背景技术
目前技术中带有自粘层的柔性装饰片材主要是在柔性装饰片材背面复合双面泡棉胶来实现。另外,为加快施工速度,也常常将规格尺寸较小的柔性装饰片材(如柔性劈开砖)粘贴在玻纤网格布上以组合成规格尺寸较大的片状材料。这两种方式各有不同的用途,但亦有局限。前者虽能自粘,施工方便,但不适宜处理规格尺寸较小的片材的预拼,因为大量小规格的柔性片材直接粘贴在双面胶上牢度不够,并且采用双面泡棉胶的抗张性不如网格布,因此,对于用此种方式粘贴尺寸较大的柔性片材,柔性片材内需复合一层网格布,以加强其抗张性。此外,背面复合泡棉双面胶会导致柔性片材不透气,影响了舒适性。后者解决了小规格柔性片材的预拼问题,但没有自粘性。
发明内容

3) 通过多根滴胶管将储胶罐中的粘稠状胶输送至柔性片材的背面,所述粘稠状胶在柔性片材的背面成点状或长条状分布的胶层,通过胶层将网格布初步固定在柔性片材上;
4) 通过卷膜辊将保护膜输送并覆盖在涂有胶层的柔性片材上,通过压平辊使得保护膜紧贴在胶层上并将胶层压扁,使得胶层渗入到网格布的网格中;
5) 常温干燥或加温干燥;
6) 将覆盖有保护膜以及胶层的柔性片材分割成所需规格,包装成品,使用时撕去背面保护膜即可粘贴。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的带自粘网格层的柔性片材通过两侧均设有胶层的网格布来进行固定,单块或者多块柔性片材固定网格布上,网格布另一侧的胶层上附有保护膜,撕下保护膜后即可固定在墙面上,此带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材结构简单,使用和施工方便,网格布与双面胶或双面泡棉胶相比,抗张力更强,墙面与柔性片材之间的粘贴更牢固。由于背面复合了网格布,因此,可以省掉柔性片材中复合的网格布,这样,本发明比复合双面泡棉胶成本低,生产快。此外,网格布上下的胶层可调整为非全覆盖,部分的网格布中不覆盖有胶层,这样不会影响透气性。

具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。另外,文中所提到的所有联接/连接关系,并非单指构件直接相接,而是指可根据具体实施情况,通过添加或减少联接辅件,来组成更优的联接结构。
参照图1~图3,一种带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材,包括网格布2和覆着在网格布2上的柔性片材1,各所述柔性片材1与网格布2之间设有胶层3,所述网格布2上与柔性片材1相对的一侧设有保护膜4,所述保护膜4与网格布2之间也设有胶层3,所述网格布2和位于网格布2两侧的胶层3构成自粘网格层。优选地,保护膜4为硅油纸。位于网格布2两端面的胶层3穿过网格布2中的网格后与连成一体。网格布2中网格部分位置被胶层3覆盖,网格布2中网格部分未被胶层覆盖的位置构成透气通道。
带自粘网格层的柔性片材1通过两侧均设有胶层3的网格布2来进行固定,单块或者多块柔性片材1固定网格布2上,网格布2另一侧的胶层3上附有保护膜4,撕下保护膜4后即可固定在墙面上,此带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材结构简单,使用和施工方便,网格布2与双面胶或双面泡棉胶相比,抗张力更强,墙面与柔性片材1之间的粘贴更牢固。由于背面复合了网格布,因此,可以省掉柔性片材中复合的网格布,这样,本发明比复合双面泡棉胶成本低,生产快。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述柔性片材1为柔性面砖、改性无机粉复合建筑饰面片材、软瓷、柔石柔性饰面材料或软石柔性饰面材料。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,各所述柔性片材1为覆盖在网格布2上的整片或者不同规格的若干片。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述保护膜4为硅油纸。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述网格布2为玻纤网格布、尼龙网格布、棉纤维网格布、仿棉纤维网格布或聚乙烯醇网格布。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述柔性片材1均为长条形,所述柔性片材1在网格面上排布成若干相互平行的长条。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,各所述柔性片材1在网格面上排列成若干相互平行的条形,各所述条形两侧的柔性片材1排列位置彼此对称,两相邻的条形的各柔性片材1彼此错开。
位于网格布2上的柔性片材1可有多种设置形式,任何形式的柔性片材1在网格布2上的设置形式均在本发明的保护范围内。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,一平方米的整体质量小于或者等于10千克。
