また、本技術は、受信アンテナと、受信アンテナからの高周波信号を増幅及び復調する復調部とを有する受信装置であって、
受信アンテナが上述した構成とされた受信装置である。

図1を参照して本技術の第1の実施の形態について説明する。絶縁基板1上に平衡伝送路として、平行に2本の線2及び線3が設けられている。線2の一端が同軸ケーブル4の中心導体(芯線)と接続され、線3の一端が同軸ケーブル4の外部導体(シールド線又は編み組み銅線)と接続されている。なお、接続とは、電気的な接続を意味している。同軸ケーブル4は、図示しないが受信装置例えばテレビジョン受信装置のチューナと接続されている。
このようなアンテナ性能を実現するためには、平衡伝送路はその特性インピーダンスと長さを設定する必要がある。その値は下記のように設定される。
アンテナ受信周波数帯、平衡負荷(アンテナ装置)のインピーダンス、接続される不平衡伝送路のインピーダンスを鑑みて、平衡伝送路の線(導体)2及び3の構造、その導体間の距離および絶縁物の誘電率の組合せを設定することにより、平衡伝送路の特性インピーダンスが決定し、それを考慮した上で長さを設定する。
本技術の第1の実施の形態によれば、広帯域化を実現することができる。具体的には、テレビジョン放送のVHF帯のハイバンド(200MHz)を受信するために、(L3+L1+L4)又は(L2+L4)の長さが当該周波数帯域の波長(λ1)の約(1/4)例えば約38cmに設定される。また、UHF帯の地上波デジタルテレビジョン放送の帯域(470Hz~800MHz)を受信するために、L3又はL2の長さが当該周波数帯域の波長(λ2)の約(1/4)例えば約16cmに設定される。これらの長さL1~L4は、波長短縮率を含めた値である。
図6を参照して本技術の第2の実施の形態について説明する。第1の実施の形態と同様に、絶縁基板1上に平衡伝送路として、平行に2本の線2及び線3が設けられている。線2の一端が同軸ケーブル4の中心導体(芯線)と接続され、線3の一端が同軸ケーブル4の外部導体(編み組み銅線)と接続されている。同軸ケーブル4は、図示しないが受信装置例えばテレビジョン受信装置のチューナと接続されている。
本技術の第2の実施の形態によれば、第1の実施の形態と同様に、アンテナエレメント60の線状エレメントのそれぞれの長さを受信周波数に応じた値に設定することによって広帯域化を実現することができる。具体的には、VHF帯のハイバンド(200MHz帯)を受信するために、(L3+L1+L4)又は(L2+L4)の長さが当該周波数帯域の波長(λ1)の約(1/4)例えば約38cmに設定される。また、UHF帯の地上波デジタルテレビジョンの帯域(470Hz~800MHz)を受信するために、L3又はL2の長さが当該周波数帯域の波長(λ2)の約(1/4)例えば約16cmに設定される。これらの長さL1~L4は、波長短縮率を含めた値である。一例として実施例1における長さと等しいものに設定される。
図10は、本技術の第3の実施の形態を示す。片側のアンテナエレメント50は、第1の実施の形態と同様の構成であり、対応する部分に同一の参照符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。但し、参照符号51~55及び58で示すように、図10の例では、図1と比較してグランド側のアンテナエレメント50の平行な線状エレメントが1本多いものとされている。示す。また、平行する線2及び3と同軸ケーブル4が接続され、接続箇所を給電点としている。但し、第1の実施の形態と同様に、線2及び3の他端側に線状エレメントを接続してもよい。この配置では、バランを設ける必要はないが、図10の配置の場合では、線2及び3と同軸ケーブル4の間にバランなどの不平衡伝送路-平衡伝送路変換回路を設けるようになされる。
本技術の第3の実施の形態によれば、第1の実施の形態と同様に、広帯域化を実現することができる。具体的には、線状エレメント56及び線状エレメント71の間の距離を30cmとし、線状エレメント71の長さを6cmとした。また、アンテナエレメント50は、アンテナエレメント70に準じた外形とされる。一例として線状エレメント56の長さが6cmとされる。
図13は、本技術の第4の実施の形態を示す。第4の実施の形態は、主にUHF帯の地上波デジタルテレビジョン放送を受信するようにしたものである。同軸ケーブル4と接続された線2及び線3に対してそれぞれアンテナエレメント50及び80が設けられる。線3に接続されたアンテナエレメント50は、上述したものと同様に、線3及び線状エレメント56の間に平行に線状エレメント51~54が配されたものである。
本技術の第4の実施の形態によれば、主としてUHF帯の地上波デジタルテレビジョン放送を受信することができる。具体的には、線状エレメント56及び線状エレメント86の間の距離を30cmとし、線状エレメント86の長さを6cmとした。また、アンテナエレメント50は、アンテナエレメント80に準じた外形とされる。一例として線状エレメント56の長さが6cmとされる。
図15は、本技術の第5の実施の形態を示す。第5の実施の形態は、主にUHF帯の地上波デジタルテレビジョン放送を受信するようにしたものである。第4の実施の形態と同様に、絶縁基板1の両側にアンテナエレメント50'及び80'が設けられている。アンテナエレメント50'は、平行に設けられる線状エレメント51~55、58及び59を有する。アンテナエレメント80'は、平行に設けられる線状エレメント81~85、88及び89を有する。
本技術の第5の実施の形態によれば、主としてUHF帯の地上波デジタルテレビジョン放送を受信することができる。具体的には、線状エレメント56及び線状エレメント86の間の距離を30cmとし、線状エレメント86の長さを6cmとした。また、アンテナエレメント50'は、アンテナエレメント80'に準じた外形とされる。一例として線状エレメント56の長さが6cmとされる。
図17は、本技術の第6の実施の形態を示す。第6の実施の形態は、1λループアンテナエレメントの構成であり、主にUHF帯の地上波デジタルテレビジョン放送を受信するようにしたものである。ループアンテナは、図2における端部が開放ではなく短絡されるものであり、外周長が1λと等しい値に設定される。
