本发明实施例通过获取预设范围内车辆的行驶信息;根据获取的车辆的行驶信息判断是否有违法行驶的车辆;若有,则判断所述违法行驶的危险等级;根据获得的违法行驶的危险等级发送不同的提示信息。从而可以实时监控周围车辆行驶的信息,并能在周围行驶的车辆出现违法行驶的情况下发出提示信息,以提醒驾驶员注意行驶安全,从而提高了行驶过程中的安全性。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种非法行驶记录方法,参照图1,在一实施例中,该非法行驶记录方法包括:
步骤S10,获取预设范围内的车辆的行驶信息;
本实施例中通过至少两个设置在机动车车辆上的摄像头拍摄机动车周围车辆的行驶信息;其中所述至少两个设置在机动车车辆上的摄像头一个设置在机动车正面区域,用以拍摄机动车前方的其他车辆行驶信息;另一个设置在机动车车顶上,用以拍摄机动车两侧以及车后的其他车辆行驶信息。具体地,所述摄像头可以设置在车辆的车头灯内,用来拍摄车辆前方的其他车辆行驶信息;还可以设置在车辆的车尾灯内,用来拍摄车辆后方的其他车辆行驶信息。具体可根据实际情况设置。
具体地,摄像头拍摄周围车辆的图像,并传送到处理器中,完成图像采集过程。采集到的图像信号由控制主板中内置的图像处理程序进行处理,并借助神经网络辅助SUI评价图像质量,去除图像噪声。摄像头拍摄得到周围车辆的行驶信息包括车辆的行驶速度、车辆的行驶方向等信息。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的还包括一个安装在车辆驾驶室顶部前端与车辆中轴线重合,但不影响驾驶员的视线的摄像头,摄像头在车辆进行过程中直接拍摄车道图像,通过对摄取的道路图像进行分析计算,在车辆偏离出车道之间发出警告,起到预警的作用,对提高车辆行驶安全性有很大益处。
步骤S20,根据获取的车辆的行驶信息判断是否有违法行驶的车辆;
本实施例中通过将获取到的周围车辆的行驶信息发送至信息处理中心,从而根据车辆的行驶情况判断是否有违法行驶的行为。例如,车辆内的云系统与互联网或者是交通部门的网络系统相连,可实时的了解当前行驶的道路的限定车速,此时可根据获得的当前获得的车辆的车速与限定车速进行比较,若当前的车速大于限定车速则该车辆为超速行驶,那么判定该车辆为违法行驶的车辆。或者若拍摄获得周围车辆有逆向行驶的车辆,则判定该车辆为违法行驶的车辆。
步骤S30,若有,则判断所述车辆违法行驶的危险等级;
本实施例中还可以根据判断获得周围行驶的车辆有违法行驶的车辆时,进一步地判断该违法行驶的车辆违法行驶的类别,并根据违法行驶的类别判断该车辆违法行驶的危险等级。可以理解的是,车辆系统内设置了不同的违法行驶的危险等级,比如说当违法行驶的车辆是超速行驶时,那么根据系统内设定的超速行驶的危险等级是二级,那么此时可判定该车辆的违法行驶的危险等级为二级,并相应的做出处理。具体地,所述违法行驶包括逆行、超速行驶、闯红灯等等。
步骤S40,根据获得的违法行使的危险等级发送相应的提示信息至预设终端。
本实施例中可根据不同的违法行驶的危险等级发送不同的提示信息。可以理解的是,当违法行驶为超速行驶,危险等级为二级时,本车辆系统将发送鸣笛的提示信息至车辆的鸣笛警报器,鸣笛警报器将发出鸣笛的警告,以提醒本车驾驶员以及违法行驶车辆的驾驶员。以使违法行驶车辆的驾驶员及时意识到该超速行驶行为,并意识到其超速行驶行为可能给他人带来危险;同时也可以提醒本车驾驶员注意避开违法行驶的车辆或者使驾驶员进一步以按喇叭或者打开双闪等方式提醒违法行驶车辆的驾驶员。又或者当发现车辆随意变道的违法行驶行为时,随意变道的危险等级别定义四级,此时本车辆系统将发送开启双闪的提示信息至双闪打开处理终端处,使本车辆开启双闪,以警示违法行驶的车辆。
需要说明的是,本车辆还可以与交通部门的网站进行通讯连接,当拍摄到有违法行驶车辆并且违法行驶的危险等级较高,又或者是发现违法行驶的车辆并且对其进行了提示,但是违法行驶的车辆并不改变违法行驶的行为时,可以将违法行驶车辆信息下发至交通部门的网站。
