Description

一种姿态和结构多变的智能床垫
技术领域
本发明涉及护理器械领域,尤其涉及一种姿态和结构多变的智能床垫。
背景技术
目前,国内家庭养老护理和社会养老机构及医院病房的多功能护理床大部分必须在一个整体上实现多功能。这种传统整体多功能护理床的缺点比较明显:体积较大,重量较大,灵活性能差,安装运输不便。尤其是家庭养老护理中由于老年人不愿更换使用多年的床体,给护理员团队的护理带来了极大的考验。
申请号为201510386197.9的发明专利申请于2015年12月9日公布了一种多功能框架式护理床垫,包括可升降的靠背框架、抬腿框架和左右两侧翻身框架,链接合页,通过电动推杆,实现靠背升降,抬腿,左右翻身,可加装在普通单人床或双人床上使用等功能。但是该发明仍然结构复杂,成本高,体积和重量较大,运输不便,适用性差。另外,目前的护理床或者床垫在实现侧翻功能时都仅具有如图5中所示的结构,该结构容易在侧翻时,对人体造成挤压伤害。
因此,本领域技术人员致力于开发一种结构简单,重量轻,体积小,可拆卸,安装便捷,运输方便,适用性更强,同时具备侧翻防挤压功能的医疗护理用智能床垫。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的问题是:多功能护理床垫结构复杂,成本高,体积和重量较大,运输不便,适用性差,和在侧翻时容易对人体造成挤压伤害等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种智能床垫,包括:主框架和分段式框架;
其中,所述分段式框架包括左侧翻模块、右侧翻模块和防挤压模块;
所述左侧翻模块包括位于所述主框架的左侧的面板框架;所述右侧翻模块包括位于所述主框架的右侧的面板框架;所述防挤压模块位于所述左、右侧翻模块中间;
所述左侧翻模块和所述防挤压模块连接处形成左侧翻旋转中心;所述右侧翻模块和所述防挤压模块连接处形成右侧翻旋转中心。
进一步地,所述分段式框架还包括抬背模块和抬腿模块;
所述抬背模块包括位于所述主框架的头部的至少三个平行排列的面板框架;所述抬腿模块包括位于所述主框架的尾部的至少三个平行排列的面板框架;
所述抬背模块和其他面板框架连接处形成抬背旋转中心;所述抬腿模块和其他面板框架连接处形成抬腿旋转中心;
各面板框架通过旋转连接件连接。
进一步地,所述智能床垫还包括驱动单元,所述驱动单元和所述抬背模块的至少三个平行排列的面板框架的中间面板框架连接;
和/或所述驱动单元和抬腿模块的至少三个平行排列的面板框架的中间面板框架连接;
和/或所述驱动单元和所述左侧翻模块连接;
和/或所述驱动单元和所述右侧翻模块连接。
进一步地,所述抬背模块在所述驱动单元的作用下,绕所述抬背旋转中心旋转抬升并停留在固定位置;
和/或所述抬腿模块可在所述驱动单元的作用下,绕所述抬腿旋转中心旋转抬升并停留在固定位置;
和/或所述左侧翻模块可在所述驱动单元的作用下,绕所述左侧翻旋转中心旋转抬升并停留在固定位置;
和/或所述右侧翻模块可在所述驱动单元的作用下,绕所述右侧翻旋转中心旋转抬升并停留在固定位置。
进一步地,所述驱动单元为电动推杆或气动推杆。
进一步地,当左右侧翻时,所述左侧翻旋转中心和所述右侧翻旋转中心形成偶数轴倒角式结构。
进一步地,所述偶数轴倒角式结构为双轴倒角式结构。
进一步地,所述智能床垫还包括宽度调节机构,其中,所述宽度调节机构包括左侧宽度调节机构和/或右侧宽度调节机构。
进一步地,所述宽度调节结构包括滑块,导轨和抱箍。
进一步地,所述智能床垫可以沿抬背旋转中心和/或抬腿旋转中心将床垫拆分成至少两部分;所述驱动单元和各拆分部分设置为一体的。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)在实现背部抬起,腿部抬起,左右侧翻,可加装在普通床体上使用等基本功能的基础上,布局紧凑,结构简单,厚度较小,减少了背部抬起同步机构和腿部抬起同步机构两套同步机构,结构更加优化,重量更轻,体积更小,降低了制造成本。
2)当左右侧翻功能时,左侧翻旋转中心和右侧翻旋转中心形成双轴(偶数轴)倒角式结构。可有效防止侧翻时对人体造成的挤压伤害,实现侧翻防挤压功能。
3)可以对宽度进行调节,实现了能适用于不同宽度的床体,更加实用。
4)安装运输方便,大大减少安装运输所造成的困扰。

