【技术领域】
本发明涉及电池固定技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池固定装置及电子设备。
【背景技术】
现代手机要求越来越薄,很多电池盖是不可拆的,软包电池的固定就显得很重要。软包电池固定不可靠,容易造成跌落撞击电池,且拆取电池时也容易损坏电池,导致安全事故。通常软包电池的固定是采用易拉胶来固定,两面都带胶,一面粘贴在机壳(金属钢片或镁铝合金)上,另外一面粘贴在电池上,从而达到固定电池的作用。易拉胶采取适当的斜度,在拆取电池时,把易拉胶斜拉出来,使得电池与机壳分离。由于易拉胶双面带胶,即使易拉胶连同电池一起取出,也容易在拆取时造成电池变形导致报废不能使用,甚至很容易操作不当使电池爆炸,存在较大的安全隐患。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
【发明内容】
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种电池固定装置及电子设备,从而解决当前采用易拉胶固定软包电池,在拆卸时容易造成电池变形导致报废不能使用,甚至很容易操作不当使电池爆炸,存在较大的安全隐患的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种电池固定装置,设置在电子设备上,其中,所述电池固定装置包括:机壳电池仓,及固定设置在所述机壳电池仓内并与所述机壳电池仓适配用于包裹固定电池的容纳器;
所述容纳器包括:由薄膜围合成的用于容纳电池的容纳仓,及设置在所述容纳仓上部并与所述容纳仓连接用于固定电池顶部的固定膜片;
当固定电池时,将电池放入所述容纳仓中,并将所述固定膜片粘贴固定在电池顶部;当取出电池时,将固定膜片从电池顶部撕开,从容纳仓中取出电池;
所述容纳仓与所述固定膜片为一体设置;
所述机壳电池仓的底部包括挠性线路板区域和非挠性线路板区域,所述非挠性线路板区域粘贴有双面胶,所述容纳器通过所述非挠性线路板区域上粘贴的双面胶固定设置在所述机壳电池仓内。

本发明提供一种电池固定装置及电子设备,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明电池固定装置设置在电子设备上,所述电子设备包括但不限于手机。
本实施例中,所述电子设备以手机为例,如图1所示,图1所示的手机包括PCBA主板组件1、主机前壳组件2、电池3(软包电池)、主机底壳组件4、电池盖组件5等,这些组件为现有技术,不是本发明的发明点,此处不再赘述。
在图1所示的手机中设置有本发明电池固定装置,其中,所述电池固定装置述包括:机壳电池仓9,及固定设置在所述机壳电池仓9内并与所述机壳电池仓9适配用于包裹固定电池的容纳器8。
进一步的,如图1、图2所示,所述容纳器8包括:由薄膜围合成的用于容纳电池3的容纳仓81,及设置在所述容纳仓81上部并与所述容纳仓81连接用于固定电池3顶部的固定膜片82;当固定电池3时,将电池3放入所述容纳仓81中,并将所述固定膜片82粘贴固定在电池3顶部;当取出电池3时,将固定膜片82从电池3顶部撕开,从容纳仓81中取出电池3。
本实施例中,所述容纳仓81与所述固定膜片82为一体设置,且所述容纳仓81和固定膜片82的材质都为PET膜(耐高温聚酯薄膜)。也就是说,所述容纳器8整体由PET膜围合而成。本实施例所述容纳器的平面展开图如图4所示。
优选的,如图1、图2所示,本实施例中,所述容纳仓为长方形,所述固定膜片82有4个,所述固定膜片82上设置有用于方便将所述固定膜片82从电池顶部撕开的撕手柄83。
进一步的,如图4所示,在本实施例中,所述固定膜片82上设置有用于粘贴双面胶的贴胶区域84,所述固定膜片82通过所述贴胶区域84上粘贴的双面胶(背胶)固定在电池顶部。图4所示的4个固定膜片中,上下固定膜片的设置基本相同,上端固定模片和下端固定膜片的形状大小相同,撕手柄都是设置在固定膜片的一侧。
进一步的,如图4所示,在本实施例中,所述容纳器底部设置有用于透气的透气孔89。
