现有的冷藏内胆与冷冻内胆一起吸附成型后,钣金前盖通过卡勾的方式组装置内胆中梁上,因内胆中梁在一起吸附成型的过程中,易出现吸附不均一的现象,且卡勾与内胆中梁装配间隙不均一,从而导致钣金前盖与内胆中梁之间易存在闪缝,影响外观且易产生漏热梁。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的冰箱以解决上述问题。

所述卡接部11包括设于所述内胆中梁1上与所述插接件241相配合的一端的供所述插接件241穿过的通槽111以及设于另一端的供卡持于所述卡持部243内的卡接块112。在将所述钣金后盖22装配于所述内胆中梁1上后,所述卡接块112卡持于所述卡持部243内,所述抵持部2411收容于所述通槽111内且所述插入部2412位于所述内胆中梁1的前侧。
所述卡接块112与所述内胆中梁1一体成形,或者所述卡接块112即为所述内胆中梁1上与所述卡持部243相配合的一端。
在将所述钣金后盖22装配于所述内胆中梁1上时,将所述钣金后盖22的第一端沿着所述内胆中梁1的长度方向自所述内胆中梁1上与所述第二端相配合的一端向另一端滑动安装,在所述插入部2412穿过所述通槽111、所述抵持部2411收容于所述通槽111内且所述卡接块112卡持于所述卡持部243内后,所述钣金后盖22即装配于所述内胆中梁1上。本发明中的所述钣金后盖22与所述内胆中梁1通过插接的方式装配在一起,不需要通过螺钉固定,节约了成本且简化了钣金后盖22与内胆中梁1的组装方式。
进一步地,所述钣金后盖22上靠近第一端的位置处以及靠近第二端的位置处分别固定有加强铁3,所述加强铁3包括与所述钣金后盖22相固定的固定部31以及连接于所述固定部31上且自所述钣金后盖22上固定该加强铁的一端向外突伸的突伸部32。
进一步地,所述冰箱还包括套设于所述第一内胆、第二内胆外侧的箱体,所述箱体上与所述内胆中梁两端相对应的位置处设有容纳槽,在将所述钣金后盖22安装于所述内胆中梁1上后,所述突伸部32收容于与该突伸部32相对应的容纳槽内,使钣金后盖22与所述内胆中梁1结合得更加紧密,且增强了所述钣金件2的承重强度。
具体地,所述插接件241为靠近所述第一端的加强铁3的突伸部32,从而节约了成本,且增强了钣金后盖22与内胆中梁1以及箱体的连接强度。
所述固定部31上沿左右方向间隔设置有两个用于固定铰链的铰链固定孔311,所述钣金后盖22、钣金前盖21以及所述内胆中梁1上与所述铰链固定孔311相对应的位置处均设有通孔,在将所述钣金件2装配于所述内胆中梁1上后,每一所述铰链固定孔311和与该铰链固定孔311相对应的内胆中梁1、钣金前盖21以及钣金后盖22上的通孔相连通,以通过螺钉穿过所述通孔以及铰链固定孔311将铰链固定于所述冰箱上,能够增强所述铰链的承重能力,加强安装于所述铰链上的门体的稳固性。
当然,所述内胆中梁1上的通孔也可以直接设置为与一个固定部31上的两个铰链固定孔311均相连通的开口,便于将螺钉穿过所述内胆中梁1。
所述内胆中梁1与所述钣金后盖22中的一个上沿左右方向间隔设置有一个定位孔25以及至少一个定位槽26,另一个上设有与所述定位孔25相配合的第一定位柱12以及与至 少一个所述定位槽26一一对应的第二定位柱13,所述第一定位柱12的外径与所述定位孔25的内径相同,即在所述第一定位柱12收容于所述定位孔25内后,所述第一定位柱12与所述定位孔25之间呈无间隙配合的状态;所述第二定位柱13的外径与所述定位槽26沿上下方向的宽度相同,同时所述第二定位柱13的外径小于所述定位槽26沿左右方向的长度,即在所述第二定位柱13收容于所述定位槽26内后,所述第二定位柱13能够沿着所述定位槽26左右移动。
