技术领域
本公开涉及照明灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种可快速安装拆卸的吸顶灯结构。
背景技术
吸顶灯是灯具的一种,安装时底部完全贴在屋顶上,所以称之为吸顶灯。吸顶灯的光源有普通白灯泡,荧光灯、高强度气体放电灯、卤钨灯、LED等。目前市场上最流行的吸顶灯是家庭、办公室、文娱场所等各种场所经常选用的灯具。
通常的吸顶灯的灯顶盘与灯主体之间通过手动卡扣、螺旋或者螺丝连接等方式连接,然而,这些方式在组装和拆卸时都比较复杂、费时,甚至要两个人协同合作完成,这给用户带来很大的不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开提出了一种可以快速安装及拆卸的吸顶灯结构以解决上述技术问题。
为了达到上述目的,本公开所采用的技术方案为:
根据本公开实施例的一方面,提出了一种吸顶灯结构,包括:灯顶盘、装配于所述灯顶盘的灯主体、以及设置于所述灯主体上的弹性卡扣模块,所述灯顶盘包括设置于所述灯顶盘周侧壁、与所述弹性卡扣模块配合的卡接部;
其中,在所述灯主体与所述灯顶盘装配时,所述弹性卡扣模块在外力作用下压缩,以使所述灯主体与所述灯顶盘对接装配;待所述灯主体与所述灯顶盘装配到位后消除对所述弹性卡扣模块的外力,所述弹性卡扣模块在弹力作用下回复以与所述卡接部配合固定连接。
可选的,所述灯主体包括灯外壳、位于所述灯外壳内的灯板、以及装配于所述灯板或所述灯外壳的灯罩;
其中,所述灯罩位于所述灯板与所述灯顶盘相背的一侧面,所述弹性卡扣模块设置于所述灯板与所述灯顶盘相对侧面,所述灯板上设置有供容置所述弹性卡扣模块的导槽。
可选的,所述弹性卡扣模块包括按压件,固定于所述按压件上的卡扣件,分别连接于所述按压件与所述灯板的弹性件,以及覆盖于所述导槽上方的卡扣固定盖;其中,所述按压件及所述卡扣件被限制在所述导槽内滑动。
可选的,所述按压件包括按压本体,设置于所述按压本体端部的按压部;所述卡扣件位于所述按压本体上,其中,在所述灯主体装配于所述灯顶盘后,所述按压部位于所述灯 顶盘外,所述卡扣件位于所述吸顶灯盘内。
可选的,所述卡扣件的外侧面包括与所述卡接部配合的倒棘。
可选的,所述卡接部为所述灯顶盘的周侧壁靠近所述灯主体一端向内翻边所构成。
可选的,所述卡接部为在所述灯顶盘周侧面开设的槽孔。
可选的,还包括设置于所述灯顶盘和所述灯主体之间的连接器组件;所述连接器组件包括设置于所述灯顶盘的第一连接器、以及设置于所述灯主体的第二连接器。
可选的,所述第一连接器为耦合器模块,所述第二连接器为圆形耦合器导槽,所述耦合器模块包括与所述圆形耦合器导槽配合的圆形连接部;
其中,所述圆形连接部内和所述圆形耦合器导槽内具有相互配合电气连接的弹片触点。
可选的,所述第一连接器为圆形耦合器导槽,所述第二连接器为耦合器模块,所述耦合器模块包括与所述圆形耦合器导槽配合的圆形连接部;
其中,所述圆形连接部内和所述圆形耦合器导槽内具有相互配合电气连接的弹片触点。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:本公开了设计了一种可以快速安装及拆卸的吸顶灯结构,通过本公开的弹性卡扣模块可以实现灯主体上推即可完成与灯顶盘的装配,对弹性卡扣模块一键按压即可完成灯主体与灯顶盘的分解,便于用户拆卸,给用户带来很大的便利,使用户可以轻松的完成吸顶灯结构的装配及拆卸。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本公开进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本公开,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本公开的保护范围内。
