In this case the paint is not loaded on supporting elements 5 by means of rollers 20, 23. Instead, a duct 18 is provided in supporting elements 5 through which the required amount of paint is carried to sponges 7. Feeding of the paint is known in the art.
  • the advantage of the apparatus of the present invention is that decorating vertical, horizontal, slanting, flat or even humped surfaces of different objects with various graphics becomes simpler and cheaper as compared to the known solutions. As opposed to the spray technique painting with sponge pixels is easier, cheaper and it needs less component parts and requires fewer repairs. A possible failure can be recognized and repaired easily. Correct positioning of the apparatus according to the invention can be performed by means of the X-Y coordinate system scaffolding and by using the known CNC technology, the elements for loading the paint can be controlled easily.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (1) pour fournir une décoration (25) sur la surface (2) de bâtiments. La décoration (25) est représentée par des pixels (3). Les pixels (3) sont appliqués sur la surface (2) au moyen d'éponges (7) montées sur des éléments de support (5). Les éléments de support (5) sont constitués de bras de support (11) et de plaques de support (13). Les éléments de support (5) sont disposés de manière mobile et flexible entre leur état interne de repos et leur état actif externe. Le ou les mécanismes d'entraînement (6) commandent le mouvement vers l'extérieur du ou des éléments de support (5) depuis le boîtier (4). L'éponge (7) de l'élément de support (5) respectif est imbibée de peinture et est en contact avec la surface (2) pendant le temps d'application de la peinture.
