所述反射器2包括光通道和围成所述光通道的壁,所述光通道包括入光 口23和出光口25,所述连接部21设置于所述入光口23。具体地,所述连接部21为螺纹柱,在本实施例中,所述连接部21的数量为2个,并且对称分布。所述连接部21与所述反射器2一体成型,这样可以减少灯具的零部件,使灯具的结构更加简便紧凑,安装操作更加方便。
所述外壳3包括底壁31、自所述底壁31的边缘延伸而成的侧壁32以及自所述侧壁32的边缘延伸而成的翻边33,所述底壁31的靠近其外边缘的部位设有供所述连接部21穿过的通孔35以及过线孔38,所述通孔35的数量为2个,并且对称分布。连接基板11和驱动电源的导线穿过该过线孔38。所述翻边33上设有2个对称分布的通孔36。在装配状态,所述基板11支撑在所述底壁31的内表面,所述基板11的边缘设有供所述连接部21穿过的缺口111,所述缺口111的数量为2个。所述安装架5包括呈板状的安装架主体51以及自所述安装架主体51的边缘延伸而成的折边52,所述卡勾55和所述支撑块56设置于所述折边52上。所述安装架主体51的靠近其边缘的部位设有供所述螺钉103穿过的通孔53,所述通孔53的数量为2个,并且对称分布。在装配状态,所述安装架5上的通孔53、所述外壳3上的通孔35以及所述基板11上的缺口111沿安装方向对正设置,所述连接部21依次穿过所述缺口111、通孔35抵靠在所述安装架5的一侧,所述螺钉103从所述安装架5的另一侧穿过所述通孔53与所述连接部21连接。所述灯具还包括电源盖7,所述电源盖7与所述安装架5盖合以形成容纳所述驱动电源的空间。所述电源盖7和所述安装架5通过卡接方式连接,这种连接方式操作简便,成本更低。所述电源盖7的内壁设有倒勾71,所述安装架5设有缺口57,所述倒勾71卡接于所述缺口57从而使所述电源盖7与所述安装架5连接到一起。
所述灯具还包括电源线101,所述电源线101的一端与所述驱动电源6连接,另一端用于连接外电源。所述电源线101通过压线板105压接在所述安装架5上。所述安装架主体51上设有两个螺钉孔58,螺钉106穿过所述压线板105与所述螺钉孔58连接从而将所述压线板105锁定在所述安装架5 上。所述电源盖7的侧壁设有供所述电源线101穿过的缺口。
所述灯具还包括防眩环8和扩散板107,所述防眩环8的靠近所述LED光源1的一端设有卡勾81,所述扩散板107通过卡勾81卡接于所述防眩环8。所述灯具还包括面环9和卡簧100,所述面环9上设有两对用于安装所述卡簧的凸耳91。所述面环9上还设有螺钉孔92,螺钉108穿过所述外壳3上的翻边33上的通孔36与所述面环9上的螺钉孔92连接从而将所述外壳3与所述面环9连接到一起。所述面环9上设有止挡环93,所述防眩环8夹持在所述面环9的止挡环93与所述反射器2的出光口25一端之间,从而实现所述防眩环8的安装。
通过使所述安装架和所述反射器连接到一起,并将所述基板和所述外壳夹持在所述反射器和所述安装架之间,通过一个连接结构,即可将所述反射器、基板、外壳以及安装架连接到一起,结构简单紧凑,操作非常方便,可以降低材料及装配操作成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具包括LED光源、基板、反射器、外壳、驱动电源和安装架,所述LED光源设置在所述基板上,所述基板和所述反射器设置于所述外壳内,所述驱动电源安装在所述安装架上,所述灯具还包括连接结构,所述连接结构将所述安装架和所述反射器连接到一起,所述基板和所述外壳夹持在所述反射器和所述安装架之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述连接结构包括螺钉和设置于所述反射器上的连接部,所述螺钉与所述连接部连接从而将所述安装架和所述反射器连接到一起。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述反射器包括光通道和围成所述光通道的壁,所述光通道包括入光口和出光口,所述连接部设置于所述入光口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述连接部为螺纹柱。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述外壳包括底壁和自所述底壁的边缘延伸而成的侧壁,所述底壁设有供所述连接部穿过的通孔,所述基板支撑在所述底壁的内表面,所述基板设有供所述连接部穿过的缺口。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述安装架包括呈板状的安装架主体,所述安装架主体设有供所述螺钉穿过的通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述安装架的与所述外壳相背的一侧设有卡勾和支撑块,所述驱动电源包括电源板,所述电源板夹持在所述卡勾与所述支撑块之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述灯具还包括电源盖,所述电源盖与所述安装架盖合以形成容纳所述驱动电源的空间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述电源盖和所述安装架通过卡接方式连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述电源盖的内壁设有 倒勾,所述安装架设有缺口,所述倒勾卡接于所述缺口从而使所述电源盖与所述安装架连接到一起。