在本公开使用的术语是仅仅出于描述特定实施例的目的,而非旨在限制本公开。在本公开和所附权利要求书中所使用的单数形式的“一种”、“所述”和“该”也旨在包括多数形式,除非上下文清楚地表示其他含义。还应当理解,本文中使用的术语“和/或”是指并包含一个或多个相关联的列出项目的任何或所有可能组合。
如图1所示,图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种吸顶灯结构的分解示意图。本公开的吸顶灯结构100打破常规的安装方式,安装时无需刻意对接,任意角度上推即可完成装配,并且拆解方便,使普通用户均可自行快速安装,快捷方便,大大降低了吸顶灯结构100的安装难度。
本公开的吸顶灯结构100包括:灯顶盘11、装配于灯顶盘11的灯主体12、以及设置于灯主体12上的弹性卡扣模块13。其中,在装配该吸顶灯结构100时,预先将灯顶盘11通过螺丝、膨胀螺钉等固定于屋内的预定位置,再将灯主体12装配于灯顶盘11,即完成吸顶灯结构100的组装,灯主体12的各个组件可以在与灯顶盘11装配前预先组装好。本公开利用弹性卡扣模块13可以实现灯主体12与灯顶盘11的快捷装配。
如图5至图8,进一步地,灯顶盘11包括设置于灯顶盘周侧壁、与弹性卡扣模块13配合的卡接部111。其中,在灯主体12与灯顶盘11装配时,弹性卡扣模块13在外力作用下压缩,以使灯主体12与灯顶盘11对接装配;待灯主体12与灯顶盘11装配到位后消除对弹性卡扣模块13的外力,弹性卡扣模块13在弹力作用下回复以与卡接部111配合固定连接。具体的,在灯主体12与灯顶盘11装配时,通过灯顶盘11的周侧壁作用于弹性卡扣模块13,以使弹性卡扣模块13受力压缩,进而使灯主体12装配于灯顶盘11,待该弹性卡扣模块13对应于卡接部111后,作用于弹性卡扣模块13的外力消除了,此时,弹性卡扣模块13在弹性回复力的作用下恢复至初始状态,正好与卡接部111配合卡扣固定,即实现灯主体12与灯顶盘11的组装。
在本公开的一优选实施例中,灯主体12上设置有两个弹性卡扣模块13,分设在灯主体12的中心对称两侧。通过两个弹性卡扣模块13可以使达到灯主体12与灯顶盘11装配平衡的效果,同时可以完全无需要其他辅助装配动作,直接使灯主体12上推与灯顶盘11装配,不仅固定效果佳,而且操作简单。对于体积较大或者重量较重的灯主体12而言,可以使用更多数量的弹性卡扣模块13,以确保该灯主体12与灯顶盘11装配的可靠性。当然,在本公开的又一实施例中,也可以使用一个弹性卡扣模块13,灯主体12上与弹性卡扣模块13相对的一端,可以设置有挂钩、卡接片等预先与灯顶盘11连接,再用弹性卡扣模块13实现固定连接。
如图1和图5所示,灯主体12包括灯外壳121、位于灯外壳121内的灯板122、以及 装配于灯板122或灯外壳121的灯罩123。该灯外壳121固定在灯板122上,灯罩123根据不同设计可以固定在灯板122上也可以固定于灯外壳121上。优选的,该灯罩123的周侧面与灯外壳121的周侧面处于重合,如此避免灰尘落入灯罩123内,可以有效地防尘,对于防尘的等级,可以达到IP50,防止有害的粉尘堆积,给灯内造成一个相对封闭的使用环境,从而延长灯具的使用寿命。
该灯主体12还包括设置于灯板122上的光源(未图示)。光源与弹性卡扣模块13分设于灯板122的两侧,灯罩123与光源位于灯板122的同一侧,灯罩123罩设于光源上,用以保护光源及辅助光源的漫射。该灯罩123位于灯板122与灯顶盘11相背的一侧面,弹性卡扣模块13设置于灯板122与灯顶盘11相对侧面,灯板122上设置有供容置弹性卡扣模块13的导槽124,该弹性卡扣模块13在受到外力时,可以在导槽124内滑动。
本公开的弹性卡扣模块13包括按压件131,固定于按压件131上的卡扣件132,分别连接于按压件131与灯板122的弹性件133,以及覆盖于导槽124上方的卡扣固定盖134。其中,按压件131及卡扣件132被限制在导槽124内滑动。在本公开的一实施例中,该导槽124内设置有滑槽(未图示),按压件131的两侧被限制在滑槽内,以使该按压件131被限制在一个方向运动。在本公开的又一实施例中,该按压件上设置有槽孔,该槽孔的长度方向与灯主体的一径向一致,导槽内设置有限位柱,通过槽孔配合在限位柱上,以使按压件沿槽孔的范围内运动。
