることにより、均一かつ緩和な架橋反応が期待できる。
 これらの架橋助剤の中では、トリアリルシアヌレート、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ジビニルベンゼン、ビスマレイミドが好ましい。これらは、取扱いが容易であり、被架橋処理物の主成分である熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)と、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)との相溶性が良好であり、かつ、有機過酸化物を可溶化する作用を有し、有機過酸化物の分散剤として働くため、熱処理による架橋効果が均質で、流動性と物性とのバランスのとれた熱可塑性樹脂組成物が得られる。
 架橋剤及び架橋助剤は、それぞれ1種を用いてもよく、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
 架橋剤及び架橋助剤を使用する場合は、(A)~(D)成分の合計量100質量部に対して、0.1~5質量部の範囲で任意に使用し、架橋度を調整することができる。
 なお、架橋助剤として不飽和シラン化合物を使用した場合には、さらにシラノール縮合触媒の存在下で水分と接触させて架橋を進行させることができる。
<熱可塑性樹脂組成物の製造>
 本実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)及びポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、更に必要に応じてポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)、オイル(D)、及び添加剤を加えて配合、溶融混練することにより得られる。例えば、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)及びポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)のペレットをドライブレンド後、押出機のホッパーに投入して溶融混練することができる。また、重合装置によってポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を製造した後、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)のペレットを添加し、重合装置に連結された押出機を用いて溶融混練してもよい。また、溶媒中にポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)が存在する状態で、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)を添加し、溶媒除去および乾燥工程を経てペレットあるいはベール(塊)を得てもよい。さらに、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)を重合した後、溶媒脱気前にポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を溶液混合・脱溶媒して熱可塑性エラストマー(A)及びポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の組成物を製造してもよい。その後、必要に応じてペレタイズを行うこともできる。ペレタイズ工程の有無に関わらず、熱可塑性エラストマー(A)及びポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)からなる前記混練後の組成物と、更にポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及び/又はオイル(D)とを混練することもできる。このような工程を採ることで、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)とオイル(D)を混練する際、予め熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)をオイル(D)に浸さなくとも、両者を容易に混練することが可能となる。混練は、通常用いられている機器、例えば、高速ミキサー、バンバリーミキサー、連続ニーダー、一軸又は二軸押出機、ロール、ブラベンダープラストグラフ等の通常の混合混練機を使用して行うことができる。押出機以外の混練機で混練後、押出機を用いてペレット化してもよい。
<熱可塑性樹脂組成物の物性>
 本実施形態の熱可塑性樹脂組成物の角周波数1rad/sにおける粘度(η1)は、好ましくは25,000mPa・s以下、より好ましくは21,000mPa・s以下、そして、好ましくは800mPa・s以上、より好ましくは1,000mPa・s以上、さらに好ましくは1,200mPa・s以上とすることができる。また、該熱可塑性樹脂組成物の角周波数100rad/sにおける粘度(η100)は、好ましくは1,500mPa・s以下、より好ましくは1,000mPa・s以下、そして、好ましくは100mPa・s以上、より好ましくは150mPa・s以上、さらに好ましくは200mPa・s以上とすることができる。上記範囲内であれば、十分な成形性が確保される。
 なお、所定の各速度における熱可塑性樹脂組成物の粘度は、実施例に記載の方法により測定することができる。
 また、前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、角周波数1rad/sの粘度(η1)と角周波数100rad/sの粘度(η100)との粘度比(η1/η100)を好ましくは3.0以上、より好ましくは5.0以上、更に好ましくは7.0以上とすることができ、そして、好ましくは60以下、より好ましくは50以下、更に好ましくは40以下、更に好ましくは15以下とすることができる。粘度比(η1/η100)を3.0以上とすることでせん断により粘度が下がり、射出時の流動性が改善され、60以下とすることで射出ムラが抑制され、射出不良を減らすことができる。
 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物のメルトフローレート(MFR)は、流動性の観点から、好ましくは2.0g/10min以上、より好ましくは2.5g/10min以上、更に好ましくは3.0g/10min以上であり、そして、好ましくは20.0g/10min以下、より好ましくは15.0g/10min以下、更に好ましくは10.0g/10min以下である。MFRは、JIS K7210で規定された測定方法により測定され、温度230℃、荷重21.18Nの条件で測定される。
 前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物の引張弾性率は、好ましくは0.5MPa・s以上、より好ましくは1.0MPa・s以上、更に好ましくは5.0MPa・s以上であり、そして、好ましくは200MPa・s以下、より好ましくは100MPa・s以下、更に好ましくは80MPa・s以下である。
 なお、引張弾性率は、実施例に記載の方法により測定することができる。
<成形体>
