技术领域
本公开涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种夜灯。
背景技术
夜灯主要安装在过道、门口、床尾、床头等场所,以用于夜间照明。夜灯一般包括底座、设置在底座上的灯珠和连接在底座上的灯罩等。
发明内容
本公开的一些实施例提供一种夜灯。所述夜灯包括底座、连接件、发光元件以及与所述底座相扣合的灯罩。所述灯罩与所述底座之间形成安装腔,所述连接件位于所述安装腔内。所述连接件的一侧卡接所述底座,所述连接件的另一侧卡接所述灯罩,所述连接件包括反射镜面和环形凸缘,所述反射镜面卡接所述灯罩、所述环形凸缘卡接所述底座,且在所述反射镜面、所述环形凸缘以及所述灯罩的透光部之间形成一个空间;所述发光元件位于所述连接件与所述底座之间,所述发光元件包括发光体,所述发光体发出的光束进入所述空间内;其中,所述反射镜面位于所述发光体的主出射光路上,所述反射镜面将所述发光体发出的光束反射至所述透光部,所述主出射光路指所述发光体发出的大部分光束的路径。
在一些实施例中,所述反射镜面为向所述连接件的中心方向凹陷的圆弧镜面。
在一些实施例中,所述反射镜面沿所述环形凸缘的内环面呈环形分布,所述发光体环绕所述反射镜面设置,所述透光部环绕所述发光体设置。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本公开的一些实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开所提供的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
以下,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本公开实施例的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
随着照明技术的不断进步,人们对夜灯的照明效果以及美观度的要求也越来越高。相关技术中,夜灯的灯罩通常通过黏胶或螺钉固定在底座上,但是,若采用黏胶固定的方式,则不便夜灯的拆装;若采用螺钉固定的方式,则会影响夜灯的整体美观性,且所需螺钉数量多,螺钉旋拧繁琐,不便于夜灯的拆装;另外,由于灯罩与灯珠之间距离较小,因此当夜灯内灯珠的光束直接从灯罩散射出来时,会使得灯罩上对应灯珠的位置相比其它位置亮度较亮,从而使灯罩上的灯光分布不均匀。
如图1至图4所示,本公开的一些实施例提供了一种夜灯,该夜灯包括:底座1、发光元件2、连接件3和灯罩4。灯罩4与底座1相扣合,灯罩4与底座1之间形成安装腔5。连接件3位于安装腔5内。连接件3的一侧卡接底座1、连接件3的另一侧卡接灯罩4。发光元件2夹设于连接件3与底座1之间。这样,无需黏胶或螺钉即可实现整个夜灯的组装,方便夜灯的拆装。另外,由于夜灯可无螺钉装配,使得该夜灯的外表面无螺钉,产品外观更整洁,生产工艺更简化。
如图2所示,本公开的一些实施例中,底座1形成有容纳空间14,发光元件2容置于底座1的容纳空间14内。
如图2和图7所示,在本公开的一些实施例中,灯罩4包括面盖42和罩壳41,罩壳41整体呈环状,夜灯的装配完成后,罩壳41位于面盖42和底座1之间。即,罩壳41既与面盖42相扣合、又与底座1相扣合。在一些实施例中,如图7所示,罩壳41包括第一限位凸起412,底座1包括第一限位槽12。如图3所示,第一限位凸起412嵌入底座1的第一限位槽12内。底座1和罩 壳41通过第一限位凸起412与第一限位槽12的相互配合,起到相互限位的作用,使得底座1和罩壳41稳固地组装于一体。一些实施例中,如图7所述,罩壳41还包括第二限位凸起413;如图5和图8所示,面盖42包括第二限位槽422。如图3所示,第二限位槽422与罩壳41的第二限位凸起413相互配合,起到相互限位的作用,使得罩壳41和面盖42稳固地组装于一体。
如此,面盖42、罩壳41和底座1之间围成安装腔5。
在本公开的一些实施例中,面盖42和底座1均由不透光材料制成,罩壳41由透光材料制成,这样,罩壳41和面盖42可以采用不同的材料分别加工,可以简化加工工艺。
但并不局限于此,在一些实施例中,罩壳41和面盖42为一体结构。
如图3、图4和图8所示,连接件3位于安装腔5内。一些实施例中,连接件3包括反射镜面31和环形凸缘32。反射镜面31与灯罩4卡接,环形凸缘32与底座1卡接。一些实施例中,反射镜面31包括一个或多个卡槽33,面盖42包括一个或多个卡扣421,卡槽33与相应的卡扣421卡接。一些实施例中,如图3和图7所示,底座1包括一个或多个扣台11,环形凸缘32与底座1中相应的扣台11卡接。