进一步地,按压件131包括按压本体1311,设置于按压本体1311端部的按压部1312。在本公开的实施例中,按压部1312位于按压本体1311的顶端,弹性件133连接于按压本体1311的尾端,可选的,该弹性件133为弹簧,弹簧的轴向与按压件131的运动方向一致。该卡扣件132位于按压本体1311上,该按压本体1311在滑动方向的尺寸大于卡扣件132的尺寸,按压部1312相对卡扣件132远离灯主体12的中心。其中,在灯主体12装配于灯顶盘11后,按压部1312位于灯顶盘11外,卡扣件132位于灯顶盘11内。
在本公开的实施例中,卡扣件132的外侧面包括与卡接部111配合的倒棘。该倒棘包括引导斜面1321、及与卡接部111配合固定的定位部1322。在灯主体12装配于灯顶盘11的时候,灯顶盘11作用于引导斜面1321,此时,卡扣件132带动按压件131向内压缩,弹性件133处于压缩状态;灯顶盘11继续沿引导斜面1321滑行,直至运动到定位部1322,由于该定位部1322相对引导斜面1321凹陷,因此灯顶盘11不再作用于卡接部111,此时弹性件133在自身属性下回复至初始状态,倒棘也会随之向外运动,即可以卡配于卡接部111。
如图1至图3所示,在本公开的一实施例中,卡接部111为灯顶盘11的周侧壁靠近灯主体12一端向内翻边所构成,即该卡接部111在灯顶盘11的周侧壁上呈倒钩状。在灯顶盘11作用于倒棘时,该卡接部111抵持于倒棘的引导斜面1321且沿引导斜面1321滑行,直至卡接部111与定位部1322配合卡配。
如图1、图2和图4所示,在本公开的又一实施例中,卡接部111为在灯顶盘11周侧面开设的槽孔,根据装配需求,可以在灯顶盘11的周侧面设置有多个槽孔,从而可以满足灯主体12与灯顶盘11装配时无需特定的装配位置。在灯顶盘11作用于倒棘时,灯顶盘11的周侧壁抵持于倒棘的引导斜面1321且沿引导斜面1321滑行,直至倒棘对应至槽孔时,即完成卡接部111与倒棘的卡配。
进一步地,吸顶灯结构100还包括设置于灯顶盘11和灯主体12之间的连接器组件14;连接器组件14包括设置于灯顶盘11的第一连接器141、以及设置于灯主体12的第二连接器142。本公开的连接器组件14通过第一连接器141和第二连接器142对接即可完成电气连接,配合简单,无需其他操作,适合本公开灯主体12和灯顶盘11装配的方式。
在本公开一实施例中,该第一连接器141为耦合器模块,该第二连接器142为圆形耦合器导槽,耦合器模块包括与圆形耦合器导槽配合的圆形连接部。其中,圆形连接部内和圆形耦合器导槽内具有相互配合电气连接的弹片触点(未图示),如此设置,以使第一连接器141和第二连接器142完成对接即可实现电气连接。在本实施例中,耦合器的圆形连接器和圆形耦合器导槽的设计,可以使灯主体12通过360度任意角度与灯顶盘11装配,平面方向内任意调整,使任意形状(规则形状或者异形)的灯罩123也可以满足快捷装配及装配后任意角度的调整。
在本公开的其他可选实施例中,该第一连接器141为圆形耦合器导槽,第二连接器142为耦合器模块,耦合器模块包括与圆形耦合器导槽配合的圆形连接部。其中,所述圆形连接部内和所述圆形耦合器导槽内具有相互配合电气连接的弹片触点。本实施例中,第一连接器141与第二连接器142的装配方式及效果与上述实施例相同,仅仅在于位置的转换,该第一连接器141与第二连接器142的具体的装配效果在此就不再赘述。
