相关技术中的波轮洗衣机的上盖主要分为两种,一种是折叠盖,如图1所示,折叠盖是将上盖整体分为前盖1和后盖2两部分,前盖1与后盖2的连接处分别设置有同轴的圆孔结构,同轴的圆孔结构内穿入一金属旋转轴9使得前盖1与后盖2能够发生相对转动,进而实现上盖打开后折叠,该种折叠盖方便开关,且前盖1处于打开状态时更加节省洗衣机上方空间、便于用户取放衣物;另一种则是一体盖,该种一体盖一体成型获得,虽然与折叠盖相比占用洗衣机上方的空间,但是该种一体盖使洗衣机的整体性强,美观大气。但是上述两种上盖不能根据用户喜好调节,尤其是对租户而言,搬家后洗衣机可能会置于狭小空间内上盖无法正常打开。
发明内容
本公开提出一种洗衣机上盖,解决了相关技术中上盖不能满足用户需求的问题。
本公开还提出一种洗衣机,解决了相关技术中洗衣机上盖不能根据用户需求改变形状的问题。
一种洗衣机上盖,包括:前盖、后盖,所述前盖与所述后盖通过转换机构连接用以使前盖相对于后盖可转动或固定。
通过转换机构将上盖与下盖连接,能够根据用户需要将上盖与下盖设置成一体式或翻转式结构,进而满足不同用户需求。
可选地,所述转换机构包括销轴,所述前盖、所述后盖内面相连接的一侧均设置可穿过销轴的销轴座,所述销轴包括第一销轴与第二销轴,所述第一销轴与所述第二销轴沿所述销轴轴向方向交替分布连接,所述第一销轴横截面为多边形,所述第二销轴横截面为圆形,所述第二销轴轴向投影位于所述第一销轴的轴向投影内。

由于第一销轴为多边形结构,因此在其上设置凹槽相对于在第二销轴上设置凹槽更为容易,且凹槽深度相对于在第二销轴上设置的凹槽也较深,能够有效的防止凹槽与档扣配合时凹槽与档扣之间发生滑扣现象。