此柔性装饰面砖通过网格布2两侧的胶层3来实现与墙面的固定,任何能贴覆胶层3的墙面均可作为装饰面砖的安装墙面,装饰面砖的质量减小,有利于通过胶层3达到更为牢靠的连接,且有利于延长装饰面砖在墙面贴覆的使用寿命。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述胶层3为水性压敏胶或油性压敏胶。
如图4所示,一种带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,包括以下步骤,
1) 将柔性片材1放到传送带5上,柔性片材1的背面朝上;
2) 通过网格卷辊43将网格布2敷设在柔性片材1的背面,通过预压辊42将柔性片材1上的网格布2整平;
3) 通过多根滴胶管21将储胶罐20中的粘稠状胶输送至柔性片材1的背面,所述粘稠状胶在柔性片材1的背面成点状或长条状分布的胶层3,通过胶层3将网格布2初步固定在柔性片材1上;
4) 通过卷膜辊40将保护膜4输送并覆盖在涂有胶层3的柔性片材1上,通过压平辊41使得保护膜4紧贴在胶层3上并将胶层3压扁,使得胶层3渗入到网格布2的网格中;
5) 常温干燥或加温干燥;
6) 通过切割机将覆盖有保护膜4以及胶层3的柔性片材1分割成所需规格,包装成品,使用时撕去背面保护膜即可粘贴。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述滴胶管21成直线分布在储胶罐20的下端面,相邻的两根所述滴胶管21之间的距离为0.5~4cm,滴胶管21的出胶口的直径为0.2~1cm,所述压平辊41将胶层3压扁后,相邻的两条所述胶层3之间的间隙形成透气通道,所述压平辊41的最下点和柔性片材1的背面之间的间距为0.1~1cm。
如图5所示,一种带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,包括以下步骤,
1) 将柔性片材1放到传送带5上,柔性片材1的背面朝上;
2) 通过多根滴胶管21将储胶罐20中的粘稠状胶输送至柔性片材1的背面,所述粘稠状胶在柔性片材1的背面成点状或长条状分布的胶层3;
3) 通过卷膜辊40将一面带有保护膜4的网格布2输送出,将网格布2覆盖在涂有胶层3的柔性片材1上,通过压平辊41使得网格布2紧贴在胶层3上并将胶层3压扁,使得胶层3渗入到网格布2的网格中,一般来说保护膜4的厚度为2~5mm,保护膜4为硅油纸;
4) 常温干燥或加温干燥;
5) 通过切割机或者人工将覆盖有保护膜4以及胶层3的柔性片材1分割成所需规格,包装成品,使用时撕去背面保护膜即可粘贴。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述滴胶管21成直线分布在储胶罐20的下端面,相邻的两根所述滴胶管21之间的距离为0.5~4cm,滴胶管21的出胶口的直径为0.2~1cm,所述压平辊41将胶层3压扁后,相邻的两条所述胶层3之间的间隙形成透气通道,所述压平辊41的最下点和柔性片材1的背面之间的间距为0.1~1cm。
当相邻两根滴胶管21之间的间隙和滴胶管21的出胶口直径之间的差值少于0.1cm时,如滴胶管21之间的间隙为0.5cm,滴胶管21的出胶口直径为0.4cm时,压扁后的胶层3将柔性片材1的背面完全覆盖。当相邻两根滴胶管21之间的间隙和滴胶管21的出胶口直径之间的差值少于0.2cm时,压扁后的相邻两条胶层3之间存在透气通道。当相邻两根滴胶管21之间的间隙和滴胶管21的出胶口直径之间的差值处于0.1~0.2cm时,部分的两条胶层3在压扁后存在透气通道。当然透气通道也存在于网格布2的网格中。
一种带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,包括以下步骤,
1) 将柔性片材1放到传送带5上,柔性片材1的背面朝上;
2) 将网格布2穿过粘稠状胶,通过传送带传送,使网格布2带上胶;
3) 将带胶的网格布2复合到柔性片材1上;
4) 通过压平辊41把保护膜4平压在带有胶的网格布2上;
5) 常温干燥或加温干燥;
6) 将柔性片材1切割成所需规格,包装成品,使用时撕掉背面的保护膜4即可粘贴。
一种带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,包括以下步骤,
1)将网格布2浸到粘稠状胶中;
2)将网格布2取出后干燥;
3)在网格布2的两面复合上保护膜4;
4)将带胶网格布2切割成所需规格;