这样,当面盖42和连接件3组装时,将面盖42的卡扣421卡入连接件3的卡槽33内,实现面盖42与连接件3的卡扣连接,面盖42和连接件3的拆装简单方便。
参照图3、图5和图6,本公开的一些实施例中,发光元件2包括灯珠电路板和设于该灯珠电路板上的发光体21,发光体21为一个或多个灯珠,灯珠位于灯珠电路板的同一安装面22上。连接件3的环形凸缘32包括一个或多个通孔321,灯珠容纳于对应的通孔321中。在夜灯装配完成后,灯珠电路板的一个侧面抵靠连接件3的环形凸缘32,灯珠电路板的另一个侧面抵靠位于底座1的内侧壁上的凸台15,如图3和图7所示,凸台15包括限位部151和支撑部152,其中,限位部151靠近底座1的内侧壁设置,且限位部151高于支撑部152,支撑部152的顶面与灯珠电路板的一个侧面抵靠,灯珠电路板安装后,限位部151位于灯珠电路板的外侧,这样,灯珠电路板既不能沿与底座1的底面垂直的方向移动,也不能沿与底座1的底面平行的方向移动,灯珠电路板的安装更可靠。在一些实施例中,为防止夜灯跌落时发光元件2松脱,还可以在底座1和灯罩4围成的空间内部增加固定发光元件2的螺钉,使发光元件2的固定更加牢固,且夜灯的整个外表面无螺钉。
如图3和图4所示,连接件3的反射镜面31位于环形凸缘32的靠近其 内环面的位置处,此时灯珠位于反射镜面31的外侧(即,位于反射镜面31的远离环形凸缘32的内环面的一侧),从而在反射镜面31、环形凸缘32和灯罩4(例如罩壳41)之间形成一个空间10,灯珠发出的光线进入该空间10中。灯罩4包括透光部411,光线可以从透光部411透射出去。如上所述,当灯罩4的罩壳41由透光材料制成时,罩壳41可以作为透光部411。但并不局限于此,在一些实施例中,透光部411可以仅由罩壳41的一部分形成,或者透光部411由罩壳41和面盖42的一部分形成,或者透光部411由罩壳41的一部分和底座1的一部分形成。
需要说明的是,上述空间10可以作为反射空间。反射空间是指灯珠发出的光束经反射镜面31反射至透光部411所需要的空间。
在一些实施例中,发光元件2的安装面22与透光部411垂直设置。灯珠电路板压紧在底座1和连接件3之间。灯珠位于通孔321内,使得连接件3的环形凸缘32可以贴紧发光元件2的安装面22,安装面22为所述灯珠电路板的安装有一个或多个灯珠的表面,从而使灯珠稳定固定于反射镜面31、环形凸缘32与罩壳4形成的空间10中。
如图3所示,在本公开一些实施例中,反射镜面31位于灯珠的主出射光路上,且反射镜面31与透光部411的位置相对应。主出射光路是指灯珠发出的大部分光束的路径。这样灯珠发出的一小部分光束直接通过透光部411透射,还有一大部分光束则射向反射镜面31。反射镜面31可将射向其的光束反射至透光部411,如图3中的虚线箭头所示。这样,灯珠发出的光束不仅可以到达透光部411的与灯珠的位置相对应的区域,而且经反射镜面31反射后还可以到达透光部411的与灯珠的位置不相对应的区域,从而使透光部411的灯光分布均匀、柔和。在一些实施例中,透光部411位于夜灯的侧面(一般情况下,底座1为夜灯的底面、面盖42为夜灯的顶面),从而避免透光部411透射的光直射用户的眼睛,造成用户不舒适感,提升了用户的体验。
另外,当发光元件2的安装面22与透光部411垂直设置时,透光部411没有与灯珠的正面相对,这可以避免灯珠的垂直光束照射透光部411,透光部411上不会凸显出灯珠位置,从而使透过灯罩4的灯光更加均匀。
透光部411的形状与灯珠的排布相匹配。例如,当将罩壳41由透光材料制成,且将罩壳41整体作为透光部411时,由于罩壳41为环状结构,则透光部411也为环状结构。如图7和图8所示,该透光部411的环状结构包括一些首尾相接的平面和弧面。在此情况下,多个灯珠可以绕着环形凸缘32的内环面一周排布。但并不局限于此,例如多个灯珠可以呈直线排布,例如仅 绕着环形凸缘32的内环面的一个直线型侧边排布,此时透光部411的形状可以呈平面状。也就是说,仅将罩壳41的与所述多个灯珠对应的部位作为透光部411,而罩壳41的未与多个灯珠对应的部位则作为不透光部。例如,多个灯珠也可以呈圆弧状排布,此时透光部411的形状则呈圆弧状。这样设置,可以使得夜灯呈现不同的发光样式,例如有的夜灯发光位置的形状为环状、有的夜灯发光位置的形状为直线状、有的夜灯发光位置的形状为圆弧状,这可以满足用户的不同需要,并增加夜灯的商业价值。
如图3和图6所示,本公开的一些实施例中,灯珠可以被配置为LED贴片灯,例如,LED贴片灯的发光角度α可以为120°或者其它角度,LED贴片灯的散光效果更好,可以使透过透光部411的灯光更加柔和。在实际应用时,可根据灯珠的发光区域及光束角度,调整灯珠的位置及排布间距,使其满足透光部411位于灯珠的发光区域内,使得灯罩4的透光部411无暗区,避免影响灯罩4的灯光效果。