本实施例提供了一种洗衣机上盖,包括:前盖1、后盖2,所述前盖1与所述后盖2通过转换机构连接用以使前盖1相对于后盖2可转动或固定。本实施例中该转换机构包括销轴3。
本实施例中,如图2-15所示,本实施例中提供了一种洗衣机上盖,洗衣机上盖能够根据需要选择先折叠再打开或者整体旋转打开。如图2所示,该洗衣机上盖包括前盖1、后盖2,前盖1与后盖2通过销轴3连接以使前盖1相对于后盖2可转动或前盖1相对于后盖2固定,前盖1内面与后盖2内面相连接的一侧均设置有可穿过销轴的销轴座,其中销轴3为异形销轴,其包括第一销轴31与第二销轴32,如图13、14所示,该第一销轴31与第二销轴32沿销轴3的轴向方向交替分布连接,其中第一销轴31横截面为多边形设置为将前盖1与后盖2固定连接,能够在打开该洗衣机上盖时,前盖1相对于后盖2之间没有任何的位置调节,而第二销轴32横截面为圆形用以实现前盖1与后盖2折叠,同时第二销轴32轴向投影位于第一销轴31的轴向投影内,即第一销轴31的轴线与第二销轴32轴线在同一直线上进而保证销轴3能够将前盖1与后盖2有效的连接。
上述第一销轴31横截面为正多边形,本实施例中选用正方形,选用正方形的好处在于制造时容易,且用料相对于其他正多边形较少,而相对于正三角形而言正方形能够使销轴3在销轴座内更加稳固。同时第二销轴32轴向投影的轮廓线为第一销轴31轴向投影的轮廓线的内切圆。上述结构方便用户自行调整销轴位置。
本实施例中,上述销轴座包括第一销轴座41与第二销轴座42,如图3-10所示,其中第一销轴座41位于前盖1上,第二销轴座42位于后盖2上,多个 第一销轴座41与多个第二销轴座42沿销轴3轴向方向交替设置,且第一销轴座41上设置的轴孔形状、第二销轴座42设置的轴孔形状均与第一销轴31横截面形状相同。其中前盖1与后盖2的内面相连接的一侧分别有可供销轴插入的第一销轴座41和第二销轴座42,且装配后第一销轴座41和第二销轴座42处于同一直线,销轴3插入第一销轴座41和第二销轴座42连接前盖1、后盖2使二者形成上盖部件。
当销轴3、第一销轴座41和第二销轴座42将前盖1、后盖2连接形成上盖部件后需要将销轴在每一状态下均能被固定,不会随意更换。为此,本实施例中还包括档扣以及限位板8,且档扣与限位板8与销轴座同侧设置。
本实施例中,第二销轴座42包括销孔座421以及挡板422(参考图11、12),其中销孔座421沿销轴3轴向方向分布在第二销轴座42的两侧或者靠近第一档扣5的一侧,挡板422则沿销轴3径向方向分布在第二销轴座42的两侧,其中销孔座421上的销孔形状为多边形,本实施例中由于第一销轴为正方形,因此本实施例中销孔座421上的销孔形状也应为正方形。本实施例中每个销孔座421均与一第一销轴座41相邻,同时相邻的销孔座421与第一销轴座41的总厚度(即沿销轴3轴向方向总长度)小于或等于第二销轴32的长度。
如图4、5、6所示,上述档扣包括第一档扣5、第二档扣6以及第三档扣7,销轴上设置有与第二档扣6、第三档扣7相适配的凹槽。上述凹槽包括第一凹槽331以及第二凹槽332,上述第二档扣6与第一凹槽331相适配,第三档扣7与第二凹槽332相适配。同时第一凹槽331、第二凹槽332均为楔形槽,该种结构能够在用户调整销轴3的位置时方便推动销轴。对应第一凹槽331以及第二凹槽332,第二档扣6、第三档扣7上设置有楔形凸起与第一凹槽331、第二凹槽332相适配。其中第一档扣5中也设置有楔形凸起用于限制销轴3的位置,同时第一档扣5设置在前盖1上。
本实施例中,第一档扣5与第三档扣7的距离与第二档扣6到限位板8的距离相同,进而能够保证销轴3在不同位置能够使前盖1与后盖2之间连接的稳定性。第一档扣5与限位板8分别设置在前盖1上,且多个第一销轴座41均位于第一档扣5与限位板8之间。第二档扣6与第三档扣7均设置在后盖2上,且多个第二销轴座42均位于第二档扣6与第三档扣7之间。第二档扣6位于靠近第一档扣5的第二销轴座42上,即与第一档扣5距离最近的第二销轴座42上;第三档扣7位于靠近限位板8的第二销轴座42上,即与限位板8距离最近 的第二销轴座42上,凹槽分别设置在靠近第一档扣5、限位板8的第一销轴31上。
当销轴3位于第一档扣5与第三档扣7之间时(参考图3-6),前盖1相对于后盖2不能够折叠,即第一销轴31分别穿设在销孔座421与第一销轴座41内,而每个第二销轴32则设置在相邻的两销孔座421之间。此时第二档扣6位于销轴3一侧的第一凹槽331内。
当销轴3位于第二档扣6与限位板8之间时,前盖1相对于后盖2能够折叠,第二销轴32穿设在销孔座421与第一销轴座41内,而每个第一销轴31则设置在相邻的两销孔座421内,同时第一销轴31的长度应小于每个第二销轴座42所包含的两个销孔座421之间的距离。同时第二档扣6脱离销轴3第一侧的第一凹槽331,第三档扣7进入到第二侧的第二凹槽332内,设置为辅助第二档扣6以及限位板8限制销轴3的位置。
切换档位时,需要用户沿销轴3轴向方向用力推动或者使用辅助用具(如改锥)等。
本实施例中还提供了一种洗衣机,洗衣机的上盖为本实施例中提供的洗衣机上盖,上述洗衣机上盖还可以应用在干衣机、电饭煲等家用电器上。

  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的洗衣机上盖,其中,所述销轴座包括第一销轴座(41)与第二销轴座(42),所述第一销轴座(41)位于所述前盖(1)上,所述第二销轴座(42)位于所述后盖(2)上,多个所述第一销轴座(41)与多个所述第二销轴座(42)沿所述销轴(3)轴向方向交替设置,且所述第一销轴座(41)上设置的轴孔形状、所述第二销轴座(42)设置的轴孔形状均与所述第一销轴(31)横截面形状相同。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机上盖,还包括档扣以及限位板(8),所述档扣与所述限位板(8)与所述销轴座同侧设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机上盖,其中,所述档扣包括第一档扣(5)、第二档扣(6)以及第三档扣(7),所述销轴(3)上设置有与所述第二档扣(6)、第三档扣(7)相适配的凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机上盖,其中,所述第一档扣(5)与所述第三档扣(7)的距离与所述第二档扣(6)到所述限位板(8)的距离相同。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机上盖,其中,所述第一档扣(5)与所述限位板(8)分别设置在所述前盖(1)上,且多个所述第一销轴座(41)均位于所述第一档扣(5)与所述限位板(8)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机上盖,其中,所述第二档扣(6)与所述第三档扣(7)均设置在所述后盖(2)上,且多个所述第二销轴座(42)均位于所述第二档扣(6)与所述第三档扣(7)之间。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的上盖。