本发明实施例通过获取机动车周围车辆的行驶信息;将获取的信息发送至信息处理中心,判断是否有违法行驶的车辆;若有,则进一步判断违法行使的危险等级;根据获得的违法行使的危险等级发送不同的提示信息。从而可以实时监控周围车辆行驶的信息,并能在周围行驶的车辆出现违法行驶的情况下发出提示信息,以提醒驾驶员注意行驶安全,从而提高了行驶过程中的安全性。
进一步地,参照图2,基于本发明非法行驶记录方法第一实施例,在本发明非法行驶记录方法第二实施例中,上述步骤S20包括:
步骤S21,将拍摄获得的机动车周围车辆的行驶信息与预设的信息进行比较;
步骤S22,若所获得的信息与预设信息不能匹配,则判定所拍摄的车辆为违法行驶的车辆。
在本实施例中,车辆的车载系统预先设置有判断车辆是否为违法行驶的预设信息,例如如果车辆在某一路段内的车速大于60km/h则该车辆判定为超速行驶;又或者车辆在需要转向行驶时为打开转向灯则判定为违法行驶;等等。当摄像头拍摄获取到车辆的行驶信息时,如当获取车辆行驶的车速为50km/h,此时车辆行驶的车速落在60km/h内,则获取的车速信息与预设的车速信息匹配,该车辆未超速行驶。
可以理解的是,在本实施例中可以具体设定一些常见的违法行驶行为对应的预设信息参数,以实现对违法行驶行为的快速判断。通过本实施例的判定方法,可快速判定出所拍摄到的车辆是否存在违法行驶行为,从而对所驾驶的车辆的周围车辆信息实时监控。
进一步地,参照图3,基于本发明非法行驶记录方法第二实施例,在本发明非法行驶记录第三实施例中,上述S30还包括:
步骤S31,获取判定为违法行驶车辆的行驶信息,并分析获得所述行驶信息中的违法行驶参数;
步骤S32,将所获得的违法行驶参数与预设的违法行驶的类别信息进行比较,得到所述违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别;。
步骤S33,根据预设的违法行驶的类别的危险等级划分得到所述违法行驶车辆的危险等级
在本实施例中,在根据上述的步骤判断得到所拍摄的车辆的行驶是否为违法行驶后,进一步地分析得到违法行驶车辆的违法行驶参数,将违法行驶车辆的违法行驶参数与预设的违法行驶的类别信息进行比较,从而可以得到违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别。具体地,车辆内预先设置了各种违法行驶行为的危险等级,例如将逆向行驶的危险等级列为一级,将超速行驶的危险等级列为二级,将闯红灯的危险等级列为三级,等等。具体可根据实际需要进行设置。当判断到所拍摄的车辆处于违法行驶的状态时,进一步得到违法行驶的车辆的违法行驶的类别,即判断出违法行驶的车辆是处于超速行驶还是闯红灯等违法行驶状态;得到违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别时,可进一步判断出该类别所处的危险等级,从而根据危险等级进行相应的处理。
采用本实施例的方法不仅可快速判断出违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别,还可以快速判断出违法行驶车辆的违法行驶危险等级,从而可对该车辆发出不同的提示,提高了安全驾驶的可能性。
本发明还提供一种非法行驶记录装置,参照图4,在一实施例中,本发明提供的非法行驶记录装置包括:
信息获取模块10,用于获取预设范围内的车辆的行驶信息;
本实施例中通过通过至少两个设置在机动车车辆上的摄像头拍摄机动车周围车辆的行驶信息;其中所述至少两个设置在机动车车辆上的摄像头一个设置在机动车正面区域,用以拍摄机动车前方的其他车辆行驶信息信息;另一个设置在机动车车顶上,用以拍摄机动车两侧以及车后的其他车辆行驶信息。具体地,所述摄像头可以设置在车辆的车头灯内,用来拍摄车辆前方的其他车辆行驶信息;还可以设置在车辆的车尾灯内,用来拍摄车辆后方的其他车辆行驶信息。具体可根据实际情况设置。
