更进一步地,所述操作组件包括与所述上框架上下滑动配合且下端伸出所述上框架开口槽的按钮、设置在按钮与所述上框架之间的第二弹簧、以及按压按钮时带动滑动块移动的牵引索。
更进一步地,所述按钮开设有纵向延伸的第二导向槽,所述上框架内设有与所述第二导向槽滑动配合的第二导向柱;所述牵引索的一端与所述滑动块相连接,所述牵引索的另一端由下向上绕过所述第二导向柱后与所述按钮相连接;按压按钮时,所述按钮件向上运动,所述第二弹簧受力收缩,此时按钮带动牵引索拉动滑动块横向滑动并松开所述锁钩,从而解除锁定机构的锁定,实现解锁。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型采用了结构新颖的支撑架,其通过X 型支撑杆的折叠收拢实现了上框架与下托架之间的收拢靠近,并利用第一支撑杆和第二支撑杆的转动设计,解决了X型支撑杆折叠收拢时横向距离变大的问题,使得折叠后的睡篮架能始终保持在收拢状态,且使收拢后的布套更好贴合在收拢的睡篮架外,使得折叠后的整体外形更加简洁、美观。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对上述方案做进一步说明。应理解,这些实施例是用于说明本实用新型而不限于限制本实用新型的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据具体的条件做进一步调整,未注明的实施条件通常为常规实验中的条件。
如图1至图3所示,一种儿童睡篮,包括具有展开位置与折叠位置的睡篮架1、包设于所述睡篮架1上的布套、以及将所述睡篮架1锁定于展开位置的锁定机构2;所述睡篮架1包括呈框形的上框架3、位于所述上框架3下方的下托架4、以及设于所述上框架3和所述下托架4之间且可展开和折叠的支撑架5,所述支撑架5包括可折叠的X型支撑杆6、与所述X型支撑杆6一侧上端转动连接的第一支撑杆7、以及与所述X型支撑杆6一侧下端转动连接的第二支撑杆8;所述第一支撑杆7和所述第二支撑杆8位于所述X型支撑杆6的同一侧,且所述第一支撑杆7的上端与所述上框架3转动连接,所述第二支撑杆8的下端与所述下托架4转动连接;所述X型支撑杆6的另一侧上端与所述上框架3转动连接,所述X型支撑杆6的另一侧下端与所述下托架4转动连接。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例中,所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8的具体实施方式之一为:所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8是相互分离的;所述X型支撑杆6一侧上端是与所述第一支撑杆7的下端转动连接的,所述X型支撑杆6一侧下端是与所述第二支撑杆8的上端转动连接的。
所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8的具体实施方式之一的工作原理为:
当所述睡篮架1处于展开位置时,所述X型支撑杆6处于展开状态,所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8相远离,所述上框架3与所述下托架4相远离;
当所述睡篮架1处于折叠位置时,所述X型支撑杆6处于折叠状态,所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8相靠近且所述第一支撑杆7的下端及所述第二支撑杆8的上端横向向外打开,所述上框架3与所述下托架4相靠近。
如图4至图7所示,本实施例中,所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8 的具体实施方式之二为:所述第一支撑杆7的下端与所述第二支撑杆8的上端滑动并转动连接;所述X型支撑杆6一侧上端是与所述第一支撑杆7的中部转动连接的,所述X型支撑杆6一侧下端是与所述第二支撑杆8的中部转动连接的。
其中,所述第一支撑杆7的下端与所述第二支撑杆8的上端滑动并转动连接方式之一为:如图4至图7所示,所述第一支撑杆7的下端设有第一导向槽10;所述第二支撑杆8的上端设有第三导向槽9;所述第一导向槽10与第三导向槽9内穿设有与两者滑动配合的第一导向柱23。
所述第一支撑杆7的下端与所述第二支撑杆8的上端滑动并转动连接方式之二为:所述第一支撑杆7的下端设有第一连接柱;所述第二支撑杆8的上端设有第一滑动槽;所述第一连接柱与所述第一滑动槽滑动并转动配合。本滑动并转动连接方式之二与上述滑动并转动连接方式之一为常规替换结构,故未附图。
所述第一支撑杆7的下端与所述第二支撑杆8的上端滑动并转动连接方式之三为:所述第二支撑杆8的下端设有第二连接柱;所述第一支撑杆7的上端设有第二滑动槽;所述第二连接柱与所述第二滑动槽滑动并转动配合。本滑动并转动连接方式之三与上述滑动并转动连接方式之一为常规替换结构,故未附图。