 本発明の成形体は、上記樹脂組成物からなる成形体である。
 上記樹脂組成物は、公知の成形方法、例えば射出成形、押出し成形、ブロー成形、インフレーション成形、圧縮成形、真空成形等の方法により、所望形状の成形体を得ることができる。
 次に実施例により、本発明を具体的に説明するが、本発明は、これらの例によってなんら限定されるものではない。
〔製造例1:ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B-1)の製造〕
 撹拌機付き、内容積200Lのステンレス製反応器に、n-ヘプタンを26L/h、トリイソブチルアルミニウムを7.7mmol/h、さらに、ジメチルアニリニウムテトラキスペンタフルオロフェニルボレート、(1,2’-ジメチルシリレン)(2,1’-ジメチルシリレン)-ビス(3-トリメチルシリルメチルインデニル)ジルコニウムジクロライド及びトリイソブチルアルミニウムを質量比1:2400:10800でプロピレンと事前に接触させて得られた触媒成分を、ジルコニウム換算で10μmol/hで連続供給した。反応器内の全圧を1.0MPa・Gに保つようプロピレンと水素を連続供給し、重合温度を調整した。得られた重合溶液に、酸化防止剤(商品名:スミライザーGP、住友化学(株)製)を1000質量ppmになるように添加し、溶媒を除去することによりポリプロピレン系樹脂(B-1)を得た。
〔製造例2:ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B-2)の製造〕
 撹拌機付きの内容積200Lのステンレス製反応器に、n-ヘプタンを20L/h、トリイソブチルアルミニウムを15mmol/h、さらに、ジメチルアニリニウムテトラキスペンタフルオロフェニルボレート、(1,2’-ジメチルシリレン)(2,1’-ジメチルシリレン)-ビス(3-トリメチルシリルメチルインデニル)ジルコニウムジクロライド及びトリイソブチルアルミニウムを質量比1:2:20でプロピレンと事前に接触させて得られた触媒成分を、ジルコニウム換算で6μmol/hで連続供給した。
 重合温度を58℃に設定し、反応器の気相部の水素分圧が50kPa、反応器内の全圧が1.0MPaGに保たれるように、プロピレンと水素を連続供給し、重合反応を行った。
 得られた重合溶液に、安定剤として「イルガノックス1010」(BASFジャパン(株)製)をその含有割合が500質量ppmになるように添加し、次いで溶媒であるn-ヘプタンを除去することにより、ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B-2)を得た。
〔製造例3:ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B-3)の製造〕
 撹拌機付きの内容積200Lのステンレス製反応器に、n-ヘプタンを20L/hr、トリイソブチルアルミニウムを15mmol/hr、さらに、ジメチルアニリニウムテトラキスペンタフルオロフェニルボレート、(1,2’-ジメチルシリレン)(2,1’-ジメチルシリレン)-ビス(3-トリメチルシリルメチルインデニル)ジルコニウムジクロリド及びトリイソブチルアルミニウムを質量比1:2:20でプロピレンと事前に接触させて得られた触媒成分を、ジルコニウム換算で6μmol/hrで連続供給した。
 重合温度75℃で気相部水素濃度を24mol%、反応器内の全圧を1.0MPa・Gに保つようプロピレンと水素とを連続供給した。得られた重合溶液に、酸化防止剤をその含有割合が1000質量ppmになるように添加し、次いで溶媒であるn-ヘプタンを除去することにより、プロピレン系重合体(B-3)を得た。
〔製造例4:ポリプロピレン系樹脂(B-4)の製造〕
 撹拌機付きの内容積20Lのステンレス製反応器に、n-ヘプタンを20L/hr、トリイソブチルアルミニウムを15mmol/hr、さらに、ジメチルアニリニウムテトラキスペンタフルオロフェニルボレート、(1,2’-ジメチルシリレン)(2,1’-ジメチルシリレン)-ビス(3-トリメチルシリルメチルインデニル)ジルコニウムジクロライド及びトリイソブチルアルミニウムを質量比1:2:20でプロピレンと事前に接触させて得られた触媒成分を、ジルコニウム換算で6μmol/hrで連続供給した。
 重合温度70℃で気相部水素濃度を15mol%、反応器内の全圧を1.0MPa・Gに保つようプロピレンと水素とを連続供給した。得られた重合溶液に、酸化防止剤をその含有割合が1000質量ppmになるように添加し、次いで溶媒であるn-ヘプタンを除去することにより、プロピレン系重合体(B-4)を得た。
〔製造例5:非晶質プロピレン単独重合体(D)の製造〕
 加熱乾燥した1Lのオートクレーブに、ヘプタン(400mL)、トリイソブチルアルミニウム(2M、0.2mL、0.4mmol)、(1,1’-エチレン)(2,2’-テトラメチルジシリレン)ビスインデニルジルコニウムジクロライド(10μmol/mL、0.20mL、2.0μmol)、東ソーファインケム社製MAO(2000μmol)を加え、更に水素0.1MPa導入した。撹拌しながらプロピレンを張り込み、全圧0.7MPaまで昇圧し、温度50℃で60分重合した。重合反応終了後、プロピレン、水素を脱圧し、重合液を加熱、減圧下にて乾燥することにより、非晶質プロピレン単独重合体(D)105gを得た。
 前記製造例1~4で得られたポリプロピレン系樹脂(B-1)~(B-4)について、以下の測定を行った。測定結果を表1に示す。
〔DSC測定〕
 示差走査型熱量計(パーキン・エルマー社製、「DSC-7」)を用い、試料10mgを窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブから融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)として求めた。また、得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークのピークトップから融点(Tm-D)を求めた。
 なお、融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)は、熱量変化の無い低温側の点と熱量変化の無い高温側の点とを結んだ線をベースラインとして、示差走査型熱量計(パーキン・エルマー社製、「DSC-7」)を用いた、DSC測定により得られた融解吸熱カーブのピークを含むライン部分と当該ベースラインとで囲まれる面積を求めることで算出される。
〔重量平均分子量(Mw)、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)測定〕
 ゲルパーミエイションクロマトグラフィ(GPC)法により、重量平均分子量(Mw)および数平均分子量(Mn)を測定し、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を求めた。測定には、下記の装置および条件を使用し、ポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量および数平均分子量を得た。分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は、これらの重量平均分子量(Mw)及び数平均分子量(Mn)より算出した値である。