如图2所示,本公开的灯顶盘11上还设置有穿线孔112、外部电线快接端子113、螺丝孔114、以及膨胀螺钉孔115。该外部电线快接端子113与耦合器模块电气连接,外部电线通过穿线孔112穿入灯顶盘11,并通过插置于外部电线快接端子113实现电气连接,操作简单。本实施例中,灯顶盘11上设置至少两个螺丝孔114,当具有两个螺丝孔114时,两个螺丝孔114位于耦合器模块的相对两侧,优选的,该两个螺丝孔114的中心距离的范围为55mm~110mm,从而可以适配多种情况下螺钉的装配方式,例如:满足与国标86暗盒的装配,八角暗盒等等。膨胀螺钉孔115的数量也至少为两个,当膨胀螺钉孔115的数量为多个时,可以均匀分布在灯顶盘11上。在本公开中,灯顶盘11上设置有两种连接孔(螺丝孔114及膨胀螺钉孔115)以供用户选择使用,增加了用户的选择性,从而可以使本公开的吸顶灯结构适合多种环境的屋顶。
本公开了设计了一种可以快速安装及拆卸的吸顶灯结构,通过本公开的弹性卡扣模块可以实现灯主体上推即可完成与灯顶盘的装配,对弹性卡扣模块一键按压即可完成灯主体与灯顶盘的分解,便于用户拆卸,给用户带来很大的便利,使用户可以轻松的完成吸顶灯结构的装配及拆卸。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,包括:灯顶盘、装配于所述灯顶盘的灯主体、以及设置于所述灯主体上的弹性卡扣模块,所述灯顶盘包括设置于所述灯顶盘周侧壁、与所述弹性卡扣模块配合的卡接部;
    其中,在所述灯主体与所述灯顶盘装配时,所述弹性卡扣模块在外力作用下压缩,以使所述灯主体与所述灯顶盘对接装配;待所述灯主体与所述灯顶盘装配到位后消除对所述弹性卡扣模块的外力,所述弹性卡扣模块在弹力作用下回复以与所述卡接部配合固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,所述灯主体包括灯外壳、位于所述灯外壳内的灯板、以及装配于所述灯板或所述灯外壳的灯罩;
    其中,所述灯罩位于所述灯板与所述灯顶盘相背的一侧面,所述弹性卡扣模块设置于所述灯板与所述灯顶盘相对侧面,所述灯板上设置有供容置所述弹性卡扣模块的导槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,所述弹性卡扣模块包括按压件,固定于所述按压件上的卡扣件,分别连接于所述按压件与所述灯板的弹性件,以及覆盖于所述导槽上方的卡扣固定盖;其中,所述按压件及所述卡扣件被限制在所述导槽内滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,所述按压件包括按压本体,设置于所述按压本体端部的按压部;所述卡扣件位于所述按压本体上,其中,在所述灯主体装配于所述灯顶盘后,所述按压部位于所述灯顶盘外,所述卡扣件位于所述吸顶灯盘内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,所述卡扣件的外侧面包括与所述卡接部配合的倒棘。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,所述卡接部为所述灯顶盘的周侧壁靠近所述灯主体一端向内翻边所构成。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,所述卡接部为在所述灯顶盘周侧面开设的槽孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述灯顶盘和所述灯主体之间的连接器组件;所述连接器组件包括设置于所述灯顶盘的第一连接器、以及设置于所述灯主体的第二连接器。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接器为耦合器模块,所述第二连接器为圆形耦合器导槽,所述耦合器模块包括与所述圆形耦合器导槽配合的圆形连接部;
    其中,所述圆形连接部内和所述圆形耦合器导槽内具有相互配合电气连接的弹片触点。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的吸顶灯结构,其特征在于,所述第一连接器为圆形耦合器导槽,所述第二连接器为耦合器模块,所述耦合器模块包括与所述圆形耦合器导槽配合的圆形连接部;
    其中,所述圆形连接部内和所述圆形耦合器导槽内具有相互配合电气连接的弹片触点。