具体地,摄像头拍摄周围车辆的图像或者是视频,并传送到处理器中,完成图像采集过程。采集到的图像信号由控制主板中内置的图像处理程序进行处理,并借助神经网络辅助SUI评价图像质量,去除图像噪声。摄像头拍摄得到周围车辆的行驶信息包括车辆的行驶速度、车辆的行驶方向等信息。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的还包括一个安装在车辆驾驶室顶部前端与车辆中轴线重合,但不影响驾驶员的视线的摄像头,摄像头在车辆进行过程中直接拍摄车道图像,通过对摄取的道路图像进行分析计算,在车辆偏离出车道之间发出警告,起到预警的作用,对提高车辆行驶安全性有很大益处。
信息处理模块20,用于根据获取的车辆的行驶信息判断是否有违法行驶的车辆;
本实施例中通过将获取到的周围车辆的行驶信息发送至信息处理中心,从而根据车辆的行驶情况判断是否有违法行驶的行为。如,车辆内的云系统与互联网或者是交通部门的网络系统相连,可实时的了解当前行驶的道路的限定车速,此时可根据获得的当前获得的车辆的车速与限定车速进行比较,若当前的车速大于限定车速则该车辆为超速行驶,那么判定该车辆为违法行驶的车辆。或者若拍摄获得周围车辆有逆行行驶的车辆,则判定该车辆为违法行驶的车辆。
判断模块30,用于若有违法行驶的车辆则判断所述车辆违法行驶的危险等级;
本实施例中还可以根据判断获得周围行驶的车辆有违法行驶的车辆时,进一步地判断该违法行驶的车辆违法行驶的类别,并根据违法行驶的类别判断该车辆违法行驶的危险等级。可以理解的是,车辆系统内设置了不同的违法行驶的危险等级,比如说当违法行驶的车辆是超速行驶时,那么根据系统内设定的超速行驶的危险等级是二级,那么此时可判定该车辆的违法行驶的危险等级为二级,并相应的做出处理。具体地,所述违法行驶包括逆行、超速行驶、闯红灯等等。
进一步地,所述判断模块还包括闯红灯识别子模块,所述闯红灯识别子模块为现有技术,对摄像头拍摄到视频帧进行二值换算,再对二值化的图像进行边缘化,利用霍夫变换检测出圆形,判断该圆形是否为红色,并判断该车辆是否在警戒区内,如果在,则说明该车辆窗红灯,将识别结果发送至判断模块,进一步判断其危险等级。
进一步地,所述判断模块还包括逆行识别子模块,所述逆行识别子模块为现有技术,利用运动物体类。帧差算法,判断车辆是否在警戒区内,计算帧内运动物体是否为同一物体,输出一场时间元数据控制;根据车辆的起点和终点,当车辆行驶方向和规定的正方向的夹角成钝角时,则可判断该车辆逆行,如果逆行,则进一步将结果发送至判断模块,进一步判断其危险等级。
提示模块40,用于根据获得的违法行驶的危险等级发送相应的提示信息至预设终端。
本实施例中可根据不同的违法行驶的危险等级发送不同的提示信息。可以理解的是,当违法行驶为超速行驶,危险等级为二级时,本车辆系统将发送鸣笛的提示信息至车辆的鸣笛警报器,鸣笛警报器将发出鸣笛的警告,以提醒本车驾驶员以及违法行驶车辆的驾驶员。以使违法行驶车辆的驾驶员及时意识到该超速行驶行为,并意识到其超速行驶行为可能给他人带来危险;同时也可以提醒本车驾驶员注意避开违法行驶的车辆或者使驾驶员进一步以按喇叭或者打开双闪等方式提醒违法行驶车辆的驾驶员。又或者当发现车辆随意变道的违法行驶行为时,随意变道的危险等级别定义四级,此时本车辆系统将发送开启双闪的提示信息至双闪打开处理终端处,使本车辆开启双闪,以警示违法行驶的车辆。
需要说明的是,本车辆还可以与交通部门的网站进行通讯连接,当拍摄到有违法行驶车辆并且违法行驶的危险等级较高,又或者是发现违法行驶的车辆并且对其进行了提示,但是违法行驶的车辆并不改变违法行驶的行为时,可以将违法行驶车辆信息下发至交通部门的网站。
本发明实施例通过获取机动车周围车辆的行驶信息;将获取的信息发送至信息处理中心,判断是否有违法行驶的车辆;若有,则进一步判断违法行使的危险等级;根据获得的违法行使的危险等级发送不同的提示信息。从而可以实时监控周围车辆行驶的信息,并能在周围行驶的车辆出现违法行驶的情况下发出提示信息,以提醒驾驶员注意行驶安全,从而提高了行驶过程中的安全性。
