本申请要求于2016年10月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610917502.X、发明名称为“物料清洗装置及烹饪器具”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及烹饪器具领域,具体而言,涉及一种物料清洗装置及包含该物料清洗装置的烹饪器具。
背景技术
目前,智能化的烹饪器具如自动电饭煲存在不能自动洗米或者洗米结构复杂使用不便等问题,影响了产品的用户体验。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题至少之一,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种物料清洗装置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种包括上述物料清洗装置的烹饪器具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第一方面的实施例提供了一种物料清洗装置,包括:清洗腔体,所述清洗腔体上设有进气口、进料口和进水口,所述进气口、所述进料口和所述进水口分别用于向所述清洗腔体输送气流、待清洗的物料和清洗所述物料用的水;搅动组件,设置在所述清洗腔体内,并能够在所述气流的作用下在所述清洗腔体内转动,以搅动所述清洗腔体内的物料和水。
本发明第一方面的实施例提供的物料清洗装置,利用风力来驱动搅动组件转动,使搅动组件搅动清洗腔体内的物料和水,实现自动清洗的目的,构思巧妙,结构简单,使用方便。具体地,清洗腔体上设有进气口、进料口和进水口,通过进气口向清洗腔体输送气流,通过进料口向清洗腔体输送待清洗的物料, 通过进水口向清洗腔体输送清洗物料用的水,则大米等物料和水能够在搅动组件的作用下发生旋转、翻滚,从而实现自动清洗的目的,清洗效果好,且结构简单。
另外,本发明提供的上述实施例中的物料清洗装置还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案中,所述搅动组件包括:转动件,设置在所述清洗腔体内,并能够在所述气流的作用下在所述清洗腔体内转动;和搅动件,设置在所述清洗腔体内,并与所述转动件相连接,用于在所述转动件的带动下在所述清洗腔体内转动,以搅动所述清洗腔体内的物料和水。
搅动组件包括搅动件和转动件,转动件能够把风能转换成机械能,以驱动搅动组件在清洗腔体内转动;搅动件能够接触物料,并对物料和水施加搅拌作用力,使物料和水发生旋转、翻滚,进而实现清洗目的。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述物料清洗装置还包括:支架,设置在所述清洗腔体内,并与所述清洗腔体的内侧壁固定相连,用于支撑所述搅动组件,且所述搅动组件能够相对所述支架转动。
通过在清洗腔体内设置支架来支撑转动件、搅动件等搅动组件,一方面保证了转动件及搅动件能够在清洗腔体内稳定转动,另一方面可以通过合理设置支架的位置来保证转动件和搅动件处于合适的位置处,进而保证搅动组件能够保持合理的转速并有效地搅拌物料和水。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述支架上设有第一连接孔;所述搅动件包括:连接杆,部分位于所述第一连接孔内,并能在所述第一连接孔内转动,且所述连接杆与所述转动件相连,以使所述转动件能够以所述连接杆为轴相对所述支架转动;和搅拌杆,与所述连接杆相连,并与所述连接杆沿不同的方向延伸,用于搅动所述清洗腔体内的物料和水。
搅动件包括连接杆和搅拌杆,连接杆与转动件相连,实现了搅动件与转动件之间的连接,保证了转动件能够带动搅动件转动;且连接杆部分位于支架上的第一连接孔内,故而转动件能够以连接杆为轴相对支架转动,有效地保证了转动件转动的稳定性,不会发生偏移等情况;同时也保证了搅拌杆能够在清洗腔体内稳定转动,使物料和水相对规律地旋转、翻滚,这样既实现了自动清洗 功能,又避免了产生过大的噪音。
至于连接杆与转动件之间的具体连接关系,可以是固定连接,这样转动件与搅动件能够实现同步转动,使得搅动件能够快速搅拌物料和水,从而提高了物料清洗装置的清洗效率;当然,连接杆与转动件之间也可以是活动连接,只要转动件能够带动连接杆转动,即可实现搅动件的转动,进而实现搅拌功能,因此本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些技术方案均应在本发明的保护范围内。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述连接杆纵向穿过所述第一连接孔,所述连接杆的上下两端分别与所述转动件和所述搅拌杆相连;或,所述连接杆的上端凸出于所述第一连接孔,所述转动件和所述搅拌杆均与所述连接杆的上部相连,且所述搅拌杆位于所述转动件的下方。
连接杆纵向穿过第一连接孔,连接杆的上下两端分别与转动件和搅动杆相连,使得转动件和搅拌杆分别位于支架的上下两侧,具体为转动件在上,搅拌杆在下,这样一方面避免了转动件接触物料和水,进而避免了物料和水对转动件的转动带来的阻力;另一方面保证了搅拌杆能够接触物料和水,进而对水和物料起到有效的搅拌作用,以保证物料清洗装置的清洗效果。
