一种工业生产用打卷机,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。该工业生产用打卷机,其金属转轴表面覆有防护膜,性能好,且表面光洁度好。

Description

工业生产用打卷机 技术领域
本发明涉及工业生产用打卷机。
背景技术
现有工业生产用打卷机,其金属转轴的耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能有待提高,且表面光洁度也不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工业生产用打卷机,其金属转轴经过覆膜处理,金属转轴表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种工业生产用打卷机,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
优选的,工业生产用打卷机,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6 重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。

1)将1.2重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种工业生产用打卷机,其金属转轴经过覆膜处理,金属转轴表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。
“覆膜处理液”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的,且“覆膜处理液”中的不同组分会相互影响,组分及其配比会决定“覆膜处理液”的最终性能,如果组分及其配比不相互协调,单个组分所带来的有益效果,会被其他组分消减甚至消除,严重的时候,不同组分相互抵触,起不到整体综合作用,产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证,得到“覆膜处理液”的最优组分及配比,使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
实施例1
工业生产用打卷机,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
实施例2
工业生产用打卷机,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
实施例3
工业生产用打卷机,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将2重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
实施例4
工业生产用打卷机,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
1)将1.2重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次 投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
经上述各实施例中金属转轴的表面覆有防护膜,具有优异的耐腐蚀、耐磨擦、抗氧化、防锈、耐热、耐寒、耐候性能,且表面光洁度好。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

  1. 工业生产用打卷机,其特征在于,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
    1)将1~2重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
    2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
    3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工业生产用打卷机,其特征在于,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
    1)将1重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
    2)再依次投入5.6重量份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、11.5重量份丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯、3.2重量份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2.2重量份1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得覆膜处理液;
    3)将金属转轴置入覆膜处理液中浸渍,取出后烘干。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的工业生产用打卷机,其特征在于,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的工业生产用打卷机,其特征在于,其包括金属转轴,该金属转轴经过覆膜处理,所述覆膜处理包括如下步骤:
    1)将1.2重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、2.3重量份硼酸钠、1.6重量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、0.7重量份木质素磺酸盐依次投入46重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
