本发明涉及工业生产用摆布机。
背景技术
现有工业生产用摆布机,其金属转轴的耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能有待提高,且表面光洁度也不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工业生产用摆布机,其金属转轴经过覆膜处理,金属转轴表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种工业生产用摆布机,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份聚丙烯酸酯、1.3重量份聚合醇胺、2.2重量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、1.8重量份α-烯烃磺酸钠依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入13.1重量份醋酸乙烯酯、7.5重量份丙烯酸丁脂、0.8重量份油酰甲胺乙磺酸钠、1.2重量份1-羟基苯并三唑,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
优选的,工业生产用摆布机,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份聚丙烯酸酯、1.3重量份聚合醇胺、2.2重量份γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、1.8重量份α-烯烃磺酸钠 依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;

3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种工业生产用摆布机,其金属转轴经过覆膜处理,金属转轴表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。
“覆膜处理液”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“覆膜处理液”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“覆膜处理液”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“覆膜处理液”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。

3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
实施例2

3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
实施例3

3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
经上述各实施例中金属转轴的表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,且表面 光洁度好。

    2)再依次投入13.1重量份醋酸乙烯酯、7.5重量份丙烯酸丁脂、0.8重量份油酰甲胺乙磺酸钠、1.2重量份1-羟基苯并三唑,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
    3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工业生产用摆布机,其特征在于,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:

    3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
