技术领域
本发明涉及一种储物装置,特别是涉及一种搁物架及具有该搁物架的冰箱。
背景技术
现有冰箱搁物架结构相对简单,通过冰箱内胆壁上的吸附胆筋结构固定在储物间室内。同时,为了方便用户调节搁物架上下高度位置,内胆左右侧壁会同时吸附多对胆筋,当两层搁物架之间的空间无法满足用户的使用需求时,用户可以取下搁物架并重新安装到合适位置高度的胆筋上,从而调节上下两层搁物架之间的储物空间。
然而现有调节方法需用户手动调节,为使搁物架上的物品不掉落,需先将物品取下再调节搁物架高度,调节不方便。并且在冰箱内胆壁上吸附过多胆筋,将导致内胆两侧结构复杂,影响冰箱的美观性。综上所述,在设计上需要一种可实现不同高度调节的搁物架。
发明内容
本本发明第一方面的一个目的是要提供一种可实现不同高度调节的搁物架。

本发明第二方面的一个目的是要提供一种具有该搁物架的冰箱。
特别地,根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种搁物架,包括:
水平放置的用于承载物品的前搁物板和后搁物板;
至少一个连杆机构,配置为使得所述前搁物板与所述后搁物板连接,以允许所述前搁物板与所述后搁物板之间产生纵向方向上的相对位移。
可选地,所述连杆机构包括:
第一摆杆,其第一端与所述后搁物板铰接于第一铰接点,第二端与所述前搁物板铰接于第二铰接点;

可选地,所述第一摆杆设置有一定位装置,所述定位装置设置为与所述定位孔配合,以将所述连杆机构固定于所述定位孔对应的角度。
可选地,所述定位装置包括:
定位销,其始端设置为穿入所述定位孔,以将所述连杆机构固定在所述定位孔对应的角度;

进一步地,本发明的搁物架的第一摆杆上设置有定位装置,且搁物架还设置有一可调节定位装置工作状态的调节装置,无需用户将前搁物板上的物品取下,便可调节前搁物板的高度,提高了用户调节搁物架高度的便捷性。

图1是根据本发明一个实施例的搁物架100的前搁物板110处于第一状态的示意性结构图。参见图1,搁物架100可包括水平放置的用于承载物品的前搁物板110和后搁物板120。前搁物板110和后搁物板120可采用PMMA或PC等板材制成。搁物架100还包括至少一个连杆机构150。连杆机构150配置为使的前搁物板110和后搁物板120连接,以允许前搁物板110和后搁物板120之间产生纵向方向上的相对位移。
本发明的搁物架100包括一前搁物板110和一后搁物板120,并通过连杆机构150使前搁物板110和后搁物板120连接,可根据用户的不同使用需求,调节前搁物板110与后搁物板120间的距离,使冰箱200内的储物空间得到充分地利用。