上述第一定位柱12以及第二定位柱13均呈圆柱状,在将所述钣金后盖22装配至所述内胆中梁1上后,所述第一定位柱12收容于所述定位孔25内,至少一个所述第二定位柱13收容于与该第二定位柱13相对应的定位槽26内,一方面,能够防止所述铰链固定孔311与所述通孔产生偏差,即使所述铰链固定孔311及与该铰链固定孔311相对应的通孔相连通,便于所述铰链的固定安装;另一方面,能够增强所述钣金件2的承重能力,使装配于所述钣金件2两端的铰链以及安装于所述铰链上的门体更加稳固。
本实施方式中,所述钣金后盖22与所述内胆中梁1采用插接的方式固定连接的,在需要将所述钣金后盖22自所述内胆中梁1上拆卸下来时,首先要使所述第一定位柱12、第二定位柱13分别自所述定位孔25、定位槽26内脱离,才能便于所述钣金后盖22相对于所述内胆中梁1侧向滑动以使所述钣金后盖22与所述内胆中梁1脱离。所述定位槽26靠近所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离小于与该定位槽26相配合的第二定位柱13距所述第一定位柱12的距离,在将所述钣金后盖22装配于所述内胆中梁1上后,收容于所述定位槽26内的第二定位柱13与该定位槽26靠近所述定位孔25的一端具有间隙。在需要将所述钣金后盖22自所述内胆中梁1上拆卸下来时,首先使所述第一定位柱12脱离所述定位孔25,在所述第一定位柱12脱离所述定位孔25的过程中,所述第二定位柱13能够在所述定位槽26内向定位孔25所在的方向移动,利于所述钣金后盖22发生形变从而使所述第一定位柱12自所述定位孔25内脱离,便于拆卸且防止所述第一定位柱12或者所述第二定位柱13发生损坏。
当然,在所述钣金后盖22与所述内胆中梁1不采用插接的方式固定连接时,若所述定位槽26靠近所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离小于与该定位槽26相配合的第二定位柱13距所述第一定位柱12的距离时,在拆卸过程中可以先使第一定位柱12自所述定 位孔25内脱离,也可以先将所述第二定位柱13自所述定位槽26内脱离,也能达到便于拆卸以及防止所述第一定位柱12或者所述第二定位柱13发生损坏的效果;若所述定位槽26靠近所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离等于与该定位槽26相配合的第二定位柱13距所述第一定位柱12的距离时,拆卸时可先将所述第二定位柱13自所述定位槽26内脱离,然后再使所述第一定位柱12自所述定位孔25内脱离,也能达到便于拆卸以及防止所述第一定位柱12或者所述第二定位柱13发生损坏的效果。即在所述钣金后盖22与所述内胆中梁1不采用插接的方式固定连接时,所述定位槽26靠近所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离不大于与该定位槽26相配合的第二定位柱13距所述第一定位柱12的距离即可达到便于拆卸等上述技术效果。
于本发明第一实施方式中,所述定位孔25以及至少一个所述定位槽26设于所述钣金后盖22上,所述第一定位柱12以及第二定位柱13凸设于所述内胆中梁1上。当然,于其他实施方式中,所述定位孔25以及至少一个所述定位槽26也可以设于所述内胆中梁1上,所述第一定位柱12以及第二定位柱13凸设于所述钣金后盖22上,以在将所述钣金后盖22与所述内胆中梁1装配在一起后,所述第一定位柱12收容于所述定位孔25内,所述第二定位柱13收容于与该第二定位柱13相对应的定位槽26内,防止所述铰链固定孔311与通孔产生偏差。
具体地,本实施方式中,所述钣金后盖22上设有一个定位槽26以及一个定位孔25,所述定位孔25与所述定位槽26对称分布于所述钣金后盖22上沿长度方向的两端。