连接杆的上端凸出于第一连接孔,转动件和搅拌杆均与连接杆的上部相连,且搅拌杆位于转动件的下方,使得转动件和搅拌杆均位于支架的上侧,同样为转动件在上,搅拌杆在下,这样也能够避免转动件接触物料和水,从而避免物料和水对转动件的转动带来的阻力;另一方面也能够保证搅拌杆能够接触到物料和水,进而对水和物料起到有效的搅拌作用,以保证物料清洗装置的清洗效果。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述转动件上设有第二连接孔,所述第二连接孔的侧壁上设有限位槽;所述连接杆的上端形成有第一限位凸块,所述第一限位凸块插入所述第二连接孔内,并卡接在所述限位槽内,且支撑在所述限位槽的槽底上,以使所述连接杆与所述转动件固定相连。
限位槽和第一限位凸块相配合,实现了连接杆与转动件之间的固定连接,结构简单,装配便捷。具体地,装配时,将转动件支撑在支架上,并使转动件上的第二连接孔与支架上的第一连接孔相连通;然后由下向上安装搅动件,使搅动件的连接杆由下向上依次插入第一连接孔和第二连接孔;接着转动连接 杆,使连接杆上的第一限位凸块卡接在限位槽内即可,这时限位槽既能够限制连接杆在第二连接孔内转动,又能够限制连接杆向下运动,即限位槽既对连接杆起到了限位作用,同时也对连接杆起到了支撑作用,从而保证了转动件与搅动件之间的可靠连接,保证了二者能够同步转动,进而提高了装置的使用可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述连接杆的下端凸出于所述第一连接孔,所述连接杆的下端形成有第二限位凸块,所述第二限位凸块的横截面积大于所述第一连接孔的横截面积。
连接杆的下端凸出于第一连接孔,即不管搅拌杆连接在连接杆的上部还是下部,连接杆均纵向贯穿第一连接孔,这使得连接杆插入第一连接孔中的深度最大化,从而有效避免了连接杆发生倾斜等情况,进而进一步提高了搅动件和转动件转动时的稳定性;第二限位凸块的设置,能够限制连接杆向上运动,进一步保证了连接杆与支架之间的相对稳定,从而进一步保证了支架对搅动组件的稳定支撑,并进一步保证了搅动件与转动件之间的相对稳定,保证了二者能够稳定地实现转动;此外,对于搅拌杆连接在连接杆下端的技术方案而言,可直接将搅拌杆连接在限位凸块上,结构简单,且构思巧妙。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述搅拌杆向靠近所述清洗腔体的内侧壁的底部的方向延伸。
搅拌杆向靠近清洗腔体的内侧壁的底部的方向延伸,增加了搅拌杆的搅拌深度及搅拌半径,有效增加了搅拌杆的搅拌范围,使得搅拌杆能够搅拌到更多的物料和水,从而进一步提高了物料清洗装置的清洗效果。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述搅拌杆的数量为多个,且多个所述搅拌杆与所述连接杆之间的角度不同。
搅拌杆的数量为多个,且多个搅拌杆与连接杆之间的角度不同,则多个搅拌杆的搅拌半径不同,这样进一步增加了搅拌杆能够搅拌到的物料和水,且使得物料和水在旋转的同时也发生翻滚,从而进一步提高了物料清洗装置的清洗效果。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述支架包括:支撑柱,所述搅动组件被所述支撑柱支撑,所述支撑柱内开设有所述第一连接孔;和支撑筋,所述支撑筋的一 端与所述支撑柱相连,所述支撑筋的另一端与所述清洗腔体的内侧壁固定相连。
支架包括支撑柱和支撑筋,支撑柱能够支撑转动件、搅动件等搅动组件,实现了支架的支撑功能;支撑柱内开设有第一连接孔,且连接杆部分位于第一连接孔内,保证了转动件能够以连接杆为轴相对支架转动,进而保证了搅动组件与支架之间的可靠连接;支撑筋的一端与支撑柱相连,另一端与清洗腔体的内侧壁固定相连,实现了支架与清洗腔体之间的固定连接。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述支撑柱、所述支撑筋和所述清洗腔体为一体式结构;和/或,所述支撑筋的数量为多个,且多个所述支撑筋沿所述支撑柱的周向均布。
支撑柱、支撑筋和清洗腔体为一体式结构,一方面提高了支撑柱与支撑筋之间的连接强度及支撑筋与清洗腔体之间的连接强度,降低了支架发生脱落或断裂的概率,从而进一步提高了物料清洗装置的使用可靠性;另一方面支撑柱、支撑筋与清洗腔体能够通过一体成型制成,从而提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产制造成本。
支撑筋的数量为多个,且多个支撑筋沿支撑柱的周向均布,进一步提高了支架的强度及支撑稳定性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述转动件包括:连接柱,与所述搅动件相连,并能够被所述支架支撑;和叶片,与所述连接柱相连,并能够将风能转化成机械能,以使所述转动件能够相对所述支架转动。
转动件包括连接柱和叶片,连接柱与搅动件相连,并被支架支撑,实现了转动件与支架及搅动件之间的装配关系;叶片与连接柱相连,并能够将风能转化成机械能,实现了转动件的风力驱动功能。

优选地,所述叶片远离所述连接柱的一端和/或所述叶片的上端向所述叶 片的迎风面的方向弯折,使所述叶片的迎风面为弧面。
叶片远离连接柱的一端向叶片的迎风面的方向弯折,使得迎风面的各个部位能够有效地接收气流的吹动,并降低了叶片转动时受到的气阻,从而进一步提高了叶片的转速;叶片的上端向叶片的迎风面的方向弯折,能够起到一定的导向作用,使得叶片上部的气流能够折而向下,对物料起到一定的冲击作用,从而进一步提升了物料清洗装置的工作效率。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述清洗腔体的底部设有卸料口;所述物料清洗装置还包括阀门,所述阀门与所述清洗腔体相连接,并能够相对所述清洗腔体运动,以封闭或打开所述卸料口。
