所述机架1上于所述两块侧板7的外侧均设置有一传动丝杆9,两根传动丝杆9通过轴承座10平行间隔设置于机架1上,所述两根传动丝杆9上均安装有丝杆螺母11,所述两根传动丝杆9的驱动端均安装有同步带轮12,两个同步带轮12之间连接有同步带13,减速电机14的输出轴与其中的一个同步带轮12连接。该驱动结构使得刮板6的清扫动作更加稳定可靠。
所述刮板6两端均固定有一刮板固定销15,两根刮板固定销15的外端均偏心连接于一圆板16上,所述圆板16的中心处固定有转动杆17的第一端,所述转动杆17的第二端可转动地设置于转动座18上,所述转动座18固定连接于所述丝杆螺母11。所述转动杆17上安装有扭簧19,所述扭簧19的第一端连接于所述圆板16上,第二端连接于所述转动座18上。刮板固定销15与所述圆板16的偏心连接,能够使刮板6很好地与宠物活动平台2贴合,扭簧19用于控制刮板6向下的压力,以使清扫动作更加稳定可靠,不会造成刮漏。
所述排泄物打包机构包括可拆装地设置于所述落污口5下方的打包袋盒20,所述打包袋盒20的下方安装有自动封口机构21,所述机架1上平行间隔固定有两根导轨22,参见图6,所述打包袋盒20包括壳体200,所述壳体200包括上顶板201和通过卡扣连接于所述上顶板201底部的外筒体202,所述两根导轨22上对应开设有卡槽且两者的设置距离配合所述上顶板201的宽度设置,所述壳体200安装时通过将上顶板201的两侧边卡于所述卡槽内推入机架1内,取下壳体200时只需将上顶板201从两根导轨22上抽出即可。
所述上顶板201的中心处开设有通孔203,所述通孔203的边缘向下延伸有用于套设打包袋的内筒体204,所述打包袋采用一端开口,一端封闭的通长袋,安装时通过打包袋的开口端堆叠套于所述内筒体204上,所述外筒体202位于所述内筒体204的外围,且所述外筒体202的长度大于所述内筒体204的长度。
所述外筒体202的两侧边上均安装有驱动轮组件,所述驱动轮组件位于所述内筒体204的下方,所述驱动轮组件包括相互贴合的主动橡胶轮205和被动橡胶轮206,两个主动橡胶轮205之间连接有驱动轴207,两个被动橡胶轮206通过轮 轴208安装于所述外筒体202内。所述驱动轴207的一端连接有第一伞形齿轮209,驱动电机210的输出轴上固定有与所述第一伞形齿轮209相啮合的第二伞形齿轮211。
所述内筒体204的两侧边上对应安装有用于将打包袋撑开的弹簧片212,使用时,需要预先将打包袋套于内筒体204上,通过弹簧片212将打包袋撑开,使所述打包袋的两侧边卡于主动橡胶轮205和被动橡胶轮206之间。
所述自动封口机构21包括通过固定螺丝213固定于机架1上的两根导向杆214,所述两根导向杆214平行间隔设置,所述两根导向杆214上可移动地穿设有第一发热块215和第二发热块216,所述第一发热块215连接有推杆电机217,所述第二发热块216上安装有用于将打包袋在封口处切断的刀片218,所述第二发热块216的中部沿所述第二发热块216的压合面设置有间隙219,所述刀片218的尾端固定于所述机架1上,所述刀片218的头端为刀口端设置于所述间隙219内,所述刀片218在第一发热块215和第二发热块216封口压合时沿压合处的中部将袋子切断。
所述两根导向杆214上于所述第二发热块216的外侧安装有复位弹簧220,所述第一发热块215和第二发热块216的压合面采用相互配合的锯齿面,所述刀片218的刀口端为锯齿形。
所述第一发热块215和第二发热块216均采用电加热,两者内均设置有电加热管。当然所述第一发热块215和第二发热块216也可均采用PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient,正温度系数)加热,两者内均设置有PTC发热器件,以提高第一发热块215和第二发热块216的发热稳定性、降低功耗和延长发热块使用寿命。
使用时,将宠物放置于宠物活动平台2上,宠物可通过储水装置3和储粮装置4进行饮水和进食。初始状态下,刮板6在宠物活动平台2上处于远离落污孔5的一端,若检测装置检测到宠物活动平台2上有宠物排泄物,检测装置发送信号给减速电机14,减速电机14转动通过同步带13驱动两根传动丝杆9同步转动,进而由丝杆螺母11带动刮板6向靠近落污孔5的一端移动,刮板6对宠物活动平台2上的宠物排泄物进行清扫,当刮板6移动到落污孔5处时,减速电机14停机最终将宠物排泄物清扫到落污孔5中。最后由减速电机14再驱动刮板6进行复位,即完成一次清扫动作。
宠物排泄物经落污孔5落下后通过通孔203落入打包袋后,驱动电机210带动驱动轴207转动,带动主动橡胶轮205和被动橡胶轮206转动,从而带动打包袋向下移动到位于第一发热块215和第二发热块216之间的合适位置时,推杆电机217启动,推动第一发热块215沿两根导向杆214向靠近第二发热块216的方向移动,最终第一发热块215和第二发热块216通过压合面将打包袋进行压合加热封口,压合的同时刀片218沿压合处的中部将打包袋切断,完成对宠物排泄物的自动打包。