 メソペンタッド分率[mmmm]、ラセミペンタッド分率[rrrr]およびラセミメソラセミメソペンタッド分率[rmrm]は、エイ・ザンベリ(A.Zambelli)等により「Macromolecules,6,925(1973)」で提案された方法に準拠して求めたものであり、13C-NMRスペクトルのメチル基のシグナルにより測定されるポリプロピレン分子鎖中のペンタッド単位でのメソ分率、ラセミ分率、およびラセミメソラセミメソ分率である。メソペンタッド分率[mmmm]が大きくなると、立体規則性が高くなる。また、トリアッド分率[mm]、[rr]および[mr]も上記方法により算出した。
〔メルトフローレート(MFR)測定〕
 JIS K7210に準拠し、温度230℃、荷重2.16kgの条件で測定した。
〔結晶化度の測定〕
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の結晶化度については、以下の方法で求めた。
 示差走査型熱量計(パーキン・エルマー社製「DSC-7」)を用い、試料10mgを窒素雰囲気下220℃で5分間保持し、10℃/分で-40℃まで降温させた。-40℃で5分間保持し、10℃/分で220℃まで昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブの面積から融解熱容量ΔHを求め、下記式から結晶化度(%)を算出した。
  結晶化度(%)=ΔH/ΔHm0×100
 式中、ΔHm0は完全結晶の融解熱容量を表し、ポリプロピレン系樹脂では209J/
gである。
〔極限粘度[η]〕
 粘度計((株)離合社製、商品名:「VMR-053U-PC・F01」)、ウベローデ型粘度管(測時球容積:2~3mL、毛細管直径:0.44~0.48mm)、溶媒としてテトラリンを用いて、0.02~0.16g/dLの溶液を135℃にて測定した。

