具体的,本实施例中步骤S1中滚筒通过较高转速的第一设定速度转动将滚筒内的部分泡沫、水排出滚筒;使得泡沫能够在较高转速的转动过程中泡沫与水进行混合,加大了滚筒内的气压,进而加大了水位压力,然后再通过压力检测传感器、或者水位传感器检测滚筒内的残留泡沫含量,有效提高了检测滚筒内残留泡沫的灵敏度,并实现对滚筒内的残留泡沫充分清除处理。
本实施例中还实现了对残留泡沫的重复检测和重复清除,提高洗衣机的洗涤效果。
进一步地,所述步骤S1之前还包括步骤S0、执行排水进程,并启动排水泵;
优选的,所述排水进程中排水泵以第一排水时序进行排水;
更优选的,步骤S2启动排水泵后,所述排水泵以第二排水时序进行排水。
具体的,本实施例中在排水进程中排水泵的第一排水时序为不间断排水,并延时排放第一设定时间;并将滚筒内的水充分的排出。所述排水泵的第二排水时序为排放第二设定时间,停止第三设定时间,优选的,所述第一设定时间为5S-15S,所述第二设定时间为25S-35S,第三设定时间为1S-9S。在步骤S2启动排水泵后,通过残留泡沫的情况确定第二排水时序,通过第二排水时序中间隔的转停,使排水泵的排水腔室内积累更多的泡沫,然后通过排水泵排出,提高泡沫清除的效率,并实现洗衣机充分清除泡沫的功能。
进一步地,步骤2中所述水位压力的信息与第二设定速度相对应,其对应关系储存在洗衣机内;
进一步地,所述第二设定速度的范围是50rpm-200rpm;
优选的,所述第二设定速度的范围是90rpm-100rpm。
具体的,本实施例中当检测滚筒中残留泡沫后,通过降低滚筒的转动速度,并保持在一个较低转动速度的状态下进行清除泡沫程序,更有利于泡沫的排出,达到彻底清除泡沫的效果。
进一步地,步骤S2与步骤S3之间还包括判断滚筒的转速是否达到第四设定速度,如果否,则执行步骤S1;如果是,则执行步骤S3。
进一步地,步骤S3之后还包括步骤S4:控制滚筒脱水运行设定的时间。
进一步地,步骤S2中当水位压力的信息达到预设值后,所述喷淋阀开启喷淋设定的时间;
优选的,所述设定时间的范围值为20S-40S。
进一步地,所述第一设定速度、第三设定速度和第四设定速度均大于所述第二设定速度。
最后,执行完步骤S4,滚筒停止转动,关闭排水泵,并结束洗衣机相应的程序。
综上所述,本实施例中所述洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法具有以下优点:
1、本实施例所述洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法解决了洗衣机洗涤过程中残留泡沫的检测和消除问题,本实施例中利用第一设定速度高速转动滚筒使泡沫与水进行混合,加大了滚筒内的气压,进而加大了水位压力,然后再通过压力检测传感器、或者水位传感器检测滚筒内水位压力的信息并得出残留泡沫含量,有效提高了检测滚筒内残留泡沫的灵敏度。
2、本实施例所述洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法解决了如何充分排除泡沫的问题,本实施例中根据水位压力的信息确定清除泡沫程序中排水泵的第二排水时序,使排水泵的排水腔室内积累更多的泡沫,然后通过排水泵排出,提高泡沫清除的效率,并实现洗衣机充分清除泡沫的功能。
实施例二
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,所述方法为在洗衣机脱水过程中,检测所述洗衣机滚筒升速过程中水位压力的信息,并根据水位压力的信息执行消除程序。
进一步地,所述消除程序包括控制喷淋阀的开启/关闭、和/或排水泵的开启/关 闭,和/或滚筒转动速度。
进一步地,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S1、脱水进程,滚筒以第一设定速度转动;
S2、检测洗衣机滚筒内的水位压力的信息,判断水位压力的信息是否达到预设值,如果是,则控制滚筒以第二设定速度转动并启动喷淋阀和排水泵,然后执行步骤S1;如果否,则执行步骤S3;
S3、控制滚筒以第三设定速度转动。
进一步地,所述步骤S1之前还包括步骤S0、执行排水进程,并启动排水泵;
优选的,所述排水进程中排水泵以第一排水时序进行排水;
更优选的,步骤S2启动排水泵后,所述排水泵以第二排水时序进行排水。
进一步地,步骤2中所述水位压力的信息与第二设定速度相对应,其对应关系储存在洗衣机内。
进一步地,所述第二设定速度的范围是50rpm-200rpm;
优选的,所述第二设定速度的范围是90rpm-100rpm。
进一步地,步骤S2与步骤S3之间还包括判断滚筒的转速是否达到第四设定速度,如果否,则执行步骤S1;如果是,则执行下一步。
进一步地,步骤S3之后还包括步骤S4:控制滚筒脱水运行设定的时间。
进一步地,步骤S3之后还包括步骤A):判断设定时间内滚筒是否达到预设转速,如果否,则控制滚筒以第二设定速度转动并启动喷淋阀和排水泵,然后执行步骤S3;如果是,则执行步骤S4。
具体的,本实施例中还通过检测设定时间内滚筒是否达到预设转速,判断是否滚筒内是否残留泡沫,然后再通过清除泡沫程序进行清除,避免压力检测传感器、或者水位传感器检测水位水压信息不准确,造成无法彻底清除泡沫的问题。同时,避免由于残留泡沫在滚筒高速转动过程中,加大了电机的负荷,缩短了电机的使用寿命的问题,还能够通过检测设定时间内滚筒是否达到预设转速,检测电机是否在正常的工作状态,如果不在正常的工作状态,则降低电机的转速和负荷,确保了电机使用的安全,如果在正常状态,则控制电机高速运转设定时间进行高速脱水,进而实现电机的正常运行,保证电机的使用寿命。
同时,本实施例中对设定时间内滚筒是否达到预设转速重复的检测,一方面实现了对残留泡沫的重复检测和重复清除,提高洗衣机的洗涤效果。另一方面,能够确保电机在正常工作的状态下才执行高速转动脱水的程序,提高电机的使用寿命。