需要强调的是,作为本发明更优选的实施例,如图5所示,图5所示的固定膜片与图4所示的固定膜片设计原理基本相同,所不同的是,在图5所示的下端固定膜片要大于上端固定膜片,而且下端固定膜片上的下端撕手柄83b是设置在下端固定膜片的中间。下端贴胶区域84b的面积明显大于上端贴胶区域84a的面积,如此能够加强下端固定膜片对电池的固定,这也是基于手机等常用的竖直使用状态,在重力的作用下,对下端固定膜片的作用力更大,撕手柄设置在中间,也有助于撕开固定膜片时受力均匀,不损坏电池。按照以上设置,加大下端贴胶区域84b的面积设置,又同时将下端撕手柄83b设置在中间,能够进一步加强对软包电池的保护。另外,图5所示的容纳器相比图4所示的容纳器,增加了底部透气孔89a的数量,以进一步减少容纳器内气压对电池的影响,同时也提高散热效果。可以理解的是,图5所示的左端固定膜片和右端固定膜片是基于下端固定膜片的适应性修改,以重点强化下端固定膜片的设置。
如图1、图4所示,本实施例中,所述电池固定装置也即是四边包裹式的PET膜电池固定装置,所述容纳器也即是四边包裹式PET膜,4个固定膜片即是PET膜的四个侧边,装配四边包裹式电池PET膜时,将PET膜的四个侧边反折弯过来,使四边贴胶区域粘在电池顶部上,也即是将所述固定膜片粘贴固定在电池顶部。由于四边包裹式PET膜的正面中间不贴双面胶,也即是容纳器的底部不贴双面胶,因此,PET膜与电池的底面是不粘结的。在拆PET膜时,利用4个撕手柄将PET膜的四个侧边从电池顶部撕开即可,不用借助镊子等锋利工具,手工即可轻易把电池取下,电池不会变形和损伤。
进一步的,如图1、图3所示,所述机壳电池仓9的底部包括挠性线路板区域91和非挠性线路板区域92。考虑到电池PET膜的背面没有贴任何双面胶,为了使PET膜包住电池在电池仓内固定,本实施例中在机壳的电池仓的非挠性线路板区域92(非FPC区域)内贴上双面胶93,即所述非挠性线路板区域92粘贴有双面胶93,所述容纳器8通过所述非挠性线路板区域92上粘贴的双面胶93固定设置在所述机壳电池仓9内。
进一步的,本实施例中,所述PET膜的厚度为0.05mm。在本实施例中,所述电池固定装置采用四边包裹式的PET膜固定电池,其对整机厚度带来的影响为:PET膜(含背胶)厚度为0.08mm(PET基材0.05+背胶0.03mm)。 电池底部占厚度0.08mm,PET膜反折弯过来后贴在电池顶部,占厚度为0.08mm。因此,当贴上包裹式的PET膜后,电池增加的总厚度为0.08mm+0.08mm=0.16mm。考虑到软包电池的实际总厚度要比规格薄0.2~0.30mm,故采用这种包裹式的PET膜不会影响手机的整机厚度。
本发明电池固定装置,采用四边包裹式的PET膜固定电池,主要具有以下特点:1)PET膜四个侧边贴背胶,反折弯过来,贴在电池顶部上,即可固定电池顶部;2)电池底部的PET膜上由于没有任何背胶,电池容易拆取;3)PET膜背面没有贴任何双面胶,但在机壳电池仓的非FPC区域内贴上双面胶,可使PET膜背面与机壳粘结固定,从而使得电池与机壳固定。采用这种四边包裹式的电池固定方式,使得电池容易拆取,又使得电池牢靠固定在机壳上,电池也不容易挪移,拆取和固定都很好,在实际跌落测试中状态也都良好。
因此,本发明电池固定装置采用四边包裹式的PET膜固定电池,固定稳定,电池容易拆取,不易变形和报废,安全可靠。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电子设备,其包括以上所述的电池固定装置。其中,所述电子设备包括但不限于手机。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种电池固定装置及电子设备,所述电池固定装置包括:机壳电池仓,及固定设置在机壳电池仓内并与机壳电池仓适配用于包裹固定电池的容纳器;所述容纳器包括:由薄膜围合成的用于容纳电池的容纳仓,及设置在容纳仓上部并与容纳仓连接用于固定电池顶部的固定膜片。所述电池固定装置采用四边包裹式的PET膜固定电池,不仅使固定更加稳定,而且电池容易拆取,不易变形和报废,安全可靠。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电池固定装置,设置在电子设备上,其中,所述电池固定装置包括:机壳电池仓,及固定设置在所述机壳电池仓内并与所述机壳电池仓适配用于包裹固定电池的容纳器;
    所述容纳器包括:由薄膜围合成的用于容纳电池的容纳仓,及设置在所述容纳仓上部并与所述容纳仓连接用于固定电池顶部的固定膜片;