〔参考例1,2、実施例1~3、及び比較例1~3〕
 表2に記載の種類及び配合量の各成分を、ラボプラストミルを用いて230℃で3分間溶融混練し、熱可塑性樹脂組成物を調製した。得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200℃で4分間プレス機を用いて成形し、厚み1mmのプレスシートを得た。
 なお、表2中、空欄は配合なしを表す。
〔実施例4、5及び比較例4~6〕
 表3に記載の種類及び配合量の各成分を、ラボプラストミルを用いて230℃で3分間溶融混練し、熱可塑性樹脂組成物を調製した。得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200℃で4分間プレス機を用いて成形し、厚み1mmのプレスシートを得た。
〔実施例6~8及び比較例7〕
 表4に記載の種類及び配合量の各成分のうち、架橋剤及び架橋助剤以外の成分を、ラボプラストミルを用いて200℃で10分間溶融混練し、その後、架橋剤及び架橋助剤を加えて更に10分間溶融混練して、熱可塑性樹脂組成物を調製した。得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200℃で4分間プレス機を用いて成形し、厚み1mmのプレスシートを得た。なお、表4中、空欄は配合なしを表す。また、酸化防止剤、架橋剤及び架橋助剤の含有量は、(A)~(D)成分の合計量100質量部に対する含有量である。
〔実施例9~21及び比較例8〕
 表5に記載の種類及び配合量の各成分のうち、架橋剤及び着色剤以外の成分を、ラボプラストミルを用いて200℃で10分間溶融混練し、その後、架橋剤及び着色剤を加えて更に10分間溶融混練して、熱可塑性樹脂組成物を調製した。得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200℃で4分間プレス機を用いて成形し、厚み1mmのプレスシートを得た。なお、表5中、空欄は配合なしを表す。また、架橋剤及び着色剤の含有量は、(A)~(D)成分の合計量100質量部に対する含有量である。
〔実施例22~25及び比較例9~10〕
 表6に記載の種類及び配合量の各成分を、ラボプラストミルを用いて230℃で3分間溶融混練し、熱可塑性樹脂組成物を調製した。得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200℃で4分間プレス機を用いて成形し、厚み1mmのプレスシートを得た。なお、表6中、空欄は配合なしを表す。
〔実施例26~34及び比較例11〕
 表7に記載の種類及び配合量の各成分のうち、架橋剤及び着色剤以外の成分を、ラボプラストミルを用いて200℃で10分間溶融混練し、その後、架橋剤及び着色剤を加えて更に10分間溶融混練して、熱可塑性樹脂組成物を調製した。得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物を200℃で4分間プレス機を用いて成形し、厚み1mmのプレスシートを得た。なお、表7中、空欄は配合なしを表す。

