一种灯具固定装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置,尤其涉及一种灯具固定装置。
技术背景
目前,在灯具安装时,需要拆卸面罩或装饰盖,并进行钻孔、打螺钉、电线接线等步骤,整个安装过程复杂,且需要专业人员操作,因此安装和维护非常的不方便,效率低、成本高。在实际的安装过程中,因为灯具一般安装于屋顶或天花板上,故需先拆卸下灯罩,然后直接通过自攻螺钉或机牙螺钉将灯体固定,再将电源线接入灯具,最后盖上面罩。因此在安装时非常不方便,效率非常低。并且在一个人操作的情况下,必须一边单手托住灯具,一边用另一只手进行旋紧或松脱螺钉,非常容易发生安全事故,安装和维修都不方便,故在灯具安装时需要专业人员进行操作。
因此,如何提供一种安装快捷、方便的灯具固定装置,是目前照明技术领域亟待解决的问题之一。
发明概要
为了克服上述技术缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供了一种安装快捷、方便的灯具固定装置。
本发明公开了一种灯具固定装置,包括与基体连接的固定座和与灯具连接的连接座,该固定座具有第一主体部,在固定座的第一主体部的底端面外侧设置有第一结合部,在第一主体部的底端面中央位置处设置有向内凹陷的第一收容腔,在第一收容腔内设置有第一电气连接部;该连接座具有第二主体部,连接座的第二主体部设置有用于收容固定 座的第一主体部的第二收容腔,在第二收容腔的内壁上设置有第二结合部,在第二收容腔的中央位置处设置有第二电气连接部;连接座与固定座之间仅通过轴向旋转连接座便能够同时实现固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部之间的机械连接和固定座的第一电气连接部与连接座的第二电气连接部之间的电气连接,进而实现灯具的安装。
优选地,连接座与固定座之间先通过上推连接座再轴向旋转连接座便能够解除固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部之间的机械连接和固定座的第一电气连接部与连接座的第二电气连接部之间的电气连接,进而实现灯具的拆卸。
优选地,灯具固定装置还具有弹性元件,该弹性元件配置为在固定座和连接座之间施加轴向作用力,以避免组装后的连接座与固定座之间产生相对位移。
优选地,弹性元件设置在固定座的第一主体部的底端面上靠近第一结合部的位置处,弹性元件用于在固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部连接时向第二收容腔的底端面施加轴向作用力。
优选地,弹性元件设置在连接座的第二收容腔的底端面上靠近第二结合部的位置处,弹性元件用于在固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部连接时向固定座的第一主体部的底端面施加轴向作用力。
优选地,弹件元件同时设置在所述固定座的第一主体部的底端面上以及在所述连接座的第二收容腔的底端面上。
优选地,弹性元件以第一主体部的底端面的中心为圆心均匀地设置在靠近所述第一结合部的位置处。
优选地,弹性元件以连接座的第二收容腔的底端面的中心为圆心均匀地设置在靠近第二结合部的位置处。
优选地,弹性元件为弹簧、金属弹片结构,或者由弹性部和与所述弹性部固定连接 的按压部组成。
优选地,弹性元件的数量与第一结合部或第二结合部的数量相一致,并且弹性元件与第一结合部和第二结合部都沿径向直线排布。

优选地,第二结合部为至少两个沿第二收容腔内壁周向均匀设置的U型安装槽,U型安装槽包括开口端和限位结构,凸块从U型安装槽的开口端进入,沿着第二收容腔内壁的周向旋转至U型安装槽的限位结构处便实现固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部之间的机械连接。