具体地,所述定位孔25位于所述钣金后盖22的第一端,所述定位槽26位于所述钣金后盖22的第二端。所述内胆中梁1上凸设有与所述定位孔25相配合的第一定位柱12以及与所述定位槽26相配合的第二定位柱13。
所述定位槽26远离所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离大于所述第一定位柱12距所述第二定位柱13的距离。在将所述钣金后盖22的第一端沿着所述内胆中梁1的长度方向自所述内胆中梁1上与所述第二端相配合的一端向另一端滑动安装时,所述第二定位柱13先进入所述定位槽26内且能够随着所述钣金后盖22的移动而在所述定位槽26内移动,使钣金后盖22在所述第一定位柱12的抵持作用下更易于产生一定的形变,便于与所述第一定位柱12收容于所述定位孔25内,即便于装配。
另外,在将所述钣金后盖22装配至所述内胆中梁1上后,一方面,所述第一定位柱12与所述定位孔25的配合能够防止所述铰链固定孔311与所述通孔左右产生偏差,同时,所述第一定位柱12与所述定位孔25相配合,所述第二定位柱13与所述定位槽26相配合能够防止所述铰链固定孔311与所述通孔产生上下偏差,从而使每一所述铰链固定孔311及与该铰链固定孔311相对应的通孔相连通,利于铰链的安装;另一方面,所述第一定位柱12与第二定位柱13对称分布于所述内胆中梁1的两端,在将所述钣金后盖22装配至所述内胆中梁1上后有利于加强所述钣金件2的承重能力,在将所述铰链安装于所述钣金件2的两端并将门体安装于铰链上后,能够加强所述铰链的承重能力,防止安装于铰链上的门体发生倾斜,导致影响外观并产生漏冷等问题。
本发明的第二实施方式与上述第一实施方式的区别在于,所述定位孔25位于所述钣金后盖22的第二端,所述定位槽26位于所述钣金后盖22的第一端,此时,所述定位槽26远离所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离大于或等于所述第一定位柱12距所述第二定位柱13的距离均可。
所述第二实施方式与所述第一实施方式除上述区别外,其他结构均相同,于此不再赘述。
本发明的第三实施方式与上述第一实施方式的区别在于,所述钣金后盖22上设有位于所述钣金后盖22的中间的定位孔25以及对称分布于所述定位孔25的左右两侧的两个定位槽26,两个所述定位槽26包括靠近所述第一端设置的第一定位槽261以及靠近所述第二端设置的第二定位槽262;所述内胆中梁1上凸设有与所述定位孔25相配合的第一定位柱12以及分别与两个所述定位槽26相配合的两个第二定位柱13。
在将所述钣金后盖22装配至所述内胆中梁1上后,一方面,所述第一定位柱12与所述定位孔25的配合能够防止所述铰链固定孔311与所述通孔产生左右偏差,同时两个所述第二定位柱13与两个所述定位槽26相配合,能够防止所述铰链固定孔311与所述通孔产生上下偏差,从而使每一所述铰链固定孔311及与该铰链固定孔311相对应的通孔相连通,利于铰链的安装;另一方面,两个所述定位槽26对称分布于所述定位孔25的两侧,分别与两个所述定位槽26相配合的两个所述第二定位柱13也对称分布于所述内胆中梁1的两端,在将所述钣金后盖22装配至所述内胆中梁1上后有利于加强所述钣金件2的承重能力,在将所述铰链安装于所述钣金件2的两端并将门体安装于铰链上后,能够加强所述铰链的承重能力, 防止安装于铰链上的门体发生倾斜,导致产生漏冷等问题。