本公开的一些实施例中,各灯珠等间距设置,可使得透过透光部411的灯光更加均匀。另外,灯珠的数量不限,可以根据实际需要进行设置。
如图3和图6所示,本公开的一些实施例中,反射镜面31为向连接件3的中心方向凹陷的圆弧镜面。通过将反射镜面31设置成圆弧镜面,一方面,便于灯珠发出的未直接进入透光部411的光束均能通过反射镜面31反射至透光部411,使得透光部411的灯光分布更加均匀和明亮;另一方面,由于反射镜面31向连接件3的中心方向凹陷,在该夜灯外形轮廓的尺寸一定的前提下,使得灯珠可以尽可能向连接件3的中心方向设置,从而可增大灯珠与透光部411之间的距离,进而可避免透光部411凸显出灯珠的现象,使得透光部411的灯光更加均匀。除此之外,反射镜面31也可以设置成其它形状,如非回转面平面等。
如上可知,透光部411的形状可以与灯珠的排布相匹配。类似地,反射镜面31的形状也可以与灯珠的排布相匹配。参照图3,本公开的一些实施例中,多个灯珠绕着环形凸缘32的内环面一周排布,反射镜面31沿环形凸缘32的内环面呈环形分布,从而使得多个灯珠环绕反射镜面31设置。这样,当罩壳41作为透光部411时,夜灯通过罩壳41的环形侧面发光,照明效果好,提升了用户体验。其中,多个灯珠产生的一部分光束直接进入透光部411,多个灯珠产生的另外一部分光束则通过反射镜面31的反射进入透光部411,使得透光部411的灯光分布均匀,避免出现明暗相间的情况,进而使得整个灯罩4上的灯光均匀、柔和,用户使用体验好。
本公开的一些实施例中,多个灯珠可以呈直线排布,例如仅绕着环形凸缘32的内环面的一个直线型侧边排布,此时反射镜面31也沿环形凸缘32的内环面呈直线分布。
本公开的一些实施例中,多个灯珠也可以呈圆弧状排布,此时反射镜面31沿环形凸缘32的内环面也可以呈圆弧状分布。
如图2所示,本公开的一些实施例中,夜灯还包括与灯珠电路板电连接并固定于灯珠电路板上的插套6,面盖42设有与插套6对应设置的插孔423。通过在面盖42设置插孔423,便于用户将该夜灯作插座使用,用电设备的插头插入插孔423并与插套6插接,实现用电设备的供电。
连接件3包括一容纳腔34,插套6收容于容纳腔34内。通过使连接件3包括容纳腔34,并将插套6收容于容纳腔34内,有利于该夜灯的小型化。
基于此,本公开的一些实施例的夜灯既实现了一件多用功能,还有利于夜灯的小型化。
如图2所示,本公开的一些实施例中,夜灯还包括与插套6对应的保护门组件7,保护门组件7在用电设备的插头未插入插孔423时对插套6进行保护,防止用户手指伸入插孔423内与插套6接触,从而提升了该夜灯的安全性能。
如图2所示,本公开一些实施例中,夜灯还包括与灯珠电路板电连接的插销8,插销8固定于灯珠电路板上。插销8给灯珠电路板上的灯珠及插套6供电,可通过将插销8插接在电源插座上实现夜灯的供电,便于夜灯的插拔。除此之外,发光元件2也可以通过导线直接与外界电源连接。其中,底座1上设有与插销8对应的通孔13,插销8穿过通孔13向外伸出。
如图2所示,本公开的一些实施例中,夜灯还包括与灯珠电路板电连接的控制电路板91、设于控制电路板91上的开关旋钮93,开关旋钮93用于控制电源通断和调节灯珠亮度。例如,开关旋钮93可以通过开关旋转轴92与控制电路板91连接。开关旋转轴92穿过面盖42后与开关旋钮93连接。通过按压开关旋钮93实现整个夜灯的电源导通或断电,并通过旋转开关旋钮93以调节灯珠的亮度,从而调节整个罩壳41的灯光亮度。
如图2和图4所示,本公开的一些实施例中,控制电路板91通过扣位结构35固定于连接件3的安装平台36上,便于控制电路板91的安装,且同样无需螺钉固定控制电路板91。
本公开一些实施例中,夜灯在组装时,先将发光元件2放置在底座1的容纳空间14内,使插销8穿过底座1上对应的通孔13,再将插套6、控制电 路板91、保护门组件7安装于发光元件2上,然后将连接件3卡扣到底座1上,使发光元件2夹紧固定于底座1和连接件3之间,插套6和保护门组件7收容在连接件3的容纳腔34内。接着,将控制电路板91安装在连接件3的安装平台36上,并将罩壳41套设在连接件3外侧,并使罩壳41的第一限位凸起412嵌入底座1的第一限位槽12内,再将面盖42卡扣在连接件3上,并使罩壳41的第二限位凸起413嵌入面盖42的第二限位槽422内,使罩壳41固定于底座1和面盖42之间。最后,将开关旋钮93与开关旋转轴92连接,从而完成整个夜灯的组装。整个夜灯的组装实现了无螺钉装配,方便该夜灯的拆装。该夜灯的外表面无螺钉,产品外观整洁,且简化了生产工艺。