优选地,限位结构与开口端之间具有高度差,凸块从U型安装槽的开口端进入,沿着第二收容腔内壁的周向旋转至抵靠限位结构的内侧壁,由于所述连接座受到弹性元件的轴向作用力,使得连接座朝远离固定座的方向轴向移动,直至固定座的凸块的顶面与连接座的限位结构的内顶面相贴合从而实现固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部之间的机械连接。
优选地,第二结合部的数量与第一结合部的数量为倍数关系,并且第二结合部的数量不少于第一结合部的数量。
优选地,凸块的数量为3个,U型安装槽的数量为6个。
优选地,U型安装槽还具有三角型的导向部,用于固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部之间进行连接时起导向作用。
优选地,U型安装槽还具有钩合部,该钩合部为临近U型安装槽的开口端并且朝第二收容腔的底端面延伸的小斜面。
优选地,第一电气连接部包括由第一收容腔的内壁所组成的具有一定高度的圆柱状 的第一绝缘部、位于第一绝缘部内并且与第一绝缘部平行等高设置的圆柱状的第二绝缘部、以及位于第二绝缘部内并且与第二绝缘部平行等高设置的圆柱状的第三绝缘部,第一绝缘部和第二绝缘部之间形成环状的第一收容槽,第二绝缘部和第三绝缘部之间形成环状的第二收容槽,第三绝缘部中央设置有圆形的第三收容槽。
优选地,第二电气连接部包括由外向内依次分布的第一导电端子、第二导电端子和第三导电端子,固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部连接时,第一导电端子、第二导电端子和第三导电端子分别容纳于第一收容槽、第二收容槽以及第三收容槽中,从而实现固定座的第一电气连接部与连接座的第二电气连接部之间的电气连接。
优选地,第一导电端子、第二导电端子为分别与第一收容槽、第二收容槽的大小和形状相适配的金属环,第三导电端子为与第三收容槽的大小和形状相适配的金属针。
优选地,固定座的第一主体部形成有自其上端缘向外突伸形成的凸缘安装部,固定座通过凸缘安装部与基体连接。
优选地,连接座的第二主体部形成有自其上端缘向外突伸形成的圆环形安装部,灯具通过圆环形安装部与连接座连接。
采用了上述技术方案后,与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
1.通过本发明优选实施例的灯具固定装置,操作者仅通过一次旋转连接座便能实现对灯具的快捷安装,因此安装方便。
2.通过本发明优选实施例的灯具固定装置,操作者仅通过上推以及旋转连接座便能实现对灯具的快捷拆卸,因此维护方便。
3.本发明优选实施例中采用了U型安装槽的数量与凸块的数量为倍数关系,并且U型安装槽的数量不少于凸块的数量,例如3个凸块与6个U型安装槽进行卡合连接的方式,通过这样的配置仅需要小角度旋转即可实现固定座与连接座机械连接,使灯具的安 装和拆卸更加快捷。
4.本发明优选实施例中设置了导向部,操作者能够通过该导向部快速准确地将凸块放置在U型安装槽的开口端处,从而不需要清楚地观察好凸块与U型安装槽的相对位置之后才进行对位安装,可以仅凭手感便可以实现灯具的盲装。
5.本发明优选实施例中设置了钩合部,使得操作者在拆卸灯具时需要先上推再旋转连接座才能拆卸灯具,而不是简单地旋转连接座便可以拆卸灯具,从而减少了操作者因误操作而拆卸灯具的可能性,减少了儿童私自拆卸灯具而导致危险的可能性,提高了固定座与连接座之间的连接稳固性以及灯具的用电安全性。
6.本发明优选实施例中采用了环形电气连接的设置,通过这种的设置,增大了第一收容槽、第二收容槽和第三收容槽与第一导电端子、第二导电端子和第三导电端子之间的接触面积,使第一电气连接部与第二电气连接部能够在任何相对旋转定位方向上都能够实现电气连接,同时由于第一绝缘部、第二绝缘部和第三绝缘部将第一导电端子、第二导电端子和第三导电端子完全间隔绝缘,从而提高了用电的安全性。
7.本发明优选实施例中设置了弹性元件,从而使固定座与连接座在该弹性元件所产生的轴向作用力以及灯具自身重力的作用下相互卡合得更加稳固,不会出现灯具上下左右晃动的情况。
