一种皮具保养剂,每百份中二甲基硅油3-5份,氧化聚乙烯蜡5-10份,柠檬香料0.1-0.5份,十二烷基硫酸钠5-10份,抗氧化剂5-10份,丙二醇25-50份,异噻唑啉酮类化合物3-5份,植物纤维5-10份,余量为去离子水,上述份数为质量份数;其能够快速清除沙发皮具表面的各种污物,清洗效果好;能够有效避免清洗过程中对皮具表面造成划痕,使用环境友好,无异味;植物纤维的加入能够渗入到皮具表面,对皮具进行修复,增加皮具的柔软程度;同时能够增加皮具的亮度。

一种皮具保养剂 技术领域
本发明属于保养剂技术领域,特别涉及一种皮具保养剂。
背景技术
真皮沙发作为沙发家族的一员,以其庄重典雅、华贵耐用的特点为人们所喜爱。真皮沙发做到了经历时间的磨砺,经久不衰,以其富丽堂皇、豪华气派、结实耐用的特点一直受到人们的喜爱。时下,各种元素混搭成为时尚,真皮沙发保持它豪华的气质以外,融合了各种丰富的元素,沙发的色彩变得鲜艳丰富,造型轻快简洁,极富现代和时尚感。
真皮沙发一般在自然条件下都是很容易沾灰的。灰尘、汗渍、油污、茶水等沾到皮层上面后,如长期不做清洁不清除的话,容易造成皮层的霉烂、开裂、褶皱。而一般家庭在做皮具的清洁保养时,经常采取一些非常错误的做法,有用洗衣粉、洗洁精去清洁,也有用香蕉皮、牙膏清洁,之后再用湿毛巾擦拭,这样不仅达不到理想的清洁效果,反而会让皮具寿命减少,皮具长期接触水分,会加速皮层的老化,主要表现为开裂、掉色和起皱。
目前缺少一种既能够清洗沙发皮具表面污渍又能够增加皮具柔软度,对皮具进行修复的清洗护理剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,设计一种具有杀菌、修复皮具,使皮具柔软锃亮的沙发皮具清洗护理剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的皮具保养剂,每百份中二甲基硅油3-5份,氧化聚乙烯蜡5-10份,柠檬香料0.1-0.5份,十二烷基硫酸钠5-10份,抗氧化剂5-10份,丙二醇25-50份,异噻唑啉酮类化合物3-5份,植物纤维5-10份,余量为去离子水,上述份数为质量份数。
优选的是,所述抗氧化剂为亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、二丁基苯酚或亚硫酸氢钠中得一种。
优选的是,所述植物纤维为木质纤维、丝瓜纤维、荷纤维、小麦纤维、大豆纤维、野藤纤维、棉花纤维和玉米纤维中的一种或两种的组合物。
优选的是,所述木质纤维的制备方法为,将原料木破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
优选的是,所述木质纤维的制备方法为,将原料木破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
优选的是,所述丝瓜纤维的制备方法为,将成熟的丝瓜晒干后,除去果肉和种子部分,只保留丝瓜网,将丝瓜网粉碎之后烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
优选的是,所述荷纤维的制备方法为,将荷花杆烘干后破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后二次烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
优选的是,所述小麦纤维的制备方法为,将小麦清洗干净后加工,取麸皮,麸皮烘干后粉磨至300~1200目。
优选的是,所述大豆纤维的制备方法为,将大豆杆径烘干后破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后二次烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
优选的是,所述野藤纤维的制备方法为,将野藤茎烘干后破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,烘干粉磨至300~1200目。
优选的是,所述棉花纤维的制备方法为,将棉花杆径烘干后破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的块状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后二次烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
优选的是,所述玉米纤维的制备方法为,将玉米秸秆烘干后破碎粉磨至300~1200目。
本发明涉及的含植物纤维的沙发皮具清洗护理剂,能够快速清除沙发皮具表面的各种污物,清洗效果好;能够有效避免清洗过程中对皮具表面造成划痕,使用环境友好,无异味;植物纤维的加入能够渗入到皮具表面,对皮具进行修复,增加皮具的柔软程度;同时能够增加皮具的亮度。