第一摆杆151与第二摆杆152的长度可皆小于第一铰接点与第三铰接点在进深方向上的距离,以防止第一摆杆151与第二摆杆152在摆动的过程中发生干涉。在一些实施例中,第一摆杆151的杆长可与第二摆杆152的杆长相等,以保证在连杆机构150的摆动过程中,前搁物板110保持水平,防止放置在前搁物板110上的物品掉落。在另一些实施例中,第一摆杆151的杆长可小于第二摆杆152的杆长,以在不需要在前搁物板110上放置物品时,将前搁物板110竖立在后搁物板120的后方,或靠立于冰箱200的箱体210的内胆壁上。
在本发明的一些实施例中,搁物架100还可包括前框架130和后框架140。前框架130可包括前边框和两个横向侧边框。前框架130的各个边框可均具有自其底部边缘延水平方向向内延伸的底沿。前搁物板110搭放于前框架130的底沿上。第二铰接点和第四铰接点可设置于前框架130的横向底沿下方。
后框架140可包括后边框和两个横向侧边框。后框架140的各个边框可均具有自其底部边缘延水平方向向内延伸的底沿。后搁物板120搭放于后框架140的底沿上。后框架140还可具有分别自其横向两侧底沿的内侧边缘向下延伸的固定架141。左右两个固定架141均具有自其中部水平向外延伸的支撑部,用于安装搁物架100。第一铰接点和第三铰接点可设置于后框架140的固定架141上并设置于支撑部的上方。前框架130和后框架140可采用PA、PPS等工程塑料制成。
在本发明的优选实施例中,连杆机构150的数量可为两个,以使前搁物板110的高度调节更加稳定,避免卡顿现象的发生,并提高了前搁物板110的承重能力。两个连杆机构150可对称地设置于前搁物板110和后搁物板120的横向两侧。具体地,其中一个连杆机构150可配置为连接前框架130的左侧边框和后框架140的左侧固定架141。另一个连杆机构150可配置为连接前框架130的右侧边框和后框架140的右侧固定架141。
在一些实施例中,后搁物架100还可设置有至少一个沿进深方向和纵向方向延伸的扇形面板142,以调节连杆机构150的摆动角度。具体地,扇形面板142可设置为自后框架140的支撑部的外侧边缘垂直于该支撑部向上延伸。第一铰接点可设置于扇形面板142的扇形圆心处。扇形面板142具有多个沿圆周分布,并沿横向方向贯穿扇形面板142的定位孔。在本 发明中,定位孔的数量可为两个、三个或三个以上等。在图示实施例中,在后搁物架100的左右两侧均可设置有扇形面板142。每个扇形面板142上均设置有三个沿圆周分布的定位孔。
在一些实施例中,第一摆杆151可设置有一定位装置170。该定位装置170可设置为与扇形面板142上的定位孔配合,以将连杆机构150固定于定位孔对应的角度(定位孔的中心相对于扇形面板142的圆心的角度)。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的搁物架100的前搁物板110处于第二状态的示意性结构图;图3是根据本发明一个实施例的搁物架100的前搁物板110处于第三状态的示意性结构图。在图示实施例中,两个连杆机构150可配置为允许前搁物板110在第一状态、第二状态和第三状态之间切换。参见图1,当前搁物板110和后搁物板120处于第一状态时,前搁物板110与后搁物板120在水平方向上平齐。参见图2,当前搁物板110和后搁物板120处于第二状态时,前搁物板110高于后搁物板120,且第一铰接点在纵向方向上的投影位于第二铰接点在纵向方向上的投影的前侧。参见图3,当前搁物板110和后搁物板120处于第三状态时,前搁物板110与后搁物板120的相对位移值为最大值,且第一铰接点与第二铰接点在纵向方向上的投影重合。用户可根据实际使用需求调节前搁物板110的状态,使冰箱200的储物空间灵活可调。
图4是图1所示搁物架100的示意性俯视图;图5是图4中区域A的示意性局部放大图。参见图4和图5,定位装置170可包括定位销171、拉线172、弹簧173和限位销174。具体地,定位销171的始端设置为穿入扇形面板142的定位孔,以将连杆机构150固定于定位孔对应的角度。定位销171的末端设置为与拉线172固定连接,并穿过第一摆杆151,以使定位销171的始端脱离定位孔。拉线172可采用钢丝绳等柔性较好、不伸缩变形的线索。弹簧173的一端设置为与第一摆杆151的外表面(平行于扇形面板142并邻近于扇形面板142的表面)固定连接,另一端设置为与定位销171的末端端面固定连接,以使定位销171自动地穿入定位孔。限位销174设置为沿定位销171的径向方向穿过定位销171,以防止定位销171沿其轴向方向向外运动穿出扇形面板142。定位装置170还可包括一外壳175,其固定于第一摆杆151的外表面,且限位销174和弹簧173设置于外壳175内。外壳175具有一沿横向方向贯穿的通孔,定位销171设置为穿过该通孔。
在一些实施例中,定位销171的始端端面可为斜面。当前搁物板110与后搁物板120之间的距离增加时,使定位销171自动地脱离定位孔。例如,当前搁物板110从第一状态切换至第二状态时,无需拉动拉线172,即可使定位销171的始端脱离定位孔。在该实施例中, 为保证定位销171的始端端面始终垂直于第一摆杆151的运动方向,定位销171上还开设有凹槽。对应地,外壳175的通孔的内表面具有沿径向方向向内延伸的键,其配置为与定位销171上的凹槽配合,以防止定位销171旋转。
在一些实施例中,搁物架100还可包括一调节装置160。调节装置160可设置于前搁物板110的下方,用于拉动拉线172,以使定位销171的始端脱离扇形面板142的定位孔。在一些优选实施例中,调节装置160设置于前框架130的前边框下方,以便于调节。调节装置160可配置为允许定位装置170的定位销171在锁紧状态和可调状态之间切换(当定位销171处于锁紧状态时,定位销171穿入定位孔,前搁物板110相对于后搁物板120的高度不可调节;当定位销171处于可调状态时,定位销171未穿入定位孔,前搁物板110相对于后搁物板120的高度可以调节)。