8.本发明优选实施例中设置了固定座的凸缘安装部以及连接座的圆环形安装部,从而使固定座和连接座能够分别便捷地与基体和灯具相固定。

以下结合附图与具体实施例进一步阐述本发明的优点。
如图1-图4所示,本发明优选实施例的灯具固定装置包括配对使用的固定座1和连接座2,其中,固定座1预先安装到屋顶或天花板之类的基体上,连接座2则预先安装到灯具中。固定座1包括具有一圆筒状腔体的第一主体部1A,在固定座1的第一主体部1A的底端面外侧设置有第一结合部,在第一主体部1A的底端面中央位置处设置有向第一主体部1A的腔体内凹陷的第一收容腔1B,在该第一收容腔1B内设置有第一电气连接部。连接座2具有一第二主体部2A,该连接座2的第二主体部2A设置有用于收容固定座1的第一主体部1A的第二收容腔2B,该第二收容腔2B的内壁上设置有第二结合部,在 该第二收容腔2B的中央位置处设置有第二电气连接部。
当需要将灯具安装到屋顶或天花板之类的基体上时,操作者只需上推连接座2,使连接座2的第二主体部2A的第二收容腔2B收容固定座1的第一主体部1A,然后仅通过轴向旋转连接座2,能够同时实现固定座1的第一结合部与连接座2的第二结合部之间的机械连接和固定座1的第一电气连接部与连接座2的第二电气连接部之间的电气连接,进而实现灯具的机械连接和电气连接。其中,在本发明优选实施例中使用的术语“轴向方向”是指固定座1的轴线方向。在本发明优选实施例中使用的术语“上推”是指将连接座2沿轴向方向朝着靠近固定座1的方向推动或者是连接座2沿轴向方向朝着连接座2与固定座1之间的相对距离减小的方向推动。
当拆卸灯具时,操作者仅需先上推连接座2再反方向旋转连接座2,然后将连接座2与固定座1相分离,从而解除固定座1的第一结合部与连接座2的第二结合部之间的机械连接和固定座1的第一电气连接部与连接座2的第二电气连接部之间的电气连接,进而将灯具拆卸下来。通过本发明优选实施例的灯具固定装置,操作者能实现对灯具的快捷安装和拆卸,圆此使用简单、维护方便。
优选地,灯具固定装置还具有弹性元件10,该弹性元件10配置为在固定座1和连接座2之间施加轴向作用力,以避免组装后的连接座2与固定座1之间产生相对位移,即确保在完成灯具的安装后连接座2不会相对固定座1产生上下左右移动。进一步地,如图1所示,该弹性元件10可以设置在固定座的第一主体部的底端面上靠近第一结合部的位置处,用于在固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部连接时向第二收容腔的底端面施加轴向作用力。进一步地,弹性元件10也可以设置在连接座的第二收容腔的底端面上靠近第二结合部的位置处(未示出),用于在固定座的第一结合部与连接座的第二结合部连接时向固定座的第一主体部的底端面施加轴向作用力。进一步地,弹性元件10可以 同时设置在在固定座的第一主体部的底端面上以及在连接座的第二收容腔的底端面上(未示出)。进一步地,弹性元件10为弹簧或者其它金属弹片等结构,优选地,如图2所示,设置在固定座的第一主体部的底端面上的弹性元件10包括弹性部101和按压部102,按压部102与弹性部101之间固定连接,当固定座1和连接座2相连接时,弹性部101受到防护盖的挤压,从而使弹性元件10的按压部102向下挤压连接座2的腔体底端面,此时弹性部101处于受压状态,在固定座1与连接座2之间产生轴向作用力,以确保在完成所述灯具的安装后连接座2不会相对固定座1产生上下左右移动。进一步地,弹性元件10以所述第一主体部1A的底端面的中心为圆心均匀地设置在靠近所述第一结合部的位置处或者以连接座2的第二收容腔2B的底端面的中心为圆心均匀地设置在靠近第二结合部的位置处。进一步地,弹性元件10的数量与第一结合部或第二结合部的数量相一致,并且弹性元件10与第一结合部和第二结合部都沿径向直线排布。优选地,弹性元件10的数量为3个。
