作为本实用新型中锁定装置3的第二种实施例,所述锁定装置3包括第一横杆31、第二横杆32、锁定块33,所述第一横杆31设有第一铰接端36和第二铰接端37,所述第二横杆32设有第三铰接端38和第四铰接端39,所述锁定块33套设于第二铰接端37上,所述第一铰接端36铰接于第一连杆11,所述第三铰接端38铰接于第二连杆12,所述第二铰接端37与第四铰接端39通过横杆铰接销轴35铰接,且所述第二铰接端37弯折形成有用于容纳第四铰接端39的折叠槽371,所述第四铰接端39上设有锁定凹口391,所述折叠槽371两侧设有导向滑槽372,所述导向滑槽372内可滑动设有用于卡入锁定凹口391内使得第一横杆31和第二横杆32保持呈一字型的锁销373,所述锁定块33上滑动连接有解锁开关332,所述锁销373一端与解锁开关332连接,所述锁定块33内设有用于顶压锁销373使得锁销373保持卡入锁定凹口391的复位弹簧333。进行解锁时,推动解锁开关332,解锁开关332带动锁销373沿导向滑槽372滑动,并压缩复位弹簧333,当锁销373脱离锁定凹口391时,第一横杆31和第二横杆32则可以绕横杆铰接销轴35转动,实现解锁,进而可以使第一连杆11和第二连杆12进行收折。
所述护栏挡布5的上边缘沿周向设有若干连接耳52,所述连接耳52上设有连接扣a53,位于护栏本体2上端的铰接块41上设有用于与连接扣a53扣合连接的连接扣b44,所述护栏挡布5设有用于绑在连杆组1X型结构上的绑带51,所述护栏挡布5底部固定连接有连接带54,所述连接带54的另一端与护栏挡布5侧面固定连接,所述连接带54上设有用于卡接在位于护栏本体2下端的铰接块41上的卡块45。
所述卡块45上设有用于供连接带54穿插的卡块连接孔451,用于供铰接销轴42大端穿入的卡入孔452和用于卡紧铰接销轴42颈部以使护栏挡布5的底部与护栏本体2下端连接的卡紧孔453,所述卡入孔452的直径大于卡紧孔453的直径,所述卡入孔452与卡紧孔453呈葫芦形结构。
绑带51可采用弹性材料制作,每组绑带51可由两根组成,其自由端上均设有魔术贴,两绑带通过魔术贴可直接将护栏挡布5中部与连杆组1的X型结构连接;另外每组绑带51也可以采用一根,在自由端上设有魔术贴,相应地在护栏挡布5上也设有与之粘接的魔术贴。
当需要将护栏挡布5从护栏本体2上取下时,相应地解开连接扣a53和连接扣b54、绑带51和卡块45,则可将护栏挡布5一体取出,方便人们对其进行清洗及安装。
当需要改变第一连杆11和第二横杆12的锁定状态时,则需用一侧向力,先将锁定块33向外侧拨动,使得锁钩331脱离第一横杆31的侧边,接着再用一向下的力,使一横杆摆动端37和第四铰接端39以横杆铰接销轴35转动,呈一字型连接结构的第一连杆11和第二连杆12则变为V字型,此时第一横杆连接端36和第三铰接端38相应地拉动第一连杆11和第二连杆12,使之闭合,其它组的第一连杆11和第二连杆12则同步闭合,最终使得护栏本体2及护栏挡布5向其中心收拢折叠;另外,当护栏本体2及护栏挡布5收拢折叠或者展开时,卡块45则分别进行升降动作,以拉动护栏挡布底部5保证护栏本体2及护栏挡布5展开或者收拢折叠动作的完成。
根据产品设计的需要,可以采用由至少三组连杆组1铰接形成的护栏本体2,即护栏本体2可以为三面结构、四面结构或者五面结构。如图1所示,为采用六组连杆组1铰接形成六个面的护栏本体2,本实用新型在对锁定装置3进行解锁时,必须按照上述两个动作依次进行,否则不能解锁,采用这样的锁定装置3,具有一定的防呆作用,特别是针对儿童使用的产品,避免产生误操作。因此,使用时具有安全、可靠的特点。