卸料口和阀门的设置,便于物料清洗完成后的自动排出,从而进一步提高了物料清洗装置的自动化程度,进一步增加了产品的市场竞争力。具体地,清洗过程中,阀门保持关闭,物料和水在清洗腔体内旋转、翻滚,以实现自动清洗;清洗完成后,阀门相对清洗腔体运动,使卸料口打开,则物料在重力的作用下通过卸料口排出,实现自动卸料。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述清洗腔体的底部完全敞开形成所述卸料口。
清洗腔体的底部完全敞开形成卸料口,使得卸料口的尺寸最大化,从而显著提升了物料清洗装置的卸料速度。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述阀门与所述清洗腔体之间还设有用于密封所述卸料口的密封件。
密封件的设置,有效地保证了阀门与清洗腔体之间的密封连接,从而避免了气流或者水通过阀门与清洗腔体的连接部位向外泄露,进而提高了装置的使用可靠性。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述密封件为密封圈。
密封件为密封圈,密封圈密封可靠,且价格便宜。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述清洗腔体的顶部完全敞开;所述物料清洗装置还包括清洗盖,所述清洗盖能够盖合在所述清洗腔体上,以封盖所述清洗腔体。
清洗腔体的顶部完全敞开,便于搅动组件的装配、检修及更换。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述进气口与所述进料口或所述进水口复用。
进气口与进料口或进水口复用,即进气口与进料口合二为一,或进气口与进水口合二为一,这简化了清洗腔体的结构,有利于节约产品成本。
需要解释的是,由于本申请的物料清洗装置主要是利用气流来驱动搅动组件转动,实现对物料和水的搅拌,故而对物料和水输入清洗腔体的先后顺序没有严格要求,只要保证物料和水输入清洗腔体后,气流能够进入清洗腔体并能够驱动搅动组件转动即可,至于气流是通过专设的进气口输入进去的,或者通过进料口输入进去的(即进气口与进料口合二为一),或者通过进水口输入进去的(即进气口与进水口合二为一),都是可以的,都能够实现本发明的目的,因此本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些技术方案均应在本发明的保护范围内。
值得说明的是,对于进气口与进料口合二为一的技术方案而言,还能够实现气动送料,即利用风力把物料送入清洗腔体中,送料效率高,且洁净无污染。关于气流与物料的输送顺序,可以是先通过进料口输送物料,然后通过进料口输送气流进行清洗;也可以是物料和气流同时输入,即物料在风力的作用下输送至清洗腔体内,然后水和物料在风力的作用下发生旋转、翻滚实现自动清洗。优选后者,这样物料在风力的作用下输送至清洗腔体的过程中,物料在风力的作用下也会发生翻滚、摩擦,从而使物料表面粘附的淀粉等颗粒物脱落一部分,即风力送料对物料起到了一定的干洗作用,进而进一步提高了物料清洗装置对物料的清洗效果。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述清洗腔体上还设有排气口和排水口。
排气口的设置,能够避免清洗腔体内气压过高,使得清洗腔体内可以持续不断地送入高压气流,进而保证装置的清洗效果;排水口的设置,便于清洗完成后将水自动排出,而清洗过程中排水口保持关闭状态,这样既能够防止气流的损耗,同时还能够避免大量用水。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述排气口呈多孔状;和/或,所述排水口呈多孔状;和/或,所述进气口、所述进水口、所述排气口和所述排水口均设置在所述清洗腔体的侧壁上;和/或,所述进料口位于所述清洗腔体的上部。
排气口呈多孔状,且排气口的孔径小于清洗腔体内的物料的粒径,既保证了清洗腔体能够正常排气,又避免了物料从排气口中脱出,从而进一步提高了装置的使用可靠性;排水口呈多孔状,且排水口的孔径小于清洗腔体内的物料 的粒径,这样既保证了清洗腔体能够正常排水,又避免了物料从排水口中脱出;进气口、进水口、排气口和排水口均设置在清洗腔体的侧壁上,结构简单,且便于装置的检修,也不会影响装置的自动卸料;进料口位于清洗腔体的上部,能够防止清洗腔体内的水倒灌入进料口中。具体使用过程中,清洗物料时,打开排气口,关闭排水口,以减少气流损耗,还能够避免大量用水;清洗完毕时,关闭排气口,打开排水口,则水能够在重力及风力的作用下排出。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种烹饪器具,包括如第一方面实施例中任一项所述的物料清洗装置。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供的烹饪器具,因包括第一方面实施例中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,因而具有上述实施例中任一项所具有的一切有益效果,在此不再赘述。
在上述技术方案中,所述烹饪器具还包括:锅体和盖体,所述盖体与所述锅体能够盖合以围设出烹饪腔室,其中,所述物料清洗装置设置在所述盖体上,用于清洗送入其清洗腔体内的物料,并将清洗后的物料送入所述烹饪腔室中。