优选地,固定座1的第一结合部是至少两个沿固定座1第一主体部1A的周向设置的凸块3。连接座2的第二结合部相对应地是至少两个沿第二收容腔2B内壁周向设置的U型安装槽5,该U型安装槽5包括开口端51和限位结构52。当固定座1与连接座2结合时,固定座1的凸块3从U型安装槽5的开口端51装入,沿着第二收容腔2B内壁的周向旋转,直至旋转到U型安装槽5的限位结构52处便实现安装到位,即固定座1的第一结合部与连接座2的第二结合部之间完成机械连接。
优选地,如图1所示,U型安装槽5的限位结构52与开口端51之间具有高度差,限位结构52高于开口端51。安装灯具时,上推连接座2,克服弹性元件10对连接座2的轴向作用力,将连接座2的凸块3推移到U型安装槽5的开口端51位置附近,再将凸块3从U型安装槽5的开口端51进入,沿着第二收容腔内壁2B的周向旋转至抵靠限位 结构52的内侧壁。由于弹性元件10的轴向作用力的存在,使得连接座2将朝远离固定座1的方向轴向移动,直至固定座1的凸块3的顶面与连接座2的限位结构52的内顶面相贴合从而实现固定座1的第一结合部与连接座2的第二结合部之间的机械连接。之后,在固定座1和连接座2之间,由于弹性元件10所产生的轴向作用力一直存在,以及在灯具自身重力的作用下,固定座1和连接座2相互卡合得更加稳固,不会出现灯具上下左右晃动的情况。
优选地,第二结合部的数量与第一结合部的数量为倍数关系,并且第二结合部的数量不少于第一结合部的数量。具体而言,第一结合部例如凸块3的数量优选为3个,第二结合部例如U型安装槽5的数量为6个,该3个凸块3之间相互间隔相同的角度,该6个U型安装槽5之间相互间隔相同的角度,通过这样的配置仅需要小角度旋转即可实现固定座1的第一结合部与连接座2的第二结合部之间的机械连接,使灯具的安装和拆卸更加快捷。
优选地,U型安装槽5还具有三角形的导向部53,用于在固定座1的凸块3与连接座2的U型安装槽5之间进行连接时起导向作用。具体而言,该导向部53的顶端朝向固定座1的底端面,导向部53的两侧为小斜面,在小斜面的导向作用下,操作者能够快速准确地将凸块3放置在U型安装槽5的开口端51处,从而不需要清楚地观察好凸块3与U型安装槽5的相对位置之后才进行对位安装,可以仅凭手感便可以实现灯具的盲装。
优选地,U型安装槽5还具有钩合部54,该钩合部54为临近U型安装槽5的开口端51并且朝第二收容腔2B的底端面延伸的小斜面。通过设置了钩合部54,使得操作者在拆卸灯具时需要先上推再旋转连接座2才能拆卸灯具。具体而言,当需要分离固定座1和连接座2时,操作者不能够直接通过反向旋转连接座2来分离固定座1和连接座2,这是因为由于钩合部54的存在,钩合部54会阻挡凸块3从U型安装槽5中直接移出。此 时操作者需要先上推连接座2,由于固定座1以及凸块3的位置是固定的,连接座2的上移将导致原来相互贴合的凸块3的顶面与U型安装槽5的限位结构52的内顶面相互分离,U型安装槽5的开口端51也相应地移动到与凸块3等高的位置处,然后再反向旋转连接座2,便可以实现灯具的拆卸。这种先上推再旋转连接座2才能拆卸灯具的配置减少了操作者因误操作而拆卸灯具的可能性,减少了儿童私自拆卸灯具而导致危险的可能性,提高了固定座1与连接座2之间的连接稳固性以及灯具的用电安全性。
优选地,如图1和图2所示,固定座1的第一电气连接部包括第一收容槽41、第二收容槽42以及第三收容槽43。具体而言,固定座1的第一收容腔1B的内壁构成具有一定高度的圆柱状的第一绝缘部、在第一绝缘部内设置有与第一绝缘部平行等高的圆柱状的第二绝缘部、以及在第二绝缘部内设置有与第二绝缘部平行等高的圆柱状的第三绝缘部,第一绝缘部和第二绝缘部之间形成环状的第一收容槽41,第二绝缘部和第三绝缘部之间形成环状的第二收容槽42,第三绝缘部中央设置有圆形的第三收容槽43。进一步地,如图图2和图3所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,固定座1的第一主体部1A的圆筒状腔体内设置有L电极91、N电极93以及接地极92,该三个金属电极呈折弯状并分别与位于其上方的弹簧片连接;固定座1还设置有三个开关按钮,该开关按钮作用于弹簧片;此外,固定座1还设置有一个防护盖,安装在固定座1上,用于保护L电极91、N电极93以及接地极92。该L电极91、N电极93以及接地极92、防护盖,开关按钮,弹簧片都设置于固定座1的第一主体部1A的圆筒状腔体内。