本技術の第6の実施の形態によれば、主としてUHF帯の地上波デジタルテレビジョン放送を受信することができる。具体的には、線状エレメント92及び線状エレメント95の間の距離を20cmとし、線状エレメント92及び線状エレメント95の長さを10cmとする。この場合では、(1λ=60cm)となり、500MHzの周波数を受信することができる。
図18は、本技術の第7の実施の形態を示す。絶縁基板1上に導電パターン9及び10が形成される。導電パターン10は、同軸ケーブル4の接続されている絶縁基板1の一端側に形成され、導電パターン9は、絶縁基板1の他端側に形成される。同軸ケーブル4の芯線が導電パターン9と接続され、同軸ケーブル4のシールド線が導電パターン10と接続される。
本技術の第7の実施の形態によれば、主としてUHF帯の地上波デジタルテレビジョン放送を受信することができる。具体的には、線状エレメント101及び線状エレメント103の長さを6cmとし、線状エレメント105の長さを10.5cmと設定する。また、線状エレメント102及び線状エレメント104の長さを25cmとし、線状エレメント106の長さを10.5cmと設定する。
以上、本技術の一実施の形態について具体的に説明したが、本技術は、上述の一実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本技術の技術的思想に基づく各種の変形が可能である。例えば、本技術は、線状エレメントが直線ではなく曲線であってもよい。また、線状エレメント同士の接続箇所の頂点が曲線を描くようにしてもよい。また、線状エレメントの長さを短縮するためにメアンダ型としたり、線状エレメントに対してリアクタンス素子を設けたりしてもよい。さらに、本技術は、テレビジョン放送の受信アンテナに限らず、携帯電話用のアンテナ装置、無線LANのアンテナ装置などに適用することができる。また、上述の実施形態において挙げた構成、方法、工程、形状、材料及び数値などはあくまでも例に過ぎず、必要に応じてこれと異なる構成、方法、工程、形状、材料及び数値などを用いてもよい。
図19に示すように、例えば、VHF帯を使用するデジタルラジオやテレビジョンチューナ、UHF帯を受信するテレビジョンチューナのような2つのチューナを組合せて使う場合において、本技術による室内テレビジョンアンテナの出力が同軸ケーブル、コネクタ、低雑音増幅器(Low Noise Amplifier:LNA)(図示を省略)を介して、弾性表面波フィルタ(SAWF)101に供給される。弾性表面波フィルタ101は、不要な信号成分を除去するものである。弾性表面波フィルタ101の出力がハイパスフィルタ102及びローパスフィルタ103に供給される。ハイパスフィルタ102の出力がチューナ及びデコーダ104のUHF入力に供給され、ローパスフィルタ103の出力がチューナ及びデコーダ104のVHF-H(VHF帯ハイバンド)入力に供給される。

受信アンテナと、前記受信アンテナからの高周波信号を増幅及び復調する復調部とを有する受信装置であって、
前記受信アンテナが(1)に記載の構成とされた受信装置。
Claims (8)
- 絶縁基板の両側に二つのアンテナエレメントが設けられたアンテナ装置において、
少なくとも一方の前記アンテナエレメントは、2本以上の形状を保持できるとともに、アンテナエレメントの形状を柔軟に変形させることを可能とするために曲げることが可能な金属線で構成されているアンテナ装置。 - 前記金属線が、屈曲性能を持たせるために、少なくても2本以上の線を束ねて構成されている請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記アンテナエレメントは、
前記絶縁基板と平行する他の絶縁基板の間に平行に配置された複数の線状エレメントからなり、
前記線状エレメントの一端が前記絶縁基板上の導電体によって共通に接続されるとともに、前記線状エレメントの他端が前記他の絶縁基板上の導電体によって共通に接続された請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記アンテナエレメントは、
前記絶縁基板の一端側の位置から前記絶縁基板に対してほぼ直交する方向に離間した第1のポイントと、前記絶縁基板の他端側の位置から前記絶縁基板に対してほぼ直交する方向に離間した第2のポイントを設定した場合に、
前記絶縁基板から前記第1及び第2のポイントに向かって延長された第1及び第2の線状エレメントと、前記第1の線状エレメントの延長端及び第2の線状エレメントの延長端と両端が接続された第3の線状エレメントからなるコ字状を有する請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の線状エレメントの一方が給電点に接続され、その他方が給電点に接続されないようにした請求項4に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記アンテナエレメントは、
前記絶縁基板の一端側の位置から前記絶縁基板に対してほぼ直交する方向に離間した第1のポイントと、前記絶縁基板の他端側の位置から前記絶縁基板に対してほぼ直交する方向に離間した第2のポイントを設定した場合に、
前記絶縁基板の他端側と前記第1のポイントを結んだ斜めの線又は辺と前記第2のポイントを含んで構成される形状を有し、
前記絶縁基板の他端側において導電体と前記アンテナエレメントの頂点部分が接続され、
前記アンテナエレメントの前記第1のポイントの位置から前記絶縁基板の一端側に向かって伸びる線状エレメントが設けられている
請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。 - インピーダンス整合及び位相調整をするために、不平衡回路をある一定の長さの平衡回路を介して、給電点に接続するようにした請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 受信アンテナと、前記受信アンテナからの高周波信号を増幅及び復調する復調部とを有する受信装置であって、
前記受信アンテナが請求項1に記載の構成とされた受信装置。
