Claims (20)
- 一种反射式显示面板,其中,所述反射式显示面板包括:相对设置的第一基板和第二基板;以及设置在所述第一基板和所述第二基板之间的液晶,其中,所述第一基板包括反射层和光致发光层,且所述光致发光层设置在所述反射层与所述液晶之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述光致发光层包括量子点层,所述量子点层用于在激发光的作用下发出至少一种颜色的被激发光。
- 根据权利要求2所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述量子点层包括:红色量子点块、绿色量子点块和透明块,所述红色量子点块用于在蓝色的激发光的作用下发出红色的被激发光,所述绿色量子点块用于在蓝色的激发光的作用下发出绿色的被激发光。
- 根据权利要求1所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述光致发光层朝向所述第二基板的一侧,沿远离所述光致发光层的方向依次设置有第一偏振器和第二偏振器。
- 根据权利要求4所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述液晶为宾主液晶,所所述宾主液晶被用作所述第一偏振器,所述第二偏振器包括偏光片。
- 根据权利要求5所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述偏光片设置在所述第二基板远离所述液晶的一侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述第一偏振器包括第一偏振片,所述第二偏振器包括第二偏振片。
- 根据权利要求7所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述第一偏振片被设置在所述第一基板的朝向所述液晶的一侧,所述第二偏振片被设置在所述第二基板的远离所述液晶的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述第一基板还包括:第一衬底基板;设置在所述第一衬底基板上的薄膜晶体管层,所述薄膜晶体管层包括阵列排布的多个薄膜晶体管;设置在所述薄膜晶体管层上的绝缘层,其中,所述反射层设置在所述绝缘层上,所述光致发光层设置在所述反射层上,所述反射层的材质为导体,所述反射层包括阵列排布的多个反射块,且所述多个反射块通过所述绝缘层中的过孔与所述多个薄膜晶体管中的漏极一一连接;设置在所述光致发光层上的平坦层;设置在所述平坦层上的第一配向层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述第一基板还包括:第一衬底基板,其中,所述反射层设置在所述第一衬底基板上;设置在所述反射层上的绝缘层;设置在所述绝缘层上的薄膜晶体管层,其中,所述光致发光层设置在所述薄膜晶体管层上;设置在所述光致发光层上的像素电极层;设置在所述像素电极上的平坦层;设置在所述平坦层的上的第一配向层。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述第二基板包括:第二衬底基板;设置在所述第二衬底基板朝向所述液晶的一侧上的黑矩阵和平坦层,其中,所述黑矩阵和所述平坦层位于同一层;设置在所述黑矩阵和所述平坦层的朝向所述液晶一侧上的公共电极层;设置在所述公共电极层的朝向所述液晶的一侧上的第二配向层。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的反射式显示面板,还包括设置在所述第二基板的远离所述液晶的一侧的光源,所述光源用于产生激发所 述光致发光层的激发光。
- 根据权利要求12所述的反射式显示面板,其中,所述光源包括导光板和设置在所述导光板端部的发光器件。
- 一种反射式显示面板的制造方法,其中,所述方法包括:形成第一基板;形成第二基板;在所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间设置液晶,其中,所述第一基板包括反射层和光致发光层,且所述光致发光层设置在所述反射层与所述液晶之间。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述光致发光层包括量子点层,所述量子点层用于在激发光的作用下发出至少一种颜色的被激发光。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述量子点层包括:红色量子点块、绿色量子点块和透明块,所述红色量子点块用于在蓝色的激发光的作用下发出红色的被激发光,所述绿色量子点块用于在蓝色的激发光的作用下发出绿色的被激发光。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述光致发光层朝向所述第二基板的一侧,沿远离所述光致发光层的方向依次设置有第一偏振器和第二偏振器。
- 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述液晶为宾主液晶,所述宾主液晶被用作所述第一偏振器,所述第二偏振器包括偏光片。
- 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括权利要求1至11任一所述的反射式显示面板。
- 根据权利要求19所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括:光源,所述光源用于向所述显示面板的第二基板发出用于激发所述光致发光层的激发光。