优选地,如图1和图4所示,连接座2的第二电气连接部包括由外向内依次分布的第一导电端子61、第二导电端子62和第三导电端子63,当固定座1的第一结合部与连接座2的第二结合部连接时,第一导电端子61、第二导电端子62和第三导电端子63分别容纳于第一收容槽41、第二收容槽42以及第三收容槽43中并与收容槽中的电极电性 连接,从而实现固定座1的第一电气连接部与连接座2的第二电气连接部之间的电气连接。进一步地,第一导电端子61、第二导电端子62为分别与第一收容槽41、第二收容槽42的大小和形状相适配的金属环,第三导电端子63为与第三收容槽43的大小和形状相适配的金属针。通过这种环形电气连接的设置,增大了第一收容槽41、第二收容槽42和第三收容槽43与第一导电端子61、第二导电端子62和第三导电端子63之间的接触面积,使第一电气连接部与第二电气连接部能够在任何相对旋转定位方向上都能够实现电气连接,同时由于第一绝缘部、第二绝缘部和第三绝缘部将第一导电端子61、第二导电端子62和第三导电端子63完全间隔绝缘,从而提高了用电的安全性。
优选地,如图1所示,固定座1的第一主体部1A形成有自其上端缘向外突伸形成的凸缘安装部7,固定座1通过该凸缘安装部7与屋顶或天花板之类的基体连接。具体而言,凸缘安装部7开设有若干螺孔,用于与屋顶或天花极螺接。
优选地,如图4所示,连接座2的第二主体部2A形成有自其上端缘向外突伸形成的圆环形安装部8,灯具通过圆环形安装部8与连接座2连接。
下面将通过一个具体的安装示例来进一步阐述本发明:
首先,将屋顶或天花板上预置的电线分别剥皮,剥线长度优选为8~10mm,然后按下固定座1上各电极对应的开关按钮,分别插入相应电线,然后通过凸缘安装部7上的若干螺孔来与屋顶或天花板螺接,即可实现将固定座1固定在屋顶或天花板上。
接着,将连接座2和固定座1中心对齐,上推连接座2,使第一导电端子61、第二导电端子62和第三导电端子63分别容纳于第一收容槽41、第二收容槽42以及第三收容槽43中。
最后,旋转连接座2,使固定座1的凸块3从U型安装槽5的开口端51装入,沿着第二收容腔2B内壁的周向旋转,直至旋转到U型安装槽5的限位结构52处便实现安装 到位。
由于凸块3卡合在U型安装槽5中,加上弹性元件10的轴向作用力以及灯具自身重力的作用,使得固定座1与连接座2之间连接得更加稳固,从而实现灯具的机械连接。
由于固定座1的底端面的中央设置有第一收容槽41、第二收容槽42以及第三收容槽43,L电极91、接地极92以及N电极93分别设置在该第一收容槽41、第二收容槽42以及第三收容槽43中,L电极91、接地极92以及N电极93的一端分别与天花板中预置的电线相连接;在连接座2与固定座1相连接时,连接座2的第一导电端子61、第二导电端子62和第三导电端子63都插入到固定座1的第一收容槽41、第二收容槽42以及第三收容槽43中,进而与L电极91、接地极92以及N电极93的另一端相连接:在连接座2的底盖上设置了三根连接线,这三根连接线的一端分别与连接座2的第一导电端子61、第二导电端子62和第三导电端子63相连接,该三根连接线的另一端都引出连接座2之外与并灯具相连接,从而同步实现了灯具的电气连接。
本发明的核心在于仅仅通过一个旋转动作即可以同时完成灯具的机械连接和电气连接,进而实现灯具的安装;本发明的核心还在于通过上推加旋转的动作即可以解除灯具的机械连接和电气连接,进而实现灯具的拆卸;本发明的核心还在于提供了多个实施例来详细地说明灯具的机械连接和电气连接的具体结构。但应当注意的是,本发明的实施例不应当被解释为对本发明作任何形式的限制。例如,在本发明的上述优选实施例中,虽然是采用两个金属圆环和一个金属针作为三个金属电极,但也可以采用三个金属圆环做为电极;在本发明的上述实施例中,设置了L电极91、接地极92以及N电极93的排列顺序,但也可以根据需要调整电极顺序;在本发明的上述优选实施例中,虽然采用了凸块3和U型安装槽5相卡合的方式来实现灯具的机械连接,但也可以通过采用筋与槽孔、筋筋配合等方式来实现防止脱落的效果。因此,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利 用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

