本发明还提供一种沙发,具有靠背和小腿架板,上述沙发椅架,第一支承构件支撑小腿架板,第二支承构件支撑靠背。解决了沙发椅架靠背和搁脚传动结构复杂,组装困难,可靠性差的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
一种沙发椅架,包括支承构件,支承构件支承沙发的靠背或小腿架板;沙发椅架还包括驱动支承构件回转运动的驱动装置。
本发明中采用回转运动伸展或者收缩沙发的小腿架板,采用回转运动升降沙发的靠背,相对于现有技术中直线运动推杆的结构,回转运动结构得到显著的简化,可靠性也增强。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
第一实施例
如图2所示的沙发椅架100立体图,沙发椅架100为沙发的靠背、坐垫、小腿架板(未示出)提供支撑,是沙发的框架。沙发小腿架板用于在用户平趟于沙发时,放置小腿,使小腿可伸展处于舒适的状态。其中沙发靠背和小腿架板是可以调整角度的。小腿架板的打开和折叠可以使小腿架板处于使用和收纳状态,使用状态下,还可以根据用户的喜好调节小腿架板的角度。靠背的角度调整以使用户以舒适的姿态的躺在沙发上。
为了实现上述的效果,沙发椅架100包括有支承构件,支承构件用于支承沙发的靠背或小腿架板。在本实施例中,沙发椅架100还包括驱动装置,驱动支承构件回转运动,沙发的靠背或小腿架板也随之回转。
该驱动装置可以通过外部电源供电,也可采用其它的气动、液压等驱动装置,在此不再限制。
在其它实施例中,支承构件也可以属于沙发靠背或小腿架板的组成部分。
需要指出的是,本发明所称“回转运动”,是指支承构件能够相对于沙发椅架的其它构件回转摆动,以实现靠背或小腿架板的摆动。不同的回转情况在下面的实施例中将详细陈述。
在本实施例中,沙发椅架还具有回转连接件,支承构件与驱动装置之间通过回转连接件传动。回转连接件一端连接在支承沙发的靠背或小腿架板的支承构件,另一端连接到驱动装置。
在本实施例中,如图5所示,回转连接件设置内齿轮23,驱动装置设置外齿轮24,内齿轮23和外齿轮24啮合。啮合方式的传动防止支承构件摆动回缩。
在其它实施例中,回转连接件设置外齿轮,驱动装置设置内齿轮, 内齿轮与外齿轮啮合,也可以达到相同的技术效果。
本实施例的沙发椅架靠背和小腿架板都可以摆动回转。其支承构件包括第一支承构件和第二支承构件。第一支承构件支承小腿架板,第二支撑构件支承靠背。第一支承构件和第二支撑构件分别绕椅架的其它结构回转,使靠背和小腿架板都具有回转升降的功能。驱动装置为独立的两个,包括驱动第一支承构件回转的第一驱动装置10和驱动第二支承构件回转的第二驱动装置20。
相应地,回转连接件也包括第一回转连接件11和第二回转连接件21。本实施例中,椅架100整体采用杆状或者臂状零件连接。第一支承构件包括相对设置的两个第一臂30。如图2所示,该第一臂30为长条形的铁片结构,两个第一臂30基本保持平行,较宽的面处于相对位置。上侧面可支承小腿架板并与小腿架板固定。
本实施例中,第一支承构件和第二支承构件都采用两个相对设置的臂状结构。在其它实施例中,也可以采用单一的支承结构,或者是3个以上的臂状结构。采用臂状结构可以使椅架质量轻,节省材料。其它结构的支承构件可能无法达到椅架质量轻、材料少的技术效果。但也应该在本发明的保护范围内。
第二支承构件包括相对设置的两个第二臂40,类似地,如图2所示,该第二臂30也为长条形的铁片结构,两个第二臂40基本保持平行,相对竖直方向倾斜,较宽的面处于相对位置。左侧面较窄,可以作为与靠背组件接触的面,与靠背相固定住。
如图4所示,第一回转连接件11为扁平状结构,分为三个部分。中间部分为长条形,与其连接的前端也为长条形,该长条形前端与中部存在钝角角度,该前端与第一臂30长度方向基本平行。并且,具有螺孔,该前端通过螺丝固定在第一臂30上。长条形中部的后端是圆环型结构。圆环型结构中具有齿轮,与驱动装置直接连接。
如图5所示,第二回转连接件21也为扁平状结构,分为三个部分。长条形的前端与中部存在钝角角度,前端与第二臂40通过螺丝固定连接,并与第二臂40的长度方向保持基本平行。后端为圆环型。圆环型后端中间是齿轮,与驱动装置直接连接。齿轮结构将在后面详细说明。
从以上也可以看出,第一驱动装置10和第二驱动装置20分别独立驱动第一臂30和第二臂40回转。
进一步地,第一驱动装置10还包括第一传动杆12和第一电机13,如图4所示。第一电机13带动第一传动杆12旋转。第一电机13为马达结构,并由保护壳体包裹,外部电源供电,该第一电机13可实现正转和反转。