所述第二定位槽262远离所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离大于所述第一定位柱12距所述第二定位柱13的距离,同时又由于所述第一定位槽261靠近所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离小于所述第一定位柱12距所述第二定位柱13的距离,在将所述钣金后盖22的第一端沿着所述内胆中梁1的长度方向自所述内胆中梁1上与所述第二端相配合的一端向另一端侧向滑动安装时,位于所述第一定位柱12两侧的两个第二定位柱13首先分别进入两个定位槽26内,且所述第二定位柱13能够随着所述钣金后盖22的移动而在所述定位槽26内移动,使钣金后盖22在所述第一定位柱12的抵持作用下更易于产生一定的形变,便于所述第一定位柱12收容于所述定位孔25内,即便于装配。
另,由于所述第二定位槽262靠近所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离小于所述第一定位柱12距所述第二定位柱13的距离,同时所述第一定位槽261靠近所述定位孔25的一端距所述定位孔25的距离小于所述第一定位柱12距所述第二定位柱13的距离,在将所述钣金后盖22装配于所述内胆中梁1上后,与所述第一定位槽261相配合的所述第二定位柱13与该第一定位槽261靠近所述定位孔25的一端具有间隙且与所述第二定位槽262相配合的所述第二定位柱13与该第二定位槽262靠近所述定位孔25的一端也具有间隙。在需要将所述钣金后盖22自所述内胆中梁1上拆卸下来时,首先使所述第一定位柱12脱离所述定位孔25,在所述第一定位柱12脱离所述定位孔25的过程中,两侧的两个所述第二定位柱13能够在相应的定位槽26内向定位孔25所在的方向移动,利于所述钣金后盖22发生形变从而使所述第一定位柱12自所述定位孔25内脱离,便于拆卸且所述第一定位柱12或者所述第二定位柱13均不会发生损坏。
进一步地,所述钣金后盖22包括与所述内胆中梁1固定连接的固定板221以及分别连接于所述固定板221的上端以及下端的弯折板222,所述弯折板222与所述固定板221一体成形。上述固定板221的上端以及下端指的是在将钣金后盖22装配至内胆中梁1上后固定板221所对应的上端以及下端。
连接于所述固定板221上端的弯折板222自所述固定板221的上端先向后弯折再向前且向上弯折形成,连接于所述固定板221下端的弯折板222自所述固定板221的下端先向后再向前且向下弯折形成。一方面,所述弯折板222能够增加所述钣金后盖22的整体强度;另 一方面,在将所述钣金后盖22装配于所述内胆中梁1上后,所述弯折板222与所述内胆中梁1之间具有间隙,即所述弯折板222与所述内胆中梁1之间形成发泡缓冲区,从而在发泡时,所述发泡料进入该发泡缓冲区,能够防止发泡料流入钣金前盖21所在的位置处,导致钣金前盖21变形。
进一步地,在将所述钣金件2装配至所述内胆中梁1上后,所述钣金件2的上、下端分别距所述第一内胆的底壁、第二内胆的顶壁的距离不小于6mm,以防自安装于内胆中梁1上的除露管穿透过来的热量与第一内胆和/第二内胆内的温度差过高而导致产生凝露、结冰等问题。
进一步地,在将所述钣金件2装配至所述内胆中梁1上后,所述钣金件2的上、下端分别距第一内胆的底壁、第二内胆的顶壁的距离不大于12mm,以降低制造成本。
较优地,在将所述钣金件2装配至所述内胆中梁1上后,所述钣金件2的上端、下端分别距第一内胆的底壁、第二内胆的顶壁的距离为10mm。
所述钣金前盖21包括钣金前盖本体211以及连接于所述钣金前盖本体211后侧的若干个卡勾212,所述内胆中梁1以及钣金后盖22上与若干所述卡勾212相对应的位置处设有在将所述钣金后盖22装配于所述内胆中梁1上后相连通的若干卡槽27,每一所述卡勾212能够同时穿过所述内胆中梁1以及钣金后盖22上与该卡勾212相对应的所述卡槽27内并勾住所述钣金后盖22,从而将所述钣金前盖21、内胆中梁1以及钣金后盖22卡固在一起。