[測定方法]
 以下に示す測定条件により、表2~4の各実施例、参考例、比較例で得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物、及びプレスシートの特性の測定、並びに評価を行った。なお、結果を表2~4に示す。
(1)粘度
 プレス成形により、直径25mm、厚さ1mmの円盤状の試験片を作製した。アントンパール社製のレオメーターMCR301を用い、上記試験片1枚をギャップ間距離1.0mm、歪み5%、温度230℃でせん断速度を600s-1から1s-1までの条件で動的粘弾性を測定した。測定結果から、せん断速度が1s-1と100s-1の時の粘度を求め、粘度比(η1/η100)を算出した。なお、実施例4~8及び比較例4~7では、測定温度を220℃に変更して動的粘弾性を測定した。
(2)角周波数100rad/sの粘度低下率:(R100
 熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)の角周波数100rad/sにおける粘度をa(mPa・s)、熱可塑性樹脂組成物の角周波数100rad/sにおける粘度をb(mPa・s)とし、粘度低下率(R100)を下記式(1)により算出した。

(3)混合率1%あたりの角周波数100rad/sの粘度低下率:(R100-1%
 ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の添加量および熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)の添加量の和に対するポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の添加量比率をc(質量%)とし、粘度低下率(R100-1%)を下記式(2)により算出した。

(4)角周波数1rad/sの粘度低下率
 粘度低下率(R100)の算出において、角周波数100rad/sにおける粘度の代わりに1rad/sにおける粘度を用いた以外はR100の算出と同様に実施した。
(5)混合率1%あたりの角周波数1rad/sの粘度低下率
 R100-1%の算出において、角周波数100rad/sにおける粘度の代わりに1rad/sにおける粘度を用いた以外はR100-1%の算出と同様に実施した。
(6)メルトフローレート(MFR)の測定
 JIS K7210に準拠し、温度230℃、荷重2.16kgの条件で測定した。
(7)ブリードアウト
 熱可塑性樹脂組成物を直径35mm、高さ20mmのシリコーン製の型に入れ、真空乾燥機中(180℃)で溶解後、冷却することにより試験サンプルを得た。このサンプルをろ紙の上に置き、65℃の恒温槽中で7日間放置後、しみ出し成分がろ紙に吸収された程度でブリードアウト性を以下の基準により評価した。
A:染み出しが全く見られなかった
B:サンプル形状(直径35mmの円)の1%以上50%未満の面積に染み出しがあった
C:サンプル形状(直径35mmの円)の50%以上100%以下の面積に染み出しがあった
〔プレスシート作製〕
 得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物を、下記の条件でプレス成形して1mm厚みのシート状の試験片(プレスシート)を作製した。作製した熱可塑性樹脂組成物のプレスシートを、室温で1日間保管して、状態調節した。
プレス成形条件:成形温度200℃、予熱時間10分、加圧時間5分、冷却時間5分(水冷)
(8)引張弾性率
 JIS K 7113に準拠して、下記条件にて引張弾性率を測定した。
・試験片(2号ダンベル)厚み:1mm
・クロスヘッド速度:100mm/分
・ロードセル:100N
・測定温度:23℃
(9)引張破断強度
 上記(8)引張弾性率測定において、サンプルが破断したときの応力をサンプル断面積で除することにより、算出した。
(10)オイルブリード性<1>
 実施例4、5及び比較例4~6において、作製したプレスシートから、採取した縦20mm×横20mm×幅1mmのシートを薬包紙で挟みサンプルとした。1kgの鉄製の重りを用いて、サンプルに荷重をかけ、室温(25℃)下、5日間放置した。取り外した薬包紙に付着したブリードアウトしたオイルの面積のサンプル面積(縦20mm×横20mm)に対する割合を求め、下記基準にてブリードアウト量を評価した。なお、数値が大きい程、ブリードアウトが少ないことを表す。
[評価基準]
 1:90%以上
 2:60%以上90%未満
 3:40%以上60%未満
 4:10%以上40%未満
 5:10%未満
(11)オイルブリード性<2>
 実施例6~8及び比較例7において、熱プレス成形により、30mm×30mm×1mmのサンプルを作製した。予め重量を測定しておいた油取り紙(65mm×97mm)で、サンプルを挟んだ後、油取り紙で挟んだサンプルの上下をアルミニウム板(45mm×45mm)でさらに挟んだ。これをバットに置き、その上に1kgの分銅を置いて、予め60℃に設定した恒温槽に設置した。24時間後に恒温槽からサンプルを取り出し、室温で24時間放置後、油取り紙の重量を測定し、増加した重量をブリードした油の重量とした。
(12)破断伸び
 上記(8)引張弾性率測定において、サンプルが破断したときの伸度を破断伸びとした。
(13)ショアA硬度
 JIS K6253(タイプA)に準拠して測定した。