烹饪器具包括锅体、盖体和物料清洗装置,则物料清洗装置清洗完物料后可直接将物料送入烹饪腔室中,从而有效提高了烹饪器具的智能化程度和自动化程度,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述烹饪器具为电饭煲。
当然烹饪器具不局限于电饭煲,也可以为电压力锅或其他烹饪器具。

下面参照图1至图14描述根据本发明一些实施例所述的物料清洗装置及烹饪器具。
如图1至图14所示,本发明第一方面的实施例提供的物料清洗装置1,包括:清洗腔体10和搅动组件20。
具体地,清洗腔体10上设有进气口、进料口11和进水口12,进气口、 进料口11和进水口12分别用于向清洗腔体10输送气流、待清洗的物料和清洗物料用的水;搅动组件20设置在清洗腔体10内,并能够在气流的作用下在清洗腔体10内转动,以搅动清洗腔体10内的物料和水。
本发明第一方面的实施例提供的物料清洗装置1,利用风力来驱动搅动组件20转动,使搅动组件20搅动清洗腔体10内的物料和水,实现自动清洗的目的,构思巧妙,结构简单,使用方便。具体地,清洗腔体10上设有进气口、进料口11和进水口12,通过进气口向清洗腔体10输送气流,通过进料口11向清洗腔体10输送待清洗的物料,通过进水口12向清洗腔体10输送清洗物料用的水,则大米等物料和水能够在搅动组件20的作用下发生旋转、翻滚,从而实现自动清洗的目的,清洗效果好,且结构简单。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1至图6所示,搅动组件20包括:转动件21和搅动件22。其中,设置在清洗腔体10内,并能够在气流的作用下在清洗腔体10内转动;搅动件22设置在清洗腔体10内,并与转动件21相连接,用于在转动件21的带动下在清洗腔体10内转动,以搅动清洗腔体10内的物料和水。
进一步地,如图1、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7和图8所示,物料清洗装置1还包括:支架30,设置在清洗腔体10内,并与清洗腔体10的内侧壁固定相连,用于支撑搅动组件20,且转动件21能够相对支架30转动。
在上述实施例中,搅动组件20包括搅动件22和转动件21,转动件21能够把风能转换成机械能,以驱动搅动组件20在清洗腔体10内转动;搅动件22能够接触物料,并对物料和水施加搅拌作用力,使物料和水发生旋转、翻滚,进而实现清洗目的。
通过在清洗腔体10内设置支架30来支撑转动件21、搅动件22等搅动组件20,一方面保证了转动件21及搅动件22能够在清洗腔体10内稳定转动,另一方面可以通过合理设置支架30的位置来保证转动件21和搅动件22处于合适的位置处,进而保证搅动组件20能够保持合理的转速并有效地搅拌物料和水。
在本发明的一些实施例中,进一步地,支架30上设有第一连接孔311,如图7和图8所示;搅动件22包括:连接杆221和搅拌杆222,如图1至图6 所示。
其中,如图5和图6所示,连接杆221部分位于第一连接孔311内,并能在第一连接孔311内转动,且连接杆221与转动件21相连,以使转动件21能够以连接杆221为轴相对支架30转动;搅拌杆222与连接杆221相连,并与连接杆221沿不同的方向延伸,用于搅动清洗腔体10内的物料和水。
优选地,如图5和图6所示,搅拌杆222向靠近清洗腔体10的内侧壁的底部的方向延伸。
优选地,如图1、图5和图6所示,搅拌杆222的数量为多个,且多个搅拌杆222与连接杆221之间的角度不同。
优选地,连接杆221和搅拌杆222为一体式结构。
可选地,如图5和图6所示,连接杆221纵向穿过第一连接孔311,且连接杆221的上端与转动件21相连,连接杆221的下端与搅拌杆222相连。

进一步地,如图1至图6所示,转动件21上设有第二连接孔2111,第二连接孔2111的侧壁上设有限位槽2112;连接杆221的上端形成有第一限位凸块2211,第一限位凸块2211插入第二连接孔2111内,并卡接在限位槽2112内,且支撑在限位槽2112的槽底上,以使连接杆221与转动件21固定相连。
进一步地,如图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,连接杆221的下端凸出于第一连接孔311,连接杆221的下端形成有第二限位凸块2212,第二限位凸块2212的横截面积大于第一连接孔311的横截面积。
在上述实施例中,搅动件22包括连接杆221和搅拌杆222,连接杆221与转动件21相连,实现了搅动件22与转动件21之间的连接,保证了转动件21能够带动搅动件22转动;且连接杆221部分位于支架30上的第一连接孔311内,故而转动件21能够以连接杆221为轴相对支架30转动,有效地保证了转动件21转动的稳定性,不会发生偏移等情况;同时也保证了搅拌杆222能够在清洗腔体10内稳定转动,使物料和水相对规律地旋转、翻滚,这样既实现了自动清洗功能,又避免了产生过大的噪音。
至于连接杆221与转动件21之间的具体连接关系,可以是固定连接,这 样转动件21与搅动件22能够实现同步转动,使得搅动件22能够快速搅拌物料和水,从而提高了物料清洗装置1的清洗效率;当然,连接杆221与转动件21之间也可以是活动连接,只要转动件21能够带动连接杆221转动,即可实现搅动件22的转动,进而实现搅拌功能,因此本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些技术方案均应在本发明的保护范围内。