若干所述卡勾212呈矩阵分布式分布于所述钣金前盖本体211上,以使在通过卡勾212将所述钣金前盖本体211、内胆中梁1、钣金后盖22卡固在一起后,所述钣金前盖21受力比较均匀,防止所述钣金前盖21与所述内胆中梁1之间产生闪缝,影响外观。
所述卡勾212呈L型,包括连接于所述钣金前盖本体211上且向后延伸的连接部2121以及连接于所述连接部2121远离所述钣金前盖21本体的一端的卡勾部2122,所述卡勾部2122沿所述钣金前盖本体211的长度方向延伸,即沿左右方向延伸。在装配时,先将所述钣金后盖22装配至所述内胆中梁1上,使所述钣金后盖22上的卡槽27与所述内胆中梁1上的卡槽27一一对应且连通,然后将所述卡勾212穿过所述卡槽27使所述连接部2121位于所述卡槽27内,同时所述卡勾部2122穿过所述卡槽27位于所述钣金后盖22的后侧,最后沿着所述卡勾部2122的延伸方向侧向移动所述钣金前盖21使所述卡勾部2122卡持于所 述钣金后盖22的后侧,以将所述钣金前盖21、内胆中梁1以及钣金后盖22卡固在一起。
进一步地,所述钣金件2还包括活动连接于所述钣金后盖22后侧与所述卡勾212相卡接的位置处的多个锁紧件4,每一列所述卡勾212对应一个锁紧件4,即每一列所述卡槽27对应一个锁紧件4,能够保证在所述锁紧件4锁紧所述卡勾212的过程中每一列卡勾212中的每一所述卡勾212受力均匀。当然,也可以每一所述卡槽27对应一个锁紧件4。
所述锁紧件4包括靠近与该锁紧件4对应的卡槽27设置第一压板41、自所述第一压板41远离与该锁紧件4对应的卡槽27的一端向后延伸的连接板42以及自所述连接板42远离所述第一压板41的一端向背离所述第一压板41的方向延伸的第二压板43。
所述第一压板41位于所述钣金后盖22上与所述卡勾部2122相配合的部分,将所述钣金前盖21、内胆中梁1、钣金后盖22装配完成后,所述第一压板41位于所述卡勾部2122与所述钣金后盖22之间。
具体地,所述锁紧件4还包括分别自所述第一压板41的上、下两侧向外突伸的两个连接轴44,所述钣金后盖22的上、下两侧的弯折板222上分别设有与两个所述连接轴44相配合的收容孔2221。
本实施方式中,所述连接轴44呈片状,所述连接轴44与所述第一压板41位于同一平面且易于发生形变。在将所述钣金件2安装至所述内胆中梁1上后,所述第一压板41位于所述卡勾部2122与所述钣金后盖22的中间,在发泡的过程中,发泡液流至密封件23的表面并将所述密封件23向钣金后盖22所在的方向挤压,密封件23发生形变并施加给所述第二压板43向钣金后盖22所在的一侧移动的挤压力,所述第二压板43受到的挤压力传递至所述连接轴44处使所述连接轴44发生形变并脱离所述收容孔2221,进而在力的平衡的作用下,第一压板41向远离所述钣金后盖22的一侧移动并带动所述卡勾部2122也向远离所述钣金后盖22的方向移动,从而使钣金前盖21与所述内胆中梁1紧密配合,一方面,能够防止所述钣金前盖21与所述内胆中梁1之间具有闪缝,影响外观;另一方面,防止安装于所述内胆中梁1上的除露管的热量外漏,导致热量的损失,或者导致冷藏间室产生凝露现象,冷冻间室产生结冰现象。
于其他实施方式中,所述连接轴44也可以呈圆柱状,即所述锁紧件4转动连接于所述钣金后盖22上,在发泡的过程中,所述发泡料使所述密封件23发生形变并施加给所述第二 压板43向所述钣金后盖22移动的挤压力,在所述第二压板43向所述钣金后盖22所在的一侧转动的过程中,所述第一压板41向远离所述钣金后盖22的方向转动,带动所述卡勾部2122也向远离所述钣金后盖22的方向移动,从而使钣金前盖21与所述内胆中梁1紧密配合,一方面,能够防止所述钣金前盖21与所述内胆中梁1之间具有闪缝,影响外观;另一方面,防止安装于所述内胆中梁1上的除露管的热量外漏,导致热量的损失,或者导致冷藏间室产生凝露现象,冷冻间室产生结冰现象。
