本发明的最佳实施方式
[0036] 为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及实施例 , 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
[0037] 如图 1、 图 2、 图 5、 图 6所示, 本发明实施例的密封型弹性电极 A, 由电极座 1、 螺旋弹簧 2、 电极芯 3、 卡环 4和密封环 5组成, 其中, 电极座 1呈杯状, 包括口部 11和设有通孔 121的底部 12, 螺旋弹簧 2设于电极座 1的内部, 电极芯 3—端自电 极座口部 11穿入螺旋弹簧 2内并从通孔 121穿出, 另一端由螺旋弹簧 2弹性支撑, 即螺旋弹簧 2—端坐落电极座 1的底部 12, 另一端弹性顶住电极芯 3。 卡环 4卡接 于电极芯 3穿出通孔 121的一端以防止电极芯 3脱出电极座 1, 密封环 5设于电极芯 3的外壁与电极座 1的内壁之间以密封两者之间的间隙。 本发明密封型弹性电极 A 的结构, 可以使得电极芯 3贯通电极座 1的两端, 电极芯 3的一端作为活动触点, 另一端与电线固定连接, 即可直接在电极芯中通过大电流, 避免大电流先通过 电极座经螺旋弹簧后传导给电极芯导致的螺旋弹簧烧熔损坏的缺点。 另外, 电 极芯 3的外壁与电极座 1的内壁之间设置密封环 5, 防止了空气、 水雾通过电极芯 3的外壁与电极座 1的内壁之间的间隙自电极 A—端流动到另一端。
[0038] 如图 7〜图 9所示, 本发明实施例的密封型弹性电极 A, 电极芯 3呈钉状, 由电极 芯帽 31和电极芯棒 32两部分构成, 电极芯帽 31呈扁平状露出于电极座口部 11, 电极芯棒 32—端与电极芯帽 31连接并位于电极芯帽中心, 电极芯棒 32自电极芯 帽 31—端依次设有外径从大到小的三级外壁, 其中第一级外壁 321适配电极座 1 内壁,第一级外壁 321与第二级外壁 322之间的环形台阶可抵住螺旋弹簧 2, 第二级 外壁 322穿过螺旋弹簧 2并适配通孔 121, 第三级外壁 323穿过通孔 121后被卡环 4 卡接, 第一级外壁 321上设有第一环槽 3210, 密封环 5设于第一环槽 3210内。 上 述"适配"的意思是指电极芯 3外壁可恰好套入电极座 1内壁或通孔 121内, 并可轴 向自由活动。
[0039] 如图 5所示, 电极座口部 11外壁设有环形凸肩 10, 设置该凸肩 10可以在安装电 极座 1吋进行安装定位, 防止过度插入而影响电极芯 3与另一电极的接触。
[0040] 如图 1、 图 2、 图 5、 图 6所示, 本发明实施例中, 卡环 4卡接电极芯 3的结构为卡 环 4的内壁与电极芯 3穿出通孔 121—端的外壁过盈配合连接, 即卡环 4为一圆环

[0042] 如图 10、 图 11所示, 本发明具有密封型弹性电极 A的电子烟, 包括相互连接的 雾化器组件 B与电源组件 C, 电源组件 C包括具有连接口 60的壳体 6、 以及设于壳 体 6内的电池 7和控制电路板 8, 壳体的连接口 60内设有与壳体 6内壁密封连接的 电极安装板 91, 即电极安装板 91侧面设有密封环 (图 9中未标示) , 电极安装板 91上设有电极安装孔 910, 电极安装孔 910内密封安装有密封型弹性电极 A, 本发 明的实施例中, 密封型弹性电极 A以过盈配合的方式安装于电极安装孔 910内。 具有密封型弹性电极 A的电子烟, 由于设置了与壳体 6内壁密封连接的电极安装 板 91, 电极安装板 91上设有该密封型弹性电极 A, 因此可以防止雾化器组件 B中 烟雾发生倒流吋经过电极安装板 91 (包括密封型弹性电极 A) 渗漏到电池组件 C 的内部, 避免烟雾凝结在电池 7、 控制电路板 8上腐蚀电路及元器件, 从而可以 防止电路发生短路或断路等故障。 另具有密封型弹性电极 A的电子烟, 由于该电 极 A可以通过大的电流, 故该电子烟工作吋功率也大, 用户吸烟吋可以产生大的 烟雾量, 给用户带来很好的吸烟体验。
[0043] 如图 11所示, 本发明实施例中, 电极安装板 91上设有两个电极安装孔 910分别 用以安装所述密封型弹性电极 A作为正负电极, 图 11中为标示电极安装孔 910, 仅示出一个密封型弹性电极 A。
[0044] 如图 12〜图 20所示, 定位板 912安装于框架板 911上吋, 楔子 9123与弯板 9122首 先插入到壳体 6与侧面板 92之间, 弹性舌扣 921卡扣在卡槽 9124内, 安装框架 9被 楔子 9123涨紧, 其径向和轴向得以固定, 此吋定位板 912紧贴于框架板 911上, 第二密封环 902对管体 9101与定位板孔 9120之间的缝隙进行密封, 第三密封环 90 3则对壳体 6内壁与定位板 912侧壁之间的缝隙进行密封。 电极的密封环 5、 第二 密封环 902、 第三密封环 903构成了对电极安装板 91两端的完全密封, 防止电子 烟的烟雾从雾化器组件 B内部泄漏到电源组件 C的内部。
[0045] 如图 10〜图 14所示, 本发明的实施例中, 具有密封型弹性电极 A的电子烟, 包 括雾化器组件 B、 电源组件 C的外形为椭圆形, 在其它实施例中, 也可以做成其 他形状。

