Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation semi-solide comprenant également six parties classiques : un moule (1), une machine maîtresse, un système d'injection, une machine de réduction en pâte, un système d'alimentation quantitative, et un four de conservation de chaleur (6). Le système d'injection, la machine de réduction en pâte et le système d'alimentation quantitative sont placés dans le four de conservation de chaleur en combinaison. Afin de s'adapter à la difficulté de la formation d'une suspension semi-solide lorsqu'elle est remplie dans un moule ayant une paroi épaisse en raison du peu de chaleur transportée dans la suspension, le moule semi-solide est divisé en trois couches selon des fonctions, de telle sorte que la capacité d'absorption de chaleur du moule est considérablement réduite. La pression de maintien après la formation complète provoquée par les propriétés d'une pompe à débit constant peut atteindre 0,01 MPa à 30 MPa, et par conséquent, une coulée à basse pression, une coulée à haute pression, le moulage à pression différentielle, le forgeage sous pression de liquide et le moulage par compression semi-solide peuvent être unifiés sur une machine maîtresse pour la production.