第一传动杆12为四面或六面等棱状结构。第一回转连接件11为两个,分别设置在第一传动杆12的两端,第一回转连接件11与第一传动杆12是相对固定的,具体固定方式在此不做限制。两个第一回转连接件11各自与相对设置的第一臂30固定连接。
类似地,如图5所示,第二驱动装置20还包括第二传动杆22和第二电机23。第二电机23带动第二传动杆22旋转。第二电机23为马达结构,并由保护壳体包裹,外部电源供电,该第二电机23可实现正转和反转。
第二传动杆22为四面或六面等棱状结构。第二回转连接件21为两个,分别设置在第二传动杆22的两端,第二回转连接件21与第二传动杆22是相对固定的,具体固定方式在此不做限制。两个第二回转连接件21各自与相对设置的第二臂40固定连接。
第一电机13和第二电机23的电源开关可分别设置在沙发的方便操作位置。
分别相对设置的第一臂30、第二臂40通过传动杆结构,可以同步转动,保证靠背和小腿架板升降效果。
进一步地,外齿轮24设置于第一传动杆12和第二传动杆22两端,内齿轮25设置于第一回转连接件11与第二回转连接件21。在第一传动杆12和第二传动杆22的两端处,都设置有凸出的凸轮结构,凸轮结构的外周设置外齿轮24。在第一回转连接件11和第二回转连接件21的后端圆环部分的内侧表面设置内齿轮25。
在其他实施例中,内齿轮25可设置在第一回转连接件11和第二回转连接件21上,外齿轮24可设置在第一传动杆12和第二传动杆22上。
在本实施例中,沙发椅架100的其它结构还包括坐垫构件、底座构件和椅前连接件,如图2-3所示。底座构件一般放置在地面上,作为整个沙发重量的支撑结构。坐垫构件用于设置坐垫或者属于坐垫的一部分,位于底座构件上侧,两者之间的距离可以调节,以满足不同用户对沙发高矮的需求。
第一支撑构件可回转地铰接于坐垫构件。在本实施例中,第一支承构件的第一臂30铰接到坐垫构件的一处。从而,小腿架板是相对于坐垫回转摆动的。第二支承构件分别与底座构件、坐垫构件铰接,椅前连接件分别与底座构件、坐垫构件铰接。四个部件的相互铰接,形成椅架最主要的框架。其中,第二支撑构件的第二臂40相对于底座构件是可回转摆动的。
具体地,椅前连接件包括两个相对设置的第三臂70。第三臂70亦为长条形结构。底座构件包括底座横杆51和底臂50,分别为两个,两条底座横杆51和底臂50连接形成本实施例的底座构件。底臂50沿沙发的前后方向设置,底座横杆51位于两个底臂50之间,将两个底臂50连接固定。底臂50为L型截面型材,该型材L型水平部分 与地面接触,竖直部分开设有多个铰接孔,供第二臂40或第三臂70铰接在底座50上。从而第二臂40相对于底臂50是可回转摆动的。
第一驱动装置10和第二驱动装置20设置于底座横杆(51)上。如图2所示,该底座横杆51为柱形结构,可以增加其强度。第一回转连接件11和第二回转连接件21分别以底座横杆51为固定参照点,相对于该固定参照点是转动的。
进一步地,如图5所示,第二回转连接件21固定连接在第二臂40靠近底座50位置。驱动装置20驱动第二臂绕与底座的铰接点回转运动。
本实施例中,坐垫构件包括第四臂60和支撑横杆61。第四臂60为两个,相对设置。同样地为扁平状铁片结构,较宽的侧面相对设置。两个支撑横杆61之间设置支撑横杆61,第一臂30铰接于第四臂60上。由此,第一支承构件即两个第一臂30是绕坐垫构件的第四臂60回转的。
本实施例中,坐垫构件、底座构件以及椅前连接件都采用两个相对设置的臂状结构,分别为相对设置的第三臂70、第四臂60、底臂50等等。在其它实施例中,也可以采用单一的结构,或者是3个以上的臂状结构形成这些构件。采用臂状结构可以使椅架质量轻,节省材料。其它结构的构件可能无法达到椅架质量轻、材料少的技术效果。但也应该在本发明的保护范围内。
进一步地,第一电机13和第二电机23为大扭力马达。大扭力马达可以为椅架升降调节提供足够的驱动力。
本实施例还提供了一种沙发。该沙发具有靠背、小腿架板、坐垫等结构(未示出)。第一支承构件30支撑小腿架板,第二支承构件40支撑靠背。通过上述的椅架结构,小腿架板、靠背的角度以及坐垫高度调整被有效地实现,确保了本发明沙发的舒适度。
第二实施例
与第一实施例不同的是,该第二实施例中,第二臂40具有上下两段,下段的两端分别与第四臂70、底臂50固定连接,上段的一端与第四臂70一端铰接,第二回转连接件21固定连接在上段,并驱动该上段。该第二臂40分为上下两段,上段可以被第二回转连接件21驱动转动,第二回转连接件21支撑起沙发的靠背。第二臂40的上段作为第二支撑构件,其相对于第三臂60即坐垫回转运动。
