- Fuse is a device that protects a circuit or system by blocking overcurrent. It is widely used to prevent secondary damage such as circuit protection or fire in most circuits, and environmental problems have been raised due to recent environmental concerns. As a result, there is an increasing interest in and demand for eco-friendly renewable energy that can replace fossil fuels that have a major impact on environmental issues. Accordingly, the necessity for developing eco-friendly renewable energy sources is increasing.
- Secondary batteries are one of the energy sources that can replace these fossil fuels, and they are used semi-permanently by charging the electricity generated when the current supplied from the external power source causes the oxidation / reduction reaction of the material between the anode and the cathode. This is a possible battery.
- Secondary batteries not only have the primary advantage of significantly reducing the use of fossil fuels, but also have the advantage that no by-products are generated due to the use of energy. In addition, unlike a primary battery that writes away once, a secondary battery has an advantage of being able to be charged several times. Due to these advantages, secondary batteries are used in electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid vehicles (HVs), energy storage systems (ESSs) or uninterruptible power sources using medium and large batteries used for home or industrial purposes. It is used in a wide range of fields such as UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).

It is also important to prevent damage to the load from reverse voltage, which can occur if the battery pack internal circuit is disconnected or damaged by external conditions or abnormal conditions.

It is possible to prevent the first MOSFET from malfunctioning. To this end, the resistor unit 120 may have one side connected to the gate terminal of the first MOSFET 110 and the other side connected to the ground terminal. For example, when the battery reverse voltage prevention system 100 is to be used in an environment in which the transition time is fast and PWM control is performed at a high frequency, current due to capacitance charge / discharge may not be ignored. In this case, the driving device may fail or malfunction. Therefore, by connecting the resistor 120 to the gate terminal of the first MOSFET 110, it is possible to limit the capacitance and the current, thereby preventing the malfunction and failure of the first MOSFET 110.

This may have the same effect as lowering the resistance value of the resistor unit 120 or not connecting the resistor unit 120.