  1. 一种灯具固定装置,包括与基体连接的固定座和与灯具连接的连接座,其特征在于,
    所述固定座具有第一主体部,在所述固定座的第一主体部的底端面外侧设置有第一结合部,在所述第一主体部的底端面中央位置处设置有向内凹陷的第一收容腔,在所述第一收容腔内设置有第一电气连接部;
    所述连接座具有第二主体部,所述连接座的第二主体部设置有用于收容所述固定座的第一主体部的第二收容腔,在所述第二收容腔的内壁上设置有第二结合部,在所述第二收容腔的中央位置处设置有第二电气连接部;
    所述连接座与所述固定座之间仅通过轴向旋转所述连接座便能够同时实现所述固定座的第一结合部与所述连接座的第二结合部之间的机械连接和所述固定座的第一电气连接部与所述连接座的第二电气连接部之间的电气连接,进而实现所述灯具的安装。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述连接座与所述固定座之间先通过上推所述连接座再轴向旋转所述连接座便能够解除所述固定座的第一结合部与所述连接座的第二结合部之间的机械连接和所述固定座的第一电气连接部与所述连接座的第二电气连接部之间的电气连接,进而实现所述灯具的拆卸。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述灯具固定装置还具有弹性元件,所述弹性元件配置为在所述固定座和所述连接座之间施加轴向作用力,以避免组装后的所述连接座与所述固定座之间产生相对位移。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件设置在所述固定 座的第一主体部的底端面上靠近所述第一结合部的位置处,所述弹性元件用于在所述固定座的第一结合部与所述连接座的第二结合部连接时向所述第二收容腔的底端面施加轴向作用力。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件设置在所述连接座的第二收容腔的底端面上靠近所述第二结合部的位置处,所述弹性元件用于在所述固定座的第一结合部与所述连接座的第二结合部连接时向所述固定座的第一主体部的底端面施加轴向作用力。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件同时设置在所述固定座的第一主体部的底端面上以及在所述连接座的第二收容腔的底端面上。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件以所述第一主体部的底端面的中心为圆心均匀地设置在靠近所述第一结合部的位置处。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件以所述连接座的第二收容腔的底端面的中心为圆心均匀地设置在靠近所述第二结合部的位置处。
  9. 如权利要求6、7、8中任一所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为弹簧、金属弹片结构,或者由弹性部和与所述弹性部固定连接的按压部组成。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性元件的数量与所述第一结合部或第二结合部的数量相一致,并且所述弹性元件与所述第一结合部和第二结合部都沿径向直线排布。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,弹性元件的数量为3个。