如图14所示,本实施例中,所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8的具体实施方式之三为:所述第一支撑杆7的下端与所述第二支撑杆8的上端转动连接;所述X型支撑杆6一侧上端是与所述第一支撑杆7的中部转动连接的,所述X型支撑杆6一侧下端是与所述第二支撑杆8的中部转动连接的。
所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8的具体实施方式之二、三的工作原理为:
当所述睡篮架1处于展开位置下,所述X型支撑杆6处于展开状态,所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8处于撑开状态,所述上框架3与所述下托架4相远离;
当所述睡篮架1处于折叠位置下,所述X型支撑杆6处于折叠状态,所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8的活动连接处横向外移,所述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8处于折叠收拢状态,所述上框架3与所述下托架4相靠近。
如图1至图14所示,本实施例中,所述X型支撑杆的具体结构之一为:所 述X型支撑杆6包括第三支撑杆11、与所述第三支撑杆11相交叉且在交叉处相转动连接的第四支撑杆12。所述下托架4为托板结构。该X型支撑杆5的具体结构之一适用于上述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8的具体实施方式之一、二、三。
如图15至图17所示,本实施例中,所述X型支撑杆的具体结构之二为:所述X型支撑杆6包括第五支撑杆24、与所述第五支撑杆24相交叉且在交叉处相滑动并转动连接的第六支撑杆25。该X型支撑杆5的具体结构之二适用于上述第一支撑杆7与所述第二支撑杆8的具体实施方式之一。
其中,所述第五支撑杆24和所述第六支撑杆25之间的具体滑动并转动连接方式之一为:所述第五支撑杆24的中部设有第三滑动槽26;所述第六支撑杆25的中部设有第四滑动槽27;所述第三滑动槽26与第四滑动槽27内穿设有与两者滑动配合的第三连接柱28,见图15所示。
所述第五支撑杆24和所述第六支撑杆25之间的具体滑动并转动连接方式之二为:所述第五支撑杆24的中部设有第四连接柱29;所述第六支撑杆25的中部设有第五滑动槽30;所述第五支撑杆24通过第四连接柱29与所述第六支撑杆25的第五滑动槽30滑动及转动配合,见图16所示。
所述第五支撑杆24和所述第六支撑杆25之间的具体滑动并转动连接方式之三为:所述第六支撑杆25的中部设有第五连接柱31,所述第五支撑杆24的中部设有第六滑动槽32;所述第六支撑杆25通过第五连接柱31与所述第五支撑杆24的第六滑动槽32滑动及转动配合,见图17所示。
如图1至图17所示,本实施例中,所述锁定机构2设置在所述第一支撑杆7与上框架3之间。
如图8至图13所示,所述锁定机构2包括与上框架3相对固定的固定座13、可相对固定座13左右滑动的滑动块14、设置在滑动块14与固定座13之间的第一弹簧15、以及带动所述滑动块14滑动的操作组件16,所述第一支撑杆7上延伸形成有与所述滑动块14的限位部配合的锁钩17;
所述睡篮架1处于展开位置时,所述锁钩17勾设在所述滑动块14的限位部处,此时所述锁定机构2处于锁定状态,所述第一支撑杆7无法转动;
所述睡篮架1需要折叠时,通过所述操作组件16带动所述滑动块14滑动,使其限位部脱离所述锁钩17,此时所述锁定机构2处于解锁状态,所述第一支撑杆7可相对所述上框架3转动,进而实现睡篮架1的折叠。
进一步地,所述操作组件16包括与所述上框架3上下滑动配合且下端伸出所述上框架3开口槽的按钮18、设置在按钮18与所述上框架3之间的第二弹簧19、以及按压按钮18时带动滑动块14移动的牵引索20。
进一步地,所述按钮18开设有纵向延伸的第二导向槽21,所述上框架3内设有与所述第二导向槽21滑动配合的第二导向柱22;所述牵引索20的一端与所述滑动块14相连接,所述牵引索20的另一端由下向上绕过所述第二导向柱22后与所述按钮18相连接;按压按钮18时,所述按钮18向上运动,所述第二弹簧19受力收缩,此时按钮18带动牵引索20拉动滑动块14横向滑动并松开所述锁钩17,从而解除锁定机构2的锁定,实现解锁。