工业实用性
本公开提供的宠物生活系统与相关技术相比所述宠物生活系统不仅具有对宠物进行喂食和饮水的功能;而且能够实现对宠物排泄物的自动清扫和封装。在很大程度上方便了宠物的喂养,避免了宠物排泄物对室内环境的污染。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种宠物生活系统,包括机架,以及设置在所述机架上的宠物活动平台,所述宠物活动平台的第一端作为宠物进出口,所述宠物活动平台的第二端外侧设置有储水装置和储粮装置,所述宠物活动平台上设置有用于对宠物排泄物自动清理的清扫机构和用于宠物排泄物落下的落污孔,所述机架上于所述落污孔的下方设置有用于对从落污孔中落下的宠物排泄物自动封装的排泄物打包机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物生活系统,其中,所述清扫机构包括贴紧且横穿所述宠物活动平台设置的刮板,所述刮板两端均设置有刮板固定销,所述刮板固定销的外端均偏心连接于一圆板上,所述圆板的中心处固定有转动杆的第一端,所述转动杆的第二端可转动地设置于转动座上,两个转动座分别固定连接于两个丝杆螺母上,所述两个丝杆螺母分别安装于两根传动丝杆上,所述两根传动丝杆通过轴承座平行间隔设置于所述宠物活动平台的两侧,且所述两根传动丝杆的驱动端均安装有同步带轮,两个同步带轮之间连接有同步带,减速电机的输出轴与其中的一个同步带轮连接,所述减速电机驱动刮板沿宠物活动平台往复运动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物生活系统,其中,所述宠物活动平台上设置有用于检测宠物活动平台上是否有排泄物的检测装置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的宠物生活系统,其中,所述转动杆上安装有扭簧,所述扭簧的第一端连接于所述圆板上,第二端连接于所述转动座上。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的宠物生活系统,其中,所述排泄物打包机构包括可拆装地设置于所述落污口下方的打包袋盒,所述打包袋盒的下方安装有自动封口机构,所述打包袋盒包括壳体,所述壳体的顶部开设有通孔,所述通孔的边缘向下延伸有用于套设打包袋的内筒体,所述壳体上于所述内筒体的外围设置有外筒体,所述外筒体的两侧边上均安装有驱动轮组件,所述驱动轮组件包括相互贴合的主动轮和被动轮,所述打包袋通过开口端堆叠套于所述内筒体上且所述打包袋两侧边卡于所述主动轮和被动轮之间,所述主动轮连接有驱动电机,所述自动封口机构包括平行间隔固定于所述机架上的两根导向杆,所述两根导向杆上可移动地穿设有第一发热块和第二发热块,所述第一发热块连接有推杆电机,所述第二发热块上安装有用于将打包袋在封口处切断的刀片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物生活系统,其中,所述内筒体的两侧边上对应安装有用于将打包袋撑开的弹簧片。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物生活系统,其中,所述外筒体的长度大于所述内筒体的长度,所述驱动轮组件设置于所述内筒体的下方,两个主动轮之间连接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴的一端连接有第一伞形齿轮,所述驱动电机的输出轴上固定有与所述第一伞形齿轮相啮合的第二伞形齿轮,两个被动轮均通过轮轴安装于所述外筒体内。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物生活系统,其中,所述第二发热块的中部沿所述第二发热块的压合面设置有间隙,所述刀片的尾端固定于所述机架上,所述刀片的头端为刃口端设置于所述间隙内,所述刀片在第一发热块和第二发热块封口压合时沿压合处的中部将袋子切断。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的宠物生活系统,其中,所述机架上固定有两根导轨,所述两根导轨上均开设有卡槽,所述壳体装配后所述壳体的两侧边卡于所述卡槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物生活系统,其中,所述储水装置采用水位压力平衡式的饮水桶,所述饮水桶内安装有液位传感器,所述液位传感器通过控制器与主人的远程控制终端通信连接。