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一结合部为至少两个沿所述固定座第一主体部的周向均匀设置的凸块。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二结合部为至少两个沿所述第二收容腔内壁周向均匀设置的U型安装槽,所述U型安装槽包括开口端和限位结构,所述凸块从所述U型安装槽的开口端进入,沿着所述第二收容腔内壁的周向旋转至所述U型安装槽的限位结构处便实现所述固定座的第一结合部与所述连接座的第二结合部之间的机械连接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构与所述开口端之间具有高度差,所述凸块从所述U型安装槽的开口端进入,沿着所述第二收容腔内壁的周向旋转至抵靠所述限位结构的内侧壁,由于所述连接座受到所述弹性元件的轴向作用力,使得所述连接座朝远离所述固定座的方向轴向移动,直至所述固定座的凸块的顶面与所述连接座的限位结构的内顶面相贴合从而实现所述固定座的第一结合部与所述连接座的第二结合部之间的机械连接。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二结合部的数量与所述第一结合部的数量为倍数关系,并且所述第二结合部的数量不少于所述第一结合部的数量。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述凸块的数量为3个,所 述U型安装槽的数量为6个。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的灯具固定装置,具特征在于,所述U型安装槽还具有三角形的导向部,用于所述固定座的第一结合部与所述连接座的第二结合部之间进行连接时起导向作用。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述U型安装槽还具有钩合部,所述钩合部为临近所述U型安装槽的开口端并且朝所述第二收容腔的底端面延伸的小斜面。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一电气连接部包括由所述第一收容腔的内壁所组成的具有一定高度的圆柱状的第一绝缘部、位于所述第一绝缘部内并且与所述第一绝缘部平行等高设置的圆柱状的第二绝缘部、以及位于所述第二绝缘部内并且与所述第二绝缘部平行等高设置的圆柱状的第三绝缘部,所述第一绝缘部和所述第二绝缘部之间形成环状的第一收容槽,所述第二绝缘部和所述第三绝缘部之间形成环状的第二收容槽,所述第三绝缘部中央设置有圆形的第三收容槽。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二电气连接部包括由外向内依次分布的第一导电端子、第二导电端子和第三导电端子,所述固定座的第一结合部与所述连接座的第二结合部连接时,所述第一导电端子、第二导电端子和第三导电端子分别容纳于所述第一收容槽、第二收容槽以及第三收容槽中,从而实现所述固定座的第一电气连接部与所述连接座的第二电气连接部之间的电气连接。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的灯具固定装置,具特征在于,所述第一导电端子、第二导 电端子为分别与所述第一收容槽、第二收容槽的大小和形状相适配的金属环,所述第三导电端子为与所述第三收容槽的大小和形状相适配的金属针。
  22. 如权利要求1所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定座的第一主体部形成有自其上端缘向外突伸形成的凸缘安装部,所述固定座通过所述凸缘安装部与所述基体连接。
  23. 如权利要求1所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述连接座的第二主体部形成有自其上端缘内外突伸形成的圆环形安装部,所述灯具通过所述圆环形安装部与所述连接座连接。
