本发明涉及一种弹性粒子、其制备方法及其应用,属于弹性粒子技术领域。
背景技术
作为新兴体育行业,人造草坪具有仿真度高、耐候性好、全天候使用、环保节能等性能,已被广泛应用于足球、曲棍球、门球等场地。为了满足人造草坪的运动性能,必须填充缓冲材料,传统的缓冲材料一般为黑色橡胶粒子,黑胶粒普遍存在弹性差、不环保、有异味的缺点,对草坪使用者有一定的潜在危害。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种弹性粒子,该弹性粒子弹性好、耐磨损,防滑并且耐用。
实现本发明的目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:
一种弹性粒子,所述弹性粒子包括重量份计的如下组分:
热塑性弹性体10-50份;
填充剂50-90份;
助剂0.1-10份。
作为优选,所述弹性粒子的直径为1.5-6mm。
作为优选,所述弹性粒子的邵氏硬度为A30~60。
作为优选,所述热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯型嵌段共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物和丙烯基热塑性弹性体中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
作为优选,所述填充剂为填充油、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、粉煤灰、高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、云母粉、石英粉和木质纤维素粉中的至少一种。
再优选地,所述的填充油为石蜡油、环烷油和芳烃油中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述助剂选自颜料、抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂中的至少一种。

实现本发明的目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:一种弹性粒子的应用,将弹性粒子铺设于人造草坪中,为使用者提供草坪缓冲性能。
作为优选,所述弹性粒子的铺设用量为5-18kg/m2
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明通过热塑性弹性体、填充剂和助剂以一定的配比组合,使弹性粒子达到良好的硬度及弹性,弹性粒子具有无毒、无味、健康、环保、100%可回收再利用、回弹性好、排水性好、耐久性好等优点;
2、本发明能够应用在人造草坪等场合,以一定的重量铺设,使人造草坪,具有良好的运动性能。
具体实施方式
下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
一种弹性粒子,其特征在于所述弹性粒子包括重量份计的如下组分:
热塑性弹性体10-50份;
填充剂50-90份;
助剂0.1-10份。
所述弹性粒子的直径为1.5-6mm;
获得的弹性粒子具有良好的排水效果,渗透系数为6.0×10-2~2.4×10-2cm/s。
所述弹性粒子的邵氏硬度为A30~60。
所述热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯型嵌段共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物和丙烯基热塑性弹性体中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
所述填充剂为填充油、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、粉煤灰、高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、云母粉、石英粉和木质纤维素粉中的至少一种;其中,所述的填充油为石蜡油、环烷油和芳烃油中的至少一种。

以上弹性粒子的制备方法包括以下步骤:

实施例1~3
一种弹性粒子,所述弹性粒子的组分如表1所示:

弹性粒子的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照表1秤取好各组分,高速混合机搅拌均匀,
2)然后用双螺杆挤出机组在挤出温度为110-250℃的条件下挤出造粒,切粒方式为水下模面切粒,即得。
对实施例1~3中的弹性粒子进行检测:选取典型的人造草坪(规格:1/2”行距、50mm草高、180针/米)作为标准,将实施例1~3得到的弹性粒子均匀铺设,铺设重量为12kg/m2,然后对铺设好的人造草坪以FIFA人造草坪品质概念中的测试方法进行检测,球滚动(Ball Roll)的测试方法为FIFA 03/05-1,冲击吸收(Shock Absorption)的测试方法为FIFA 04/05-1和FIFA 10/05-1,扭矩(Retational Resistance)的测试方法为FIFA 06/05-1和FIFA 10/05-1;检测结果如表2所示:

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性粒子,其特征在于:所述弹性粒子的邵氏硬度为A30~60。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性粒子,其特征在于:所述热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯型嵌段共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物和丙烯基热塑性弹性体中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性粒子,其特征在于:所述填充剂为填充油、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、粉煤灰、高岭土、硅藻土、滑石粉、云母粉、石英粉和木质纤维素粉中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的弹性粒子,其特征在于:所述的填充油为石蜡油、环烷油和芳烃油中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性粒子,其特征在于:所述助剂选自颜料、抗氧剂和抗紫外线剂中的至少一种。
  8. 一种根据权利要求1所述的弹性粒子的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    1)按照配方秤取好各组分,高速混合机搅拌均匀;
    2)然后用双螺杆挤出机组在挤出温度为110-250℃的条件下挤出造粒,切粒方式为水环模面切粒、水下模面切粒、风冷模面切粒或拉条切粒,即得。
  9. 一种根据权利要求1所述的弹性粒子的应用,其特征在于:将弹性粒子铺设于人造草坪中,为使用者提供草坪缓冲性能。
