本实用新型涉及市政工程领域,具体涉及一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置。
背景技术
市政工程是指市政设施建设工程,城市生活配套的各种公共基础设施建设都属于市政工程范畴,比如:常见的城市道路、桥梁、地铁、电信电力、广场以及城市绿化等建设。目前,在许多城市进行市政施工的过程中,为了警示或者提醒行人和驾驶员注意安全,施工人员常常在施工现场放置一些警示标志,这些警示标志不仅在白天可以提醒过往行人和车辆,在晚上也同样适用。
警示装置,顾名思义,就是起着警示提醒作用的装置。然而,现有的警示装置结构稳定性差,使用调节不方便,警示效果差,对于施工人员、行人和车辆存在很大的安全隐患。此外,传统的警示装置大多功能单一,仅能够起到警示作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置,不仅具有警示功能,还带有照明设备,增加使用的安全性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了如下的技术方案:一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置,包括底座、警示灯和警示板,所述底座上设有立柱,所述立柱外套接有一个套杆,所述套杆与底座之间设有呈倾斜状的加强筋,所述立柱沿竖直方向从上到下依次安装有太阳能电池板、警示板、警示灯箱和照明灯,所述太阳能电池板铰接于立柱的顶端,所述警示板设为镂空三角形并通过锁紧螺母与立柱固定连接,所述警示灯箱设为圆柱形,且警示灯箱上均匀安装有LED警示灯,所述警示灯箱内设有蓄电池和控制电路板,所述照明灯设有两个,且照明灯之间通过可自由旋转的旋转轴与立柱相连接,所述旋转轴包括内轴以及套于内轴 外的外轴,所述内轴上设有一圈定位槽,所述外轴上设有与定位槽相对应的定位螺纹孔。
优选的,所述立柱的竖直方向上等间距设有一排定位孔,所述套杆上设有一个定位螺纹孔,所述定位孔与螺纹孔通过螺钉固定在同一竖直平面内。
优选的,所述加强筋的外周面上粘贴有荧光带。
优选的,所述蓄电池通过导线与太阳能电池板电性连接,且蓄电池、警示灯和照明灯均与控制电路板电性连接。
优选的,所述底座下表面的四角上均设有带刹车装置的万向轮。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果是:通过设有警示板和多个呈圆柱形分布的警示灯,从多方位对行人和驾驶员起到警示作用;通过设有立柱和套杆可以将警示灯和照明灯提升到足够的高度,增大视野,不仅提高了警示效果,还具有照明功能;通过太阳能电池板供电,有效利用自然资源,减小了使用成本。

如图1、图2所示,本实施例的一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置,包括底座1、警示灯2和警示板3,所述底座1上设有立柱4,所述立柱4外套接有一个套杆5,所述套杆5与底座1之间设有呈倾斜状的加强筋6,所述立柱4沿竖 直方向从上到下依次安装有太阳能电池板7、警示板3、警示灯箱8和照明灯9,所述太阳能电池板7铰接于立柱4的顶端,所述警示板3设为镂空三角形并通过锁紧螺母与立柱4固定连接,所述警示灯箱8设为圆柱形,且警示灯箱8上均匀安装有LED警示灯2,所述警示灯箱8内设有蓄电池和控制电路板,所述照明灯9设有两个,且照明灯9之间通过可自由旋转的旋转轴10与立柱4相连接,所述旋转轴10包括内轴11以及套于内轴11外的外轴12,所述内轴11上设有一圈定位槽13,所述外轴12上设有与定位槽13相对应的定位螺纹孔。
进一步的,所述立柱4的竖直方向上等间距设有一排定位孔,所述套杆5上设有一个定位螺纹孔,所述定位孔与螺纹孔通过螺钉14固定在同一竖直平面内,用于将警示灯2和照明灯9提升到足够的高度,增大视野;所述加强筋6的外周面上粘贴有荧光带,提高警示效果;所述蓄电池通过导线与太阳能电池板7电性连接,且蓄电池、警示灯2和照明灯9均与控制电路板电性连接,利用太阳能供电,减少成本;所述底座1下表面的四角上均设有带刹车装置的万向轮15,便于警示装置的移动。
需要说明的是,本实用新型一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置的改进在于:通过在立柱4的顶端铰接有太阳能电池板7,可将太阳能转换成电能储存在蓄电池中,为警示灯2和照明灯9供电,减少了使用成本;通过将警示灯箱8设为圆柱形结构,并在警示灯箱8上均匀安装有LED警示灯2,可全方位对行人和驾驶员起到警示作用;通过设有警示板3以及在加强筋6上粘贴有荧光带,进一步提高了警示效果;通过在警示灯2下方设有可自由旋转的夜间照明灯9和雾天照明灯9,可使警示装置具有照明功能;通过在立柱4外套接有套杆5,可以将警示灯2和照明灯9提升到足够的高度,增大视野,且提高了警示效果。

  1. 一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置,包括底座(1)、警示灯(2)和警示板(3),其特征在于:所述底座(1)上设有立柱(4),所述立柱(4)外套接有一个套杆(5),所述套杆(5)与底座(1)之间设有呈倾斜状的加强筋(6),所述立柱(4)沿竖直方向从上到下依次安装有太阳能电池板(7)、警示板(3)、警示灯箱(8)和照明灯(9),所述太阳能电池板(7)铰接于立柱(4)的顶端,所述警示板(3)设为镂空三角形并通过锁紧螺母与立柱(4)固定连接,所述警示灯箱(8)设为圆柱形,且警示灯箱(8)上均匀安装有LED警示灯(2),所述警示灯箱(8)内设有蓄电池和控制电路板,所述照明灯(9)设有两个,且照明灯(9)之间通过可自由旋转的旋转轴(10)与立柱(4)相连接,所述旋转轴(10)包括内轴(11)以及套于内轴(11)外的外轴(12),所述内轴(11)上设有一圈定位槽(13),所述外轴(12)上设有与定位槽(13)相对应的定位螺纹孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置,其特征在于:所述立柱(4)的竖直方向上等间距设有一排定位孔,所述套杆(5)上设有一个定位螺纹孔,所述定位孔与螺纹孔通过螺钉(14)固定在同一竖直平面内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置,其特征在于:所述加强筋(6)的外周面上粘贴有荧光带。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置,其特征在于:所述蓄电池通过导线与太阳能电池板(7)电性连接,且蓄电池、警示灯(2)和照明灯(9)均与控制电路板电性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种市政工程安全施工用警示装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)下表面的四角上均设有带刹车装置的万向轮(15)。
