柔性显示面板 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种柔性显示面板。
背景技术
在相关技术中,柔性显示面板包括显示区域和连接显示区域的引线区域,引线区域设置有电子元件和形成有连接显示区域和电子元件的引线,电子元件对应的部分一般不可弯折,因而电子元件布置不合理导致现有的柔性显示面板的可绕性受影响。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明需要提供一种柔性显示面板。
本发明实施方式的柔性显示面板包括:
显示区域;
连接所述显示区域的引线区域;和
设置在所述引线区域内的角落的至少一个电子元件,所述引线区域形成有用于连接所述显示区域与所述至少一个电子元件的引线。
在本发明实施方式的柔性显示面板中,电子元件设置在引线区域的角落, 使得柔性显示面板中可弯折的区域较大,提高了产品设计的自由度,消除了由于电子元件不可以弯折带来的设计限制。
在某些实施方式中,所述柔性显示面板包括可绕部分,所述可绕部分包括位于所述显示区域内的可绕显示区域和位于所述引线区域内的可绕引线区域,所述可绕显示区域与所述显示区域的比例大于0.5;
所述至少一个电子元件位于所述可绕引线区域外。
在某些实施方式中,所述柔性显示面板包括柔性OLED。

在本发明实施方式的柔性显示面板10中,电子元件18设置在引线区域14的角落,使得柔性显示面板10中可弯折的区域较大,提高了产品设计的自由度,消除了由于电子元件18不可以弯折带来的设计限制。
可以理解,显示区域12可以包含多个显示像素,这些显示像素由与显示区域12连接的电子元件18或驱动电路驱动或控制。电子元件18可以为驱动芯片。驱动电路可以为GOA(Gate Driver on Array,阵列基板栅极驱动)电路等。在柔性显示面板10中,存在驱动芯片或固化胶的区域无法进行弯折。引线142用于在显示区域12与电子元件18之间传递信号。柔性显示面板10可以包括电路板22。电子元件18设置在电路板22上。
在某些实施方式中,柔性显示面板10包括可绕部分16。可绕部分16包括位于显示区域12内的可绕显示区域162和位于引线区域14内的可绕引线区域164。可绕显示区域162与显示区域12的比例大于0.5。电子元件18位于可绕引线区域164外。
具体地,图中虚线框中的部分为可绕部分16。可绕部分16为可以设置折弯轴的区域,柔性显示面板10可以绕折弯轴弯折。如此,通过电子元件18的偏置,显示区域中超过一般的区域均为可绕显示区域,均可以弯折。
在某些实施方式中,柔性显示面板10包括柔性OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)。
具体地,柔性OLED具有低功耗、可弯曲的优点。
在某些实施方式中,显示区域12和引线区域14平展时柔性显示面板10呈矩形。显示区域12呈矩形并包括垂直连接的第一连接边122和第二连接边124。引线区域14与第一连接边122和第二连接边124连接。
如此,电子元件18可以通过引线142驱动或控制显示区域12显示。
在某些实施方式中,可绕显示区域162与显示区域12的比例大于2/3。
例如,以图2为例,通过合理设置电子元件18的分布位置,可以扩大可绕显示区域162相对于显示区域12的占比,如此,折弯轴的可选位置更为多样化。
在某些实施方式中,可绕显示区域162与显示区域12的比例为1。
例如,以图3为例,通过合理设置电子元件18的分布位置,整个显示区域12和可绕引线区域164均可以设置折弯轴。
在某些实施方式中,引线142包括至少一束引线142,同一束的引线142的长度相同。
具体地,由于引线142用于在显示区域12与电子元件18之间传递信号,因而为了保证信号传递的同步,较佳地,同一束引线142中的每根引线142的线程一致,即长度相同。例如,以图2及图4为例,柔性显示面板10包括2束引线142,每束引线142中的多根引线142的长度相等。
