Description

鼓状工件夹紧装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工装,具体涉及到一种用于夹紧鼓状工件的夹紧装置。
背景技术
在金属加工行业中,会出现各种形状的产品需要进行加工,例如鼓状工件,其包括上圆盘部、下圆盘部以及两者之间的连接部,其中上圆盘部的上表面为具有一定弧度的弧面,下圆盘部的下表面也为具有一定弧度的弧面,在于上圆盘部的上表面或下圆盘部的下表面进行加工孔(或其他形状)时,需将鼓状工件进行牢固的固定。常规的固定方式为定位夹具,其包括第一定位块和第二定位块,第二定位块在气缸的作用下与第一定位块合并,且两者之间形成用于定位连接部的空间。由于上圆盘部和下圆盘部没进行定位,仅仅靠定位连接部,定位效果差,在加工过程中工件可能出现轻微偏转的现象,影响工件的加工质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种鼓状工件夹紧装置,其能够牢固地鼓状工件,从而克服了现有技术的不足。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种鼓状工件夹紧装置,包括:
平行开闭气动机构,所述平行开闭气动机构的两端分别连接至少一个卡爪,所述卡爪用于卡勾住鼓状工件的上口部的边缘,在平行开闭气动机构的带动下,所述卡爪向内或向外平行运动;
真空吸附机构,所述真空吸附机构包括括用于放置工件的基体,所述基体包括一个吸附面,所述吸附面上开设有多个吸气孔,该基体内部开设有通气道,所述通气道用于与外部真空装置相连,所述吸附面与鼓状工件的下口部的内表面相匹配。
优选的,所述卡爪包括一勾部,所述勾部用于勾住鼓状工件的上口部的边缘。
优选的,所述平行开闭气动机构的两端分别连接两个卡爪。
优选的,所述平行开闭气动机构的上方连接升降机构。
进一步的,所述升降机构采用Z轴方向运动的机械臂或升降气缸。
通过以上技术方案,本实用新型提供的鼓状工件夹紧装置在工作时,首先,真空吸附机
构将鼓状工件的下口部吸附住,接着,平行开闭气动机构水平向内侧运动,从而带动夹爪将鼓状工件的上口部卡勾住,如此可以实现鼓状工件牢固夹紧的目的,从而方便精确加工鼓状工件。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本实用新型实施例是针对鼓状工件而设计,参见图1所示,该鼓状工件包括上圆盘部K1、下圆盘部K3以及两者之间的连接部K2,其中,上圆盘部K1具有上口部,下圆盘部K3具有下口部。
参见图2-3所示,本实用新型实施例公开了一种鼓状工件夹紧装置,包括:
平行开闭气动机构11,平行开闭气动机构11的两端分别连接至少一个卡爪12,卡爪12用于卡勾住鼓状工件的上口部的边缘,在平行开闭气动机构11的带动下,卡爪12向内或向外平行运动;
真空吸附机构,真空吸附机构包括括用于放置工件的基体13,基体13包括一个吸附面131,吸附面131上开设有多个吸气孔,该基体13内部开设有通气道,通气道用于与外部真空装置相连,吸附面131与鼓状工件的下口部的内表面相匹配。
优选的,卡爪12包括一勾部,勾部用于勾住鼓状工件的上口部的边缘。
优选的,平行开闭气动机构11的两端分别连接两个卡爪12。
优选的,平行开闭气动机构11的上方连接升降机构14。进一步的,升降机构14采用Z轴方向运动的机械臂或升降气缸。
本实用新型提供的鼓状工件夹紧装置的工作原理如下:
首先,真空吸附机构将鼓状工件的下口部吸附住,接着,升降机构14带动整个鼓状工件 夹紧装置下行,并靠近鼓状工件K,此时,平行开闭气动机构11水平向内侧运动,从而带动卡爪12将鼓状工件K的上口部卡勾住,如此可以实现鼓状工件牢固夹紧的目的,从而方便精确加工鼓状工件。

    平行开闭气动机构,所述平行开闭气动机构的两端分别连接至少一个卡爪,所述卡爪用于卡勾住鼓状工件的上口部的边缘,在平行开闭气动机构的带动下,所述卡爪向内或向外平行运动;
    真空吸附机构,所述真空吸附机构包括括用于放置工件的基体,所述基体包括一个吸附面,所述吸附面上开设有多个吸气孔,该基体内部开设有通气道,所述通气道用于与外部真空装置相连,所述吸附面与鼓状工件的下口部的内表面相匹配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的鼓状工件夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述卡爪包括一勾部,所述勾部用于勾住鼓状工件的上口部的边缘。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的鼓状工件夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述平行开闭气动机构的两端分别连接两个卡爪。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的鼓状工件夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述平行开闭气动机构的上方连接升降机构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的鼓状工件夹紧装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构采用Z轴方向运动的机械臂或升降气缸。