5)撕开一面保护膜,将带胶网格布2压上相应规格的柔性片材1,直接包装成品;或者将贴有网格布2的柔性片材1切割成更小的规格后包装成品,使用时撕掉背面的保护膜4即可粘贴。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材,其特征在于:包括网格布和覆着在网格布上的柔性片材,各所述柔性片材与网格布之间设有胶层,所述网格布上与柔性片材相对的一侧设有保护膜,所述保护膜与网格布之间也设有胶层,所述网格布和位于网格布两侧的胶层构成自粘网格层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材,其特征在于:所述柔性片材为柔性面砖、改性无机粉复合建筑饰面片材、软瓷、柔石柔性饰面材料或软石柔性饰面材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材,其特征在于:各所述柔性片材为覆盖在网格布上的整片或者不同规格的若干片。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材,其特征在于:所述保护膜为硅油纸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材,其特征在于:所述网格布为玻纤网格布、尼龙网格布、棉纤维网格布、仿棉纤维网格布或聚乙烯醇网格布。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材,其特征在于:一平方米的整体质量小于或者等于10千克。
  7. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材,其特征在于:所述胶层为水性压敏胶或油性压敏胶。
  8. 一种如权利要求7所述带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
    1) 将柔性片材放到传送带上,柔性片材的背面朝上;
    2) 通过网格卷辊将网格布敷设在柔性片材的背面,通过预压辊将柔性片材上的网格布整平;
    3) 通过多根滴胶管将储胶罐中的粘稠状胶输送至柔性片材的背面,所述粘稠状胶在柔性片材的背面成点状或长条状分布的胶层,通过胶层将网格布初步固定在柔性片材上;
    4) 通过卷膜辊将保护膜输送并覆盖在涂有胶层的柔性片材上,通过压平辊使得保护膜紧贴在胶层上并将胶层压扁,使得胶层渗入到网格布的网格中;
    5) 常温干燥或加温干燥;
    6) 将覆盖有保护膜以及胶层的柔性片材分割成所需规格,包装成品。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,其特征在于:所述滴胶管成直线分布在储胶罐的下端面,相邻的两根所述滴胶管之间的距离为0.5~4cm,滴胶管的出胶口的直径为0.2~1cm,所述压平辊将胶层压扁后,相邻的两条所述胶层之间的间隙形成透气通道,所述压平辊的最下点和柔性片材的背面之间的间距为0.1~1cm。
  10. 一种如权利要求7所述带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
    1) 将柔性片材放到传送带上,柔性片材的背面朝上;
    2) 通过多根滴胶管将储胶罐中的粘稠状胶输送至柔性片材的背面,所述粘稠状胶在柔性片材的背面成点状或长条状分布的胶层;
    3) 通过卷膜辊将一面带有保护膜的网格布输送出,将网格布覆盖在涂有胶层的柔性片材上,通过压平辊使得网格布紧贴在胶层上并将胶层压扁,使得胶层渗入到网格布的网格中;
    4) 常温干燥或加温干燥;
    5) 将覆盖有保护膜以及胶层的柔性片材分割成所需规格,包装成品。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,其特征在于:所述滴胶管成直线分布在储胶罐的下端面,相邻的两根所述滴胶管之间的距离为0.5~4cm,滴胶管的出胶口的直径为0.2~1cm,所述压平辊将胶层压扁后,相邻的两条所述胶层之间的间隙形成透气通道,所述压平辊的最下点和柔性片材的背面之间的间距为0.1~1cm。
  12. 一种如权利要求7所述带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
    1) 将柔性片材放到传送带上,柔性片材的背面朝上;
    2) 将网格布穿过粘稠状胶,通过传送带传送,使网格布带上胶;
    3) 将带胶的网格布复合到柔性片材上;
    4) 通过压平辊把保护膜平压在带有胶的网格布上;
    5) 常温干燥或加温干燥;
    6) 将柔性片材切割成所需规格,包装成品。
  13. 一种如权利要求7所述带自粘网格层的柔性装饰片材的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
    1)将网格布浸到粘稠状胶中;
    2)将网格布取出后干燥;
    3)在网格布的两面复合上保护膜;
    4)将带胶网格布切割成所需规格;
    5)撕开一面保护膜,将带胶网格布压上相应规格的柔性片材,直接包装成品;或者将贴有网格布的柔性片材切割成更小的规格后包装成品。