    当固定电池时,将电池放入所述容纳仓中,并将所述固定膜片粘贴固定在电池顶部;当取出电池时,将固定膜片从电池顶部撕开,从容纳仓中取出电池;
    所述容纳仓与所述固定膜片为一体设置;
    所述机壳电池仓的底部包括挠性线路板区域和非挠性线路板区域,所述非挠性线路板区域粘贴有双面胶,所述容纳器通过所述非挠性线路板区域上粘贴的双面胶固定设置在所述机壳电池仓内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述容纳仓和所述固定膜片的材质都为PET膜。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述容纳仓为长方形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述固定膜片有4个。
  5. 一种电池固定装置,设置在电子设备上,其中,所述电池固定装置包括:机壳电池仓,及固定设置在所述机壳电池仓内并与所述机壳电池仓适配用于包裹固定电池的容纳器;
    所述容纳器包括:由薄膜围合成的用于容纳电池的容纳仓,及设置在所述容纳仓上部并与所述容纳仓连接用于固定电池顶部的固定膜片;
    当固定电池时,将电池放入所述容纳仓中,并将所述固定膜片粘贴固定在电池顶部;当取出电池时,将固定膜片从电池顶部撕开,从容纳仓中取出电池。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述容纳仓与所述固定膜片为一体设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述容纳仓和所述固定膜片的材质都为PET膜。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述PET膜的厚度为0.05mm。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述容纳仓为长方形。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述固定膜片有4个。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述固定膜片上设置有用于方便将所述固定膜片从电池顶部撕开的撕手柄。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述固定膜片上设置有用于粘贴双面胶的贴胶区域,所述固定膜片通过所述贴胶区域上粘贴的双面胶固定在电池顶部。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的电池固定装置,其中,所述机壳电池仓的底部包括挠性线路板区域和非挠性线路板区域,所述非挠性线路板区域粘贴有双面胶,所述容纳器通过所述非挠性线路板区域上粘贴的双面胶固定设置在所述机壳电池仓内。
  14. 一种电子设备,其中,包括如权利要求5所述的电池固定装置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述容纳仓与所述固定膜片为一体设置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备,其中,所述容纳仓和所述固定膜片的材质都为PET膜。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子设备,其中,所述PET膜的厚度为0.05mm。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述固定膜片上设置有用于方便将所述固定膜片从电池顶部撕开的撕手柄。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述固定膜片上设置有用于粘贴双面胶的贴胶区域,所述固定膜片通过所述贴胶区域上粘贴的双面胶固定在电池顶部。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述机壳电池仓的底部包括挠性线路板区域和非挠性线路板区域,所述非挠性线路板区域粘贴有双面胶,所述容纳器通过所述非挠性线路板区域上粘贴的双面胶固定设置在所述机壳电池仓内。