连接杆221纵向穿过第一连接孔311,连接杆221的上下两端分别与转动件21和搅动杆相连,使得转动件21和搅拌杆222分别位于支架30的上下两侧,具体为转动件21在上,搅拌杆222在下,这样一方面避免了转动件21接触物料和水,进而避免了物料和水对转动件21的转动带来的阻力;另一方面保证了搅拌杆222能够接触物料和水,进而对水和物料起到有效的搅拌作用,以保证物料清洗装置1的清洗效果。
或者,连接杆221的上端凸出于第一连接孔311,转动件21和搅拌杆222均与连接杆221的上部相连,且搅拌杆222位于转动件21的下方,使得转动件21和搅拌杆222均位于支架30的上侧,同样为转动件21在上,搅拌杆222在下,这样也能够避免转动件21接触物料和水,从而避免物料和水对转动件21的转动带来的阻力;另一方面也能够保证搅拌杆222能够接触到物料和水,进而对水和物料起到有效的搅拌作用,以保证物料清洗装置1的清洗效果。
限位槽2112和第一限位凸块2211相配合,实现了连接杆221与转动件21之间的固定连接,结构简单,装配便捷。具体地,装配时,将转动件21支撑在支架30上,并使转动件21上的第二连接孔2111与支架30上的第一连接孔311相连通;然后由下向上安装搅动件22,使搅动件22的连接杆221由下向上依次插入第一连接孔311和第二连接孔2111;接着转动连接杆221,使连接杆221上的第一限位凸块2211卡接在限位槽2112内即可,这时限位槽2112既能够限制连接杆221在第二连接孔2111内转动,又能够限制连接杆221向下运动,即限位槽2112既对连接杆221起到了限位作用,同时也对连接杆221起到了支撑作用,从而保证了转动件21与搅动件22之间的可靠连接,保证了二者能够同步转动,进而提高了装置的使用可靠性。
连接杆221的下端凸出于第一连接孔311,即不管搅拌杆222连接在连接杆221的上部还是下部,连接杆221均纵向贯穿第一连接孔311,这使得连接 杆221插入第一连接孔311中的深度最大化,从而有效避免了连接杆221发生倾斜等情况,进而进一步提高了搅动件22和转动件21转动时的稳定性;第二限位凸块2212的设置,能够限制连接杆221向上运动,进一步保证了连接杆221与支架30之间的相对稳定,从而进一步保证了支架30对搅动组件20的稳定支撑,并进一步保证了搅动件22与转动件21之间的相对稳定,保证了二者能够稳定地实现转动;此外,对于搅拌杆222连接在连接杆221下端的技术方案而言,可直接将搅拌杆222连接在限位凸块上,结构简单,且构思巧妙。
搅拌杆222向靠近清洗腔体10的内侧壁的底部的方向延伸,增加了搅拌杆222的搅拌深度及搅拌半径,有效增加了搅拌杆222的搅拌范围,使得搅拌杆222能够搅拌到更多的物料和水,从而进一步提高了物料清洗装置1的清洗效果。
搅拌杆222的数量为多个,且多个搅拌杆222与连接杆221之间的角度不同,则多个搅拌杆222的搅拌半径不同,这样进一步增加了搅拌杆222能够搅拌到的物料和水,且使得物料和水在旋转的同时也发生翻滚,从而进一步提高了物料清洗装置1的清洗效果。
连接杆221和搅拌杆222为一体式结构,一方面提高了二者之间的连接强度,从而提高了搅动件22的使用可靠性;另一方面连接杆221和搅动杆可通过一体成型制成,从而提高了搅动件22的生产效率,降低了生产制造成本。
在本发明的一些实施例中,进一步地,如图1至图8所示,支架30包括:支撑柱31和支撑筋32。具体地,搅动组件20被支撑柱31支撑,支撑柱31内开设有第一连接孔311;支撑筋32的一端与支撑柱31相连,支撑筋32的另一端与清洗腔体10的内侧壁固定相连。
优选地,如图5和图6所示,支撑柱31、支撑筋32和清洗腔体10为一体式结构。
优选地,如图1至图6所示,支撑筋32的数量为多个,且多个支撑筋32沿支撑柱31的周向均布。
在上述实施例中,支架30包括支撑柱31和支撑筋32,支撑柱31能够支撑转动件21,实现了支架30的支撑功能;支撑柱31内开设有第一连接孔311,且连接杆221部分位于第一连接孔311内,保证了转动件21能够以连接杆221 为轴相对支架30转动,进而保证了搅动组件20与支架30之间的可靠连接;支撑筋32的一端与支撑柱31相连,另一端与清洗腔体10的内侧壁固定相连,实现了支架30与清洗腔体10之间的固定连接。
支撑柱31、支撑筋32和清洗腔体10为一体式结构,一方面提高了支撑柱31与支撑筋32之间的连接强度及支撑筋32与清洗腔体10之间的连接强度,降低了支架30发生脱落或断裂的概率,从而进一步提高了物料清洗装置1的使用可靠性;另一方面支撑柱31、支撑筋32与清洗腔体10能够通过一体成型制成,从而提高了产品的生产效率,降低了产品的生产制造成本。
支撑筋32的数量为多个,且多个支撑筋32沿支撑柱31的周向均布,进一步提高了支架30的强度及支撑稳定性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1至图6所示,进一步地,转动件21包括:连接柱211和叶片212。其中,连接柱211与搅动件22相连,并能够被支架30支撑;叶片212与连接柱211相连,并能够将风能转化成机械能,以使转动件21能够相对支架30转动。
优选地,如图1至图6所示,叶片212的数量为多个,且多个叶片212沿连接柱211的周向均布。
优选地,如图1至图3所示,叶片212的迎风面为弧面。优选地,如图5和图6所示,连接柱211和叶片212为一体式结构。