[0049] 如图 12〜图 16所示, 框架板 911上设有两个电极安装孔 910分别用以安装所述密 封型弹性电极 A作为正负电极。

[权利要求 1] 一种密封型弹性电极, 其特征在于: 包括电极座、 螺旋弹簧、 电极芯
、 卡环和密封环, 所述电极座呈杯状包括口部和设有通孔的底部, 所 述螺旋弹簧设于电极座的内部, 所述电极芯一端自电极座口部穿入螺 旋弹簧内并从所述通孔穿出, 另一端由螺旋弹簧弹性支撑, 所述卡环 卡接于电极芯穿出通孔的一端以防止电极芯脱出电极座, 所述密封环 设于电极芯外壁与电极座内壁之间以密封两者之间的间隙。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的密封型弹性电极, 其特征在于: 所述电极芯呈 钉状, 包括电极芯帽和电极芯棒两部分, 所述电极芯帽露出于电极座 口部, 所述电极芯棒自电极芯帽端依次设有外径从大到小的三级外壁 , 其中第一级外壁适配电极座内壁,第一级外壁与第二级外壁之间的 环形台阶抵接螺旋弹簧, 第二级外壁穿过螺旋弹簧并适配所述通孔, 第三级外壁穿过通孔后被所述卡环卡接, 所述第一级外壁上设有第一 环槽, 所述密封环设于所述第一环槽内。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的密封型弹性电极, 其特征在于: 所述电极座的 口部外壁设有环形凸肩。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的密封型弹性电极, 其特征在于: 所述卡环卡接 电极芯的结构为卡环内壁与电极芯穿出通孔一端外壁过盈配合连接, 或为卡环卡接在电极芯穿出通孔一端设有的卡环槽内。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的密封型弹性电极, 其特征在于: 所述电极芯与 卡环卡接的一端端部设有凹槽。
[权利要求 6] —种具有密封型弹性电极的电子烟, 包括相互连接的雾化器组件与电 源组件, 所述电源组件包括具有连接口的壳体以及设于壳体内的电池 和控制电路板, 其特征在于: 所述壳体的连接口内设有与壳体内壁密 封连接的电极安装板, 所述电极安装板上设有电极安装孔, 所述电极 安装孔内密封安装有权利要求 1〜5中任意一项所述的密封型弹性电极
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 6所述的具有密封型弹性电极的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述壳体内还设有安装框架, 所述电池和控制电路板安装于所述安装 框架上, 所述电极安装板设于所述安装框架的一端。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 7所述的具有密封型弹性电极的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述电极安装板包括框架板和定位板, 所述框架板为安装框架的端部 , 所述电极安装孔设于所述框架板上, 沿电极安装孔垂直框架板凸起 设有用以加长电极安装孔的管体, 所述管体外底部设有用以安装第二 密封环的第二环槽, 所述定位板侧面设有用以安装第三密封环的第三 环槽, 定位板板面上对应于所述管体的位置设有与管体外径适配的定 位板孔, 定位板外缘局部垂直设有弯板, 所述弯板中间设有长条形的 楔子, 所述楔子上设有卡槽, 所述安装框架上设有侧面板, 所述侧面 板上设有弹性舌扣, 所述弯板与楔子插入于壳体内壁与安装框架侧面 板之间, 所述弹性舌扣卡扣在所述卡槽内, 所述定位板紧贴于框架板 上。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述电极安装板上设有 两个电极安装孔分别用以安装所述密封型弹性电极作为正负电极。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 6所述的具有密封型弹性电极的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述壳体上幵设有按键孔, 按键孔中设有按键, 所述按键与控制电路 板上设有的电源幵关相连接用以控制电源的幵关。