以上所述,仅为本公开的具体实施方式,但本公开的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本公开揭露的技术范围内,想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本公开的保护范围之内。因此,本公开的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种夜灯,包括:
    底座;
    与所述底座相扣合的灯罩,所述灯罩与所述底座之间形成安装腔,所述灯罩包括透光部;
    设置于所述安装腔内的连接件,所述连接件的一侧卡接所述底座,所述连接件的另一侧卡接所述灯罩,所述连接件包括反射镜面和环形凸缘,所述反射镜面卡接所述灯罩、所述环形凸缘卡接所述底座,且在所述反射镜面、所述环形凸缘以及所述灯罩的透光部之间形成一个空间;
    设置于所述连接件与所述底座之间的发光元件,所述发光元件包括发光体,所述发光体发出的光束进入所述空间内;其中,
    所述反射镜面位于所述发光体的主出射光路上,所述反射镜面将所述发光体发出的光束反射至所述透光部,所述主出射光路指所述发光体发出的大部分光束的路径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的夜灯,其中,所述反射镜面为向所述连接件的中心方向凹陷的圆弧镜面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的夜灯,其中,所述反射镜面沿所述环形凸缘的内环面呈环形分布,所述发光体环绕所述反射镜面设置,所述透光部环绕所述发光体设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的夜灯,其中,所述灯罩包括:
    与所述连接件卡接的面盖;
    连接在所述面盖与所述底座之间的罩壳,所述透光部位于所述罩壳上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的夜灯,其中,所述发光元件还包括灯珠电路板,所述发光体为设于所述灯珠电路板上的一个或多个灯珠,一个或多个所述灯珠均位于所述灯珠电路板的同一安装面上,且所述安装面与所述透光部垂直设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的夜灯,其中,所述发光元件夹设于所述环形凸缘和所述底座之间,所述环形凸缘包括与所述发光体的位置相对应的通孔,所述发光体位于所述通孔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的夜灯,其中,所述底座包括一个或多个扣台,所述底座通过所述一个或多个扣台卡扣固定于所述环形凸缘上。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的夜灯,其中,
    所述反射镜面包括一个或多个卡槽,所述面盖包括与所述一个或多个卡 槽配合的一个或多个卡扣,所述面盖通过所述一个或多个卡扣与所述反射镜面的相应的卡槽连接。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的夜灯,其中,所述底座包括第一限位槽,所述罩壳包括与所述第一限位槽配合的第一限位凸起,所述第一限位凸起嵌入所述第一限位槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的夜灯,其中,所述面盖包括第二限位槽,所述罩壳包括与所述第二限位槽配合的第二限位凸起,所述第二限位凸起嵌入所述第二限位槽内。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的夜灯,其中,所述夜灯还包括固定于所述灯珠电路板上的插套,所述插套与所述灯珠电路板电连接;所述面盖上设有与所述插套相对应的插孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的夜灯,其中,所述连接件还包括容纳腔,所述插套伸入所述容纳腔内。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的夜灯,其中,所述夜灯还包括:与所述灯珠电路板连接并固定于所述灯珠电路板上的插销,所述插销伸出所述底座。
  14. 根据权利要求5所述的夜灯,其中,所述夜灯还包括:
    与所述灯珠电路板电连接的控制电路板;
    设置于所述控制电路板上的开关旋钮,所述开关旋钮配置为控制电源通断和调节所述灯珠的亮度。