进一步地,步骤A)启动排水泵后,所述排水泵以第三排水时序进行排水;
优选的,所述第三排水时序与设定时间内滚筒达到的转速相关,其对应关系储存在洗衣机内。
所述排水泵的第三排水时序为排放第四设定时间,停止第五设定时间,优选的,所述第三设定时间为25S-35S,第四设定时间为1S-9S。步骤A)启动排水泵后,通过残留泡沫的情况确定第三排水时序,通过第三排水时序中间隔的转停,使排水泵的排水腔室内积累更多的泡沫,然后通过排水泵排出,提高泡沫清除的效率,并实现洗衣机充分清除滚筒内残余泡沫的功能。
进一步地,步骤S4之后还包括步骤S5:控制滚筒脱水运行设定的时间。
步骤S2中当水位压力的信息达到预设值后,和/或步骤S4当设定时间内滚筒未达到预设转速后,所述喷淋阀开启喷淋设定的时间;
优选的,所述设定时间的范围值为20S-40S。
进一步地,所述第一设定速度、第三设定速度和第四设定速度均大于所述第二设定速度。
最后,执行完步骤S4,滚筒停止转动,关闭排水泵。并结束洗衣机相应的程序。
综上所述,本实施例中所述洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法具有以下优点:
1、本实施例中所述洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法通过多次,多参数的检测,保证滚筒内残留泡沫全部清除干净,提高了所述洗衣机泡沫检测的准确性,并且本实施例还能够实现对电机设定时间内的运转情况进行检测,保证电机的运行正常,提高了电机的使用寿命。
实施例三
本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,本实施例步骤S2替换为步骤S2’、检测洗衣机滚筒内的水位压力的信息,获取衣物的重量信息,根据水位压力的信息和重量信息判断滚筒内是否残留泡沫,如果是,则控制滚筒以第二设定速度转动并启动喷淋阀和排水泵,然后执行步骤S1;如果否,则执行步骤S3。
上述实施例中的实施方案可以进一步组合或者替换,且实施例仅仅是对本发明 的优选实施例进行描述,并非对本发明的构思和范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计思想的前提下,本领域中专业技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变化和改进,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:所述方法为在洗衣机脱水过程中,检测所述洗衣机滚筒升速过程中水位压力的信息,并根据水位压力的信息执行消除程序。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:所述消除程序包括控制喷淋阀的开启/关闭、和/或排水泵的开启/关闭,和/或滚筒转动速度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下步骤:
    S1、脱水进程,滚筒以第一设定速度转动;
    S2、检测洗衣机滚筒内的水位压力的信息,判断水位压力的信息是否达到预设值,如果是,则控制滚筒以第二设定速度转动并启动喷淋阀和排水泵,然后执行步骤S1;如果否,则执行步骤S3;
    S3、控制滚筒以第三设定速度转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1之前还包括步骤S0、执行排水进程,并启动排水泵;
    优选的,所述排水进程中排水泵以第一排水时序进行排水;
    更优选的,步骤S2启动排水泵后,所述排水泵以第二排水时序进行排水。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:步骤2中所述水位压力的信息与第二设定速度相对应,其对应关系储存在洗衣机内;
    优选的,所述第二设定速度的范围是50rpm-200rpm;
    更优选的,所述第二设定速度的范围是90rpm-100rpm。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5任一所述的一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:步骤S2与步骤S3之间还包括判断滚筒的转速是否达到第四设定速度,如果否,则执行步骤S1;如果是,则执行步骤S3。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6任一所述的一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:步骤S3之后还包括步骤S4:控制滚筒脱水运行设定的时间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:步骤S3与步骤S4之间还包括步骤A):判断设定时间内滚筒是否达到预设转速,如果否,则控制滚筒以第二设定速度转动并启动喷淋阀和排水泵,然后执行步骤S3;如果是,则执行步骤S4。
  9. 根据权利要求3-8任一所述的一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中当水位压力的信息达到预设值后,和/或步骤A当设定时间内滚筒未达到预设转速后,所述喷淋阀开启喷淋设定的时间;
    优选的,所述设定时间的范围值为20S-40S。
  10. 根据权利要求3-9任一所述的一种洗衣机的泡沫检测及消除方法,其特征在于:所述第一设定速度、第三设定速度和第四设定速度均大于所述第二设定速度。