进一步地,参照图5,基于本发明非法行驶记录装置第一实施例,在本发明非法行驶记录装置第二实施例中,上述信息处理模块20包括:
第二比较单元21,用于将拍摄获得的机动车周围车辆的行驶信息与预设的信息进行比较;
第二判定单元22,用于当所获得的信息与预设信息不能匹配时,则判定所拍摄的车辆为违法行驶的车辆。
在本实施例中,车辆的车载系统预先设置有判断车辆是否为违法行驶的预设信息,例如如果车辆在某一路段内的车速大于60km/h则该车辆判定为超速行驶;又或者车辆在需要转向行驶时为打开转向灯则判定为违法行驶;等等。当摄像头拍摄获取到车辆的行驶信息时,如当获取车辆行驶的车速为50km/h,此时车辆行驶的车速落在60km/h内,则获取的车速信息与预设的车速信息匹配,该车辆未超速行驶。

进一步地,参照图6,基于本发明非法行驶记录装置第二实施例,在本发明非法行驶记录装置第三实施例中,上述判断模块包括:
分析单元31,用于获取判定为违法行驶车辆的行驶信息,并分析获得所述行驶信息中的违法行驶参数;
第三比较单元32,用于将所获得的违法行驶参数与预设的违法行驶的类别信息进行比较,得到所述违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别;。
等级划分单元33,根据预设的违法行驶的类别的危险等级划分得到所述违法行驶车辆的危险等级
在本实施例中,在根据上述的步骤判断得到所拍摄的车辆的行驶是否为违法行驶后,进一步地分析得到违法行驶车辆的违法行驶参数,将违法行驶车辆的违法行驶参数与预设的违法行驶的类别信息进行比较,从而可以得到违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别。具体地,车辆内预先设置了各种违法行驶行为的危险等级,例如将逆向行驶的危险等级列为一级,将超速行驶的危险等级列为二级,将闯红灯的危险等级列为三级,等等。具体可根据实际需要进行设置。当判断到所拍摄的车辆处于违法行驶的状态时,进一步得到违法行驶的车辆的违法行驶的类别,即判断出违法行驶的车辆是处于超速行驶还是闯红灯等违法行驶状态;得到违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别时,可进一步判断出该类别所处的危险等级,从而根据危险等级进行相应的处理。
采用本实施例的方法不仅可快速判断出违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别,还可以快速判断出违法行驶车辆的违法行驶危险等级,从而可对该车辆发出不同的提示,提高了安全驾驶的可能性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种非法行驶记录方法,其特征在于,所述非法行驶记录方法包括以下步骤:
    获取预设范围内的车辆的行驶信息;
    根据获取的车辆的行驶信息判断是否有违法行驶的车辆;
    若有,则判断所述车辆违法行驶的危险等级;
    根据获得的违法行驶的危险等级发送相应的提示信息至预设终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的非法行驶记录方法,其特征在于,所述违法行驶包括逆向行驶、超速行驶以及闯红灯等。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的非法行驶记录方法,其特征在于,所述获取预设范围内的车辆的行驶信息的步骤包括:
    获取预设的摄像头拍摄的图像信息,以得到预设范围内车辆的行驶信息;其中所述预设的摄像头中至少有一个设置在机动车正面区域,用以拍摄第一预设范围内车辆的行驶信息;至少还有一个设置在机动车车顶上,用以拍摄第二预设范围内车辆的行驶信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的非法行驶记录方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否有违法行驶的车辆的步骤包括:
    将获得的预设范围内的车辆的行驶信息与预设的信息进行比较;
    若所获得的信息与预设信息不能匹配,则判定所述车辆为违法行驶的车辆。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的非法行驶记录方法,其特征在于,所述判断是否有违法行驶的车辆的步骤包括:
    将拍摄获得的预设范围内的车辆的行驶信息与预设的信息进行比较;
    若所获得的信息与预设信息不能匹配,则判定所拍摄的车辆为违法行驶的车辆。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的非法行驶记录方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述车辆违法行驶的危险等级的步骤包括:
    获取判定为违法行驶车辆的行驶信息,并分析获得所述行驶信息中的违法行驶参数;
    将所获得的违法行驶参数与预设的违法行驶的类别信息进行比较,得到所述违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别;
    根据预设的违法行驶类别的危险等级划分得到所述违法行驶车辆的危险等级。
  7. 一种非法行驶记录装置,其特征在于,所述非法行驶记录装置包括:
    信息获取模块,用于获取预设范围内车辆的行驶信息;
    信息处理模块,用于根据获取的车辆的行驶信息判断是否有违法行驶的车辆;
    判断模块,若有违法行驶的车辆则判断所述车辆违法行驶的危险等级;
    提示模块,用于根据获得的违法行驶的危险等级发送相应的提示信息至预设终端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的非法行驶记录装置,其特征在于,所述违法行驶包括逆向行驶、超速行驶以及闯红灯等。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的非法行驶记录装置,其特征在于,所述信息获取模块包括:
    摄像单元,用于获取预设的摄像头拍摄的图像信息,以得到预设范围内车辆的行驶信息;其中所述预设的摄像头中至少有一个设置在机动车正面区域,用以拍摄第一预设范围内车辆的行驶信息;至少还有一个设置在机动车车顶上,用以拍摄第二预设范围内车辆的行驶信息。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的非法行驶记录装置,其特征在于,所述信息处理模块包括:
    第一比较单元,用于将获得的预设范围内车辆的行驶信息与预设的信息进行比较;
    第一判定单元,用于当所获得的信息与预设信息不能匹配时,则判定所述车辆为违法行驶的车辆。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的非法行驶记录装置,其特征在于,所述信息处理模块包括:
    第二比较单元,用于将拍摄获得的预设范围内车辆的行驶信息与预设的信息进行比较;
    第二判定单元,用于当所获得的信息与预设信息不能匹配时,则判定所拍摄的车辆为违法行驶的车辆。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的非法行驶记录装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块包括:
    分析单元,用于获取判定为违法行驶车辆的行驶信息,并分析获得所述行驶信息中的违法行驶参数;
    第三比较单元,用于将所获得的违法行驶参数与预设的违法行驶的类别信息进行比较,得到所述违法行驶车辆的违法行驶类别;
    等级划分单元,用于根据预设的违法行驶类别的危险等级划分得到所述违法行驶车辆的危险等级。