在上述实施例中,转动件21包括连接柱211和叶片212,连接柱211与搅动件22相连,并被支架30支撑,实现了转动件21与支架30及搅动件22之间的装配关系;叶片212与连接柱211相连,并能够将风能转化成机械能,实现了转动件21的风力驱动功能。
叶片212的数量为多个,保证了转动件21能够持续高效转动;多个叶片212沿连接柱211的周向均布,有效地保证了转动件21的转动稳定性;叶片212的迎风面为弧面,增加了叶片212的面积,进而增加了叶片212的转速。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1至图4所示,叶片212远离连接柱211的一端向叶片212的迎风面的方向弯折,使叶片212的迎风面为弧面。
该实施例中,叶片212远离连接柱211的一端向叶片212的迎风面的方向弯折,使得迎风面的各个部位能够有效地接收气流的吹动,并降低了叶片212 转动时受到的气阻,从而进一步提高了叶片212的转速。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,如图12至图14所示,叶片212远离连接柱211的一端和叶片212的上端均向叶片212的迎风面的方向弯折。
该实施例中,叶片212远离连接柱211的一端向叶片212的迎风面的方向弯折,使得迎风面的各个部位能够有效地接收气流的吹动,并降低了叶片212转动时受到的气阻,从而进一步提高了叶片212的转速,叶片212的上端向叶片212的迎风面的方向弯折,能够起到一定的导向作用,使得叶片212上部的气流能够折而向下,对物料起到一定的冲击作用,从而进一步提升了物料清洗装置1的工作效率。
连接柱211和叶片212为一体式结构,形成叶轮结构,既提高了二者之间的连接强度,进而提高了转动件21的使用可靠性,且连接柱211和叶片212可通过一体成型制成,从而提高了转动件21的生产效率,降低了生产制造成本。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1、图4、图5和图6所示,进一步地,清洗腔体10的底部设有卸料口;物料清洗装置1还包括阀门40,阀门40与清洗腔体10相连接,并能够相对清洗腔体10运动,以封闭或打开卸料口。
优选地,如图1所示,清洗腔体10的底部完全敞开形成卸料口。
进一步地,如图1、图3、图5和图6所示,阀门40与清洗腔体10之间还设有用于密封卸料口的密封件。
可选地,如图3所示,密封件为密封圈50。
进一步地,如1至图10所示,清洗腔体10的顶部完全敞开;物料清洗装置1还包括清洗盖60,清洗盖60能够盖合在清洗腔体10上,以封盖清洗腔体10,如图1所示。
在上述实施例中,卸料口和阀门40的设置,便于物料清洗完成后的自动排出,从而进一步提高了物料清洗装置1的自动化程度,进一步增加了产品的市场竞争力。具体地,清洗过程中,阀门40保持关闭,物料和水在清洗腔体10内旋转、翻滚,以实现自动清洗;清洗完成后,阀门40相对清洗腔体10运动,使卸料口打开,则物料在重力的作用下通过卸料口排出,实现自动卸料。
清洗腔体10的底部完全敞开形成卸料口,使得卸料口的尺寸最大化,从 而显著提升了物料清洗装置1的卸料速度。
密封件的设置,有效地保证了阀门40与清洗腔体10之间的密封连接,从而避免了气流或者水通过阀门40与清洗腔体10的连接部位向外泄露,进而提高了装置的使用可靠性。
密封件为密封圈50,密封圈50密封可靠,且价格便宜。
清洗腔体10的顶部完全敞开,便于搅动组件20的装配、检修及更换。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1至图10所示,进气口与进料口11或进水口12复用。
上述实施例中,进气口与进料口11或进水口12复用,即进气口与进料口11合二为一,或进气口与进水口12合二为一,这简化了清洗腔体10的结构,有利于节约产品成本。
需要解释的是,由于本申请的物料清洗装置1主要是利用气流来驱动搅动组件20转动,实现对物料和水的搅拌,故而对物料和水输入清洗腔体10的先后顺序没有严格要求,只要保证物料和水输入清洗腔体10后,气流能够进入清洗腔体10并能够驱动搅动组件20转动即可,至于气流是通过专设的进气口输入进去的,或者通过进料口11输入进去的(即进气口与进料口11合二为一),或者通过进水口12输入进去的(即进气口与进水口12合二为一),都是可以的,都能够实现本发明的目的,因此本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些技术方案均应在本发明的保护范围内。
值得说明的是,对于进气口与进料口11合二为一的实施例而言,还能够实现气动送料,即利用风力把物料送入清洗腔体10中,送料效率高,且洁净无污染。关于气流与物料的输送顺序,可以是先通过进料口11输送物料,然后通过进料口11输送气流进行清洗;也可以是物料和气流同时输入,即物料在风力的作用下输送至清洗腔体10内,然后水和物料在风力的作用下发生旋转、翻滚实现自动清洗。优选后者,这样物料在风力的作用下输送至清洗腔体10的过程中,物料在风力的作用下也会发生翻滚、摩擦,从而使物料表面粘附的淀粉等颗粒物脱落一部分,即风力送料对物料起到了一定的干洗作用,进而进一步提高了物料清洗装置1对物料的清洗效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1、图3、图6、图7、图8、图9和图10 所示,进一步地,清洗腔体10上还设有排气口13和排水口14。
优选地,如图1、图3、图6、图7、图8、图9和图10所示,排气口13呈多孔状。
优选地,如图1、图3、图6、图7、图8、图9和图10所示,排水口14呈多孔状。