本实用新型采用了结构新颖的支撑架5,其通过X型支撑杆6的折叠收拢实现了上框架3与下托架4之间的收拢靠近,并利用第一支撑杆7和第二支撑杆8的转动设计,解决了X型支撑杆6折叠收拢时横向距离变大的问题,使得折叠后的睡篮架1能始终保持在收拢状态,且使收拢后的布套更好贴合在收拢的睡篮架1外,使得折叠后的整体外形更加简洁、美观。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种儿童睡篮,包括具有展开位置与折叠位置的睡篮架(1)、包设于所述睡篮架(1)上的布套、以及将所述睡篮架(1)锁定于展开位置的锁定机构(2);所述睡篮架(1)包括呈框形的上框架(3)、位于所述上框架(3)下方的下托架(4)、以及设于所述上框架(3)和所述下托架(4)之间且可展开和折叠的支撑架(5),其特征在于:所述支撑架(5)包括可折叠的X型支撑杆(6)、与所述X型支撑杆(6)一侧上端转动连接的第一支撑杆(7)、以及与所述X型支撑杆(6)一侧下端转动连接的第二支撑杆(8);所述第一支撑杆(7)和所述第二支撑杆(8)位于所述X型支撑杆(6)的同一侧,且所述第一支撑杆(7)的上端与所述上框架(3)转动连接,所述第二支撑杆(8)的下端与所述下托架(4)转动连接;所述X型支撑杆(6)的另一侧上端与所述上框架(3)转动连接,所述X型支撑杆(6)的另一侧下端与所述下托架(4)转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种儿童睡篮,其特征在于:所述第一支撑杆(7)与所述第二支撑杆(8)是相互分离的;所述X型支撑杆(6)一侧上端是与所述第一支撑杆(7)的下端转动连接的,所述X型支撑杆(6)一侧下端是与所述第二支撑杆(8)的上端转动连接的。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种儿童睡篮,其特征在于:所述第一支撑杆(7)的下端与所述第二支撑杆(8)的上端滑动连接;所述X型支撑杆(6)一侧上端是与所述第一支撑杆(7)的中部转动连接的,所述X型支撑杆(6)一侧下端是与所述第二支撑杆(8)的中部转动连接的。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种儿童睡篮,其特征在于:所述第一支撑杆(7)的下端与所述第二支撑杆(8)的上端转动连接;所述X型支撑杆(6)一侧上端是与所述第一支撑杆(7)的中部转动连接的,所述X型支撑杆(6)一侧下端是与所述第二支撑杆(8)的中部转动连接的。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述一种儿童睡篮,其特征在于:所述X型支撑杆(6)包括第三支撑杆(11)、与所述第三支撑杆(11)相交叉且在交叉处相转动连接的第四支撑杆(12)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述一种儿童睡篮,其特征在于:所述X型支撑杆(6)包括第五支撑杆(24)、与所述第五支撑杆(24)相交叉且在交叉处相滑动并转动连接的第六支撑杆(25)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述一种儿童睡篮,其特征在于:所述锁定机构(2)设置在所述第一支撑杆(7)与上框架(3)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种儿童睡篮,其特征在于:所述锁定机构(2)包括与上框架(3)相对固定的固定座(13)、可相对固定座(13)左右滑动的滑动块(14)、设置在滑动块(14)与固定座(13)之间的第一弹簧(15)、以及带动所述滑动块(14)滑动的操作组件(16),所述第一支撑杆(7)上延伸形成有与所述滑动块(14)的限位部配合的锁钩(17);
    所述睡篮架(1)处于展开位置时,所述锁钩(17)勾设在所述滑动块(14)的限位部处,此时所述锁定机构(2)处于锁定状态,所述第一支撑杆(7)无法转动;
    所述睡篮架(1)需要折叠时,通过所述操作组件(16)带动所述滑动块(14)滑动,使其限位部脱离所述锁钩(17),此时所述锁定机构(2)处于解锁状态,所述第一支撑杆(7)可相对所述上框架(3)转动,进而实现睡篮架(1)的折叠。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种儿童睡篮,其特征在于:所述操作组件(16)包括与所述上框架(3)上下滑动配合且下端伸出所述上框架(3)开口槽的按钮(18)、设置在按钮(18)与所述上框架(3)之间的第二弹簧(19)、以及按压按钮(18)时带动滑动块(14)移动的牵引索(20)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述一种儿童睡篮,其特征在于:所述按钮(18)开设有纵向延伸的第二导向槽(21),所述上框架(3)内设有与所述第二导向槽(21)滑动配合的第二导向柱(22);所述牵引索(20)的一端与所述滑动块(14)相连接,所述牵引索(20)的另一端由下向上绕过所述第二导向柱(22)后与所述按钮(18)相连接;按压按钮(18)时,所述按钮(18)向上运动,所述第二弹簧(19)受力收缩,此时按钮(18)带动牵引索(20)拉动滑动块(14)横向滑动并松开所述锁钩(17),从而解除锁定机构(2)的锁定,实现解锁。