请参阅图5,在某些实施方式中,同一束的引线142包括第一直线段1422、斜线段1424、折线段1426和第二直线段1428。第一直线段1422与显示区域 12连接且平行布置。斜线段1424与第一直线段1422连接且向一侧聚拢布置。折线段1426与斜线段1424连接。第二直线段1428的一端与折线段1426连接且平行布置。第二直线段1428的另一端连接电子元件18。多个第一直线段1422布置的宽度d1大于多个第二直线段1428布置的宽度d2。
如此,引线142可以逐步聚拢收缩,以便与电子元件18连接,减少占用的空间。折线段1426的多次绕折可以收容较长的引线142,而且同一束引线142中的不同根引线142的折线段1426的长度可以不一致,具体地应当与电子元件18的分布位置相配合设置,以便合理地排布引线142。
可以理解,为了增大可设置折弯轴的区域,提高产品的可设计性,电子元件18一般设置在柔性显示面板10的边角上,因而斜线段1424为向包含电子元件18的一侧聚拢布置。
较佳地,折线段1426位于折弯轴的延长线外。
由于折线段1426中存在拐角和横向及纵向分布的折线,若折线段1426位于折弯轴的延长线上,引线142在弯折时可能会由于受到侧向应力而造成引线142不良。
本发明实施方式的引线142的排布与电子元件18的非对称设置相对应,在不增加设计的复杂度和工艺的整合难度的前提下,可以兼顾每根引线142的长短一致,进而保证负载一致。
需要指出的是,如图5所示的引线142的结构仅为引线142的一种设计方 式,在其他实施方式中,引线142还可以根据需要采用其他的弯折和排布形式。
在某些实施方式中,显示区域12和引线区域14平展时柔性显示面板10呈矩形。显示区域12呈矩形并包括垂直连接的第一连接边122和第二连接边124。引线区域14与第二连接边124连接。可绕部分16远离一个第一连接边122。电子元件18设置在第二连接边124的外侧。柔性显示面板10还包括分别设置在两个第一连接边122外侧的两个驱动电路单元20。引线142连接第二连接边124和两个驱动电路单元20与电子元件18。引线142自第二连接边124和两个驱动电路单元20向电子元件18聚拢成束。
例如,以图1为例,电子元件18可以设置在柔性显示面板10的右上角,电子元件18排布的方向与第二连接边124平行。可绕显示区域162为显示区域12的左半部分。
如此,可以增大可设置折弯轴的区域。
在某些实施方式中,电子元件18位于两个第一连接边122的延长线所形成的区域和两个第二连接边124的延长线所形成的区域外。
例如,以图3为例,电子元件18可以设置在柔性显示面板10的右上角,电子元件18排布的方向与第二连接边124垂直。柔性显示面板10在弯折时,可以将引线区域14和电子元件18弯折180°置于柔性显示面板10的背面。
如此,整个显示区域12和可绕引线区域164都可以设置折弯轴。
在某些实施方式中,显示区域12和引线区域14平展时柔性显示面板10 呈矩形。显示区域12呈矩形并包括垂直连接的第一连接边122和第二连接边124。引线区域14与第二连接边124连接。可绕部分16位于两个第一连接边122之间。柔性显示面板10包括两个电子元件18。两个电子元件18设置在第二连接边124的外侧。柔性显示面板10还包括分别设置在两个第一连接边122外侧的两个驱动电路单元20。引线142包括两束引线142。两束引线142分别连接部分第二连接边124和一个驱动电路单元20与一个电子元件18。两束引线142分别自第二连接边124和驱动电路单元20向电子元件18聚拢成束。

在某些实施方式中,两个电子元件18位于两个第一连接边122的延长线所形成的区域和两个第二连接边124的延长线所形成的区域外。
例如,以图4为例,两个电子元件18可以分别设置在柔性显示面板10的左上角和右上角,电子元件18排布的方向与第二连接边124平行。柔性显示面板10在弯折时,可以将引线区域14和两个电子元件18弯折180°置于柔性显示面板10的背面。
如此,整个显示区域12和可绕引线区域164都可以设置折弯轴。