具体地,所述第二压板43自所述连接板42远离所述第一压板41的一端向前且向背离所述第一压板41的方向延伸,从而更有利于发泡液通过密封件23发生形变施加给所述第二压板43向钣金后盖22所在的一侧移动的挤压力。
所述锁紧件4靠近所述钣金后盖22的一侧凹设有至少一个沿锁紧件4的长度方向呈长条形的凹槽45,以加强所述锁紧件4的强度,防止所述锁紧件4在发泡料的挤压力的作用下发生形变。
综上所述,本发明中通过设置能够带动连接于钣金前盖21上的卡勾212向后移动的锁紧件4,从而使钣金前盖21与所述内胆中梁1紧密结合,防止所述钣金前盖21与内胆中梁1之间存在闪缝,从而影响冰箱的外观或者导致产生漏热梁。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括一起吸附成型的第一内胆与第二内胆、连接所述第一内胆与所述第二内胆的内胆中梁以及连接于所述内胆中梁上的钣金件,所述第一内胆位于所述第二内胆的上侧,其特征在于:所述钣金件包括连接于所述内胆中梁前侧的钣金前盖以及连接于所述内胆中梁后侧的钣金后盖,所述钣金前盖包括钣金前盖本体以及连接于所述钣金前盖本体后侧的若干卡勾,所述内胆中梁以及钣金后盖上与所述卡勾相对应的位置处设有供所述卡勾穿过的卡槽,所述钣金件还包括活动连接于所述钣金后盖后侧与所述卡勾相卡接的位置处且能够带动所述卡勾向后移动的锁紧件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述卡勾呈L型,包括连接于所述钣金前盖本体上的连接部以及自所述连接部远离所述钣金前盖本体的一端沿左右方向延伸的卡勾部,所述锁紧件包括靠近与该锁紧件对应的卡槽设置且与所述卡勾部相配合的第一压板、自所述第一压板远离与该锁紧件对应的卡槽的一端向后延伸的连接板以及自所述连接板远离所述第一压板的一端向背离所述第一压板所在的方向延伸的第二压板,所述钣金件还包括设于所述钣金后盖后侧的软质密封件,所述锁紧件位于所述钣金后盖与所述软质密封件之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第二压板自所述连接板远离所述第一压板的一端向前且向背离所述第一压板所在的方向延伸。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:若干所述卡勾呈矩阵分布于所述钣金前盖本体后侧,每一列所述卡勾对应一个锁紧件。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述锁紧件靠近所述钣金后盖的一侧向后凹设有至少一个呈长条状的凹槽,所述凹槽沿所述锁紧件的长度方向延伸。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述第一压板的上下两侧向外凸设有连接轴,所述钣金后盖上设有与所述连接轴相配合的收容孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述连接轴呈片状,所述连接轴与所述第一压板位于同一平面且易于发生形变。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述连接轴呈圆柱状。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述钣金后盖包括与所述内胆中梁固定连 接的固定板以及分别连接于所述固定板的上端以及下端的弯折板,在将所述钣金后盖与所述内胆中梁装配后,所述弯折板与所述内胆中梁具有间隙。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于:所述弯折板与所述固定板一体成形。
