[0054] 综上所述, 本发明提供一种电子烟: 由于储油组件内设置有不带储油棉的储油 腔 203, 使储油空间更大。 其次, 通过烟油吸附组件 502逐层吸附烟油, 可以避 免烟油过度地被导入电热丝 503中, 造成雾化不完全的问题。 同吋, 本发明中, 通过设置 U型管式的进气通道 206和烟雾通道 205, 使得气孔 D和吸嘴 700位于电子 烟的同一侧, 可防止正常放置吋, 烟油易从底部泄露问题; 再次, 通过多个抵 阶台阶的设置, 增加了涨紧配合的稳固程度; 最后, 雾化组件 500中的雾化座 50 1采用耐热硅胶材质制成, 硅胶为弹性材质, 可以起到密封作用, 隔绝油腔中的 烟油进入雾化腔 510中, 无需密封垫等其他密封部件, 减少了电子烟雾化器 100 的部件, 且使用耐热硅胶的雾化座 501, 还可以起到隔热耐高温的作用, 防止电 热丝 503雾化吋温度过高, 将塑胶材质的油仓和油仓盖烧出异味。 故此, 本发明 中的电子烟雾化器 100密封效果更好, 结构更简单,组装更方便, 成本更经济。 本 发明解决了现有技术中所存在的问题, 提供了储油量大, 简洁易安装的电子烟

[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟雾化器, 其特征在于: 包括油杯、 端盖、 雾化组件及电极 组件, 所述油杯具有位置相对的第一端和第二端, 所述油杯设置有均 沿所述油杯的纵向延伸设置的储油腔、 烟雾通道及进气通道, 所述储 油腔和所述进气通道分别位于所述烟雾通道的相对两侧, 所述储油腔 及所述烟雾通道之间形成有阻油壁, 所述储油腔、 烟雾通道及进气通 道均连通至所述油杯的第一端的端面;
所述端盖盖设在所述油杯第一端的端面上, 所述端盖面向所述第一端 的端面处设置有容置槽, 所述容置槽面向所述储油腔的一端与所述储 油腔相连通; 所述雾化组件包括雾化座、 烟油吸附组件及电热丝, 所 述雾化座由硅胶材料制成, 所述雾化座插设在所述容置槽的一端内并 与所述烟雾通道及进气通道的一端端面位置相对, 所述阻油壁的端面 抵持在所述雾化座的一端上以阻碍储油腔内的烟油流入所述雾化座内 , 所述雾化座的背向所述阻油壁的一端抵持在所述容置槽的槽壁上, 所述雾化座的背向所述阻油壁一端的侧壁处设置有缺口, 所述烟油吸 附组件设置在所述雾化座内并通过所述缺口延伸出所述雾化座以吸附 所述储油腔内的烟油, 所述电热丝与所述烟油吸附组件相接触并用于 雾化所述烟油吸附组件中的烟油, 所述电极组件设置于所述端盖的底 部并与所述电热丝电连接, 所述电极组件用于与外部电源电连接以获 取电能。