另外,第四臂70、底臂50、第三臂60之间的连接是相对固定的。在本实施例椅架形成的沙发中,坐垫不升降的情况下,靠背也可以调节角度,使人们将靠背调节到舒适的位置。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:包括支承构件,所述支承构件支承所述沙发的靠背或小腿架板;所述沙发椅架(100)还包括驱动所述支承构件回转运动的驱动装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:所述沙发椅架(100)还具有回转连接件,所述回转连接件一端连接在所述支承结件,另一端连接所述驱动装置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:所述回转连接件具有内齿轮(25)或外齿轮,所述驱动装置相应具有外齿轮(24)或内齿轮,所述内齿轮(25)和所述外齿轮(24)啮合。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:所述支承构件包括第一支承构件(30)和第二支承构件(40),所述第一支承构件(30)支承所述小腿架板,所述第二支撑构件(40)支承所述靠背,所述驱动装置包括驱动所述第一支承构件(30)回转的第一驱动装置(10)和驱动所述第二支承构件(40)回转的第二驱动装置(20)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:所述回转连接件包括第一回转连接件(11)和第二回转连接件(21),
    第一支承构件包括相对设置、支承小腿架板的至少两个第一臂(30),第二支承构件包括相对设置、支承所述靠背的至少两个第二臂(40);
    所述第一回转连接件(11)与所述第一臂(30)固定连接;
    所述第二回转动连接件(21)与所述第二臂(40)固定连接;
    所述第一驱动装置(10)和所述第二驱动装置(20)分别独立驱动所述第一臂(30)和所述第二臂(40)回转。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:所述第一驱动装置(10)包括第一传动杆(12)和带动所述第一传动杆(12)回转的第一电机(13),所述第一回转连接件(11)为两个,分别设置在所述第一传动杆(12)的两端;所述第二驱动装置(20)包括第二传动杆(22)和带动所述第二传动杆(22)旋转的第二电机(23),所述第二回转连接件(21)为两个,分别设置在所述第二传动杆(22)的两端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:所述外齿轮(24)设置于所述第一传动杆(12)和第二传动杆(22)两端,所述内齿轮(23)设置于第一回转连接件(11)与所述第二回转连接件(21)。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:还包括坐垫构件、底座构件和椅前连接件,所述坐垫构件位于所述底座构件上侧,所述第一支撑构件可回转地铰接于所述坐垫构件;所述第二支承构件分别与所述底座构件、所述坐垫构件铰接,所述椅前连接件分别与所述底座构件、所述坐垫构件铰接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:所述底座构件具有底座横杆(51),所述第一驱动装置(10)和第二驱动装置(20)设置于所述底座横杆(51)上。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:所述第二回转连接件(21)固定连接在所述第二臂(40)靠近所述底座位置。
  11. 如权利要求8或9所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在于:所述坐垫构件包括相对设置的第四臂(60)和连接第四臂(60)的支撑横杆(61),所述第一臂(30)铰接于所述第四臂(60)。
  12. 如权利要求6-9中任一项所述的沙发椅架(100),其特征在 于:所述第一电机(13)和第二电机(23)为大扭力马达。
  13. 一种沙发,具有靠背和小腿架板,其特征在于:具有如权利要求4-12中任一项所述的沙发椅架(100),所述第一支承构件(30)支撑所述小腿架板,所述第二支承构件(40)支撑所述靠背。