需要指出的是,本发明实施方式的柔性显示面板10可以包括两束或更多束的引线142,显示面板包括两束及以上的引线142的情况适用于与第二连接边124的连接的引线142较多时。
本发明实施方式的驱动电路单元20可以为GOA单元。
本发明实施方式的显示区域12不限于为矩形,当显示区域12为非矩形时, 引线142和电子元件18的排布可以采用相同或类似的非对称的设计方法。例如,显示区域12可以为圆形或平行四边形等,电子元件18位于显示区域12的一个边角,以增大可设置折弯轴的区域。引线区域14的排布与电子元件18的对应设置。

  1. 一种柔性显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
    显示区域;
    连接所述显示区域的引线区域;和
    设置在所述引线区域内的角落的至少一个电子元件,所述引线区域形成有用于连接所述显示区域与所述至少一个电子元件的引线。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述柔性显示面板包括可绕部分,所述可绕部分包括位于所述显示区域内的可绕显示区域和位于所述引线区域内的可绕引线区域,所述可绕显示区域与所述显示区域的比例大于0.5;
    所述至少一个电子元件位于所述可绕引线区域外。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述柔性显示面板包括柔性OLED。

  7. 如权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述引线包括至少一束引线,同一束的所述引线的长度相同。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,同一束的所述引线包括:
    与所述显示区域连接的且平行布置的第一直线段;
    与所述第一直线段连接的且向一侧聚拢布置的斜线段;
    与所述斜线段连接的折线段;和
    与所述折线段连接的且平行布置的第二直线段,多个所述第一直线段布置的宽度大于多个所述第二直线段布置的宽度。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示区域和所述引线区域平展时所述柔性显示面板呈矩形;
    所述显示区域呈矩形并包括垂直连接的第一连接边和第二连接边;
    所述引线区域与所述第二连接边连接;
    所述可绕部分远离一个所述第一连接边;
    所述电子元件设置在所述第二连接边的外侧;
    所述柔性显示面板还包括分别设置在两个所述第一连接边外侧的两个驱动电路单元;
    所述引线连接所述第二连接边和所述两个驱动电路单元与所述电子元件,所述引线自所述第二连接边和所述两个驱动电路单元向所述电子元件聚拢成束。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述电子元件位于两个所述第一连接边的延长线所形成的区域和两个所述第二连接边的延长线所形成的区域外。
  11. 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示区域和所述引线区域平展时所述柔性显示面板呈矩形;
    所述显示区域呈矩形并包括垂直连接的第一连接边和第二连接边;
    所述引线区域与所述第二连接边连接;
    所述可绕部分位于两个所述第一连接边之间;
    所述柔性显示面板包括两个所述电子元件,两个所述电子元件设置在所述第二连接边的外侧;
    所述柔性显示面板还包括分别设置在两个所述第一连接边外侧的两个驱动 电路单元;
    所述引线包括两束引线,所述两束引线分别连接部分所述第二连接边和一个所述驱动电路单元与一个所述电子元件,所述两束引线分别自所述第二连接边和所述驱动电路单元向所述电子元件聚拢成束。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述两个电子元件位于两个所述第一连接边的延长线所形成的区域和两个所述第二连接边的延长线所形成的区域外。
  13. 如权利要求2所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示区域和所述引线区域平展时所述柔性显示面板呈矩形;
    所述显示区域呈矩形并包括垂直连接的第一连接边和第二连接边;
    所述引线区域与所述第一连接边和所述第二连接边连接;
    所述可绕部分远离一个所述第二连接边;
    所述电子元件包括设置在所述第一连接边的外侧的第一电子元件和设置在所述第二连接边的外侧的第二电子元件;
    所述引线包括两束引线,一束所述引线连接所述第一连接边和所述第一电子元件,所述引线自所述第一连接边向所述第一电子元件聚拢成束;另一束所述引线连接所述第二连接边和所述第二电子元件,所述引线自所述第二连接边向所述第二电子元件聚拢成束。