 表2の結果より、(A)成分及び(B)成分を含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物を用いた実施例1~3では、いずれも引張弾性率を低下させることなく、粘度比(η1/η100)を5.0以上15.0以下の範囲内とすることができ、ブリードアウトの発生もみられなかった。

 表3の結果より、オイルのブリードアウト量は、コンパウンド中のオイル量に依存することが分かる。また、破断強度及び伸度は、(A)成分の含有量と(B)成分及び(C)成分の合計含有量とが逆転しない場合にはオイルの量に依存する。オイルの量によって破断強度及び伸度が変化するのは、オイルを添加すると(A)成分が膨潤して脆くなるためであると考えられる。一方、(C)成分の粘度低下および弾性率の低下には寄与するが、(A)成分を膨潤させる効果は無く、(A)成分の物性を低下はさせない。これは、(B)成分は(C)成分に対して選択的に相溶するためであると考えられる。(B)成分の添加によって粘度は下がるので、その分、オイルの量を減らすことが可能となる。結果として、オイルを減らして(B)成分を添加することで、破断強度等の物性に悪影響を及ぼさず、オイルのブリードアウトを抑制することが可能となっている。

 表4の結果より、酸化防止剤等の添加剤を含有する場合であっても、本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、粘度が低く、成形性に優れるとともに、熱可塑性樹脂組成物におけるブリードアウトを抑制できることがわかる。
 なお、上述した以外の材料物性について、表5~7に示す。
[測定方法]
 以下に示す測定条件により、表5~7の実施例、比較例で得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物およびそれからなる試験片の特性の測定、並びに評価を行った。結果を表5~7に示す。
〔試験片作製〕
 得られた熱可塑性樹脂組成物を、下記の条件でプレス成形して2mm厚みのプレスシート状および15mm厚みのブロック状の試験片を作製した。作製した熱可塑性樹脂組成物の試験片を、室温で1日間保管して、状態調節した。
プレス成形条件:成形温度175℃、予熱時間5分(シート)、10分(ブロック)、加圧時間3分、冷却時間10分(水冷)
(1)ショアA硬度
 JIS K6253-3:2012「加硫ゴム及び熱可塑性ゴム-硬さの求め方-第3部:デュロメータ硬さ」
試験片作製方法:プレス成形によりシート作製後、打抜き加工
試験片形状:2mmのシートを3枚積層
測定温度:23℃
試験装置:高分子計器株式会社製アスカーゴム硬度計(デュロメータ)A型

(7)メルトフローレート(MFR)の測定
 JIS K7210に準拠し、温度230℃、荷重2.16kgの条件で測定した。
(8)内部ヘイズの測定
 JIS K7105に準じてヘイズメーター(型番:「NDH2000」、日本電色工業株式会社製)を用いて測定した。

 表5の結果より、本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は圧縮永久歪みに優れ、ブリードアウトを抑制できることがわかる。
 例えば、比較例8と実施例9とを対比すると、実施例9では、比較例8における硬いポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)の半分をポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)で置換することにより、系が柔らかくなり、その分軟化剤であるオイル(D)を減らすことができる。そして、オイル(D)量が減ることにより、熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)の膨潤率が低下して圧縮永久ひずみを低減することができ、オイルのブリード量も低減することができる。
 実施例9及び10を対比すると、実施例10では、実施例9におけるポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)を高流動グレードのポリプロピレン(C-4)に変更するとともにポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を増量することにより、実施例9よりも更に圧縮永久ひずみを低減することができ、オイルのブリード量も低減することができる。
 比較例8と実施例11とを対比すると、実施例11では、比較例8の組成に対してポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を追加することで、系が柔らかくなり、圧縮永久ひずみを低減することができ、オイルのブリード量も低減することができる。
 比較例8と実施例12とを対比すると、実施例12では、比較例8の組成における硬いポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)の半分をポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)で置換することにより、系が柔らかくなり、圧縮永久ひずみを低減することができ、オイルのブリード量も低減することができる。