优选地,如图1、图3、图6、图7、图8、图9和图10所示,进气口、进水口12、排气口13和排水口14均设置在清洗腔体10的侧壁上。

在上述实施例中,排气口13的设置,能够避免清洗腔体10内气压过高,使得清洗腔体10内可以持续不断地送入高压气流,进而保证装置的清洗效果;排水口14的设置,便于清洗完成后将水自动排出,而清洗过程中排水口14保持关闭状态,这样既能够防止气流的损耗,同时还能够避免大量用水。
排气口13呈多孔状,且排气口13的孔径小于清洗腔体10内的物料的粒径,既保证了清洗腔体10能够正常排气,又避免了物料从排气口13中脱出,从而进一步提高了装置的使用可靠性;排水口14呈多孔状,且排水口14的孔径小于清洗腔体10内的物料的粒径,这样既保证了清洗腔体10能够正常排水,又避免了物料从排水口14中脱出;进气口、进水口12、排气口13和排水口14均设置在清洗腔体10的侧壁上,结构简单,且便于装置的检修,也不会影响装置的自动卸料;进料口11位于清洗腔体10的上部,能够防止清洗腔体10内的水倒灌入进料口11中。具体使用过程中,清洗物料时,打开排气口13,关闭排水口14,以减少气流损耗,还能够避免大量用水;清洗完毕时,关闭排气口13,打开排水口14,则水能够在重力及风力的作用下排出。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供的烹饪器具,如图11所示,包括如第一方面实施例中任一项的物料清洗装置1。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供的烹饪器具,因包括第一方面实施例中任一项的物料清洗装置1,因而具有上述实施例中任一项所具有的一切有益效果,在此不再赘述。
其中,如图11所示,烹饪器具还包括:锅体210和盖体220,盖体220 与锅体210能够盖合以围设出烹饪腔室,其中,物料清洗装置1设置在盖体220上,用于清洗送入其清洗腔体10内的物料,并将清洗后的物料送入烹饪腔室中。
烹饪器具包括锅体210、盖体220和物料清洗装置1,则物料清洗装置1清洗完物料后可直接将物料送入烹饪腔室中,从而有效提高了烹饪器具的智能化程度和自动化程度,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
具体地,烹饪器具为电饭煲2。
以物料为大米为例,且其进气口与进料口11合二为一,该电饭煲2清洗物料的工作原理为:打开进料口11、进水口12、排气口13,关闭排水口14和卸料口,大米在风力作用下从进料口11进入清洗腔体10,同时转动件21在风力作用下旋转,带动搅动件22转动,搅动件22使大米在清洗腔体10中翻滚;水从进水口12进入清洗腔体10中,此时进料口11持续进风,但不进料,风力持续作用于转动件21,使之带动搅动件22持续转动,以清洗物料;清洗完成后,打开排水口14,关闭排气口13,清洗腔体10中的洗米水在重力及风力作用下从排水口14排出;清洗腔体10中的洗米水排完后,关闭排水口14,打开阀门40,则清洗腔体10中的大米流入电饭煲2的内锅中,同时进水口12开始进入定量的水(按照正确的水米比例定量),旋转的转动件21使水沿四周散开,冲刷清洗腔体10的内侧壁,确保大米完全进入内锅;此时单次进米、洗米,加定量水完成;根据煮饭时的米量要求,可多次循环上述动作,完成整个煮饭过程所需的米量、水量。
当然,烹饪器具不局限于电饭煲2,也可以为电压力锅或其他烹饪器具,也可以进一步推广到豆浆机、食品加工行业、化工行业、石油冶炼行业、畜牧业、农业自动喷淋、医药业等领域。
综上所述,本发明提供的物料清洗装置,利用风力来驱动搅动组件转动,使搅动组件搅动清洗腔体内的物料和水,实现自动清洗的目的,构思巧妙,结构简单,使用方便。具体地,清洗腔体上设有进料口和进水口,通过进料口向清洗腔体输送气流和待清洗的物料,通过进水口向清洗腔体输送清洗物料用的水,则大米等物料和水能够在搅动组件的作用下发生旋转、翻滚,从而实现自动清洗的目的,清洗效果好,且结构简单。
在本发明中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性;术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种物料清洗装置,其特征在于,包括:
    清洗腔体,所述清洗腔体上设有进气口、进料口和进水口,所述进气口、所述进料口和所述进水口分别用于向所述清洗腔体输送气流、待清洗的物料和清洗所述物料用的水;
    搅动组件,设置在所述清洗腔体内,并能够在所述气流的作用下在所述清洗腔体内转动,以搅动所述清洗腔体内的物料和水。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述搅动组件包括:
    转动件,设置在所述清洗腔体内,并能够在所述气流的作用下在所述清洗腔体内转动;和
    搅动件,设置在所述清洗腔体内,并与所述转动件相连接,用于在所述转动件的带动下在所述清洗腔体内转动,以搅动所述清洗腔体内的物料和水。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    支架,设置在所述清洗腔体内,并与所述清洗腔体的内侧壁固定相连,用于支撑所述搅动组件,且所述搅动组件能够相对所述支架转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述支架上设有第一连接孔;
    所述搅动件包括:
    连接杆,部分位于所述第一连接孔内,并能在所述第一连接孔内转动,且所述连接杆与所述转动件相连,以使所述转动件能够以所述连接杆为轴相对所述支架转动;和
    搅拌杆,与所述连接杆相连,并与所述连接杆沿不同的方向延伸,用于搅动所述清洗腔体内的物料和水。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述连接杆纵向穿过所述第一连接孔,所述连接杆的上下两端分别与所述转动件和所述搅拌杆相连;或
    所述连接杆的上端凸出于所述第一连接孔,所述转动件和所述搅拌杆均与所述连接杆的上部相连,且所述搅拌杆位于所述转动件的下方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述转动件上设有第二连接孔,所述第二连接孔的侧壁上设有限位槽;
    所述连接杆的上端形成有第一限位凸块,所述第一限位凸块插入所述第二连接孔内,并卡接在所述限位槽内,且支撑在所述限位槽的槽底上,以使所述连接杆与所述转动件固定相连。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述连接杆的下端凸出于所述第一连接孔,且所述连接杆的下端形成有第二限位凸块,所述第二限位凸块的横截面积大于所述第一连接孔的横截面积。
  8. 根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述搅拌杆向靠近所述清洗腔体的内侧壁的底部的方向延伸。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述搅拌杆的数量为多个,且多个所述搅拌杆与所述连接杆之间的角度不同。
  10. 根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述支架包括:
    支撑柱,所述搅动组件被所述支撑柱支撑,所述支撑柱内开设有所述第一连接孔;和
    支撑筋,所述支撑筋的一端与所述支撑柱相连,所述支撑筋的另一端与所述清洗腔体的内侧壁固定相连。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述支撑柱、所述支撑筋和所述清洗腔体为一体式结构;和/或
    所述支撑筋的数量为多个,且多个所述支撑筋沿所述支撑柱的周向均布。
  12. 根据权利要求3至7中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,所述转动件包括:
    连接柱,与所述搅动件相连,并能够被所述支架支撑;和
    叶片,与所述连接柱相连,并能够将风能转化成机械能,以使所述转动件能够相对所述支架转动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述叶片的数量为多个,且多个所述叶片沿所述连接柱的周向均布;和/或
    所述叶片的迎风面为弧面。
  14. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述清洗腔体的底部设有卸料口;
    所述物料清洗装置还包括阀门,所述阀门与所述清洗腔体相连接,并能够相对所述清洗腔体运动,以封闭或打开所述卸料口。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述清洗腔体的底部完全敞开形成所述卸料口。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述阀门与所述清洗腔体之间还设有用于密封所述卸料口的密封件。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述密封件为密封圈。
  18. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述清洗腔体的顶部完全敞开;
    所述物料清洗装置还包括清洗盖,所述清洗盖能够盖合在所述清洗腔体上,以封盖所述清洗腔体。
  19. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述进气口与所述进料口或所述进水口复用。
  20. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述清洗腔体上还设有排气口和排水口。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的物料清洗装置,其特征在于,
    所述排气口呈多孔状;和/或
    所述排水口呈多孔状;和/或
    所述进气口、所述进水口、所述排气口和所述排水口均设置在所述清洗腔体的侧壁上;和/或
    所述进料口位于所述清洗腔体的上部。
  22. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至21中任一项所述 的物料清洗装置。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,还包括:
    锅体和盖体,所述盖体与所述锅体能够盖合以围设出烹饪腔室,其中,所述物料清洗装置设置在所述盖体上,用于清洗送入其清洗腔体内的物料,并将清洗后的物料送入所述烹饪腔室中。
  24. 根据权利要求22或23所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,
    所述烹饪器具为电饭煲。
