Description

一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器 技术领域
本发明涉及计算机散热装置技术领域,具体为一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器。
背景技术
现在的CPU采用的是风扇或者是铝制散热片来散热,但是在高温环境下,特别是夏天用风扇和散热片散热效果不理想,导致CPU运行不正常,甚至会损坏CPU。为了很好的对CPU在高温环境下正常运行,特定设计了一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器,在高温环境下有效的解决了CPU运行时温度过高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器,包括侧板、上集流管、下集流管、隔板、进水管、出水管、翅片、冷却管,所述的上集流管固接在侧板上端,所述的下集流管固接在侧板下端,所述的冷却管上下两端分别连接在上集流管、下集流管上,冷却管均匀排列,所述的隔板固接在上集流管内部,隔板将上集流管一分为二,所述的进水管设置在上集流管一侧,所述的出水管设置上集流管另一侧,所述的翅片固接在相邻的两个冷却管之间。
优选的,所述的冷却管为铝材料制成的方形管。
优选的,所述的翅片呈锯齿状。
优选的,所述的侧板上设置有螺纹孔,且侧板通过螺栓与电子风扇连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:首先把CPU散热器安装在CPU上面,其次在CPU散热器上面装上电子风扇,同时CPU散热器连接进出水管装置,最后电子风扇和进出水管装置连接电源。CPU启动时CPU散热器里面的 冷却水开始循环流动,同时电子风扇开始运转,这种散热器散热效果很好,外观美观,质量轻,安装简单。

实施例1,请参阅图1、2,本发明提供一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器,包括侧板1、上集流管2、下集流管3、隔板4、进水管5、出水管6、翅片7、冷却管8,所述的上集流管2固接在侧板1上端,所述的下集流管3固接在侧板1下端,所述的冷却管8上下两端分别连接在上集流管2、下集流管3上,冷却管8均匀排列,所述的隔板4固接在上集流管2内部,隔板4将上集流管2一分为二,所述的进水管5设置在上集流管2一侧,所述的出水管6设置上集流管2另一侧,所述的翅片7固接在相邻的两个冷却管8之间。
实施例2,请参阅图1、2,本发明提供一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器,包括:侧板1、上集流管2、下集流管3、隔板4、进水管5、出水管6、翅片7、冷却管8,所述的上集流管2固接在侧板1上端,所述的下集流管3固接在侧板1下端,所述的冷却管8上下两端分别连接在上集流管2、下集流管3上,冷却管8均匀排列,所述的隔板4固接在上集流管2内部,隔板4将上集流管2一分为二,所述的进水管5设置在上集流管2一侧,所述的出水管6设 置上集流管2另一侧,所述的翅片7固接在相邻的两个冷却管8之间。
进一步,所述的冷却管8为铝材料制成的方形管,与翅片7紧密接触,导热效果好。
进一步,所述的翅片7呈锯齿状,增加了翅片7的长度,增大了接触面,提高了换热效果。
进一步,所述的侧板1上设置有螺纹孔,且侧板1通过螺栓与电子风扇9连接,电子风扇9便于安装,结构简单,外形美观。
工作原理:首先把侧板1安装在CPU上面,其次在CPU散热器上面装上电子风扇9,同时CPU散热器连接进出水管装置,最后电子风扇和进出水管装置连接电源CPU启动时CPU散热器里面的冷却水开始循环流动,同时电子风扇9开始运转,这种散热器散热效果很好,外观美观,质量轻,安装简单。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器,包括侧板(1)、上集流管(2)、下集流管(3)、隔板(4)、进水管(5)、出水管(6)、翅片(7)、冷却管(8),其特征在于:所述的上集流管(2)固接在侧板(1)上端,所述的下集流管(3)固接在侧板(1)下端,所述的冷却管(8)上下两端分别连接在上集流管(2)、下集流管(3)上,冷却管(8)均匀排列,所述的隔板(4)固接在上集流管(2)内部,隔板(4)将上集流管(2)一分为二,所述的进水管(5)设置在上集流管(2)一侧,所述的出水管(6)设置上集流管(2)另一侧,所述的翅片(7)固接在相邻的两个冷却管(8)之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器,其特征在于:所述的冷却管(8)为铝材料制成的方形管。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器,其特征在于:所述的翅片(7)呈锯齿状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种CPU冷却用铝制散热器,其特征在于:所述的侧板(1)上设置有螺纹孔,且侧板(1)通过螺栓与电子风扇(9)连接。