 表6の結果より、(A)成分及び(B)成分を含む熱可塑性樹脂組成物を用いた実施例では、比較例に対してMFRが向上し、流動性を向上できることがわかる。

 本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、種々の物性を損なうことなく、組成物中に含まれるオイル添加量を低減することができ、その結果として、本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、粘度が低く、成形性に優れるとともに、熱可塑性樹脂組成物におけるブリードアウトを抑制することができる。そのため、本発明の熱可塑性樹脂組成物は、モール、ワイパー、バンパーなどの自動車外装材;インストルメンタルパネル、センターパネル、センターコンソールボックス、ドアトリム、ピラー、アシストグリップ、ハンドル、エアバックカバーなどの自動車内装材;ラックアンドピニオンブーツ、サスペンションブーツ、等速ジョイントブーツなどの自動車機能部品;リモコンスイッチ、OA機器の各種キートップ、テレビ、ステレオ、掃除機などの家電部品;電化製品;水中眼鏡、水中カメラなどのカバー;各種パッキン;シール材、接着剤;ローラー;日用雑貨、工業資材、食品などの包装用シート、フィルム;食品容器;乳児・乳幼児品;電線被覆材、消音ギア;スポーツシューズ、ファッションサンダルなどの履物;表皮材;ベルト、ホース、チューブ;スポーツ用品;ドア、窓枠材などの建材用資材;振動吸収材;各種継ぎ手;バルブ部品;医療用ギプス、カテーテル、輸液バッグ、医療用シリンジガスケットなどの医療用品等に好適に用いることができる。

Claims (16)

  1.  熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、及び示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブから得られる融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が0J/g以上80J/g以下であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、
     前記熱可塑性樹脂組成物100質量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)を15質量%以上99.5質量%以下含み、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を0.5質量%以上50質量%以下含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  2.  更に、示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークトップとして定義される融点(Tm-D)が120℃を超え180℃以下であるポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)を含有する、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  3.  更に、オイル(D)を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  4.  熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブから得られる融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が0J/g以上80J/g以下であるポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークトップとして定義される融点(Tm-D)が120℃を超え180℃以下であるポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及びオイル(D)を含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、
     前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及び前記オイル(D)の合計100質量%に対して、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)を15質量%以上99.5質量%以下、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)を0.5質量%以上50質量%以下、前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)を0質量%以上30質量%以下及び前記オイル(D)を0質量%以上70質量%以下含む、熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  5.  更に、前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)、前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(C)及び前記オイル(D)の合計100質量部に対して、添加剤を0.05質量部以上500質量部以下含有する、請求項4に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  6.  前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の前記融解吸熱量(ΔH-D)が20J/g以上80J/g以下である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  7.  前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)が、下記(1)を満たす、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
    (1)示差走査型熱量計(DSC)を用い、試料を窒素雰囲気下-10℃で5分間保持した後、10℃/分で昇温させることにより得られた融解吸熱カーブの最も高温側に観測されるピークトップとして定義される融点(Tm-D)が、観測されないか又は0℃以上120℃以下である。
  8.  前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)の極限粘度[η]が、0.01dL/g以上1.80dL/g以下である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  9.  前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)のメソトリアッド分率[mm]が20モル%以上95モル%以下である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  10.  前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)のメソペンタッド分率[mmmm]が10モル%以上90モル%以下である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  11.  前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)が、エチレン及び炭素数4~30のα-オレフィンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1つの構成単位を0モル%を超え20モル%以下含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  12.  前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)が、スチレン、ジエン、ケイ素、フッ素、エチレンおよびイソプレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  13.  前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)がスチレンを含む、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  14.  前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)がスチレンと共役ジエンとの共重合体である、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  15.  前記熱可塑性エラストマー樹脂(A)がエチレン-プロピレン-非共役ジエン系共重合体ゴムである、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
  16.  請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性樹脂組成物からなる成形体。