本实施例的皮具保养剂,每百份中二甲基硅油3份,氧化聚乙烯蜡5份,柠檬香料0.1份,十二烷基硫酸钠5份,抗氧化剂5份,丙二醇25份,异噻唑啉酮类化合物3份,植物纤维5份,余量为去离子水,上述份数为质量份数。所述抗氧化剂为亚硫酸钠,所述植物纤维为棉花纤维和玉米纤维中的组合物。所述棉花纤维的制备方法为,将棉花杆径烘干后破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的块状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后二次烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。所述玉米纤维的制备方法为,将玉米秸秆烘干后破 碎粉磨至300~1200目。
实施例二
本实施例的皮具保养剂,每百份中二甲基硅油5份,氧化聚乙烯蜡10份,柠檬香料0.5份,十二烷基硫酸钠10份,抗氧化剂10份,丙二醇50份,异噻唑啉酮类化合物5份,植物纤维10份,余量为去离子水,上述份数为质量份数。所述抗氧化剂为焦亚硫酸钠,所述大豆纤维的制备方法为,将大豆杆径烘干后破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后二次烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。所述野藤纤维的制备方法为,将野藤茎烘干后破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,烘干粉磨至300~1200目。
实施例三
本实施例的皮具保养剂,每百份中二甲基硅油4份,氧化聚乙烯蜡6份,柠檬香料0.3份,十二烷基硫酸钠6份,抗氧化剂7份,丙二醇30份,异噻唑啉酮类化合物4份,植物纤维6份,余量为去离子水,上述份数为质量份数。所述抗氧化剂为二丁基苯酚,所述植物纤维为木质纤维,所述木质纤维的制备方法为,将原料木破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
实施例四

本实施例的含植物纤维的皮具保养剂,每百份中二甲基硅油5份,氧化聚乙烯蜡8份,柠檬香料0.4份,十二烷基硫酸钠9份,抗氧化剂8份,丙二醇40份,异噻唑啉酮类化合物4份,植物纤维10份,余量为去离子水,上述份数为质量份数。所述抗氧化剂为亚硫酸钠,所述植物纤维为荷纤维和小麦纤维的组合物,所述荷纤维的制备方法为,将荷花杆烘干后破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后二次烘干、粉磨至300~1200目,所述小麦纤维的制备方法为,将小麦清洗干净后加工,取麸皮,麸皮烘干后粉磨至300~1200目。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种皮具保养剂,其特征在于:每百份中二甲基硅油3-5份,氧化聚乙烯蜡5-10份,柠檬香料0.1-0.5份,十二烷基硫酸钠5-10份,抗氧化剂5-10份,丙二醇25-50份,异噻唑啉酮类化合物3-5份,植物纤维5-10份,余量为去离子水,上述份数为质量份数;
    所述抗氧化剂为亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、二丁基苯酚或亚硫酸氢钠中得一种;
    所述植物纤维为木质纤维、丝瓜纤维、荷纤维、小麦纤维中的一种或两种的组合物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的皮具保养剂,其特征在于:所述木质纤维的制备方法为,将原料木破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的皮具保养剂,其特征在于:所述丝瓜纤维的制备方法为,将成熟的丝瓜晒干后,除去果肉和种子部分,只保留丝瓜网,将丝瓜网粉碎之后烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的皮具保养剂,其特征在于:所述荷纤维的制备方法为,将荷花杆烘干后破碎成直径为0.05~0.15mm粗的丝状,向丝状原料中喷洒质量浓度为10%的氢氧化钠水溶液,喷洒均匀后二次烘干、粉磨至300~1200目。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的皮具保养剂,其特征在于:所述小麦纤维的制备方法为,将小麦清洗干净后加工,取麸皮,麸皮烘干后粉磨至300~1200目。
