Abstract

본 발명은 토션스프링과 회전기어에 관한 것으로서, 특히 EGR 밸브에 적용가능한 토션스프링이 정회전 뿐만 아니라 역회전도 가능하도록 구성된 토션스프링과 회전기어의 장착구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따르면 토션스프링; 외주면에 기어티스가 형성되고, 중심으로부터 하방으로 연장되어 형성된 회전축을 포함하되, 상기 회전축의 외주면에 상기 토션스프링이 장착되는 회전기어; 상기 회전기어의 외측상면으로부터 하방으로 돌출형성되며, 상기 토션스프링의 일단과 타단의 이동을 제한하는 적어도 2개 이상의 가이드바; 및 상기 회전기어를 커버하며, EGR밸브의 외관을 형성하는 하우징의 내측면에 가공된 고정부를 포함하되, 상기 토션스프링은 바디고정용 고리를 포함하고, 상기 고정부는 상기 바디고정용 고리를 커버하며, 상기 바디고정용 고리가 회전하지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역회전이 가능한 토션스프링과 회전기어의 장착구조를 제공할 수 있다.
