L'invention concerne un système d'extraction à rails (7) destiné à un appareil ménager (1), comportant un premier rail (8) et un second rail (9) séparé du premier rail (8) et relié au premier rail (8), les rails (8, 9) pouvant être déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la direction de leur axe longitudinal (L) au moyen d'un système d'élément roulants (10). Le système d'éléments roulants (10) présente au moins un premier élément roulant (11) qui est monté rotatif sur le premier rail (8) et qui est en contact avec un premier chemin de roulement (28) réalisé au niveau du second rail (9) pour rouler sur ledit premier chemin de roulement (28), et le système d'éléments roulants (10) présente au moins un second élément roulant (13) qui est monté rotatif sur le second rail (9) et qui est en contact avec un premier chemin de roulement (15) réalisé au niveau du premier rail (8) pour rouler sur ledit premier chemin de roulement (15). L'invention concerne également un appareil ménager (1).