以下结合附图对发明的一个较佳实施例做进一步的描述。
如图1-4所示,一种姿态和结构多变的智能床垫,包括:主框架18,分段式框架,驱动单元21;其中,分段式框架床垫包括抬背模块、抬腿模块、左侧翻模块、右侧翻模块和防挤压模块。驱动单元21可以是电动推杆,也可以是气动推杆。
抬背模块包括位于主框架头部的平行排列的第一面板框架1,第二面板框架2;第三面板框架3;抬腿模块包括第五面板框架5,第六面板框架6,第七面板框架7,第八面板框架8,第九面板框架9,第十面板框架10,其中第六面板框架6,第七面板框架7和第八面板框架8组成抬腿辅助模块;左侧翻模块包括第三面板框架3,第四面板框架4,第五面板框架5,第六面板框架6;右侧翻模块包括第一面板框架1,第十二面板框架12,第十面板框架10,第八面板框架8。防挤压模块包括第二面板框架2,第十一面板框架11,第九面板框架9和第七面板框架7。
抬背模块和第四面板框架4,第十一面板框架11,第十二面板框架12连接处形成抬背旋转中心13;抬腿模块和第四面板框架4,第十一面板框架11,第十二面板框架12连接处形成抬腿旋转中心14;抬腿模块和抬腿辅助模块连接处形成抬腿辅助旋转中心17;左侧翻模块和防挤压模块连接处形成左侧翻旋转中心15;右侧翻模块和防挤压模块连接处形成右侧翻旋转中心16。
各面板框架通过旋转连接件连接,旋转连接件可以是铰链。
抬背模块的第二面板框架2连接有电动推杆21;抬腿模块第九面板框架9连接有电动推杆21。左侧翻模块的第四面板框架4连接有电动推杆21;右侧翻模块的第十二面板框架12连接有电动推杆21。
抬背模块可在电动推杆21的作用下,绕抬背旋转中心13旋转抬升并停留在固定位置。抬腿模块可在电动推杆21的作用下,绕抬腿旋转中心14旋转抬升并停留在固定位置。左侧翻模块可在电动推杆21的作用下,绕左侧翻旋转中心15旋转抬升并停留在固定位置。右侧翻模块可在电动推杆21的作用下,绕右侧翻旋转中心16旋转抬升并停留在固定位置。
在防挤压模块两侧形成左、右侧翻旋转中心;当左右侧翻时,左侧翻旋转中心15和右侧翻旋转中心16形成双轴(偶数轴)倒角式结构。
如图6所示,本发明所述的智能床垫还具有宽度调节机构;宽度调节结构包括左侧宽度调节机构19和右侧宽度调节机构20;宽度调节结构包括滑块22,导轨23和抱箍24。
如图7-9所示,本发明所述的智能床垫可以沿抬背旋转中心13,抬腿旋转中心14将床垫拆分成三部分;拆分时,电动推杆和各拆分框架设置为一体的。

  1. 一种智能床垫,其特征在于,包括:主框架和分段式框架;
    其中,所述分段式框架包括左侧翻模块、右侧翻模块和防挤压模块;
    所述左侧翻模块包括位于所述主框架的左侧的面板框架;所述右侧翻模块包括位于所述主框架的右侧的面板框架;所述防挤压模块位于所述左、右侧翻模块中间;
    所述左侧翻模块和所述防挤压模块连接处形成左侧翻旋转中心;所述右侧翻模块和所述防挤压模块连接处形成右侧翻旋转中心。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能床垫,其特征在于,所述分段式框架还包括抬背模块和抬腿模块;
    所述抬背模块包括位于所述主框架的头部的至少三个平行排列的面板框架;所述抬腿模块包括位于所述主框架的尾部的至少三个平行排列的面板框架;
    所述抬背模块和其他面板框架连接处形成抬背旋转中心;所述抬腿模块和其他面板框架连接处形成抬腿旋转中心;
    各面板框架通过旋转连接件连接。

    和/或所述左侧翻模块可在所述驱动单元的作用下,绕所述左侧翻旋转中心旋转抬升并停留在固定位置;
    和/或所述右侧翻模块可在所述驱动单元的作用下,绕所述右侧翻旋转中心旋转抬升并停留在固定位置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的智能床垫,其特征在于,所述驱动单元为电动推杆或气动推杆。
  6. 如权利要求1和2中任一权利要求所述的智能床垫,其特征在于,当左右侧翻时,所述左侧翻旋转中心和所述右侧翻旋转中心形成偶数轴倒角式结构。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的智能床垫,其特征在于,所述偶数轴倒角式结构为双轴倒角式结构。
  8. 如权利要求1和2中任一权利要求所述的智能床垫,其特征在于,所述智能床垫还包括宽度调节机构,其中,所述宽度调节机构包括左侧宽度调节机构和/或右侧宽度调节机构。