图6是图1所示搁物架100的示意性仰视图;图7是图6中区域B的示意性局部放大图。参见图6和图7,调节装置160可包括限位件161和滑动件162。具体地,限位件161具有一个底板和在各自底端与底板结合且两两相对的四个侧板。且限位件161设置于前搁物板110的下方,以与前搁物板110形成一腔体。滑动件162可滑动地设置于腔体内。滑动件162设置为与拉线172的另一端固定连接,以拉动拉线172,进而使定位销171的始端脱离定位孔。限位件161的底板可设置有沿水平方向延伸的滑槽1611。相应地,滑动件162具有与滑槽1611相对应的延伸部1621,其设置为可受控地沿滑槽1611滑动,以调节定位销171的工作状态(锁紧状态和可调状态)。
在一些实施例中,拉线172的外部可设置有一罩壳163,可为拉线172的拉动方向起导向作用,并可提高搁物架100的美观性。罩壳163可由数段中心线为直线的圆管,通过接头拼接而成,且各段圆管可绕接头转动。圆管与接头可通过键连接、卡接等连接方式连接。罩壳163的一端设置为通过接头与第一摆杆151的内表面固定连接,另一端设置为与调节装置160的限位件161的侧板固定连接。罩壳163的部分圆管设置为可随第一摆杆151的摆动绕第一铰接点摆动,使罩壳163隐藏于第一摆杆151的后侧,使搁物架100整体简洁美观。
基于前述任一实施例的搁物架100,本发明还可提供一种冰箱200。图8是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱200的示意性结构图。参见图8,冰箱200可包括限定有储物间室211的箱体210和用于开闭储物间室211的取放口的门体(图中未示出)。搁物架100可拆卸地设置于箱体210的内胆壁上。冰箱200的内胆壁上可设置有胆筋,搁物架100可通过后框架140的支撑部搭放于胆筋上。
本领域技术人员应理解,本实用新型实施例中所称的“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“横”、 “纵”、“外”、“内”等用于表示方位或位置关系的用语仅是为了便于描述和理解本实用新型的技术方案,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种搁物架,其特征在于,包括:
    水平放置的用于承载物品的前搁物板和后搁物板;
    至少一个连杆机构,配置为使得所述前搁物板与所述后搁物板连接,以允许所述前搁物板与所述后搁物板之间产生纵向方向上的相对位移。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述连杆机构还包括:
    第一摆杆,其第一端与所述后搁物板铰接于第一铰接点,第二端与所述前搁物板铰接于第二铰接点;
    第二摆杆,其第一端与所述后搁物板铰接于第三铰接点,第二端与所述前搁物板铰接于第四铰接点。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的搁物架,其特征在于,
    所述第一摆杆与所述第二摆杆的长度皆小于所述第一铰接点与第三铰接点在进深方向上的距离,以防止所述第一摆杆和所述第二摆杆在摆动过程中发生干涉。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的搁物架,其特征在于,
    所述连杆机构的数量为两个;且
    所述两个连杆机构对称地设置于所述前搁物板和后搁物板的横向两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的搁物架,其特征在于,
    所述后搁物板还设置有至少一个沿进深方向和纵向方向延伸的扇形面板,用于调节所述连杆机构的摆动角度;且
    所述第一铰接点设置于所述扇形面板的圆心处;
    所述扇形面板具有多个沿圆周分布,并沿横向方向贯穿所述扇形面板的定位孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的搁物架,其特征在于,
    所述第一摆杆设置有一定位装置,所述定位装置设置为与所述定位孔配合,以将所述连杆机构固定于所述定位孔对应的角度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述定位装置还包括:
    定位销,其始端设置为穿入所述定位孔,以将所述连杆机构固定在所述定位孔对应的角度;
    拉线,其一端设置为与所述定位销的末端固定连接,并穿过所述第一摆杆,以使所述定位销的始端脱离所述定位孔;
    弹簧,其一端设置为与所述第一摆杆的外表面固定连接,另一端设置为与所述定位销的末端端面固定连接,以使所述定位销自动地穿入所述定位孔;
    限位销,设置为沿定位销的径向方向穿过所述定位销,以防止所述定位销沿其轴向方向向外运动穿出所述扇形面板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述搁物架还包括:
    调节装置,设置于所述前搁物板下方,用于拉动所述拉线,以使所述定位销的始端脱离所述定位孔。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的搁物架,其特征在于,所述调节装置还包括:
    限位件,设置于所述前搁物板下方,其具有一个底板和在各自底端与所述底板结合且两两相对的四个侧板,以与所述前搁物板形成一腔体;
    滑动件,可滑动地设置于所述腔体内,且所述滑动件设置为与所述拉线的另一端固定连接,以拉动所述拉线;其中
    所述底板设置有沿水平方向延伸的滑槽;
    所述滑动件具有与所述滑槽对应的延伸部,所述延伸部设置为可受控地沿所述滑槽滑动。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括限定有储物间室的箱体以及根据权利要求1所述的搁物架,所述搁物架可拆卸地设置于所述箱体的内胆壁上。