本实用新型相应地连接护栏挡布5,可以用于儿童护栏,供小孩在其内游戏玩耍或者睡觉;另外也可以用本实用新型的特点,将该结构运用于帐篷产品中,特别是户外露营爱好者所使用的帐篷产品。而且本实用新型不限于上述两种产品的运用,凡是基于本实用新型结构所做出的产品,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种护栏,其特征在于包括呈X型结构的连杆组(1),由至少三组或三组以上的连杆组(1)端部相互铰接构成护栏本体(2),所述连杆组(1)包括第一连杆(11)和第二连杆(12),所述第一连杆(11)和第二连杆(12)中部相互铰接,所述护栏本体(2)上设有用于锁定护栏本体(2)使其保持展开状态或者用于使护栏本体(2)由展开状态变换为收拢折叠状态的锁定装置(3),所述第一连杆(11)的两端分别与相邻连杆组(1)中第二连杆(12)的端部铰接,所述第二连杆(12)的两端分别与相邻连杆组(1)中第一连杆(11)的端部铰接,所述第一连杆(11)和第二连杆(12)的端部之间设有铰接装置(4),所述铰接装置(4)包括铰接块(41)和铰接销轴(42),所述铰接块(41)上设有用于铰接销轴(42)转动连接的铰接轴孔(43),两块相互铰接的铰接块(41)分别与第一连杆(11)和第二连杆(12)的端部固定连接。
  2. 按权利要求1所述一种护栏,其特征在于所述锁定装置(3)包括第一横杆(31)、第二横杆(32)、锁定块(33)和横杆铰接销轴(35),所述第一横杆(31)设有第一铰接端(36)和第二铰接端(37),所述第二横杆(32)设有第三铰接端(38)和第四铰接端(39),所述第二铰接端(37)、第四铰接端(39)和锁定块(33)通过横杆铰接销轴(35)铰接连接,所述第四铰接端(39)上设有用于搭接第二铰接端(37)和用于限制锁定块(33)绕横杆铰接销轴(35)转动的折边(381),所述锁定块(33)一端设有用于卡住第一横杆(31)以使第一横杆(31)和第二横杆(32)保持呈一字型的锁钩(331),所述横杆铰接销轴(35)上套有用于顶压锁定块(33)使锁钩(331)卡住第一横杆(31)的压紧弹簧(34)。
  3. 按权利要求2所述一种护栏,其特征在于所述第二铰接端(37)位于第四铰接端(39)和锁定块(33)之间。
  4. 按权利要求2所述一种护栏,其特征在于所述锁定块(33)的中部与第二铰接端(37)和第四铰接端(39)铰接连接,所述第一铰接端(36)与第一连杆(11)铰接,所述第三铰接端(38)与第二连杆(12)铰接。
  5. 按权利要求1所述一种护栏,其特征在于所述锁定装置(3)包括第一横杆(31)、第二横杆(32)、锁定块(33),所述第一横杆(31)设有第一铰接端(36)和第二铰接端(37),所述第二横杆(32)设有第三铰接端(38)和第四铰接端(39),所述锁定块(33)套设于第二铰接端(37)上,所述第一铰接端(36)铰接于第一连杆(11),所述第三铰接端(38)铰接于第二连杆(12),所述第二铰接端(37)与第四铰接端(39)通过横杆铰接销轴(35)铰接,且所述第二铰接端(37)弯折形成有用于容纳第四铰接端(39)的折叠槽(371),所述第四铰接端(39)上设有锁定凹口(391),所述折叠槽(371)两侧设有导向滑槽(372),所述导向滑槽(372)内可滑动设有用于卡入锁定凹口(391)内使得第一横杆(31)和第二横杆(32)保持呈一字型的锁销(373),所述锁定块(33)上滑动连接有解锁开关(332),所述锁销(373)一端与解锁开关(332)连接,所述锁定块(33)内设有用于顶压锁销(373)使得锁销(373)保持卡入锁定凹口(391)的复位弹簧(333)。
  6. 按权利要求1所述一种护栏,其特征在于还包括与护栏本体(2)可拆卸连接的护栏挡布(5),所述护栏挡布(5)一体成型。
  7. 按权利要求6所述一种护栏,其特征在于所述护栏挡布(5)的上边缘沿周向设有若干连接耳(52),所述连接耳(52)上设有连接扣a(53),位于护栏本体(2)上端的铰接块(41)上设有用于与连接扣a(53)扣合连接的连接扣b(44),所述护栏挡布(5)设有用于绑在连杆组(1)X型结构上的绑带(51),所述护栏挡布(5)底部固定连接有连接带(54),所述连接带(54)的另一端与护栏挡布(5)侧面固定连接,所述连接带(54)上设有用于卡接在位于护栏本体(2)下端的铰接块(41)上的卡块(45)。
  8. 按权利要求7所述一种护栏,其特征在于所述卡块(45)上设有用于供连接带(54)穿插的卡块连接孔(451),用于供铰接销轴(42)大端穿入的卡入孔(452)和用于卡紧铰接销轴(42)颈部以使护栏挡布(5)的底部与护栏本体(2)下端连接的卡紧孔(453),所述卡入孔(452)的直径大于卡紧孔(453)的直径,所述卡入孔(452)与卡紧孔(453)呈葫芦形结构。
