本发明涉及一种玉米沐浴液的生产方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤1) 先将玉米粒洗净，用蒸馏水浸泡8小时；2）将浸泡后的玉米粒从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的蒸馏水中加热3小时；3）将加热后的玉米水静放4小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的玉米杂质；4）取弱酸性起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入玉米水中，搅拌均匀；5）再往玉米水中加入白醋，维生素E，天竺葵精油，甘油，将所有原料拌匀，制成沐浴液；6）最后往沐浴液中加入盐做增稠剂；7）制好的沐浴液进行消毒，灌装，即可以上市销售。

本发明涉及沐浴液的生产方法，具体来说涉及一种玉米沐浴液的生产方法。
背景技术
沐浴液的主要功能是清洁全身皮肤，并在使用后赋予身体香气，在我国，浴用产品长期以来一直只有香皂单一品种，随着经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，从上世纪90年代，沐浴液开始流行，并快速增长，今年来年增长率都超过了5%，庞大的市场也带来了人们对于沐浴液更高的要求，人们不再满足于单一的清洁肌肤的功能，更希望在使用后能起到改善肤质，美白润肤的功效。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题，提供一种玉米沐浴液的生产方法，相比传统工艺，本法工艺简单，选材安全环保，不仅清洁肌肤效果明显，还能润肤美白，修复受损肌肤，从而满足了人们的需求也填补了市场空白。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下，一种玉米沐浴液的生产方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤
1) 先将玉米粒洗净，用蒸馏水浸泡8小时；
2）将浸泡后的玉米粒从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的蒸馏水中加热3小时；
3）将加热后的玉米水静放4小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的玉米杂质；
4）取弱酸性起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入玉米水中，搅拌均匀；
5）再往玉米水中加入白醋，维生素E，天竺葵精油，甘油，将所有原料拌匀，制成沐浴液；
6）最后往沐浴液中加入盐做增稠剂；
7）制好的洗发水进行消毒，灌装，即可以上市销售。
作为本发明的一种改进，每制成100份玉米沐浴液所需材料配比为：玉米15-16份，蒸馏水55-56份，椰子油起泡剂3-4份，弱酸性起泡剂2-3份，白醋5-6份，维生素E 5-6份，天竺葵精油4-5份，甘油7-8份，盐3-4份。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述步骤2中蒸馏水加热温度应控制在110-120度。
相对于现有技术，本发明的优点如下，1) 本品使用后，通过软化皮肤角质层，溶解并除去皮肤表面的皮屑，洗净皮脂和污垢并去除身体的气味，同时不会对皮肤产生刺激；2)玉米含有丰富的维生素A和E及谷氨酸，赖氨酸，以及微量元素硒，长期使用不仅可以美白润肤，修复受损肌肤，更能有效的缓解肌肤的衰老，使肌肤恢复弹性有光泽。

为了加深对本发明的理解和认识，下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做出进一步的说明和介绍。
实施例1：
一种玉米沐浴液的生产方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤
1) 先将玉米粒洗净，用蒸馏水浸泡8小时；
2）将浸泡后的玉米粒从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的蒸馏水中加热3小时；
3）将加热后的玉米水静放4小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的玉米杂质；
4）取弱酸性起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入玉米水中，搅拌均匀；
5）再往玉米水中加入白醋，维生素E，天竺葵精油，甘油，将所有原料拌匀，制成沐浴液；
6）最后往沐浴液中加入盐做增稠剂；
7）制好的洗发水进行消毒，灌装，即可以上市销售。

1) 先将玉米粒洗净，用蒸馏水浸泡8小时；
2）将浸泡后的玉米粒从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的蒸馏水中加热3小时；
3）将加热后的玉米水静放4小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的玉米杂质；
4）取弱酸性起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入玉米水中，搅拌均匀；
5）再往玉米水中加入白醋，维生素E，天竺葵精油，甘油，将所有原料拌匀，制成沐浴液；
6）最后往沐浴液中加入盐做增稠剂；
7）制好的沐浴液进行消毒，灌装，即可以上市销售。
2.根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于，每制成100份玉米沐浴液所需材料配比为：玉米15-16份，蒸馏水55-56份，椰子油起泡剂3-4份，弱酸性起泡剂2-3份，白醋5-6份，维生素E5-6份，天竺葵精油4-5份，甘油7-8份，盐3-4份。
